MZ: Some fun stuff out of Iraq this morning: “ Iraqi Economist warns of possible dinar devaluation amid fiscal pressure” This is very similar to what we saw in Kuwait. Iraq has already told us they would not go there. But these are the kind of stories they run before RVs…we saw the same thing in China as well.

MZ: “ Article 140 and the Council of the Federation with the amendment of the election law. A delegation from the “party” to implement the outstanding files with Baghdad” The Kurdish region is scrambling to get the government done before Parliament sits again (Dec 29) they want the HCL done so they can get their new rate. There is a massive push….this is what we wanted to see…so this is exciting today

MZ: Unfortunately still quiet on the bond side. Most are still hearing it is “imminent”

Member: Al-Mashhadani: The end of UNAMI's mission opens the door to a new partnership with the United Nations

Member: News : Iraq returns to the European stage: Baghdad airport receives its first European plane after 35 years

Member: I wonder what the word speed actually means in Iraq.

Member: Anyone aware that IQD rate is on Coinbase?

Zester: I did notice that one. It has been there for a long time…(Shows the screen) And it is true . The Iraqi dinar is on coinbase and you can do rates on bitcoin vs. Iraqi dinar…..XRP to Iraqi dinar…..I XRP to the dinar is $2, 463. 39.

Zester: Coinbase said they plan on accepting International Currencies at some point in time and they plan on storing International currencies. We have talked before on how Coinbase and Crypto currencies plan on becoming “banks” and Coinbase seems to be positioning itself to be a international bank.

Zester: I expect that soon you will be able to go to coinbase with fiat and IQD and deposit Iraqi dinar and buy “tokenized” Iraqi dinar. On coinbase you can already trade dinar for Euros …This is interesting.

Member: so “tokenized” means digital dinar….which should be gold backed!! Good news.

Member: Hi Mark, is there any truth to this statement? "Tier 4B groups worldwide are confirming appointments. The RV/GCR is not coming — it is here."

MZ: I think somebody’s a little ahead of the game. Do I have some groups in active talks and negotiations for a exchange in dollars? Yes. Have they been in active talks for the last 5 weeks? Yes.

MZ: This definitely tells us things are much closer.

MZ: Any bond news?

MZ: No word on historic bonds. I am chomping at the bit over this one. I am just not getting a response from anybody on if they have been funded or not yet. They were expecting Monday-Wednesday of this week….so we are in the window. I would hope we have an answer by tomorrow. Or silence is our answer?

Member: I believe a lot is happening, They are all keeping their mouths shut. Whether nda or just being smart.

Member: It could still be a shotgun start…..every is at the starting gate to all go at once.

Member: If Bond contacts are in Asia? USA could be next?

Member: Good Morning Mark, Whats your take on Sudani saying to the people of Iraq “Purchasing power within 4th quarter?”

MZ: I had not seen that comment…but he has made similar comments before that this would happen in the 4th quarter of this year. I won’t be upset if it goes in the 1st quarter of next year because they are pushing hard….There is a lot going on in Iraq.

MZ: There is a serious hard push to get Sudanis former Prime Minister position filled. Many believe its going to be his position again…..lots going on right now

Member: What are countries going into the first basket ??

Member: Old list but hopefully still accurate: 1. US 2. UK 3. Kuwait 4. Canada 5. Mexico 6. Russia 7. China 8. Venezuela 9. Iranian Rial 10. IRAQ 11. Indonesia Rupiah 12. Malaysia 13. Vietnamese 14. Brazil 15. Saudi Arabia 16. Qatar 17. United Arab Emirates 18. Turkey 19. Afghanistan possibly20. India 21. Libya 22. Japan23. Zimbabwe …guess we will see

Member: so Mark in Kuwait they revalued on a Sunday. Released on next bakingbday Monday. When did they tell the public about revaluation what day?

MZ: I thought it was on a Thursday , But they did not let the world know for 10 days. They kept it in-country only and under wraps for 10 days. That is what my friends involved in it told me.

MZ: “National Bank of Iraq receives $100 million in financing from the European Bank from reconstruction and development” If you are looking for someone to put an exclamation mark on the phrase “safe and stable” …here you go. This is not a company to roll the dice investing. They believe Iraq is a safe and stable and attractive investment atmosphere.

Member: There is a rumor that Iraq contacts telling the TV news that contractors were going to protest over the new rate ….it hasn't been implemented

Member: Does anyone actually know who controls the (RV) Flip? Is it an Algorithm or Pres Trump or the CBI????

Member: If you listen to Frank26- DJT is the only one running the show in Iraq.

MZ: There is a lot of pressure. But he is not the only one running anything.

