November 01, 2021 3:40 PM Iraqi planning reveals the features of the 2022 budget and the groups affected by the delay in its approvalMubasher: The Iraqi Ministry of Planning revealed, today, Monday, the features of the upcoming 2022 budget, while specifying the categories whose salaries will be affected when the budget is delayed.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry, Maher Hammad, said, according to a statement by the ministry, that “the continuous salaries of the employees are on the fixed owners and will not be affected in the event of delay in approving the next budget, or even not approving it, because the ratio of 1/12 will cover the amounts.”

Hammad added, “The Financial Management Law stipulates that in the event that the budget is not approved, the current expenditures will be spent in a ratio of 1 to 12 of the previous budget, while investment expenditures are dealt with according to the completion percentage for each project separately, and this is called the draft budget allocation of the proposal,” noting that “The price of oil has been set in the next budget at $60 a barrel.”
And he indicated that “the budget is currently in the mini-committee to formulate a preparatory framework for the government, but the current cabinet is not authorized to approve it, but it will be ready for the next cabinet after the formation of the new government in it.” mubasher.info
butterfly The coordinating framework informs Al-Sadr of his refusal to renew Al-Kazemi’s rule
Posted, 2021-11-1 12:28 The coordinating framework informs Al-Sadr of his refusal to renew Al-Kazemis ruleShafaq News / The coordination framework of the Shiite forces informed, on Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, his refusal to renew the second term of the outgoing Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, “The envoy from the coordination framework sent a message to the negotiating delegation of the Sadrist movement, its content is that the leaders of the Shiite blocs agreed in a previous meeting that the prime minister in the next stage would be consensual and from within the Shiite house and that he would be chosen according to the supreme interest of Iraq.” With everyone’s consent.”
The source added, “There is agreement and consensus within the coordination framework to reject, grant and renew the second term of the outgoing Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.”
The coordinating framework urged, according to the source, the Sadrist movement to “sit down to a dialogue table with the Shiite blocs represented by the coordinating framework in order to agree on choosing a suitable person for the prime ministership in the next stage.”
On Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced his intention to form a national majority government, while indicating that he had no disagreement with other political blocs, except for “the issue of internal and external reform.”
The Sadrist bloc, led by Muqtada al-Sadr, had confirmed earlier on Sunday that its political vision had changed from the previous one and would not accept quotas and power-sharing this time.
The Sadrist bloc, headed by al-Sadr, topped the results of the Iraqi legislative elections that took place on October 10, with 73 parliamentary seats, according to the preliminary announcement of the results by the Electoral Commission.
butterfly It is noteworthy that well-known political parties have declared their fear of forming a Sadrist government, for fear of al-Sadr’s direct intervention in its administration, as well as their fear of arranging a specific order to reopen corruption files and the consequences that follow. shafaq.com
butterfly Will the dollar exchange rate be changed? Maliki’s coalition responds
MONDAY, 11/01-2021,PM 12:52 Iraqi Dinar-DollarToday, Monday, the State of Law coalition confirmed the possibility of reducing the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar.
A member of the State of Law Coalition, Abdul-Hadi Al-Saadawi, said, “Increasing the price of the dollar against the dinar did not achieve its goal announced by the government, including creating job opportunities for the unemployed and providing housing units for citizens who do not have housing units and other matters related to reviving the economic situation in the country.”
He added, “Due to the high price of a barrel of oil, the exchange rate can be restored at a slightly higher rate than the previous one to settle at 125,000 dinars per $100,” noting that “this level will create a balance between the old price and the new price, as it will not affect the economy of the poor classes.” and fragile,” according to Baghdad Today.
Al-Saadawi pointed out that “the decision to raise the price of the dollar was a political and not an economic one,” noting that “reducing the price of the dollar needs a parliament that is serious in this matter and works to give priority to the national interest.”
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government reduced the value of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar in the Federal Budget Law for the year 2021, where the dollar exchange rate reached 1450 dinars to the dollar after its price was 1200 dinars to the dollar. non14.net
