Member: Happy Thanksgiving eve!!!   4 day weekend. Nice for a RV?

Member: Notifications or 800#’s today???

MZ: I’m not expecting them today….but very soon. None of my sources say it’s happening today….but some folks think the next 3 days are highly possible.

Member: Bruce said something about it going today

MZ: We do have some key people that are no longer in place until Friday. A number of folks on the bond side from the US that had been in Zurich, Hong Kong or Asia are home for the holidays. They should fly back to their places on Friday so I am not expecting a plethora of news before Friday. If need be- a number of people in the Rena area are close and can get back quickly.

Member: Could you please explain the 800 #s for the new people?

Member: Redeeming banks/redemption centers will send a notification to the dinar sites and some gurus to publish …Call the 800 number posted…..give them your zip code and they set up an exchange appointment for you in your area……Thats what I was told.

Member: Do you have a guesstimate of rates for us newbies?

MZ:  On the dong we have seen anything from .39 cents to $3.90 recently….i am hearing now that it could be closer to the $3.50-$3.90 range. I am hearing  low $4’s on the dinar but they have seen $6-$8…and some of my sources think the law rate is off. Indonesia we are still hearing $1.47.I do not have any idea what the Pengo or bolivar will be. Still hearing on the Zim between $30 million to $50 million per 100T note

Member: The talk about these supposed rates doesn't mean a Damn thing if they continue to not flip the switch

Member: Got a lot of intel in my inbox forwarded to me last night wow!!! I think Things are getting very exciting!!!!

Member: Sudani’s out of his country so no RV until he returns. IMO

MZ: “ The upcoming session will witness a vote on all controversial laws” one f the most controversial laws is the HCL and the profit sharing agreement . It is a key peace for a revaluation.  

MZ: “ For the first time since 2003. Non-Oil revenues achieve significant growth in 2024” This gives Iraq stability and helps allow them to raise the value of their currency.

Member: Amazon warehouse workers are going on strike this Black Friday-possibly

Member: Mark...think it would be epic for EAS and disclosure during Thanksgiving dinner to vindicate all the tin foil hat peeps

MZ: There are a lot of people staying home this Thanksgiving. One rumor I did hear on fines and penalties…that there was a good chance they could go this weekend because of the number of people that will be home and in place. It makes sense.

Member: Why is there so much miss information out there? Why can’t people tell the truth?

MZ: A lot of the misinformation is purposeful….so people don’t know the timing

Member: Safe travels to those heading out this Thanksgiving and remember we all have something to be thankful for.

Member: Hoping for a fun update tonight…

MZ: In Iraq- “After the census: Does the Kurdistan region have the right to demand an increase in the share of the Iraqi budget: Analysts answer”   This is part of the HCL agreements  

Member: The HCL IS all the talk right now.

MZ: “Parliamentary finance calls on the government to expedite  sending budget tables” Its all about HCL.

MZ:  Bank Story: (Reading from a member) So I have a connection within a bank and he did a little searching around and said “So that revalue? I’ve been checking some stuff at work…and yeah…many US banks are prepping for the RV in the next 90 days . Chase, Wells , Amex are all preparing things apparently”

MZ: This does not mean it could not happen sooner…..just sometime in the next 90 days.

MZ: I did have one bond contact check in and he said he couldn’t give details but he expects to be fully paid within the next 4 days. He was very specific with “4 days” from this afternoon.

Member: Woohoo! That would be great for Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!

MZ: And I had some Iraqi contacts say it was supposed to go last night – but it didn’t. I heard that late last evening and this morning.

Member: I hope they try again tonight!!!!

Member: Nader said it should be an interesting couple of days!

MZ: And I am still hearing that because of trade agreements- The dong and dinar would roughly RV at about the same time

MZ: “Is the United States considering a Gold-Backed Treasury Instrument? “ A great article from Gold Telegraph.  They are thinking of selling long term US Government bonds attached to gold. We are seeing all the gold being purchased by Central Banks (Including Iraq) .

