Member: This needs to happen, the holidays are almost here.

Member: Any thoughts on Judy Shelton involvement in the new financial system?

MZ: She has certainly talked about a return to a hybrid gold system…..by this coming July.

Member: I believe we are supposed to have gold backed treasuries by July 4, 2026.

Member: Judy Stelton mentioned three things : drop interest rates to zero or negative, this will reward, honest work and output, issuing some sort of gold back treasury bond starting July 4, 2026

Member: Mark, do you believe we are heading into a critical 3 day window with major banking events occurring over the next 3 days leading up to the 22nd?

Member: Iso 20220 is supposed to implemented worldwide on Nov. 22.

Member: Maybe we waiting on the Nov 22 ISO compliance to go?

Member: so on 22nd November and Basel III coming in…. wonder if the SWIFT as we know it now changes too?

Member: New system….we call it QFS, but in reality it is blockchain…I think the banks are setting up the swift system to then change into quantum?

Member: Aside from the announcement of the asset backed currency and global reset, I wonder what we’re waiting for?

Member: BRICS launches payment system in 185 Countries today !! That was actually on Nov. 17th

MZ: “The National Bank of Iraq (NBI) successfully completes the transition to the New Global Standard SWIFT MX”  They want us to know they have successfully completed the transition to the new global standard which allows blockchain ledger to track all movement. Necessary steps imo.

MZ: This is the new Iso20220 system or model for Iraq and their banks…..lots of good articles today.

MZ: I think I will be wearing that gold shirt soon.

Member: LedgerInsights: Last week Citi and SWIFT announced they completed a technical trial to enable the exchange of digital currency for fiat currency using adaptations to SWIFT’s messaging system. Beyond the technology and behind this payment versus payment (PvP) trial , this announcement signals strategic positioning from both sides. SWIFT is launching it’s own ledger and wants to play a central role in orchestration between legacy systems and and different types of blockchain.

MZ: In other words they are trying to carve out a place where they still matter with the new system…a bridge between the old and the new.

Member: sounds like the new QFS system may be called the new SWIFT MX system using blockchain in the future. Time will tell

MZ: “CBI-to support Dinar Stability” they have issued a statement to clarify the objectives.    To mitigate risks associated with the investment of foreign reserves whilst achieving acceptable returns thereon. To support exchange rate stability through the provision of foreign currencies to meet the requisite requirements for financing balance of payments needs and to facilitate multiple channels for funding banks and financial institutions operating in Iraq.

MZ: “Iraq and Turkey resume negotiations on pipeline agreement”  they have been running under a temporary agreement and now this one is up for renewal in 2026. They are trying to increase output throughout the region.  This is part of HCL moving forward.

MZ: Barzani says they need to finish HCL and make it permanent. I was told for years that with this final agreement we will see the new dinar value.

MZ: “Economist: Fear in the streets about a new exchange rate with the birth of the new government” They are afraid they will reduce or devalue the rate. The only thing acceptable is to increase the purchasing power.

Member: Any bank stories today?

Member: My bank story is that the tellers just smile when I ask if they are excited about the new changes!

MZ: I am hearing some interesting things on movements of assets out of historic trusts. Things like the Dubai, Rodrigues and Euro trusts. They have been taking assets in the trusts and turning them “liquid” for disbursement. This means we should be very close.

MZ: I know a couple of Indian leader contacts who say they are expecting to have all their funds secured by the end of the week. I am hearing very positive stuff.

Member: And the Indian Nations are in tier 3….great news.

MZ: I know of a bond contact who has a final meeting tomorrow. Which means it will happen late tonight while we are in bed. Hopefully we will have news on it by tomorrow morning.

Member: Our world's will be great if this happens soon.....hope to have a great Thanksgiving this year

Member: Maybe we waiting until Christmas …when it’s allegedly easier to open the St. Germaine trusts?

MZ: I have heard no word yet on the St. Germaine trust.

On Thurs. 20 Nov. 2025 Nesara/Gesara frameworks enforce debt forgiveness and redistributing trillions in seized Cabal assets directly into sovereign QFS accounts (Judy Note: Is this Zim Holder Redemption?), the wealth redistribution triggering the largest transfer of stolen funds back to citizens.

On Sat. 22 Nov. 2025 the Cabal’s fiat currency SWIFT System expires and the RV/GCR launches. The Iraqi Dinar leads the reval, ZIM at parity, Dong follows under BRICS gold integration.

