This Global Currency Reset (GCR) to gold/asset-backed currencies of 209 countries and activation of the Quantum Financial System (QFS) was here and has been a long time coming.

Countries of the World had to be at peace in order to participate in the new gold/asset-backed Global Financial System – that took away monies and power from the Global Elites. 

Trump had (allegedly) accomplished that and now has flipped the switch. 

Mon. 10 Nov. 2025 appeared to be an important day for EBS Activation, establishment of the Restored Republic, release of the Quantum Financial System and Global Currency Reset.  

Whispers abound that Ten Days of Communication Darkness will begin on Mon. 10 Nov. 2025.

If that happens, then on the next day of  Tues. 11 Nov. 2025 Veterans Day or soon thereafter, Tier4b (us, the Internet Group who hold foreign currencies and Zim Bonds) could expected to be notified to set redemption appointments.

Activation of the QFS will (allegedly)  abolish the IRS and erase Global debt slavery throughout the World. You can’t owe money to the thieves who have stolen it from you. By January 2026 the Deepstate Cabal Central Banks will collapse, and be replaced by decentralized asset-backed digital currencies of the GCR.

Judy Note: It is my personal opinion, and I could easily be wrong, that when we hear the EBS go off with the sound of Seven Trumpets, we can soon expect to receive several messages on our cell phones generated from the new Starlink Satellite System. One of those messages should contain information about how to gain a redemption center appointment. Those who don’t have foreign currency to exchange will use their appointment to set themselves up for banking, med bed treatment and voting using personal cell phones linked up to the Starlink Satellite System, while we with currency and bonds will do the same, plus be able to do our exchange.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY:  Sudani didn't say anything yet official but they sure are talking about the rate.  They first talked to us about lifting of the three zeros, now they're talking about the rate itself and the opportunities that we have with this new exchange rate to give us purchasing power.

Frank26   They are using the history of the Kuwait revaluation from the 1990's.  They don't want to repeat a Kuwait syndrome.  They don't want Iraq to make the same mistake and come out like gang busters with a high rate like Kuwait did because it affected Kuwait's inflationary factors, their GDP, their jobs, let alone the confidence that was being established in their new rate and their banks.  Talk about a shock.  The release of their exchange rate was too high and it was undisciplined.  It was not controlled.  It was not managed.  [Iraq's] reinstatement learned from Kuwait's mistakes...

Mnt Goat   ...remember that when I use the term “RV” I am referring to the process. The process is to remove the zeros, watch for inflation and then move to FOREX at the nominal rate reflecting the true dinar rate based on asset evaluation and their economic growth. I feel with where they are right now they should have already gone to FOREX. But they have not because of all the corruption. By taking the time to clean most of it up and then to progress their economy into a diversified  economy, they will be able to support an even higher rate for us...By waiting it only serves us investors too.

Latest News from Iraq- Mandatory Silence Before the Election Iraq is now officially in a mandatory election silence period beginning Saturday ahead of the Nov. 11 parliamentary elections.

The Iraqi Independent High Electoral Commission informed "alliances, parties, and candidates" that the silence period requires a halt to "any activity aimed at promoting a candidate or party to win voter support."

The reason all of this is so important is that Iraq's last parliamentary election in 2021 caused violent clashes in Baghdad and led to nearly a year of political deadlock before a government was formed.

MZ: There is so much happening. But the Federal Reserve meeting has been on the books for quite some time.

MZ: No bond updates today. I am not expecting any news until sometime tomorrow. Nothing from groups or redemption contacts …it is very quiet…so far.

Member: The calm before the RV storm

Member: Did you see the New York Stock Exchange is now moving to Texas?

MZ: Money is going to go where its appreciated and most efficient

Member: and tomorrow is election day in Iraq…what will it bring?

MZ: And we are keeping an eye on it. I expect the news to be slow until sometime tomorrow.

Member: Al Sudani stated on National Television the monetary reforms would be wrapped up and finished before 2026.

MZ: One of my contacts in Iraq says its his belief that right after the elections they will pull the trigger. They will have a “caretaker government”  and they can’t say that they did it to change elections.

Member: Iraqi television Shafaq news started showing the possible new lower denomination dinar notes to the public.

Member: Iran is still talking about removing 4 zeros from their currency….imagine if Iraq does that to their exchange rate!?! It’d be $7.64!

