MZ: The news has been spotty but still positive. I am keeping my eyes on Reno.

MZ: There has been tons of rumors and tons of bank stories. One if them is references that the new dinar sys “digital currency”. Years ago we were told the digital dinar or “I-Dinar” would be backed by gold and assets. And the paper notes represent the digital notes. Now we are getting rumors that it clearly says that on in

MZ: Other rumors we are getting is there are some folks ….Reno folks……that believe that tonight between 11AM and 2PM is “GO” time.

MZ: I do not think its time but know some folks that are salivating at this. Some believe all the settlements are ready to go to the Indian Nations for monthly payouts….. We are hearing lots of rumors folks…..but for now consider them rumors until we can see what is real and what is not…..But some folks are beyond hopeful.

Redemption Center/banking contacts are a mixed bag……contacts in Tennessee, Texas and Virginia say they are working this weekend….but others say they are not working this weekend but worked a lot last week. They all say they are ready.

MZ: In Iraq Barzani saying they are going to start pumping oil at 300,000 barrels and work up to 500,000. They need oil to go to $99 dollars a barrel or to increase production. Supposedly Barzani and Sudani are working closely together to increase that production and have balanced budgets…..OR they could revalue.

MZ: “ Parliamentary Finance : There is no justification for the delay in budget schedules” I believe we have not yet seen it because there is a rate in there or clear indicators as to what our rate will be.

MZ: “The President of the Republic heads to New York amid American lukewarmness toward Sudanese” I have not seen any evidence that Iraq and Washington are fighting….but it makes for a good story. Maybe they are setting the stage for something? He is heading there for UN meetings.

Member: Mark, 8 days ago Mr C said we won't go until we have safe, secure money and publically see perp walks. Will that happen all at once & soon?

MZ: We have heard it happens all at once.

Member: I am hearing the Vnd is ready and standing by for the rv

Member: Rumor has it that the vnd is ready for the rv, just waiting on the iqd

Member: Heard several bank stories from here in Florida. Appointments for next week.

Member: Bank story last night about woman being told to bring in her currency Monday then the manager hugging and congratulating her was a exciting as it gets

Member: I love all these positive bank stories! Let's keep the vibes Up!

Member: I got my hair cut, clothes ready, documents ready... let's go!

Member: I need some advice ... many are saying banks re the place to go... however Mark has said redmption centers... Ideas ? Thoughts ?

Member: Redemption centers are “Redeeming banks” with trained personnel and equipment for exchanging currency. So many people are not getting this.. In a nutshell Redemption centers are in banks…….

Member: With the start of a new fiscal year oct 1st, it would be great time to change financial system!

Member: Tomorrow is the eclipse and the end of summer. Is this the start?

MZ: I think next weekend is more likely then this one….but nobody knows the timing.

Member: I really hope we’ll see this wrapped up by the end of September !!

Member: If I understand this correctly, the Dinar we exchange at a US bank will go to the US treasury. The treasury will then use it to buy physical oil from Iraq over 20-30 years.

MZ: Exactly…and maybe as much as over 50 years….is what I was told. And that is why they may be paying us over and above the street rate…because they want our dinar for cheaper oil

MZ: A historic bond contact said things are going really well…things are great…..they have not been paid but are very upbeat.

MZ: Another bond contact said they kept postponing his meeting…..rolling it over into today.

Member: Bond person saying "things are going great" is a fantastic sign!

Member: Starting to think this will go closer to the Iraq elections so Sudani will be reelected.

Member: How about troops leaving Iraq?

MZ: “US position on Baghdad after Russia’s offer to provide Iraq with advanced weopons” The US jumped in and told Iraq to not worry…they would keep supplying them and have no interest in leaving US business interests unsupported.

MZ: “Long Term agreements : Nato talks about Iraq mission and long term partnership” They say they are staying as long as they need us. They do not want any “power voids” like there were in the past. Iraq will be running their own country…NATO will just add support and regional stability.

MZ: If there is going to be a major reset…..they will need regional stability.

Member: It's a good day for an RV... How close is Vietnam with their Green Light?