Butterfly Al-Sadr calls for a “national majority” government in Iraq
11-1-2021 Al-Sadr calls for a national majority government in IraqBAGHDAD – The leader of the Sadrist movement in Iraq, Muqtada al-Sadr, whose bloc led the results of the parliamentary elections with 73 seats, called for the formation of a “national majority” government to achieve reform in the country.
Al-Sadr’s call comes in light of the continuing crisis of the election results in Iraq, for more than two weeks, as the forces allied to Iran reject the announced results and consider them fraudulent and manipulated, at a time when the Electoral Commission turned to manual counting of votes in more than 10,000 electoral stations. , out of about 55 thousand polling stations, as part of its efforts to ensure the integrity of its procedures regarding the counting of votes.
Al-Sadr said in a tweet to him on his personal account on Twitter on Sunday evening, “It should not be said that I have a disagreement with the political blocs, except the issue of internal and external reform, and the issue of the difference between patriotism and subordination,” stressing, “We have no disagreement except with the love of the country, and I see that the first What should be done for the country is a national majority government.”
Al-Sadr stressed the need for Parliament to have “two parties, the first being loyalists, which form the government and undertake reforms at all levels.”
As for the second party, according to Al-Sadr, it is “the opposition, and their agreement is a binding consultation for the former without marginalization,” adding, “We do not mind being on either side, both for the sake of serving the country, and that is one of the foundations of democracy.”
The losing forces in the elections threatened to resort to the religious reference, if they did not obtain satisfactory results through manual counting and sorting, which was repeated in a number of electoral stations.
butterfly A member of the National Contract Alliance, led by the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Fayyad, Aqil Al-Qargoli, said that “in the event that the Electoral Commission and the Federal Court do not respond to our demands, we will press for direct intervention of the reference.”
Al-Qargoli confirmed in a press statement that “there are meetings taking place to go towards the reference.”
Observers say that al-Sadr can obtain a fatwa from the supreme Shiite authority in Iraq, Ali al-Sistani, that withdraws the cover from the crowd, especially since the factions loyal to the reference refuse to consider themselves part of it.
This parallels the aspirations of the Najaf marja’iya to reduce ties with Iran and respect the sovereignty of the Iraqi state.
Observers said that al-Sadr is putting pressure on the pro-Iranian parties that are still threatening to compete with him to form the largest bloc that would be authorized to form the new Iraqi government. By doing so, the Sadrist movement is trying to appear as a “national” force that is far from Iran’s interference.
Al-Sadr had earlier threatened to take strict steps to stop the apparent interference in Iraq’s affairs, stressing that a high-level dialogue would be opened with neighboring countries that interfere in Iraqi political, security and other affairs to prevent interference at all.
The results of the early legislative elections resulted in a few months ahead of schedule for the Sadrist movement with 73 seats, while the Taqaddam bloc led by the outgoing Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, came in second place with 38 seats, followed by the State of Law coalition led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki with 34 seats, then Kurdistan Democratic Party with 33 seats.
butterfly The Al-Fateh Alliance, the political umbrella for the Shiite militias loyal to Iran, suffered a severe defeat, as it won 17 seats after it came second in the 2018 elections with 48 seats.
The coalition led by the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, did not accept defeat, as did many other Shiite forces, and sought to overthrow this reality by waving the street and verbally escalating, accusing in all directions of widespread fraud in the elections.
Political circles are likely that Tehran played a role at this level, especially since it was not satisfied with the state of confusion and confusion that appeared on the leaders of the coalition loyal to it after the announcement of the election results.
Following the announcement of the preliminary results, the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq “UNAMI” and its head, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, received widespread criticism and threats from parties and parties that suffered unexpected defeats, through protests organized in the country, and through campaigns of activists affiliated with it on social media.
The opponents of the results have been organizing a sit-in for nearly two weeks at one of the entrances to the Green Zone, demanding that the ballot boxes be recounted. rawabetcenter.com