Member: Shabibi said the rv would be at the start of the year or start of the quarter so I still am counting on Jan 1

Member: Still hoping for sooner than that…..but it is close.

Member: Thanksgiving Blessings and hugs to all

Member: What’s the good word today Mark?

MZ: I am waiting for that bond update this late afternoon into the evening….. What is expected is an update on what bond holders should expect on timing and the release.

MZ: There are some golden articles out of Iraq overnight. “ Finance Committee reveals the outline of amending the budget law”  They are almost done.

MZ: “The Oil Committee meets to discuss the text of the budget amendment regarding Kurdistan oil.” The Kurdish region will start exporting  about 450,000 barrels of oil per month and a extra billion dollars from the Kurdish region for government revenues alone. These are huge numbers and would not be happening if HCL was not at least agreed too. I think they are still hiding that.

Member: Ariel posted the HCL is done

MZ: It’s not been officially announced but there are some solid clues that it could be done.

Member: Iraq is probably done it’s probably the USA that’s holding up the progress.. isn’t that typical

Member: Mark, when do we expect to hear anything "official" out of Iraq? the Wednesday Gazette?

Member: Article: “Iraq announces population census results at over 45 million amid slight increase in males” Quote: “Al-Sudani

MZ: “Iraq exports more than 100 million barrels of oil last October” that was last month. Its obvious we are just waiting on the official HCL announcement .

MZ: And they have placed a mechanism into the budget law for a rate change ……Why would they do that if they did not expect a rate change? There is an amendment specifically for the change in the value of their currency. This is for all of those who says this will never happen.

Member: Mark have you seen the article that Alak said the mechanism will be activated in 10 days and the ri is 95% done and only 5% left to complete

Member: I think with Sudani stating he wants this done by Dec 10th he will come through for he knows-if he doesn’t….. they will take to the streets soon

MZ: There is so much pointing to it all going before Dec 10th.

MZ: “Dollar War- The Eastern camp imposes a new economic reality against Washington’s weapons”  This is a breakdown on BRICS and how they are changing the financial reality. There are options besides the dollar.  It was always the plan that if the western word would not go along with changes in the financial system …BRICS would force the change. We are getting close.  

Member: Markets, freaking out because why? Money! So programmed! That’s why we need the RV!! Chaos stops immediately, people are no longer stressed beyond measure! Get it done Treasury and all involved

Member: can anybody clarify what is meant by needing an NDA for the bonds?

Member: NDA means non-disclosure agreement. Bondholders can't tell rates they get, etc.

Member: are you hearing anything about the Redemption Center Workers?

MZ: They had a busy weekend last weekend. They claim they were getting things squared away and ready . I expect an update tomorrow.

Member: What are they saying the dinar will be worth now?

MZ: They are not.  But most people believe it will be in the high $3.s or low $4’s.

Member: Do you think the Dong will still be half the dinar?

​​Member: I saw the Dong at 0.39 on Saturday

MZ: On the dong we once again had new values show up again. Surprising rates on screens like $3.9003333-I think it was. This was on late Sunday. Was it a glitch or hiccup or testing?  We don’t know. But it is curious. If dong goes that high- WOW

Member: I would sure take that dong rate right now

MZ: We saw an Indonesian rate pop up a few weeks ago at $1.47. This is the rate I have been hearing for over 5 years.

​​Member: IMO, IQD will be $3.81-$4.24, VND $1.65-$2.26 IMO!

Mod: Remember we won’t know rates till our appointment. Anything else is speculation

Member: Dear Lord, make this Thanksgiving & Christmas memorable

Member: I’ll gladly go to the RV appt instead of eating Turkey!

Member: We would be sooo thankful if it went before Thanksgiving??

Member: GE all, Mark and mods. Bring us some good news please.

MZ: I have a number of bond contacts that reached out today to let me know that they are expecting  timing and procedures updates tomorrow to let them know how they are handling the first 1%...times are ranging from mid- afternoon to evening tomorrow. So I should have an update tomorrow night what bond folks are hearing and expecting.