Member: IMF Executive Board concluded Vietnam did stress bank test, and rate needs to change.

Member: What is the possibility of Vietnam kicking the whole thing off?

MZ: I still think its all going at the same time . there is a lot of pressure on Vietnam to change the value of the dong. It is very undervalued.

Member: Frank was wearing a bright orange suit in a video last week.

Member: Franks orange suit means "Implementation", praying that means something good!

Member: Wells Fargo sent me an email saying they will be on a new system….updating starting September 25th.

Member: Pnc bank told me they are preparing and will call me when they are redeeming

Member: I'm getting Chase Wealth Management emails at least once a week.

Member: my Key Bank was installing a new ATM machine yesterday

MZ: this is getting interesting. A number of banks are now admitting they will be working with dinar in a limited fashion. They have not said what that is….but these are banks that said they would never touch it.

Member: A wealth transfer and a health transfer coming our way!!

Member: IMO there is a lot going on behind the scenes….they just need to bring it all out into the public.

Member: I am hearing a lot of chatter about this weekend

MZ: Hearing that same chatter….just afraid its one weekend to early. I don’t know exactly when we go but the majority of sources believe we go at the very end of September and the first days of October.

Member: October first is when the new fiscal year for the government starts

MZ: There are a number of rumors in groups and the Indian Nations that this could be our weekend. But my middle eastern contacts thin it’s the following weekend. There are tons of rumors out there.

Member: just for kicks and giggles i just now popped into my local Wells Fargo branch and asked about currency exchange and he said yes. I said what about Iraqi Dinar, he smiled and said not yet!

MZ: More and more folks in banking are hearing about it and training for it.

Member: Heard somewhere that president of Iraq and Trump are going to be in NY on 22nd for a UN or NATO thing. How often are these guys together. What a good time to announce and reap the political rewards

MZ: It would be a great time.

Member: I think everything is pointing to first of October. New fiscal year starts. Sudani is getting very close to elections, hcl about to be done

Member: Still hoping the Vietnam dong is in the first basket.

Member: The Vietnamese dong is definitely a currency you will want $$$

Member: Central Bank of Vietnam web site had been down 36 hours…may be back up now

Member: Iraq Finance Minister was in London yesterday discussing building an international financial center

Member: do you think Sudani is holding the RV for an October surprise....to guarantee reelection? if rv doesn't happen he would most likely be politically destroyed and ran out of town

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat : Just remember that the dinar now already trades on the ISX which is the Iraqi Securities Exchange. A link was placed even on FOREX back to the ISX years ago. This made it easier for future investors in the dinar to follow IQD trends. However, it is not on the global exchanges and certainly not at the rate we are waiting to see. The official CBI rate of 1320 is simply not going to help in the Trump reset of the national US debt, get it?

MZ: I get it

Member: Sure hope that MarkZ knows that when people act salty its not about him but about the people in power going so slow…lets get things moving.

MZ: I don’t know – but do I expect some major bond movement this week? Yes I do

Member: Lots of good news out of Iraq!

Member: Mark,…You have said when the HCL law is signed into law we go within a few days? Or when oil starts flowing? Or are they so close it’s the same?

MZ: oil flowing is a sign that they are about sign the rest of the HCL because its necessary for profit sharing and revenue.

MZ: “ Today: Salaries, non-oil revenues and oil exports on the table of the Kurdistan Government” This is important as its part of the HCL. (Hydro Carbon Law) There is a major push to finish these files this week. There are big meetings going on right now.

Member: Why do we continue to follow Iraq?

MZ: It’s the easiest to track right now. It’s only a cog in this reset…..it’s not the cornerstone …..but watching Iraq helps us track timing better. That is why we do it.

MZ: “Customs: Recovering 5 billion dinar s and depositing them in the state treasury” this is part of the White Paper Reforms so they can lift their value.

Member: I read that Iraq was accepted into the BIS Bank of International Settlements?

MZ: That’s another big piece…along with ascension in the World Trade Organization where they have finished all the paperwork and we are just waiting on announcements. …..Its only a matter of time before they announce it.

e: I hear Vietnam has the green light to go.