NORV Latest numbers from Iraqi economist, dinar well over 100 trillion now.
NORV As if 80 trillion wasn't enough.
NORV Foolish to think Iraq could afford to increase the value of the dinar significantly.
NORV Enjoy ur day! Wine:
wdave1 I see Kap has no doubts now, it couldnt have taken me more than a minute to tell my friend of over 50 years that there was no way as he was telling me about Kuwait and Germany after World war two. Doesnt take a brain child to figure this out! Folks youve been Scammed! Accept it and tell everyone you brought along for the ride.. Sell now if you can
NORV I don't see any way how Iraq could significantly RV the dinar. That being said, I do think they could gradually raise it over time (as stated by the IMF in 2013) via a float if they build a diverse economy. It is the only way I see for them to reduce the money supply and counter inflation created by economic investment. This will take years to achieve.
NORV If they fail to build that economy, they will continue dependence on oil and the only option may be to re-denomination LOP the zeros off the notes (delete 3 zeros) which is a neutral event. Doing so would allow them to reduce the money supply from trillions to billions and begin to raise it from there.
NORV One thing is for sure...there is no overnight RV. That talk is all bullsh*t and nonsense.

butterfly Iraq to sign contracts worth billions of dollars with Saudi Arabia 01 November, 2021 Iraq plans to sign deals worth tens of billions of dollars with Saudi Arabia, Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar announced on Monday.
Baghdad is discussing a partnership with energy giant Saudi Aramco to explore and develop natural gas fields in Iraq's western desert, the daily Al-Sabah quoted Abdul Jabbar as saying.
The Iraqi government is also in talks with Saudi Arabia's Acwa Power to build water desalination plants and solar energy stations in Iraq, the report added.
The two countries, who share borders, are also discussing joint petrochemical projects.
Iraq is the second-largest oil producer in the OPEC cartel, outranked only by Saudi Arabia.
Despite this, the country has regular power cuts, which fuels social unrest. It is extremely dependent on Saudi rival Iran, which provides a third of its needs in gas and electricity.
A third of the population lives in poverty, with the pandemic and the fall of the price of crude in 2020 aggravating the situation, according to the United Nations.
The country is also plagued by corruption which has eaten up more than 410 billion euros ($474 billion) since 2003, according to official figures. https://english.alaraby.co.uk/news/iraq-sign-contracts-worth-billions-dollars-saudi

butterfly The government's financial advisor to / Nina /: a large stagnation of monetary inflation will hit the economy of Iraq / Expanded
Monday 01 November 2021 The government's financial advisor, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, warned against entering the Iraqi economy into a phase of hyperinflation as a result of the challenges facing the country's monetary policy.
Muhammad Salih said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: Monetary policy in Iraq during the years 2020-2021 faced challenges and opportunities that raised two main contradictions in achieving the goals of macroeconomic stability. It was preceded by a price deflation, “and the second: the return of oil prices to improvement within the cycle of oil assets, from an average annual price of $38 a barrel to an annual average of $70, upwards in 2021 compared to 2020.”
He pointed out that "the contradiction here is the rise in foreign reserves by 23%, with inflation creeping in, lest it approach 10%, with unemployment levels stabilizing slightly and slowly, at less than 23%, especially among the young labor force, to leave us with little economic growth that does not exceed (positive 1%) in the gross domestic product, which means that the country has moved to the stage of (inflationary stagnation), especially after decreasing the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar at once less than a year ago, which was proportional to the decline in foreign reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq.
butterfly He added: If unemployment, inflation and growth continue with this highly contradictory trilogy, monetary policy may take an opposite intervention path with an effective stability policy in which it will undertake to combat inflationary expectations through the use of the nominal stabilizer for the exchange rate and towards improving the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar and facing potentially positive transitional inflation due to inflationary activity The global demand for energy and its effects that are being stimulated by the transition of the global energy demand function with the opening of the global economy from its isolation gradually. https://ninanews.com/Website/News/Details?key=936525

butterfly VIDEO: Marriage of 12-year-old Iraqi girl sparks outrage, mother worried
A video grab shows 12-year-old girl in bridal attire.
A video clip of the marriage of an Iraqi girl, 12, spread on the social media platforms and received mixed reactions between opponents and supporters.
The girl's mother, who is separated from her husband, appealed through a video clip, to the people and the authorities to save her daughter, but the Iraqi Ministry of Interior said that "Sharia and the law allows the marriage of a minor by proxy of her father."
The girl's mother, affirmed that her minor daughter's marriage took place through a "customary and illegal contract." This stirred anger of activists who organised a campaign to pressure the authorities, which pushed the community police in the Relations and Information Department of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, to follow up the case.
The community police issued a statement on Facebook which sparked widespread controversy and made matters worse.
The statement stated: "The Director of the Community Police, Brigadier General Ghalib Al Attiyah, formed a working team to find out the truth of what was in the video, and the team met the girl, her father, her husband and her brother and the girl affirmed that the marriage took place with her consent, and that no one forced her to do it. Also, the team was briefed on the legal contract under which the girl's marriage took place.”
The statement of the Iraqi Community Police angered activists and Iraqi civil forces, who called on the authorities to fight the underage marriage phenomenon, as well as domestic violence, which is increasing at an escalating rate. https://www.gulftoday.ae/news/2021/10/31/marriage-of-12-year-old-iraqi-girl-sparks-outrage-mother-worried

It is possible to re-present Al-Kazemi as a personality independent of both parties.