MZ: “Al Mashandi directs the lifting of the stalled laws to the Presidency of the House of representatives”   Those laws are coming off “stuck” . One of those stalled laws is the HCL.

MZ: “In preparation for the resumption of exports, Parliament will raise the cost of purchasing oil in the 2025 budget” Now the Kurdish region can actually make money on the production of oil. This is one of the biggest sticking points between Baghdad and Erbil for the HCL.

MZ: “Relationship on the closing of the platform . There is no sudden transition but rather a gradual transition that will be completed within two weeks” Here are your banking changes. Alak announced today that their banking system is at its best. The process began in 2024 and there is 5% left to be completed within the next 2 weeks. Before Victory Day on Dec 10th I hope and pray it is done by then.

MZ: There are a whole lot of folks that say all these things coming together means a rate change. I believe them to be accurate.

MZ: If we are still sitting here after Dec 10th I am really gonna start to wonder.

MZ: “Officially Elena Romanowski’s assignment in Iraq ends”  I would like to point out that a number of revaluations in the middle east while she was with the state department or an Ambassador…she was famous for that …maybe Iraq will be her “swan song” on her way out of the door.

MZ:  We do not yet know who Trump will be putting in as the Ambassador to Iraq…..but you can bet it’s someone who is pro revaluation.

Member: A new week of RV possibilities!!

Member:  praying for some great news today

Member: No matter what, be glad you’re not a TURKEY this week

Member: A lot of rumors are pointing to tomorrow

MZ: Yes there are a lot of rumors about tomorrow…I’m trying to stay calm and see what happens.

Member: Lots of good stuff this weekend from MM and Nader

Member: wolverine says he is now under an NDA.

​​Member: Wolverine is a Bondholder. If he said he signed an NDA, he did.IMO…. Bondholders have stopped talking, fyi..

MZ: On the rumor side – I am waiting for bond contacts to sound off today.  Its Monday and I rarely have a morning update.

MZ: On the group side and the bank side- there is a lot of chatter about tomorrow morning. Some of the group contacts do have me excited though. Not saying it’s going to happen…but there is a possibility of it tomorrow so we have a great Thanksgiving. Pray that hopefully this is it.

MZ: “Relative stability in the price of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar . What are the repercussions?”  The repercussion are its better for the citizens and inflation doesn’t heat things up and it trades easier.

MZ: Shabibi kept saying give me safe and stable and I’ll give you a revaluation. Iraq is becoming the most stable country in the middle east.

MZ: “Iraq’s 2023 budget . Will the amendments get the budget back on track?” Remember the budget is for 2023, 2024, 2025…..They are talking budgets, tables, oil ect. this week. Several controversial laws are hitting parliament tomorrow.

MZ: “ Iraq announces the results of its population census: More than 45 million” What does that mean? Many people are returning to Iraq that had left during the war. These results allow them to properly divide and move funds.

MZ: The census being completes was another thing I was told they needed for the HCL…before they  pull the trigger.

MZ: “ Parliamentary finance reveals budget paragraphs covered by the amendment”  this includes all the stuff for voting on tomorrow. Its getting exciting in Iraq and we may just see RV this week. I am feeling very upbeat.

Member: Sudani did say before Dec 10th…..well this week is before Dec 10th.

Member: I do not have my hopes up for reset until we see the market crash and gold backed currency…maybe after Jan 20th?

Member: Well maybe Iraq will go first and alone instead…that would be very helpful to us all. Come on Sudani and Alak

Member: I heard a rumor the plan is to let Iraq RV and then the US treasury is going to invest it into XRP.

Member: XRP will be moving large amounts of money worldwide between banks and investment firms so it will have to have a high value

MZ: “X teases money transfer system as part of Musk’s everything app feature” He has been telling us that his vision for X would be an all in one. Remember that Musk created Paypal and then sold it. Think of it as another alternative to the SWIFT system . Elon Musk is to inject $104 billion into XRP?  This is the rumor and its all over the crypto world right now. And it looks like XRP will be the backbone of this payment system.  This is huge for all of you XRP‘ers

MZ: We spend the first 45 minutes relaxing with Matt and Lucas, then dive into the news of the day. Iraqi Parliament returns to work on Monday to work on "important" laws

Member: Good morning . Happy weekend e everyone.