Tues. 25 Nov. 2025 Redemption Centers open nationwide. Tier4b notification (Us, the Internet Group who hold foreign currencies and Zim Bonds) will be sent out to set exchange/redemption appointments. The Military and Starlink Satellite System will be protecting exchanges.

Starting Mon. 1 Dec. 2025 Nesara/Gesara activates through Trump’s Tariff payments, wiping out the national debt and distributing $2,000 directly to Americans via the QFS.

Wed. 10 Dec. 2025: BRICS Nations finalize gold-backed currency integration, accelerating Global de-dollarization and enforcing VIP arrests under GESARA Law with QFS Blockchain security.

Mid-2026 GESARA enforced Global Wealth redistribution, wiping out the national debt and distributing $2,000 directly to Americans via the QFS.

Recent History of Restored Republic via a GCR Timing:

At 9:00 AM EST on Thurs. 6 Nov. 2025, the Quantum override sequence was (allegedly) authorized. At 23:11 Zulu time the signal was (allegedly) transmitted from the Cheyenne Mountain command complex. Since that moment, all global data systems have been syncing to the Quantum Financial System.

Sun. 9 Nov. 2025 all banks worldwide sent memo to change to digital ISO2002 gold/asset-backed currency by Sat. 15 Nov. 2025.

On Wed. 12 Nov. 2025 Trump(allegedly)  signed the NESARA Bill, establishing the Gold Standard for currency and initiating debt forgiveness nationwide. Then the Deepstate (allegedly) collapsed when Trump forced the Federal Reserve to print $1.5 Trillion, flooding the economy and initiating a Global order rewrite with BRICS Nations stabilizing multi-polar currencies.

On Thurs. 13 Nov. 2025 Quantum Financial System rollout synchronization (allegedly) completed across U.S. departments, enabling full activation of the gold-backed quantum financial system and dismantling elite-controlled banking circuits. $150 Trillion in Prosperity Funds were unlocked, the direct deposits to end 161 years of hidden debt.

On Sat. 15 Nov. 2025 QFS synchronization (allegedly) completed, activating gold-backed biometric wallets worldwide and bypassing Deepstate Banks and pre-loading Tier4b Redemption Codes at a 1:1 parity. 

The gold/asset-backed RV’d currencies activated on the Global/BRIC Alliance Quantum Financial System, severing Deepstate control over Global Banking and initiating mass asset seizures from corrupt elites.

An Intel person called right before this show and said we would get our notifications to set appointments for exchange after the ISO2022 was activated and begin our exchanges on Mon. or Tues.

President Trump wants this to go before Thanksgiving, which is next Thurs. 27 Nov.

R&R payments should be in your wallet at the Redemption Center.

There were 31 currencies revaluing in this basket and as far as Bruce knew there would not be a second basket.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   Omar:   The Oliver Wyman report back in August…says in 2026 Iraq will put the implementation phase on the ground and…currency will grow from 2026 to 2028.  That sounds like a managed float in 2026.  We will see it soon.  FRANK:  In the documentation from Oliver Wyman, Donald Trump’s friends, laid out step by step what’s next of the monetary reform.  We all assumed the next thing is to release the new exchange rate and the lower notes.  Yeah, that’s exactly right.  Well, when?  According to Oliver Wyman August report..it’s says it very clearly…

MZ: In Vietnam “ Conference promotes Iso20022 in interbank payment system”  they will be using blockchain to block, manage and move funds. I think this one is important. This technology is being put into place and Vietnam is on board. They are still under huge pressure -internationally- to increase the value of their currency….to balance trade.

Member: Wonder if Dong is waiting for Dinar or the other way around?

Member: Mark, did the Kuwaiti dinar plummet in value right before it revalued. i noticed the iqd is plummeting in value.

MZ: Very similar.

MZ: “ Republican Senators urge Fed to revise Basel 3 endgame proposal and review Capital requirements”  these Rinos are desperate to lower capital requirements in banks and go to pre-pandemic values of only 2% needed per deposits. Basel 3 makes banks keep 20% assets of deposits. They are wigging out because they will have to be more responsible now.

MZ: “SEC drops Cryptos from 2026 examination priorities is major policy shift” Trump is pushing to have an alternative to the banking system. This has to do with the war of “resets” He continues to push for options outside the Rothschild banking system . These same technologies are what you and I could call a “QFS”

Member: The problem is no one knows the finish line, it seems the goal post keeps moving.