butterfly A government comment on the change in the dollar exchange rate after the rise in oil
SUNDAY, 10/31-2021,PM 3:48 US Dollar-Iraqi DinarMazhar Muhammad Salih, the financial and economic advisor to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, commented today, Sunday, on the possibility of changing the dollar exchange rate against the Iraqi dinar, after the rise in oil prices.
Salih said, “Adjusting the dinar exchange rate in light of the improvement in oil revenues needs several requirements that the government must take. This requires the foreign currency to cover the local liquidity, and the superiority of foreign reserves over the cash reserve should not threaten the wealth of Iraq’s foreign reserves.” Shafak News.
He added that “foreign reserves should cover at least a number of import months, including at least 6 months, especially in the case of Iraq, which depends heavily on openness to foreign markets. If these factors are available, the issue of changing the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar can be studied.”
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government reduced the value of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar in the Federal Budget Law for the year 2021, as the exchange rate of the dollar reached 1450 dinars to the dollar, after its price was 1200 dinars to the dollar. non14.net

butterfly Iyad Allawi: Washington has been defeated, Israel is preparing the mission, and Iran will receive a blow from the east!
2021.10.31 – 12:53 Iyad Allawi - Washington has been defeated Israel is preparing the mission and Iran will receive a blow from the east!Baghdad – people
The head of the Civil National Front, Iyad Allawi, stressed, on Thursday, the importance of going to general reconciliation, to avoid a repetition of the current scenarios in Libya, Yemen and Afghanistan.
Allawi said in a statement that “Nass” received a copy of it (October 31, 2021), “Tensions are escalating, and the drums of war are beating, to increase confrontations and fears for the peoples of our region and its neighborhood, Lebanon and Syria are on the palm of the imp, and that is Libya and Yemen, and its crushing and destructive war for the people of Yemen.”
In the east, America was defeated and the Taliban won, and the reason for this is the refusal of the Afghan government allied with America to adopt national reconciliation in Afghanistan, in addition to that, there are problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan and an escalation in the confrontation, which prompted both Iran and Turkey to intervene in this conflict, and the confrontation between Azerbaijan and Iran are escalating and a clash is imminent.”
He added, “Where an important leader told me years ago that a strike would be directed at Iran from the east, and there are trainings on that, and it seems that the issue is being repeated now that Azerbaijan has threatened Iran with force. There is also a Turkish expansion, perhaps for self-defense in Syria and Iraq, and tensions between Turkey on the one hand, Greece and Cyprus, as well as Israel is preparing the task to confront Iran in the event of the failure of nuclear negotiations with America and its allies, and the mutual military maneuvers filled the seas of the world in the Indian and Pacific Oceans, the Black Sea, the Arabian Gulf, the Mediterranean and the Red Sea.
butterfly He continued, “All these tensions reflect negatively on the countries of the region, and determine their fates in the event of fighting to resolve matters in favor of this side or that, but certainly all will lose, and the disadvantages and threats will increase.”
He pointed out that “the Civil National Front (Mouj) demands that everyone exercise the utmost restraint and engage in direct dialogue through a regional conference, one of whose main tasks is to restore the permanent, comprehensive and just peace process on the basis of the two-state solution, with East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.”
Allawi also stressed that this conference should put in place clear mechanisms aimed at reducing tension to the maximum degree, by taking the following measures:
1- Armaments reduction.
2- Full support for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation by selecting countries called the Group of the Wise to carry out efforts to reduce tension, such as Malaysia, Jordan, Morocco and Indonesia.
3- Establishing and assigning an international tribunal to consider appeals between countries that suffer from tension in their relations, in cooperation with the UN Security Council.
4- Laying out a map to prevent states from interfering in the affairs of other states, and preparing non-aggression treaties.
5- Strengthening economic and trade relations between countries.
6- Stemming from the strife before it escalates, and from the principle of prevention is better than cure, we direct our appeal to the G20 summit in Italy, to the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, and to the UN Security Council, to carry out the tasks set by the United Nations system for fear of repercussions of what might happen God forbid. nasnews.com

Doug_W A Kentucky State trooper pulled a car over on I-75 about 8 miles south of Richmond, Kentucky. When the trooper asked the driver why he was speeding, the driver said he was a Magician and Juggler and was on his way to Lexington to do a show for the Childrens Hospital. He didn't want to be late.
The trooper told the driver he was fascinated by juggling and said if the driver would do a little juggling for him then he wouldn't give him a ticket. He told the trooper he had sent his equipment ahead and didn't have anything to juggle.
The trooper said he had some flares in the trunk and asked if he could juggle them. The juggler said he could, so the trooper got 5 flares, lit them and handed them to him.
While the man was juggling, a car pulled in behind the State Troopers car. A drunken good old boy from London got out, watched the performance, then went over to the Trooper's car, opened the rear door and got in. The trooper observed him and went over to his car, opened the door asking the drunk what he thought he was doing.
The drunk replied, “You might as well take me to jail, cause there ain't no way I can pass that test.”