Member:  "The CBI developed several scenarios, internal studies predicting that the floating dinar could stabilize automatically at a value in the distant future between 3.22 and 4.25 dinars to the dollar."

Member: I saw an article that Indonesia announced they are going to revalue their currency and a new currency,.

MZ: My expectations is the new currency is already printed.

MZ: A lot of countries have said they are in the process of either redenominating their currency or printing new money . Setting the stage? This is historically unusual.

Member: All the meetings with central Asian countries the other day talking about a golden age. Hmmmm I think we getting very close

Member: Bo Poney is predicting "Big" things 11th to 13th

MZ: “ Iraq said nine Arab countries have about 1500 tons of gold reserves” they keep reminding us of this. Since this is a gold producing region that its highly possible they have even more than that. Enough to back their currency?

MZ: “Iraqi government enters the “caretaker “ phase after elections start” so the existing government that they have today gets to do things without worrying about affecting elections. They could take care of business without politics being played. It would be an excellent time for them to change the value.

MZ: I am very optimistic about the coming days ect…… between now and the end of the year.

Member: The new government being voted on tomorrow won’t take over until January 2026

MZ: “Holidays in Iraq this week” It is election week and some areas started “special elections” or early voting yesterday. The Kurdish region along has 97% turnout.

MZ: “The next parliament is required to legislate the oil and gas law” they have no choice and it has to be finished.

Clare:  Iraq's foreign currency reserves rise by more than three billion dollars

11/8/2025

The Central Bank announced on Saturday that its foreign currency reserves had increased by more than three billion dollars by the end of September.

The bank said in an official statistic seen by Shafaq News Agency that “foreign reserves at the Central Bank until the 30th of September of this year amounted to $98.155 billion, equivalent to 127.601 trillion Iraqi dinars, an increase of $3.514 billion compared to August, in which reserves amounted to $94.641 billion, or equivalent to 123.033 trillion dinars.”

He added that "these reserves also increased compared to July, when they amounted to $94.714 billion, equivalent to 123.128 trillion dinars."

He also pointed out that "these reserves have decreased compared to last year, 2024, when they amounted to $100.276 billion, or the equivalent of 130.347 trillion dinars, and are lower than in 2023 when the reserves amounted to $111.736 billion, or the equivalent of 145.257 trillion dinars." LINK

Frank26   It's not rocket science.  The moment they lift your 3 zeros from your exchange rate, once they are deleted, it is an automatic flip of a switch electronically.  [Iraq's] system is set up to show that new exchange rate instantly.  It will happen at the blink of an eye...Once that happens, it will be the signal to the Iraqi citizens it is now time to trust banks and bring in the 3 zero notes. If not, [Iraq citizens] lose their money...

Mnt Goat    Will removing the zeros actually happen and we get the reinstatement in January 2026?  I can only report on what they say and then bump it up with my CBI contact. Our next step is to wait and see what happens. Again, nobody is going to know the actual target date but we might be able to come close...

Frank26  I only showed you three numbers - 3.22, 3.86, 4.25...You may say, 'Is that the exchange rate?'  That's not giving you an exchange rate, it's giving you a comprehensive study of what they said the float could do in order to reach the real effective exchange rate.

Member: Anything new from bond contacts Mark?

MZ: I did have a bond contact pop up…one of my MIA contacts..…nothing shattering, but it explains the quiet as they have been “asked” to “clam up”. In a nutshell they have been strongly urged to “clam up” or it could affect their spot in line. Maybe after currencies. And many of his associates were told the same thing. So that is why there is so much quiet.

MZ: So it was impressed upon them and the paymasters/attorneys handling the transactions to be quiet or it could affect them and the order they are funded. I do have some contacts however that appear very wealthy…that didn’t before  

MZ: So I do think some money is flowing. Can I verify it 100%? No. But I am vry confident they are being leaned on to not give away timing. But he did mention they are optimistic about this week.

Member: Mark go look on the national debt page and look how many new millionaires there have been over the last two years ….I’ve been watching…. you’d be surprised

Member: Iraq elections are on Tuesday….so last weekend for Sudani to drop the rate or possibly get voted out.