Member: Just remember Mr C says the Dragon Family will not release the bullion for the RV until “public” perp walks!

MZ: He also said those things could happen at the same time “hand in hand” . I think they will come at exactly the same time. RV and arrests.

Member: 5 years ago, Iraq did a rate change, and the date was December 20th.

MZ: I think it was in the wrong direction that year and they went from 1152 or something to 1400 or so…. something like that.. But historically they like this time of year for rate changes.

Member: Seems to be a lot of distractions going on all at once, RV may go any minute…IMO

Member: I feel like I’m in the car and my kids are in the back saying are we there yet? Are we there yet?

Member: sometimes I feel like I'm on the longest car ride of my life and the driver don't know where he's going

Member: Just remember Christmas and Easter are the best times to open the St. Germaine Trust…..so keep the faith .

Member: I’m really trying to stay positive . Let’s get some great new today!!

MZ: I think we will see it very early in 2026.

Member: I was sooooo certain this would be an awesome Christmas around the world ... shows what I know...

Member: So all we need is HCl and the bondholders, and we are ready to go?

MZ: We are stinking, painfully close. And about the same time we will see Indian nations, CMKX, and others go.

MZ: There are Indian Nations meetings going on in D.C today. We have Iraq showing us they are fully independent with no restrictions. So much has been accomplished. 2025 has been a year of extreme accomplishments. I know we all want more though.

Member: I have been in this for 20 years and have never been so excited about seeing the finality of this!!

MZ: I’m with you on this.

Member: Hey mark I got to talk to a exchange here in Texas and they are ready for the RV. They say they’re looking probably by the end of December.

Member: Sudani has announced that” All monetary reforms are now complete“!

MZ: Its really been a big week in Iraq. A modern system now, no more sanctions on their money, The UN is in the process of leaving…..The US officially ended the war time powers in Iraq.

MZ: Iraq has been busy cleaning up corruption and embezzlement in their country…..Part of Nesara/Gesara?

Member: The US and EU need to clean up corruption and embezzlement too…..or we will never see Nesara/Gesara!

MZ: On the historic bond side – I have 2 sources telling me that they were told their process has gone through and they will have spendable money between Mon-Wed of next week.

MZ: Earlier this week I had a contact that had received spendable travel money to close a historic asset deal. This is one of the contacts that traveled…say they closed and will have spendable funds between Mon- Wed.

MZ: Cross your fingers guys. When this happens then we can get excited. Until then treat it as hopeful, powerful vibes.

Member: silver today is $64.50!!!

Member: Spot silver actually hit $65.08 on the options market, physical not far behind

Member: I got a notice this morning from my credit union starting December 12th at 9:00 p.m. and ending Saturday the 13th at 6:00 a.m. we will not be able to use online banking ATMs Tela banking

Member: There is lots of data pointing to Rv from now through January.

Member: It would be really something for the RV to come in beforehand while everybody's already looking ahead till January

Member: I am going to keep hoping and praying we have a wonderful Christmas this year. Still over a week for something to happen!

Member: it’s the season for miracles….We sure need one worldwide right now.

Member: So, What is holding us up?

MZ: On the bond side I do have somebody that just had a meeting today. I am hoping for an update soon. I hope to have a bond update before Dr. Scott and this evening podcast

Member: On truth social someone posted a Mr Pool post with a green light on it

Member: Today-silver on comex 62.77

Member: Musk's Starlink is meeting to activate in Iraq: shafaq news

MZ: That will be a game changer in Iraq for communications.

MZ: “ The Iraq Embassy in Washington welcomes the US house of Representatives vote to repeal the 1991 and 2002 authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.” To repeal the Iraq war laws. This strengthens the partnership between the 2 countries. Remember we are leaving when we are paid. And we are leaving.

MZ: “Iraq achieves a big leap in its oil exports to the US, surpassing Saudi Arabia” My opinion is the US is quietly topping off its Strategic Oil Reserve.

MZ: “Iraq’s financial authorities have stressed developing financial markets “ These are the reform policies that they are continuing to talk about. They said they would institute these to lift the purchasing power and reform their currency. They are going through their checklist right before our eyes.

MZ: Frank26 thinks it will be 1 to 1 in Iraq and a managed float outside Iraq. He is looking at First of January.

Member: I don’t think the checklist will be done until January. Glad that’s not far off.

MZ: A lot of people are on this same opinion. Could it still go before then? Absolutely.

Member: I think Jan 1 is the logical time to release the public RV/reset. But the private groups which are supposed to happen before the public may go at anytime. Fingers crossed.

Member: At least we are still in line…..Just wish the line was moving faster….sigh.