butterfly Concerning the identity of the next prime minister, the source said, “It is not possible to speculate on his identity as long as political interests revolve in an unclear whirlpool, unless the final alliances of all political components, including the Kurdish and Sunni, are resolved. distance”.
Previous information had talked about the formation of a delegation representing the coordination framework to meet with the negotiating committee of the Sadrist movement headed by Hassan Al-Adhari.
The information indicates that “the delegation’s meeting with the committee will take place during the next week to calm the situation and resolve the issue of forming a government.”
According to that information, “the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, or his representative, will not be in the delegation participating in the meeting with the Sadr Committee, given that the Sadrists refuse to dialogue with al-Maliki or their representatives, whether about the current situation or forming the next government.”
It is noteworthy that the coordinating framework includes: the Al-Fateh Alliance led by Hadi al-Amiri, the State of Law coalition headed by Nuri al-Maliki, and the State Forces Alliance consisting of Ammar al-Hakim and Haider al-Abadi, as well as other Shiite forces that lost in the elections.
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced in mid-October his special committee to negotiate with political parties that would establish parliamentary alliances in preparation for the formation of the new federal government in Iraq.
butterfly The committee is composed of: Hassan Al-Adhari as its chairman, Nassar Al-Rubaie as first vice-chairman, Nabil Al-Tarifi as second deputy, and Hakim Al-Zamili as supporting the committee, according to a statement issued by Al-Sadr and signed by him.
The results of the recent legislative elections in Iraq showed that the Sadrist movement had won a landslide victory with more than 70 parliamentary seats, which qualifies it to obtain the position of Prime Minister and form the next federal government.
The Sunnis hold the presidency of the Iraqi parliament according to a political custom followed since the overthrow of the former Iraqi regime in 2003, while the Kurds hold the presidency, and the Shiites the prime minister.
The preacher of the Kufa mosque, Muhannad al-Moussawi, said earlier today that the goal of appointing a prime minister from the Sadrist movement to the next federal government is to achieve the reform project adopted by the movement’s leader Muqtada al-Sadr.
Al-Moussawi said in the Friday prayer sermon, which was held in the Kufa Mosque, that “today we are called more than before to translate the real and systematic affiliation to deliver a practical message to all in which reassurance, love and tolerance for the advancement of reality and the country.”
He added, “We are officially adopting the reform project that Al-Sadr worked on, and the Sadrist prime ministership, to translate to others the value of the approach to which we belong, with its values, ideals, and a real project for reform.” shafaq.com
butterfly Tariq Harb identifies the “only legal scenario” to cancel the October elections
2021.10.29 – 13:03 Tariq Harb identifies the only legal scenario to cancel the October elections Baghdad – people
On Friday, legal expert, Tariq Harb, presented the legal scenario in which the elections could be cancelled.
In a clarification that Nass received, a copy of it (October 29, 2021), Harb said that “cancelling the elections that have reached their final stages, canceling the electoral results, or canceling the counting and sorting processes requires the presence of a parliament, and since the previous parliament has finished its role, it is necessary to wait.” That the new House of Representatives hold its sessions, as the electoral process must be completed, the final results announced, and the final results approved by the Supreme Court.
Harb added that the scenario of canceling the elections “must be decided by a legislative authority, that is, the new parliament and not any other authority, whether the presidency, the prime minister or the judiciary. The Complaints Board of Commissioners begins the appeals period, i.e. the discrimination of the commission’s decisions before the Judicial Committee for Elections, whose ruling is final and final, after which the final results are presented to the Supreme Court for approval of the electoral results.
butterfly And the legal expert continued, “After the approval of the Supreme Court, a republican decree is issued to invite the winners of the elections to hold the first session of the new House of Representatives headed by the oldest winner, elect a speaker for the new House of Representatives, and then this House of Representatives elects a president of the republic, and then the new House of Representatives can legislate a new law.
The elections include canceling the previous elections and canceling their results, with the dissolution of Parliament and setting dates for new elections, in order for the dissolution law to be ratified and new elections held by the President of the Republic and published in the Official Gazette.
Harb stressed that this is the only scenario “for these elections to end with the consequent electoral results, and all this is due to the desire and will of the majority of the votes of the members of the new House of Representatives,” ruling out the possibility of this being achieved “in view of the inability to imagine the members of the new House of Representatives agreeing to give up Their seats, their tendency to remain in power, and their playing a role in choosing the new government.” nasnews.com
Dave Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
- Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
- Why the early bird gets the worm;
- Life isn't always fair;
- And maybe it was my fault.
Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
Dave His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.
Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.
Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims.
Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Sheila Discernment advised: Nicks Intel Update - Information, October 28, 2021 -- Good afternoon
We have been asked to remain quiet and so we are watching what is going on for the moment. We will still be posting the Safelink Websites when we get the notification. The biggest hold up has been the 3.5 Trillion dollar bill. The main problem has been that they are trying to tax an event that is non-taxable.
No one knows the rates and what you are hearing on the rates on the redemption of the Zim’s is wrong and we will not know what we are going to get until we are at the redemption center. We at this point do not know what the default rates are going to be until we get there.
Just try to remain calm and use your common sense. When we get an update we will tell.