Member: Lots of “pundits” say “Before Thanksgiving”

MZ: Yes a lot of them are saying that because that is what we are hearing. Now we’ll see what happens.

Member:  Wouldn’t the Redemption folks want to celebrate Thanksgiving without the exchange event?

Member: it would be great if at least the call centers were open to make appointments …then the exchange centers open after Thanksgiving.

MZ: Iraq has a lot of things that start happening on Monday. Wrapping up the census and the parliament says they will start voting on important laws on Monday.   Many believe this includes the HCL.

MZ: “Iraqi Parliament resumes session on Monday with Important Laws”  these are controversial laws they have been tackling and a number of my sources believe the HCL Law is in there. That along with the census this coming week……so they can release the new rate. We all hope this is accurate.

MZ: A couple of group leaders are sounding off and saying they expect things by Thanksgiving and that we will have an exceptionally great week. I am hopeful they are accurate.

MZ: Most of my contacts expect a phenomenal Thanksgiving (or before)

MZ: “ Commission: This week will witness the ratification of the results of the Kurdistan Parliament elections”  More news for the HCL?

MZ: I was always told once the official announcement that HCL has passed has occurred- we were within days of the RV. That is why we keep watching it.

Member: Frank26 agrees that HCL passing gives us the RV.

MZ: “ The Central Bank of Iraq sells more than $894 Million in 3 days”  This is where they sell US dollars and take Iraqi dinar off the streets. That is an enormous chunk of IQD out of circulation.  They are clearly preparing for something big to support the value of their currency.

MZ: “Big Change for the Iraqi dinar “ from The Economic Ninja:  Going Mainstream and he is also talking about the Indonisian Rupiah and the Vietnamese Dong and the other currencies we have been watching that are suddenly showing huge increased….crazy numbers on increases of values while they test the system ….. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmnZQSNSKHo

MZ: This has a lot of people excited…I am excited and my bankers are even more excited than me.

MZ: “Texas proposes Gold and Silver backed currencies to compete with fiat money” The whole word is preparing for this event. These are exciting times.

Member: Won't it be nice to stop living on the edge, waiting for the RV, waiting for things to get better?

Member: IMO This week starting today is going to be STELLAR!

Member: TGIF and Good Morning to everyone.

Member: Thank God its Friday!! Always love Fridays as it means the weekend is very close, just like all the changes in this world!

Member: I have a feeling today is going to be a very big day.

Member: Today is the anniversary of JFK’s death. Nov 22, 1963, in Dealy Plaza, Dallas Texas, President John F. Kennedy was shot and killed on National TV.

MZ: Bond news is all over the place and we are trying to figure out what is real and what is not. They thought they were supposed to be paid last night….now its before the weekend or over the weekend…we are getting a lot of different stories from different people.

MZ: One group leader did say they may actually get paid Sunday night to Monday morning. So there is a little chatter on that front.

Member: Poor bond holders. What a roller coaster ride for them

Member: I hope the rails of the roller coaster stay grounded now……, they have been used a lot through the years!! LOL

Member: no need for the ups and downs. when it happens then we all will know.

MZ: “Parliament will resume the session next week and clarify the mechanisms for extending its legislative term.” They are committed to finishing some key things before they call it a holiday. The session is still expected to end just before Dec 10th which is “Victory Day” I am still hearing HCL is in there as well. And hopefully a rate change.

MZ: “Economist: The total cost of the general population census amounted to $951 billion dinars”  This is about  $80 million dollars.  Cudos to the Iraqi government and their accurate census. I am told they should have the numbers by Sunday.

MZ: People I know in Iraq have been saying the HCL is waiting for those census numbers. And should be approved quickly after the census totals are released.

Member: And the HCL needs a new rate.