Member: Trump is meeting with the Prince of Saudi Arabia today!!!

Member: Lots of brics news out today…..we can always hope if they all are gold backed…the US has to eventually go the same direction.

It is confirmed. The first and most powerful layer of the global currency reset has been (allegedly) executed in silence as sovereign nations, central banks, and high-level monetary entities  (allegedly) locked their rates and completed their redemptions behind closed doors. Nothing about this stage was public.

Nothing was speculative. It was the ignition key of the entire reset, and now that it has fired, the rest of the architecture begins to move.

Once Tier 1 locks in, the world shifts. This stage establishes the baseline rates that every tier above it must follow.

Militia Man  The strength of the Iraqi dinar is going to be very high...The country is going to be able to have an amazing economy when things become cheaper in dinar terms on a global stage...Low inflation rate and high reserves and high gold holdings as reserves is phenomenal.  They've done all the right things.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY: Saleh back on TV.   He's talking to us about the passage of the first amendment...that will help us secure Iraq into joining the WTO...He said it improves the market efficiencies by reducing prices and raising the quality of goods...There's a lot of people from the WTO here today.  They're all saying very nice things about us in our economy and how we're going to be making a difference in the Middle East.

Mnt Goat   Article:   “AFP: SUDANI COALITION ACHIEVES MAJOR VICTORY IN IRAQI ELECTIONS”   ...the coalition of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani achieved a major victory in the parliamentary elections held on Tuesday.  All I can say is THANK GOD Al-Sudani is going to have a second term...We needed to see a stable government for our January reinstatement.  Since these two events are so close, a bad election would certainly have postponed what we are looking for.  Let’s keep praying. nothing goes wrong.

Clare:  Iraq is nearing full membership in the World Trade Organization.

11/16/2025— Baghdad

The Ministry of Trade is adopting strategic steps to enhance Iraq’s chances of joining the World Trade Organization as a full member.

The official spokesman for the ministry, Mohammed Hanoun, said in a statement followed by “Al-Eqtisad News” that “joining the organization represents an important step towards full integration into the global economy and reflects Iraq’s commitment to reforming its economic and trade system in accordance with international standards.”

Hannon added that “joining requires the government to implement a reform program that includes strengthening trade policy, improving the business environment, and creating favorable conditions for foreign investment,” explaining that the ministry is working in coordination with the relevant authorities to take all necessary steps to complete the joining process.  LINK

Clare:  "At the last minute": A legal comment on calls for "extraordinary sessions"

On Monday, legal and constitutional expert Salem Hawas commented on calls to hold extraordinary sessions of the Iraqi parliament days before its constitutional term ends.

Hawas told Shafaq News Agency that "the calls made in the last days of the parliamentary term to hold emergency or extraordinary sessions do not change the deteriorating legislative reality over the past four years, and the lost time cannot be suddenly remedied a few weeks before the end of the parliament's term."

He explained that “the Iraqi Constitution, in Article (58/First), allows the Speaker of Parliament or fifty members of parliament to call for an extraordinary session dedicated to a specific topic. However, this text should not be used as a cover to pass laws that have been stalled for four years, and then to suggest that Parliament is fulfilling its duties at the last minute.”

He added that "real legislative work is measured by adherence to constitutional deadlines and the principle of legislative continuity, not by intensifying sessions in a few weeks to complete what has accumulated in shortcomings. The laws that have been discussed since the first day of the parliamentary session have not seen the light, despite their importance and sensitivity, including laws on compensating victims, the Popular Mobilization Forces, drugs, the various amendments to the service and salary scale, minors, civil defense, and others."

He added that “intensifying the calls now does not absolve the House of Representatives of its political and constitutional responsibility for the delay, nor does it grant full legitimacy to pass complex legislation without sufficient discussions or technical consultations. The House of Representatives must exercise its legislative and oversight role fully and regularly throughout the years of the session, not just in its final weeks.”

The legal and constitutional expert concluded by saying that "the constitution does not recognize the term 'wasted time,' but it does recognize the principle of the proper functioning of public facilities, which has not been achieved in legislative performance during the past years. Extraordinary sessions are a constitutional right, but they are not a substitute for a genuine commitment to legislative duty, and they should not turn into a cosmetic attempt in the last days of the parliament's term."