NORV (Kaperoni from Dinar Alert) Dave why bother with a LOP? because they have to reduce the money supply. And there is only two ways to do it...1. gradually raise it over time and remove the notes. 2. just do it at once with a trillions to billions reduction. In either case, the money supply at 80-100 trillion is unmanageable as they move forward to engage with the global financial system. One event has to occur. Despite what guru's say, there cannot be a RV because Iraq cannot afford such an even with that much dinar in circulation in Iraq. Not to mention, it would turn the banking system into chaos.

Thursday 28 October 2021 The economic expert, Abdul Hassan Al-Shammari, confirmed: "The preparation of next year's budget on the basis of the price of 60 dollars per barrel of oil ... is reasonable if it is free of deficit."
Al-Shammari told the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ): "The most important issue is the stability of oil prices during the next year, so the price of $60 is very reasonable on the basis that the budget is free of deficit, with imports being greater than expenditures."
He added: "There must be large allocations for investment projects," noting: "The next year will witness a decline in unemployment if the budget is planned by managing money on the right foundations."
He explained that: Next year may witness, if oil prices remain on their rise, a decline in poverty and a decrease in its percentage, indicating. https://ninanews.com/Website/News/Details?key=935736
butterfly 2021-10-28 02:54 Shafaq News/ Oil prices slumped to their lowest in two weeks after official figures showed a surprise jump in U.S. inventories of crude, and rising cases of COVID-19 in Europe, Russia, and some outbreaks of infections in China dented hopes for an economic recovery.
Brent crude dropped $1.58, or 1.9%, to $83.00 a barrel by 0502 GMT, having hit a two-week low of $82.32 earlier and fallen by 2.1% in the previous session.
U.S. oil fell $1.39, or 1.7%, to $81.27 a barrel, also a one-week low, after dropping 2.4% on Wednesday.
Outbreaks of coronavirus infections in China and record deaths and the threat of lockdowns in Russia, along with rising cases in western Europe were putting the brakes on a multi-week rally in oil prices.
"A surge in new cases of COVID-19 threatens to disrupt the recovery in oil demand," ANZ Research commodities strategists Daniel Hynes and Soni Kumari said in a new report on Thursday.
In the U.S., the economy likely grew at the slowest rate in more than twelve months in the June-September quarter amid a resurgence of COVID-19 infections, amid strained global supply chains and global shortages of goods like autos.
Crude stocks rose by 4.3 million barrels last week, the U.S. Energy Department said, more than double the 1.9 million-barrel gain forecast by analysts.
The "hefty" stock build came "on the back of a large jump in net imports of crude oil and still sluggish refinery processing," Citi Research commodities analysts said in a note.
Still, gasoline stocks fell by 2 million barrels to the lowest in nearly four years, even as U.S. consumers struggle with rising prices to fill their tanks.

butterfly 2021-10-28 05:22 Shafaq News/ A delegation from the Coordination Framework will convene with the Sadrist movement's negotiation committee to discuss prospects for the upcoming federal cabinet.
A source inside Ammar al-Hakim, the leader of al-Hekma movement, revealed that the meeting will be held next week in the absence of the State of Law Coalition.
"The head of the State of Law Coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, or whoever represents him will not be a part of the delegation because the Sadrists refuse to discuss the current situation or the government formation with al-Maliki, or who represents him," the source elaborated.
The Coordination Framework, an umbrella body set up in the aftermath of the anti-establishment protests that emerged in Oct. 2019, brings together key Shiite political blocs.
Key members include former premiers Nouri Al-Maliki (2006-14) and Haidar Al-Abadi (2014-18), in addition to al-Fatah Alliance leader Hadi al-Ameri, al-Hekma Movement chief Ammar al-Hakim, and al-Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces-PMF) chairman Falih Al-Fayyadh. Of note, Muqtada al-Sadr left the Coordination Framework in July this year.
The Sadrist movement has assigned four members to a negotiating committee that will form the Iraqi government following its anticipated victory in the early parliamentary elections.
Al-Sadr has granted the committee chaired by Hussein al-Athari "full power" in matters related to political and parliamentary alliances.
The Sadrists are the main force in the cabinet's lineup that is expected to be assembled after the Supreme Federal Court ratifies the final results of the polls. Al-Sadr has already laid the foundations for the policies the government will pursue. https://www.shafaq.com/en/Iraq-News/In-the-absence-of-al-Maliki-the-Coordination-Framework-to-convene-with-the-Sadrist-movement