MZ: I am sure they the green light to go in the reset.

Member: I wonder -Would iraq ever be left behind since other countries are ready to revalue and Iraq seems to be dragging their feet

Member: I have asked this question before - who is in charge of activating the global reset - which I assume that the RV is part of ? Thanks

Member: Any Significance To September 30 / October 1 Being A New Fiscal Year?

Member: I think that is a significant date……IMO Its logical to start new rates at the new Fiscal year which starts Oct. 1

MZ: It would certainly be the easiest time to do it. I have a number of financial contacts who believe that is our timing ….It makes logical common sense.

MZ: I think things are rolling out quickly now. I think they are going through the security protocols they have to do. Along with things we are seeing in Iraq.

MZ: No new bond news today though

Member: Thanks mark. I do hear many good things about the next couple days. Sure hope we’re on the home stretch

Member: Anyone have a recent good bank story from the USA?

Member: Frank26 had a great bank story yesterday

Member: Frank26 bank story mentioned they received an email showing what their portfolio was worth. The bank knew how much they had in dinar and dong and the email stated they had over 1000 million dollars account balance set up!

MZ: That is getting interesting…I am hearing other stories from people in real life…..but most banks still deny it. Noone is exchanging it yet….but it does seem like banks have gotten prepared.

Member: the lady in Franks bank story said she did the math …and that would be a rate of about $7.60 US per each IQD

MZ: I can see that being possible if the Us dollar is devalued…..and there is talk about the US dollar devaluing.

Member: Question--- do you think we will see the full page ad like Kuwait's revalue.

MZ: I think there is a good chance we do…..We will just keep watching.

Member: do you think Iraqs rate will be higher than Kuwaits when they finally revalue?

MZ: I think it will be higher. Sudani said they wanted it back to its former glory and to be the highest currency in the region and in the world…….

Member: I saw a clip shown on a iraq paper there are celebrations planned for the 18th.

Member: Mark did you ever get confirmation on lower denoms released in Iraq?

MZ: I got confirmations there are cut sheets and printed LD’s …but not that they have been released. They have been training to release them……why would they do that without a value change soon. IMO they would not.

MZ: From Iraq: “Al-Sudani: If there is a country that has the right to celebrate democracy- It is Iraq” they have a long struggle to get here- but finally have democracy.

MZ: “ SOMO announces the termination of contracts with Kurdistan oil companies and confirms the imminent resumption of exports? I want to see the oil pumping….then I will get excited

Member: #BREAKING: Baghdad and Erbil have reached an agreement to resume the Kurdistan Region’s oil exports through Iraq’s state oil marketer SOMO, Kurdistan Parliament member Ali Hama Saleh announced.

Member: sheesh…I thought that happened weeks ago…must still be Groundhog day in Iraq.

Member: Nader posted dinar was at 1140 now.

Member: if 1140 is true, that is mindblowing!

MZ: Many out there thought there would be one more move on dinar before the “big move” . If true that is very big news.

Member: $43.10 silver today.

Member: last week went into my bank in Canada and talked about currency ..I was told at the time I would have to see a financial planner when the value changes

Member: Yesterday my credit union - ranked best in the state said it would be closed on9/23 for training on new bank practices.

Member: Whiplash 347 posted that Tier 4B was activated is that true???

Member: If that was true…we would be heading to the banks to exchange.

Member: Welllll………Trump is leaving the country again..going to the UK….. let's make it our time!!!!

Member: what ever happened to the reports of new USTN currency already being delivered to US banks? Was it real of “fake news”

Member: Oct 1 is the start of the 4th quarter and the start of the new fiscal year in the US and others. Maybe a good time to start with a new financial system and new USTN’s…..and a reset?????

Member: Thoughts...RV this week w/ EBS, 10 days start Sunday. 4th quart. Oct. 1st.

Member: Since Dr Shabibi said the start of a new qtr would be the easiest for banks……I think we are looking at Oct 1st.

Member: There was an article put out that Iraq private banks need to also be done by October 1st?