MZ: “The Iraqi government : We must adapt to the new political situation in the US”  Sudani has had a great conversation with trump. The world changes and they need to adjust to it.

Member: When currencies reset and go 1 to 1 would we have already exchanged for a better rate?

MZ: Yes. We will have already exchanged before parity happens.

Member: First adjust the rate to reflect value then go to parity, 1-1

Member: Parity will create a level playing (trading) field for all countries. Based on each countrys assets

Member: Its been said often that ZIM bonds independent of the Dinar/Dong etc. What are they waiting for on the bonds?

MZ: Good questions. They have everyone in position and we hear lots of rumor- but nothing credible as to what they are waiting for.

Member: Mark I know you don't follow other info, but most talking about a "GO" for this coming Monday?

MZ: That would be exciting but have not had that day specifically named by my sources.

Member: What other currencies are the buzz? Iran , Indonesia

MZ: The Iranian rial may or may not be in the first basket….then there is the dong

Member: AT the RV roll out, WHAT is the current procedure for us to comply to?

Member: Get the notifications, call the number, set an appointment and follow instructions….imo

MZ: Yes, call, make an appointment and go exchange

Member: I believe that we're not exchanging until we quit using fiat dollars.

Member: I wonder- Do the banks have the new currency now and are sitting on it ?

Member: Jeff Ralm say 80% tax on all currencies?? What say you ??

MZ: I believe Jeff is wrong on this one. I am simply not hearing that from anybody.

Member: I believe we’re waiting until Jan 20 for the RV…Hope I am wrong and its sooner.

Member: Hard not to get discouraged when every month, week, and even day passes with no RV. We can’t do this forever.

Member: Movies ,,often have twists and turns ,,and surprise endings.

Member: Good evening everyone…. wouldn't it be nice for the RV to go off this weekend

Member: Be even nicer if it happened tonight.

MZ: “ US Business delegation visits the Kurdistan region.”  A whole crew from the US to invest in Kurdistan”. Along with the HCL and the census- I hope you all are paying attention.

MZ: “Basra Refinery upgrade project” Japan signs a $388 million dollar loan . This will greatly increase revenue for the Iraqi government. This helps them justify and support a higher value to their currency.

MZ: “Planning the announcement of the preliminary results of the general census of Iraq next week” Early next week is in about 4 days. I have a feeling this may be what we are waiting for. Many in Iraq say they are waiting on this for distribution of funds and to change the value. I hope so.

MZ: “Global Economic risks spark calls to tie US dollar to gold again” Some economists advocate a return to the gold standard. The fiat system is the root cause of government over spending and inflation.It’s nice to see people waking up to what we have been telling them for some time now. This plan has been worked on for decades  and now it’s coming to fruition.  

MZ: Unfortunately the bond and bank side is still quiet. The group and Indian nation side is still quiet. CMKX and Prosperity package side is still quiet. I wish I had more for you.

Member: We are glad you don’t make stuff up Mark to ramp us up…….thank you.

Member: months ago there was reports of nda's with people til Thanksgiving.....well we are almost there

Member: its just going to happen….suddenly…IMO

Member: If the RV went off this weekend it would bring a new meaning to Thanks Giving. Keep praying.

Member: Good Morning and RV there yet???   Lol

Member: Happy Thursday morning to everyone in the chat room

Member: The Mayflower landed upon our Continent 400 Years ago today!!!

Member: I wonder -What is it gonna take to get this RV?

Member: Maybe after the Iraq census is finished???

MZ: We do expect the census to be wrapped up this evening as far as the in-person counting…and then a day or two for them to have the very accurate census figures. Those final figures will be done very quickly.

MZ:  “Human Rights center foresees : The population census will increase the number of seats in Parliament to about 430” Their laws say they are supposed to have a representative per 100,000 people. Their population is growing and people are also returning to Iraq. Its neat seeing this process paly out. Iraq has a republic like we have in the US.

MZ:  Here is an important one…..“IMF Arab country confirms its commitment to a flexible exchange rate rate” they are talking about Egypt- not Iraq. But a flexible exchange rate that can grow or shrink based on the economy .