The government's financial advisor to / Nina /: The rise in oil prices will cover the fiscal budget deficit
Wednesday 27 October 2021 The expert government financial advisor, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, confirmed that the rise in oil prices will contribute to covering the current budget deficit of 29 trillion dinars at a rate of 100%, provided that the planned non-oil revenues achieve a rate of approximately 90-100%, not 30%, as is expected. Her, to widen the fiscal deficit gap in the general budget.
Muhammad Salih said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA/ That "although monetary policy has moved from the stage of challenges that accompanied the economic depression in the country to the stage of détente and the search for opportunities, which were confirmed by two things:
the first: the increase in the foreign currency reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq by 12 billion dollars during the current fiscal year 2021, and
secondly, financing The deficit of the federal general budget from the influx of cash revenues accumulated by the financial buffer as a result of the growing oil price differences from 45 dollars in calculating oil revenues in the budget to 80 dollars currently and with an annual average of not less than 65 dollars, which covers the current budget deficit of 29 trillion dinars at a rate of 100%, provided that The planned non-oil revenues (also) achieve a ratio of approximately 90-100%, not 30%, as is expected, to widen the fiscal deficit gap in the general budget.
butterfly He added: However, there are two other things that still represent the concern of the difficult Iraqi economic equation, which is the humility of the expected annual economic growth to (positive 1%), which is less than the population growth rate of 2.6%, which indicates the continued high levels of unemployment among young people by about 23%, in addition to the increasing levels of poverty that still take from the prosperity of life for about 40% of the country’s population, accompanied by creeping annual inflation that increased from 1% at the beginning of this year to rise to about 9.5-10% annually.
The government advisor stressed the need to exercise monetary policy with its available tools to address expected inflation and the problems of fluctuation in the stability of the real sector in the issues of growth and unemployment and how the central bank uses the exchange rate tool as a nominal stabilizer to reach a equilibrium exchange rate that targets imported inflation and leads to an improvement in the value of the Iraqi dinar purchasing through Reducing the increases in the degree of growth of inflation rates through the framework of a gradual policy, meaning a decrease in the incremental increases in price growth.

butterfly The Electoral Commission announced that the results that will result from the manual counting of the contested stations will be the ones approved in the final results that will be officially announced in the coming days.
The assistant media spokesperson for the commission, Nibras Abu Souda, stated in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ), that "the current manual counting of more than two thousand stations across the governorates is the result of the appeals submitted to the commission on the results of the primary elections, where we have more than 1,400 appeals from different provinces."
She added, "All appeals are decided by the judiciary, but the commission studies them and submits them to the judiciary through a package of recommendations, including the rejection of some appeals in form and substance because they are inconsistent with the law and are not supported by documented evidence, or that the contested stations were counted and sorted manually in advance and the result was identical to the sorting." Electronically, the appeals that are accepted are based on evidence and in accordance with the law.”
She explained that "the judiciary is the one who will consider all appeals and its order is binding on all parties regardless of the recommendation submitted by the Commission," noting that "otherwise, the Commission proceeds with the counting and sorting of the two thousand stations contested according to the votes in those stations."
butterfly On the possibility of changing the final results from the initial, the commission’s media spokesperson explained, “The manual counting and sorting process has been developed to address certain cases according to the law, and the result may change if it differs from the electronic count, so the electoral law stipulates that the result of manual counting and counting is calculated as the final outcome.” .
And she added, "We are in the process of announcing the results of the contested stations only, which are the answers to the appeals received by the Commission, and this does not fall under the door of announcing new results for the elections."
Regarding the demands for comprehensive counting and sorting in all governorates, Abu Souda confirmed that "the current law stipulates electronic counting, manual counting of certain stations from each center on polling day, and manual counting and counting of contested stations only."
butterfly On the possibility of conducting counting and sorting for new added stations, Abu Souda said, "If the judicial authority decides to open additional stations based on the appeals submitted to it," indicating that "the Commission decided to conduct manual counting of more than two thousand stations after studying the appeals, but if the stations were increased and added Other stations, the judiciary will be the one who decided to add the new stations."
And about the possibility of changing the seats of the blocs, she explained that “the change of seats came to add new votes after the completion of the preliminary results, and therefore the blocs did not lose votes, but rather the stations that were counted as “quarantine stations.”
Regarding the timing of the names’ ratification by the Federal Court, the Assistant Media Spokesperson for the Commission confirmed that “this depends on the completion of resolving complaints on appeals by a decision of the judiciary and then announcing the final results.” https://ninanews.com/Website/News/Details?key=935625

