Was this to show they could enter the green zone without confrontation AND any investment interest of the USA could be touched, affected and destroyed at Iran’s will inside Iraq?

Francis Albert In Geo Politics there are no accidents. IMO President Trump was and is in on the whole embassy thing that is giving him leverage to kick some booty with Iran, which his Generals, who are controlled by the bankers who control the Deep State, have wanted him to do for a while.
Things will settle down as Iran looses a LONG influence in Iraq and then the President will take credit for Iraq to be reborn, which includes raising the value of its currency. May the blessings be.

In a financial statement the difference between assets and liabilities is balanced by the surplus due to stakeholders. The fact that it is a balanced statement reduces the risk of error. Information is taken from the financial statements and published as data in separate charts.
As charts are not balanced they are open to error and this would appear to be the case. The figure for the amount in the commercial banks is exactly the same as for the currency issued in the financial statement.