MZ: “Last minute pressures: Washington holds its breath ahead of Iraq’s elections” They don’t rule out that the Trump administration is exerting pressure to try to make it work. The US is doing its best for Sudani .It does look like he is over the 60% he needs now.

MZ: So the US is putting its full support behind the guys who wants to raise the purchasing power of the dinar…..or RV its currency.

MZZ: “Within 8 months, Iraq’s fiscal revenues exceed 82 trillion dinars” This is huge .

Member: It appears We will go after the election or maybe the first of the year of 2026.

MZ: I do have one Iraqi contact who said he believes the reason we have not seen the RV yet is because of “perception” They don’t want it to appear that the RV affects the politics. He said its his thoughts that it would make sense to wait uptil the day of or right after the elections so no one can claim Sudani did it just to get elected.

Member: Nader always said RV after the elections.

MZ: Andy Schectman and I have talked about China hoarding gold. Andy believes they could hold 10 x more than what they reported. They are also the number one Central Bank importer and buyer of gold . I believe they are ready to pull this trigger and help back this reset with physical gold.

Member: I believe Iraq also has more gold than reported. They report what has been purchased. Not what they have mined. IMO

MZ: We are still waiting for the FT. Knox gold audit that they have promised.

SCOTUS Tariff Reverse: What Is The Alternative? Donald Trump Playing Another Ace

What do you all think?

Because there are quite a few reasons why this could lead to a Iraqi Dinar Revaluation. Think Trade deficits dropping by like 15% by mid-2026, starving import-based cabals of slush funds.

 What’s not to like about that? Then States like Texas (gold/silver legal tender since Sept 2025) and Missouri speed this up a bit.

Tariff cash buys metals, arbitrages imbalances, forces dinar match without direct USD crash if possible.

Unexpected move: Tie tariffs to FARA probes on Soros/Open Society groups as foreign trade influencers, cutting their USD manipulation strings. Which would be a genius move directly or indirectly or inadvertently so to speak.

If the Supreme Court strikes down Trump’s main tariffs using emergency powers, he can switch to backup laws like Section 232 for national security reasons and Section 301 for unfair trade practices.

These let him put duties on imports from China, Mexico, and Europe without needing court approval right away, covering about 80% of what he planned.

The process starts with quick reviews by the U.S. Trade Representative, which his team can speed up in 60 to 90 days using emergency rules. This keeps pressure on trade imbalances, indirectly pushing the dollar’s value down by making imports cost more and exports cheaper.

Lower dollar value helps countries like Iraq trade fairly without their currency seeming too weak. Trump’s commerce secretary, Howard Lutnick, is already setting up these fast tracks to avoid Senate delays after the government shutdown ends.

Now, think about it – how does this fix things for the Iraqi dinar? I would like to think that the dollar’s fake high value right now blocks Iraq from setting their dinar at a fair 1-to-1 rate, hurting their oil sales.

 But with tariffs potentially lowering the dollar, ig revoked Iraq’s central bank can revalue without a big shock to their market, especially since the U.S. Treasury oversees key Iraqi banks through 2025 agreements.

The U.S. Treasury’s control over Iraq’s main banks, like the Trade Bank of Iraq, gives Trump leverage to guide the dinar reset smoothly.

 This includes joint meetings with the Federal Reserve to balance dollar flows and prevent inflation spikes during revaluation.

States like Texas and Missouri are already making gold and silver legal money, so Trump can tie tariff money to buying these metals for backing. This tethers the Treasury dollar to real assets, stabilizing the dinar at parity by matching both currencies to gold values.

 Iraq’s $100 billion in reserves, mostly dollars, can then convert easily without loss. Overall, it creates fair trade where Iraq sells oil without getting crushed by the dollar’s overvalue.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Thursday, November 6 and you're listening to the big call. Thanks everybody for tuning in. Bob is away and will be joining us at about half past the hour, so we'll look forward to him joining us tonight, and until that time, let's go ahead and enjoy the call. Let's pray it in

So let's go ahead and talk about Intel. Let's see what's going on that's different from what we had Tuesday night.

Now where we are right now, we do have people that are able to talk with us. We do some people that are different types of sources that get back to us.

There are a couple of sources that said that tomorrow, the seventh was in play for notifications, and the same person brought out the dates of the 11th and 12th of November, which is Veterans Day is the 11th. That's Tuesday and 12th Wednesday.