Earlier today, Mohammed al-Khafaji, a member of the legal committee in the Iraqi parliament, called on the Speaker of Parliament to hold extraordinary sessions to finalize some important laws before the end of the current parliamentary session.  LINK

Militia Man  There's a very interesting thing that's taking place today...It's an article...with Sudani from Newsweek.  It's going to come out on November 21st...I think it has some serious significance with timing...Iraq has been really vocal that she's doing things...but there's a lot of things in the background they're not telling us...Many different things haven't been exposed yet...because it's about an exchange rate...The BIS...IMF... United States Treasury Federal Reserve and everybody have to be very quiet about certain things.  But they have to give education...That article in Newsweek...is about the Prime Minister Sudani and his plan to Make Iraq Great Again...It's not just a feel good story.  To me and I think to the world, it's a signal.  It's a real sign Iraq is getting ready for a major changes in money, trade and global standing...It's Newsweek for crying out loud.

MZ: Some bond contacts have told me things have gone very well…..especially in Europe....and they are getting ready to move to Asia…..then the US. To me this indicates there is money moving.

MZ: If they are getting ready to go to Asia …they must be funded ect…in Europe. I have been told for a long time that the US was going to be last in this process.….because of too many leaks.

MZ: From Indian nation contacts….some indicate initial funding is there and others say they havn’t seen anything yet. They are being told to be prepared.

MZ: There have been interesting reports from sovereigns that may indicate we have passed a “GO” trigger. I don’t know how long it takes to cultivate from there….But there are very positive rumors this morning. I hope to see these rumors fleshed out before Monday Morning. If true -it appears tier 3 money is starting to flow.

MZ: Remember these are just rumors until proven. But hopefully by Monday we will have it figured out. If true….next week could be awesome.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. it is Thursday, November 13th and you're listening to the big call. Thanks everybody for tuning in tonight, and we're gonna have a really good call. i look forward to it.

Let's talk about where we are. I have to first start off with an apology, because I was very fired up on Tuesdays call with all of the good information that we received, saying that we were right there and it was starting, it was going to kick off Tuesday night.

Well, I think that was the intention, but it didn't happen. We don't have our numbers yet. They're on route, but I would say this, we did find out today something that somebody had told us, one of our top sources told us two or three weeks ago that this would not go until the government opened back up from the government shutdown.

They voted in the house to open the government back up, and President Trump signed it into law at around 930 or so Eastern last night, and it's good to go. And I believe the government was to open up somewhere around midnight last night.

I know a lot of people didn't get paid. They'll get their back pay and a lot of the ATF, what am I trying to say?  The airline controllers, ATC, air traffic controllers and PSA, I believe, also are getting bonuses for hanging in there or being faithful and believing that they would pay even though they missed a paycheck or two, and that they knew when the government opened up they would be paid to back pay. A lot of these were paid or are about to be paid a $10,000 bonus for not quitting, not throwing in the towel, not giving up, but being there and going to work. And they're going to be rewarded.   We'll see what else happens beyond that.

So even though we thought everything was ready to roll, it did not go yet. But I do have some pretty good information to give you tonight,

The $2,000 tariff dividend payments. I'm calling them, and I believe they're going direct deposit for anyone that has a account that's tied to a social security number that's age 28 and older, should be getting that $2,000 payment started tomorrow.

I don't know if everybody's going to get it or just some people are going to get it as it starts, but I'm hearing that we are going to get that starting tomorrow.

So that's  good. Now, as far as Doge, I've heard, when we start our exchanges, that would be coming. I've heard R&R should be there at the redemption center for those of us exchanging currency.

I mean, it could be a great deposit, which is what I would prefer, into my other bank account, not into my Wells account, but into my other bank account, but we'll see. We'll see what happens.

All right, so we had four different sources that are saying  very good things about the timing of this. The first one said that this will start after 7pm tonight, meaning the kickoff of the Army, in terms of our notifications by email, would start at 7pm eastern tonight. Well, it's way past that. So does that mean you're getting an email now?

I think it means that they're on Route, that they're put in a system, loaded and ready to go and realize this you guys, and I've talked to you this Tuesday night, we don't have the call centers or the redemption center staffed in the middle of the night, but they will be staffed in the morning.

Another source said everything is kicking off tonight, with emails going out overnight tonight, and you should wake up to them tomorrow. I don't know if you're an early riser at three or 4am whether you're going to see anything at that hour. I think it means most of us that sleep in a little more than that.