Member: I’m excited, we have been waiting for so long, now looks like everything is coming together.

MZ: Things look very good for us all…..but remember things have looked good in the past….just not this good…..imo

MZ: There are many who have not yet been paid. But many think they may get paid this week.

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat In the call from Iraq, I was told meetings are underway with the US Treasury and Central Bank of Iraq for the final details of what we all hope will be the execution of the swap out of currency soon...Please everyone, get down on your knees and pray hard for the people of Iraq and the abundance and prosperity this move could give all of us.

MZ: That sounds very solid. We know they have had sudden and unexpected meetings last week.

Member: the Bank of Iraq met with England today. Not a rumor

Member: What is the significance of Iraq meeting with the BIS this week?

MZ: that along with meetings at the world Bank are all part of them moving forward.

Member: Is that bill about to get passed that pulls our military out of Iraq? Anyone know?

Member: they started pulling military out weeks ago….many have been reassigned to other bases in other Mideast countries.

Member: I saw some other gurus showing lower denom notes in Iraq saying they are out.

MZ: There are many rumors of lower denomination IQD notes out. I am working on my contacts there to try and verify if its factual or not. I am waiting for my contacts in Iraq to confirm it …But there seems to be more proof – especially about a 1 denomination dinar. (like a $1 dollar bill) Once we see better pictures and confirm…..maybe its time to start celebrating.

MZ: “Iraq takes the position of chair in the Interpol cybercrime task force” This is important and shows Iraq’s effort at security

MZ: “Tomorrow Monday Baghdad hosts the summit for the quartet council of the Road to Development” Its growing. Turkey , Quatar and United Arab Emerits are planning on being there….Possibly Oman and Syria will also be there. The development road project is going to be massively bigger than they first anticipated.

MZ: “Iraq’s banking sector is witnessing major transformations under the leadership of the central bank within a comprehensive banking reform plan” There were dozens of articles this weekend about expanding the development road and reforms and 140/HCL. (hydro carbon law)

Member: I think MM group thinks the HCL needs the new rate first

Member: could they pass the HCL at 1310?

MZ: I heard they could and probably would…pass the HCL revenue sharing first…and then the rate is changed.

MZ: Nothing new on CMKX or Prosperity packages

Member: Forex back online today after being closed and getting new updates

Member: IMF changed Dinar and Dong status, no longer exotic

Member: October 1st is also the start of the new fiscal year for the US and other countries.

Member: Trump will be over in England Wednesday-Friday, what about all of this "POTUS out of the country for RV to happen" stuff?

Member: let us hope that rumor is proven true….but its just a rumor at this point.

Member: Good Morning everyone....is this the weekend for the RV???

MZ: I have some group people that think it is….wish I knew for certain. The news was really eerily quiet this week.

Member: The silence is quietist when you are over the target.

Member: Frank26 said the white papers for the Reforms arrived at the CBI?

MZ: I have heard the same thing. That when they finish the reforms….they will change the value.

MZ: I had two bond contacts. (one is mine directly) that said their meetings went extremely well and next week is going to be fantastic. The other said they are anticipating getting paid next week.

Member: Hoping the rumored rate of $5.98 is accurate

MZ: I hope you are right

Member: Mark- Bara rumors yesterday: The IQD does not need to revalue. It has already revalued. The rate has now been publicly exposed at $5.96. I knew this rate a month ago? It has completely revalued across the board

Member: If Iraq not the reason for the RV; Chinese not the action for the RV so the question ….WHAT exactly decided the switch for the TV and WHO authorizes it?

MZ: Iraq is reviving old wells and old fields to increase output. “ To strengthen its stockpile Iraq revives oil well that has been absent for 3 decades” I think they know something that we don’t.

MZ: “ Al-Sudani : The volume of investment has reached $100 Billion over the last 2 years” there is so many good things going on . Every time we turn around More investments in Iraq.

MZ: “ New law on income taxes and accounting for oil companies in Iraq” In other words….better procedures.

