This is why the Global Economy would have to reset everything including the currencies. Look for it to be a "gradual process" beginning early next year.  Several currencies are going to be utilizing their own local currencies going forward including Iraq starting at the 1st of January 2024. As we enter into 2024, many changes are going to come to the banking system we have not seen in a long time.  We are moving from a closed banking system where information is kept quiet to a controlled open banking system that allows information to flow from bank to bank.

This open banking system is going to be secured through artificial intelligence and smart contracts that enable transactions to take place based upon both sides of a trade being capable of finishing their contract together.

On November the 15th, 2023, the London Clearing House launched on it's Forex Clear System the market's first Forex smart clearing service.

A smart contract looks at both sides of a trade to clear the transaction based on the terms of a contract between them through artificial intelligence. It is designed to reduce the amount of Capital Requirements needed in an Exchange. This minimizes counterparty risk between the two parties and allows a trade to move forward on the London Clearing House platform.

It looks like lines have been drawn in the sand between Russia and the US regarding sanctions on Russia's Arctic LNG 2 project.  This project is a huge money maker for Russia and a lifeline for its economic stability in Global Trade.  Russia has warned the US that it would do everything possible to keep sanctions on this project from happening. We are at a crossroads.

Escalated tensions such as these have the tendency to raise the price of oil and other Commodities in the markets.  Price distortions emerge in situations such as these creating incredible volatility inside a market.  Alliances are formed and trade relations are often altered. Look for many stressors to begin hitting the market.

The JPM Coin is continuing to grow by doing another pilot study with Avalanche. The Onyx coin is a deposit token that upgrades existing traditional banking system payments.

It does cross-border international trading, foreign currency exchanges, bank-to-bank transfers, and more.   This network system is the same one JP Morgan used to set up Iraq and other countries in the Middle East inside their Banks.

"Al-Sudani directs government bank managers to submit a plan within one month to develop the banks’ work."

Here we have a banking benchmark from Iraq. Bank managers from Iraq are being told to finish their banking reforms within a month of November 14th, 2023.  At that time, their staff will need to go through logistics training on the new digital asset-based trading system.

We already know that Iraq on January 1st, 2024 will begin using their Iraqi dinar only in trades around the world. The use of the dollar in their International trades will no longer be allowed.

Citi Bank has developed a digital application utilizing blockchain infrastructure to price and execute bilateral spot foreign exchange trades.   This digital mechanism is part of Project Guardian. It is a collaborative initiative by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the financial industry.

The USD/SGD pair was tested and found to be successful. The application can be used for any fiat currency pair. This mechanism is currently not available to clients, but it is known to work.

"FDIC Chairman Martin Gruenberg said today that proposed interagency rulemaking to implement incentive pay requirements in the Dodd-Frank Act likely won’t happen before the end of the year."

The Dodd-Frank Act protects retail investors in foreign currency exchanges. Section 956 restricts those making exchanges with retail investors' money from creating excessive risks on the money you place inside a bank. This new rule has been pushed up to early next year for implementation.

It looks like Bitcoin and Ether are going prime time on the Futures Trading Market. What makes this an important date is that crypto is about to be given regulated clarity and validity inside the markets.

If this is successful, tokenized assets that brings the digital world and traditional markets together would be the next step assuming regulatory clarity goes through to make it possible.