The third source said notifications going out tonight started at seven, but they were loading the systems with them, and they were going out tonight and that they would be seen in our inbox starting at 9:30am tomorrow.  930 Okay,

Another top source said notifications should come out tomorrow or over the weekend.

Wait a minute, that's a little different tomorrow or over the weekend.

And of course, sometimes the banks consider Friday the start of the weekend anyway. So tomorrow, Friday, there's a, I'd say there's a very good chance that we could wake up to these if we wake up around 930 in the morning.

Now, whatever happens you guys know that this is a moving target, and we did not know that the government had to be opened up on Tuesday. I didn't have that information until today, that the government needed to be reopened before this went - but you know, the government's reopened now so that that bridge has been crossed.

What about from here on in ? 

I think everything is ready. We know Iraq is ready. We know that this the redemption center screens are showing rates on the front screens yesterday that were on solid for three minutes and then off for 10 minutes, on for three minutes, off for 10 and this happened on the front screens at the redemption center.

Now, did that change today? I don't know. Did they solidify today? Don't have that will they be solid by tomorrow? I would think so.  I would think so.

What about when would we start exchanges?   if these numbers do come out with an email from Wells Fargo in that email, and we have instructions on how and when to call, and you call the call center we could in, I think some, or most areas of the country, begin exchanges tomorrow, if we get these in the morning, like I'm suggesting, I'm hearing, this is what I'm hearing.

I'm hearing wake up to it. I'm hearing wake up to it at 930 I'm hearing it was activated at seven o'clock tonight, and then I'm hearing tomorrow, but if not tomorrow, the weekend.

So, okay, that four pieces of information from four different sources, and then the one source was a separate source that said, this can go after the government is reopened, and it just reopened last night, at midnight.

I think the $2,000 dividend payments could show up as early as tomorrow also. So be looking for that, and it doesn't mean everybody's going to get at the same time. They may not. They may start tomorrow, but we'll see how that goes.

I would say this. You guys know as well as I do that the Intel changes. Look what happened from Tuesday to today.

We had such good stuff Tuesday that I brought out Tuesday night. I was like, this is a slam dunk, but it wasn't.

So what I'm going to say is take even my intel that I feel is good and solid. Take it with a grain of salt, because until it actually happens and we have numbers, we're not there, yet, we're not there, and at this time, we're not there, maybe in the morning, at 930 we're there.

Let's see what happens. Stay patient for it.

Take us one day at a time. That's kind of where we are, one day at a time. Now we're in the meantime.

It may not even be good when I bring it to the call, because it may have changed, but in the time I get it, which was this afternoon, up until about six o'clock Eastern tonight, I give you guys what I get. I give you what I'm hearing. I try to boil it down. And we're looking for consistency, looking for it to be confirmed by two or three different people or more. And so for right now, you've heard what the Intel is. Realize that this is like a moving car target.

One of our guys says this is like a military operation. Just when you go a certain way, something changes. It's sort of like, I think, where the expression hurry and wait comes from, hurry and then you wait. So we are not hurrying, but we are waiting with positive expectation for this to go.

 So you know, this is this is big. We are at the right time. Let's see if this is God's perfect time to bring this in, to bring this blessing home to us.

I'm encouraged. I was encouraged Tuesday, and I was disappointed yesterday, but the information that came in between last night and today has me excited again, and I'm ready for this to happen, just like all of you guys are. I hope I think we all are.

Obviously, when you call you should be going to call center with 800 number, and then you should be talking we think they're using live people. It may be AI at the beginning, and it may be real life human being, or it may take you and send you to the redemption center. At some point, I think they're going to want to know what currencies you have.

And they definitely want to know who the zim  holders are – if you have zim dollars  you go to the head of the back. You're at the top wrong, and I think it's going to go well for us. All talked about the redemption center process several times. You should have that in your brain by now. And I think we are excited about getting this going.

I think we're going to see some hopefully we see some really good results tomorrow.

Okay, we'll see how it goes. We will. And here's the thing, we may have a call Tuesday, or we might have a celebration call that would be recorded, that you would just listen to as a recording before Tuesday.

I'm not sure if we'll do a live big call on Tuesday. If we get numbers tomorrow and we start exchanges Friday or Saturday or go and go right through Sunday or Monday, that's four days, you know, five days till the big call on Tuesday. Well, we may not have it. You may end up having a recorded call of celebration. That may be what we'll do. We'll see what happens tomorrow. And it could be that we don't get tomorrow, that we could get Saturday, etc, etc.