Member: MM did a live last night I got in On tail end of it. But it was so good. I believe he believes we are so darn close

Member: I see so many headlines about the currency reset it is nearly impossible to tell which ones are true.

Member: Many Main stream economists are even talking about it.

Member: any news on Prosperity Packages?

MZ: I was hoping for good sold news on PP’s this weekend. We were told they were updating …and then the news dried up.

Member: How long will we have to exchange our currency after the RV?

MZ: I believe 3 months. So I believe 90 days.

Member: what is your “git feeling” about when we will see RV?

MZ: I still feel September is still doable.

Member: Rumor is Forex is down for maintenance?

Member: it's funny forex is on upgrade from the September 13, 2025 to September 14, 2025, we will be performing planned system upgrades to enhance your trading experience.

MZ: Many believe 9-11 may be the date. Just remember no one knows the exact date.

Member: I’m still thinking pretty positively about this week/weekend…so many rumors!!!

Member: Remember the new fiscal year for the US and others happens on Oct. 1st….

Member: Good morning, Mark. What are your thoughts on it being completed by the end of the month?

MZ: I still think its very possible.

MZ: From the bond side its still exceptionally quiet

Member If they are under NDA’s- they have to be quiet….this is good

Member: What else does Iraq need to do so they can RV their currency?

MZ: “Uncertainty grows in Iraq over who will replace US troops after withdrawal from key bases” Again- we were told our troops would leave when we got paid. They are leaving…so imo…there is much to watch right now.

MZ: “2027: electricity in Iraq is cut off or will they reach stability?” It is going to reach stability. They are looking to have a first class electrical system ready by 2027. They have already made enormous progress.

Member: If they revalue the dinar…..they can pay for all the electricity they want…..imo

Member: I wonder with the Dinar going digital and the financial world turning upside down. What is the flip of the switch moment?

MZ: “Specialists: Decline in confidence in the dollar ignites gold prices” This is a good one to talk over with Andy today. Many Iraqi citizens and citizens worldwide are holding physical gold.

MZ: this is a big one. “Rewrite the rules: $37 Trillion US debt sparks wild crypto and gold reset theory as bitcoin price soars.” We saw the video from the Economic Times as this Putin aide dropped this shocker that the plan is to write off the debt and devalue the US dollar using crypto/stablecoins to back it in gold. There it is- right out there in the open. Everything we have been talking about it our reset.l

MZ: Forbes is now reporting it as well. “US conspiring to dump debt into crypto-Putin aide drops shocker on US 37T debt”

Member: Andy and Zester has been telling us and showing us this long before the big boys and other economists did.

Member: I do not think we will see anything on the RV/reset until we go gold backed, that is just my opinion!! It makes sense to me

Member: Food for thought- Nesara Gesara was supposed to happen in that day 9/11 over 20 years ago…..maybe this year it will finally happen?

Member: I've talked to my bank manager and we have already discussed how my bank and me will handle things

MZ: I’m glad you found someone open minded and willing to talk about it.

Member: Anything new on rates…

MZ: I havn’t heard anything new on dong rates. 2 weeks ago I had a great contact tell me I have been off on rates …too low. Some believe the rate could be up to $7.90 on the dinar and maybe $5 on dong. I hope that is accurate.

Member: TNT said they are trading Iraq bonds at $5.86

MZ: I don’t know about the bonds….but that figure has shown up pretty consistently on some of the banking sites. Just not the public sites.

Member: Any news out of Reno this week

MZ: Lots of rumors coming out of Reno that it is completed.…..If you believe half the chatter from Reno we have already RV’d and will get our notices this week. My best group contacts refuse to comment…but they very much expect group money to be flowing this week. …It’s encouraging but cannot verify anything right now. Continue to stay calm.

Member: There's a rumor that we are all staying calm.

Member: If it was done wouldn’t the Dinar be up on Forex already?

MZ: I think we are in a great spot…they just continue to cloud the timing.

Member: Mark, shotgun start or is the Internet group at the back of the list?

Member: A tax expert believes we will owe capital gains tax. Hopes he is wrong

Member: Hope for the best and plan for the worst.

