It looks like we are on alert at this point. Banks are being given a contingency plan with the Fed "Discount Window Opportunity" being presented to them.

Contingent liquidity is the holding of high quality liquid assets (gold) to meet sudden or unexpected funding obligations. This includes the absorption of potential losses.

This is why the Basel 3 proposal plan had to be in place yesterday. Banks are aware we are rapidly approaching a period of time for market transitions to occur. Some companies will rise and others will fall during this period of transition.

China State Banks have recently been selling the dollar to prop up the Yuan.

“This means that smoothing yuan depreciation pressure may become more of a policy priority from now on. This is in line with the People’s Bank of China’s (PBOC) further tightening of FX policy recently.”

This is a form of currency intervention whereby the stabilization of a country's currency is the priority.

Most often than not, these protocols are steps that are taken just before you see a currency exchange rate change.

In the East, we are witnessing many countries switch from the dollar to the Yuan in exchange rate settlements. As countries peg their National currencies to the Yuan in settlements regarding their trade transactions together, this creates a trust line between the two countries that builds demand and value for each other's currencies.

Through money velocity, the demand for each other's currencies will build value in trades over the course of time.

It is important to note that the Chinese Yuan is backed by gold. This is an interesting scenario indeed as it has the potential to level the playing field in trades in our Eastern half of the world especially when Basel 3 is activated around the world.

Al-Mashhadani, in a statement to the Tigris, pointed out that “the US Treasury sanctions on the 14 banks, were taken by the government to direct Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to build the conversion of 116 exchange companies that were receiving their weekly shares of the dollar from the penal banks to other banks that will necessarily raise the value of the Iraqi dinar.”

Actually, this has been happening for some time and most people don't know it.

What remains to be seen in the activation of Basel 3 accords is a mystery.

Cross your fingers. We are getting closer.

Lobo Tigger states that if Turkey and Saudi Arabia join the BRICS Nations, it could be a major blow for the Petro-Dollar.

If the BRICS Nations begin utilizing their National Currencies in trade, this could cause a watershed event on the dollar and strengthen the currencies in the East.

Today we hear from Jerome Powell on how the economy is doing at two Eastern Standard Time.

Many are expecting an interest rate hike today, but we will see.

A lot of the market indicators are rolling over right now showing a downturn in the market is already taking place, so the direction banks and markets go from this moment forward will depend on the decisions made today and going forward.

The dollar is about to go into real values that can level the playing field for us in the currency markets. This has been a slow process. We have seen a couple of them happen this month, but much more are on their way.

Changera is expanding. It is a network that is interfacing with MoneyGram giving people the ability to exchange currencies Globally inside the Stellar Network.

The Soroban Network is encouraging financial services to develop their products on the Stellar Network through a smart contract ecosystem.

"The Bureau of Land Management is proposing higher bonding requirements and other reforms to its oil and gas leasing program, while Colorado regulators have passed what the state says are the first rules of their kind globally aimed at verifying greenhouse gas emissions from some oil and gas sites."

Oil and gas laws are experiencing new regulations in the refining of oil going forward.

These new reforms are expected to go Global. This, in turn, will create a repricing event in oil we are looking for going forward.

There are so many steps to this reset, but this is a major one since it promotes a cleaner environment and goes along with future regulations of our Global Economy.

Oil, Gold and Silver are three repricing events needed to move forward in our new economy.

Stablecoins and crypto clarity has been reintroduced and can come out at any moment to guide our new digital economy.

It is a big week, but there are still some things that need to be done as we have discussed in previous articles.

I think you can see from how things are developing that we are putting some final touches on our new economy.

"The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has launched a permanent digital sandbox to support firms at the early stages of product development. It will go live 1 August 2023."

The FCA is a UK regulator that helps company startups collect data on their platform and build customers with their guidance.

It is a permanent platform that is being used to help startup companies create a foundation in our new digital economy on the QFS.

We are seeing the mobilization of our tokenized assets being given direction to move their products forward. These tokenized assets represent a company's offerings with real values.

These setups are part of the process that leads to the activation of Protocol 20 as Quantum Technologies merge together to form networks and partnerships going forward.

The BRICS Summit is this week. "One of the crucial topics the BRICS nations will discuss at their summit next month is the long-term payment systems for cross-border commerce."

Russia has already been cut off from Western Payment Mechanisms, and the development of building up the worth and demand of national currencies is a priority in this meeting.

The de-dollarisation process continues in the East. And, the development of a one common Trading Currency is coming, but their focus in this meeting is the clarification and movement forward with payment mechanisms that will give rise to the values of their National Currencies.

Once their natural currencies are given the support they need through Basel 3 accords activation, we will see a release of caps on the commodity market or a repricing event give liquidity to their currencies.

Remember though, we are operating inside a QFS going forward, and the activation of Protocol 20 integrating Quantum Technologies will give us the green light on digital/currency revaluations.

One step at a time my friends. It is all coming together in a way that has never been seen before on this ride.

By the way, everything I just posted today is about Protocol 20.

Anyone who tells you there just isn't enough information on that yet needs to be in this room because going forward it's all we're talking about for the most part.

We just need to see it's activation. Protocol 20 activates all Quantum Technologies, and not, just the economy.

There is a Network Upgrade that will help with that transition and revaluation of all assets. Once all assets are locked into this upgrade, it will have the capacity to move up and down through scalable prices being determined by supply and demand. More on this later.
