BREAKING: President Trump Will Send Americans Cash In The Mail
Mar 17, 2020
Steven Mnuchin…We previously announced deferring IRS payments of 200 Billion….The President has suggested 300 Billion.
We encourage those of you who can to file your taxes on April 15th. Many Americans will get Tax refunds. We want to make sure you get them.
If you owe a tax payment to the IRS, you can defer up to a million dollars as an individual . A million dollars covers most of the pass throughs and small businesses. Ten million dollars for corporations interest free and penalty free for 90 days.
All you have to do is file your taxes automatically and not get charged interest and penalties.
Of course any American has the right to extend your taxes.
The President and I worked on a significant stimulus plan . I will be discussing this with the house and senate this morning. We look forward to having bi-partisan support.
We also are talking about a stimulus package to the American worker. Think of it as “Business Interuption Payments” for the American workers.
We are looking at sending checks to Americans immediately. Americans need cash now and the President wants them to have cash now. Within the next 2 weeks.
How Much?
SM: We will be previewing this today with the Republicans
Q: Are you talking about $1000 to all Americans? Will you be talking to both Democrats and Republicans? . Would you supports checks going to everyone or is there an income cap?
SM: I think it’s clear we do not need to send people who make a million dollars a year checks. We will be previewing this today.