MZ: In Iraq” “Iraq’s non-oil revenues jumps to 7 trillion dinars thanks to reforms” This has been a big success…..

Member: I’m hearing that Iraq has ended the disconnection with the global financial system

Member: Any word on the Bolivar??

Member: Venezuela is ranked 10 in natural resources globally. much more than iraq one would think it would have a great revaluation at least as much as iraq / Kuwait

MZ: Venezuela is exponentially wealthier than Kuwait….and Kuwait is very wealthy…..so that makes sense.

Member: Is it possible 9/11 RV since that was the original date it was supposed to be released to the public many years ago???

Member: Nesara/Gesara was to go in 2001 but 911 happened. Could it be 9-11 this year ?

MZ: Yes it was supposed to happen on 9-11 in the year 2000 I believe…..a lot of people hope it will happen then this year……but I try not to buy into it.

Member: We’ve said this before, but when this actually happens, I think many will not believe it.

Member: Keeping hope high, expectations low. Too many false alarms in the past,

MZ: You are right…we have had way to many false alarms in the past.

MZ: We lost another one before the finish line. Bearded Patriot has passed away. Prayers go up to all who knew him

Member: When this is over I think we need a monument to honor all Dinarians who did not cross the finish line.

MZ: Well there is a lot of expectations. I am sure the boards will be full of ups, downs and roller coasters. Just stay calm.

Member: Keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. please wait till ride comes to complete stop

MZ: On the bond side and group side there are lots of rumors that funds are moving and we will see it within 48 hours. Lots of rumors…..but don’t ride the roller coaster. .

Member: I have a real question is this NASERA/GASERA thing really going to happen or is it all hopium?

Member: I think parts will happen. But they wont call it Nesara or Gesara……just parts will happen and roll out slowly.

Member: Wow saw a lot of utube videos this weekend stating RV happened. The price of Dinar and Dong and instructions on how to exchange

Member: Yes- lots of lies, misinformation and smoke and mirrors……..Don’t beleive a word of it. If it had gone….we would be exchanging……anything else is a lie.

MZ: Lots of rumors running around that they flipped the trigger last night and we will see it within 48 hours. But it cannot be verified ……but yes there is a tremendous amount of chatter.

Member: Chatter don’t matter…..show me the money.

Member: Bank story: I talked to a friend who work for a mortgage company. that bought a bank and I asked about basal 3 and he said they were ready.

Member: Rumer I heard - there was a mass communication blackout across Africa and a lot of celebration going on.

Member: Lot's of crazy chatter Mark. Several reports Iraq News reported Great new rate on two different local channels. Don't know what to believe ?

Member: Just don’t believe any of them…..lots of BS everywhere.

Member: if iraq had a new rate the forex market would be going berserk

Member: There are a lot of rumors that the HCL will be presented to the Council of Ministers on Tuesday. If this is true, will the document then have to go to Parliament for three readings before a vote?

MZ: The HCL has had more than one reading already. IMO it could go within a day.

MZ: Lots of rumors that oil is flowing and things were signed…and they are moving forward….but consider it all rumors for now.

MZ: “SOMO chief tells Kurdistan24 -Oil export deals sealed as Baghdad and Erbil move forward” There are now many confirmations in the press and media saying it is sealed and it is done.

MZ: “SOMO: We have prepared a plan to make Iraq an open market and a pivotal energy hub” They have greatly increased capacity.

MZ: Now we need to see salaries move forward: “ Kurdistan region presents August payroll to Baghdad” this is big news.

Member: So with this done…based on fundamentals, RV should happen in days…hopefully

MZ: “Sudani heads for Brussels. Is he sending secret political signals to NATO?” Iraq has been very busy….From secret meetings last week, meetings with the WTO and Oman…and now meetings with NATO.

Member: So should we go to banks or redemption centers to exchange?

MZ: Redemption centers are “redeeming banks” that are specially trained to exchange foreign currencies and take care of us all…..I do not understand why that is so hard for everyone to get?

Member: Hoping and praying good things happen this week. We need a breakthrough.