MZ: Why is this one important?  Iraq has said it wants to go to a free floating currency based on a basket of goods…Gold, Oil, Actual assets…and a basket of Middle Eastern currencies. One of the currencies in that basket is the Egyption Pound.

MZ: On the bond side- I have a number of contacts expecting dollars by the end of the day TODAY. I hope they are accurate. My biggest holder however is saying “Not yet but we are extremely close” that contact still believes we will have a fantastic Thanksgiving this year…and he is one of the top bond facilitators in the world.

Member: Those poor bond holders have been cried “Wolf” to more often than we currency holders.

Member: plz discuss the plus and minuses of holding currency in a bank safety deposit box

MZ: The US government in the past has shown its ability and willingness to invade your privacy and personal property rights. And take “security boxes”. It has done this a number of times. Ask yourself if you are willing to risk it or not?

Member: EBS has been going off in Michigan for 3 days now saying it is a test

Member: Here in Naples, Fl. have been getting EBS for specific counties. I had never seen that before.

Member: Yes, the EBS system went off yesterday at around 11 AM it hit all of our phones at once scared the crap out of us

Member: Who will our notifications for exchanges come from?

Member: You will be notified by Mark or Dinar Recaps. I do not expect an email.

Member: Also TNT, Frank, Bruce, and all the dinar sites will be letting us know. We will not miss it.

Member: Honestly if this doesn’t go by the end of the year- I’m going to put the currency on the shelf and step away

Member: We may be waiting for after the first of the year or the inauguration on Jan 20th. Hang in there.

Member: And Sudani is hoping to have monetary reform in Iraq finished by Dec 10th…..allegedly.  also Auctions ending in Iraq by the end of the year……they would need a new rate on the dinar if that happens.

Member: Are you expecting something big tomorrow Mark?

MZ: No- but I am expecting something big very soon. A number of sources are expecting something big tomorrow. We will see.

Member: Bought a new suit 5 years ago round Thangsgiving as we were pretty sure we were going then ! Still in the suit bag,

Member: Maybe its time to wash and press the “go to the bank” clothes again?

Member: Happy Wednesday and Good Morning fellow RV’ers

Member: Hopefully, this is our big day!

Member: Goldilocks says no new rate in Iraq until 2025

MZ: He may be right…..but that’s not what my sources say. They believe it will happen this year in Iraq…and I am also hearing before December 10th in Iraq….but just stay grounded.

Member: When Iraq stops the foreign currency auctions….they have to RV. (revalue)

Member: Iraq Census today and tomorrow…along with everything closed and a curfew….would be a great time to flip that switch.

Member: Mark, several sites are "out of Dinar" for resale. May be a good sign

MZ: “ President Barzani ‘s advisor at Chatham House –We need a strategic agreement with Baghdad” This is some of the HCL things they are busy settling.

MZ: “Parliamentary Finance: There is no justification for delaying the 2025 budget schedules” There is a lot of discussion that we could see them this week along with 3 difficult laws passed.

MZ: “Next week : A parliamentarian reveals a political concensus to approve 3 controversial laws”  They way they will push them through and pass them. There are rumors that the Hydro Carbon law (HCL) is among those.

MZ: When they pass HCL- we know we are close to being finished. They have already started oil shipments again so I believe it could be done.

MZ: “The Minister of Planning of Kurdistan announces the end of the first and second phases of the census with success” The census is going smoothly so far. They will pretty much have it done and wrapped up by tomorrow night.

MZ: Nothing new from bond folks this morning but, lots of chatter and expectations of real bond money this week starting last night and today. But once again more bond folks are disappearing or becoming unwilling to talk. Many have different appointments from now to early December to receive 1%.

Member: Your bond contact said we wouldn’t have to ask any more dumb questions after today…9 days ago

Member: Bruce is saying that we will get notified by 12 o’clock this afternoon and possibly collect today or tomorrow. Let’s hope he’s right

Member: Praying that this time we all have an amazing holiday season