2021-10-26 08:59 An American bank expects the price of a barrel of oil to rise above 90 by the end of the yearShafaq News/ Goldman Sachs Bank said that a strong recovery in global demand for oil may push Brent crude prices, the global standard, to exceed its expectations at the end of the year, which amount to $90 a barrel.
The American Investment Bank stated that it expected that oil demand would soon reach pre-Corona pandemic levels at about 100 million barrels per day, with consumption recovering in Asia after the wave of the mutated strain Delta, to exceed Brent $ 90 per barrel by the end of this year.
The bank also predicted that the switch from gas to oil could add at least one million barrels per day to crude demand.
Oil prices were also supported by concerns about a shortage of coal and gas supplies in China, India and Europe, which is spurring a shift to diesel and fuel oil to run power plants.
Both benchmarks recorded gains of about 20% since the beginning of September, and US crude rose for nine consecutive sessions, while Brent rose for seven sessions. shafaq.com

2021-10-26 07:59 In the coming hours the President of the Republic will meet with Shiite Sunni and Kurdish forces that reject the election resultsShafaq News/ An informed political source revealed, on Tuesday, that an expanded meeting that includes the Presidency of the Republic and leaders of Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish blocs will be held in the coming hours to reach understandings regarding the results of the parliamentary elections and the formation of the next government.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, “The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, will hold a meeting in the coming hours with the coordination framework (Shiite political forces), in addition to the Kurdish and Sunni political forces objecting to the results of the early parliamentary elections,” without giving further details.
It is noteworthy that political forces renewed, on Sunday, their rejection of the results of the legislative elections in Iraq, calling on the President of the Republic to intervene.
The forces of what is known as the coordinating framework – made up of Shiite forces other than the Sadrist movement – and the “Azm” alliance headed by Khamis al-Khanjar, and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, held a meeting in the office of the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, according to a statement received by Shafaq News Agency.
butterfly The gathered forces agreed to affirm their rejection of the election results, calling on the President of the Republic to intervene as he is the protector of the constitution to “prevent the trend of events towards something more dangerous.”
And earlier today, Tuesday, the coordinating framework (Shiite political forces) warned against not implementing the demands of the demonstrators and sit-ins at the gate of the Green Zone in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, one of the most prominent forces of the coordination framework, Abu Mithaq Al-Masari, told Shafaq News Agency, “The 72-hour deadline given by the demonstrators and sit-ins at the Green Zone gate to implement their demands has expired, and for this the Commission and other competent authorities must implement the demands,” stressing that ” Failure to implement it will push the demonstrators to escalate the protest until the demands are met.”

2021-10-26 08:34 Demonstrators who reject the election results are looking at escalation and intentions to storm GreenShafaq News/ An informed source said on Tuesday that a meeting was held to coordinate the sit-in protesters in front of the Green Zone rejecting the election results
The source told Shafak News Agency; The coordination of the demonstrations in front of the Green Gate, rejecting the results of the early elections, is holding an important meeting now to discuss the process of escalating the protests after the expiry of the 72-hour deadline.
The source added; That there is an intention for the demonstrators to enter the Green Zone and sit in front of the Electoral Commission headquarters.
Since the Independent High Commission announced the results of the legislative elections that took place this October, Shiite parties that own armed factions expressed their rejection of these results, and began to escalate and mobilize their audience to take to the street, which is what actually happened with the launch of demonstrations in regions and cities in Iraq.
And political leaders warned of fears that the rejectionist attitudes would take another path, given that the parties objecting to the election results had money and weapons and could worsen the situation and ignite a civil war in Iraq.
The results of the parliamentary elections resulted in the Sadrist bloc, led by Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, winning more than 70 seats, which qualifies him to form the federal government in alliance with winning political forces from the Kurds and Sunnis, and this aroused the resentment of the Shiite parties opposed to Sadr. shafaq.com