I think that we also heard that we would be able to get toll free numbers out weekend that they would be over the weekend. I think that's very possible. Here's there's a situation.

I don't know that it's going to be a problem. Veterans Day is on Tuesday, 11 of November, and the bit is a federal holiday, and  as the banks will be closed

Now, I don't think they'll initiate something for the redemption centers without the banks also being open. Not that we need a bank at the redemption center, we don’t -  but I think President Trump wants this to be a fair start, a shotgun start. And I think those that don't have the where with  all or the wisdom to use redemption centers might just stumble into a bank.

That's okay, but it's not what is really recommended. Redemption centers are gonna have better rates depending on the Dong and dinar, at least on the dinar. And of course, you can't redeem zim at a bank only.

That's why we've used the term redemption center as opposed to exchange center. Exchange center, yeah, if you've got dinar and dong review and Afghani and, you know, Bolivar, etc, yeah, you can, you can exchange it in the redemption center, but you can't redeem zim at a bank -  only at the redemption center, all right, so that's that's really an important distinction.

So what we've got is the possibility of getting notified as early as tomorrow, but more likely the weekend, and then exchange to start, hey, could they start Monday? I guess I could, and then skip over Tuesday, Veterans Day, and then start right on Wednesday. I don't know guys if that's what they're going to want to do, but we know that we need to get this thing started and go through it, and get in and do our exchanges, and do our redemptions of zim and get out.

And then last Tuesday, as you guys remember, I gave a full run down on everything that is supposed to happen at the redemption center when you get and I think covered that detail so I wont be going into  that tonight, but I want to tell you about something else that we've heard from two separate sources, the President Trump is to make an announcement on Thanksgiving Day that talks about the quantum financial system.

The  new currency by then, the USN, our and that we have an asset backed currency now, will it come out before then? I think it will. Will it get acknowledged as the new currency before then? Question mark? Don't know, but I know he is supposed to make an announcement on Thanksgiving Day that says that we are free at last. Free at last. Thank God almighty. We're free at last. Martin Luther King, Jr, right.

What are we free from? I think we're going to be free from financial slavery. I think we're going to be free from, hopefully an announcement about taxes free from taxes, in other words, at least an initiation of NESARA and what's included in it.

 Now we're going to have financial freedom when you and I exchange and redeem our zim, we're going to have much better freedom, better financial ability when we receive our Doge payments, when are the DOGE payments going to come out? Remember, they're 200,000 to about $495,000  based on your age, not to be confused with R and R.

The Doge payments are supposed to kick in when we start exchanges. So let's say we get started Tuesday, or I'm thinking Wednesday, which is the 12th that's when the DOGE payments should be going as direct deposits to everybody that has a social security number and it is a and has a bank account. That's how they should go.

Now. What about R and R? I checked on R and R today, and the best information we have is that the R and R, the restitution reconciliation allowance, should come out of one or two days before Thanksgiving.

So Thanksgiving is going to be on the 27th Thursday the 27th so maybe this comes out Wednesday the 25th or 26th and we get our R and R as direct deposits, and I'm hoping that's how we get it, guys, and not at the redemption center.

Now, if it's at redemption and we go in on the 12th or our redemption and currency exchanges, hey, it's there and it's in our quantum account, so be it. Okay. That's fine, but I'd prefer to have it as a direct deposit to my bank directly, because the quantum account is going to have all the other currency and Zim money in it to begin with.

So why do we need to pile on trillions and trillions of on top of it's already in there? It's not what I want to do, but I know I can make a note if I'm going how much it is, and take it and move it out and all that. Just, it would save me a couple steps. That's  the reason I like it. That's direct deposit.

I think – I don’t know ths, but I hope that President Trump announced some aspects of NESARA on Thanksgiving, and we'll have a Financial Freedom Day, and we'll be all set and ready to go, and we'll be all set for Christmas shopping, and all that good stuff should be, should be really good now, it doesn't mean that I think we're going to wait until for the RV and our exchanges.

Not what I'm saying at all. You guys know me. I'm very clear on what I say, and I'm saying right now, looking at the possibility of the weekend for notifications. Right now, the start of exchanges could be as early as Monday, and more than likely, I'm going to say Wednesday, that Wednesday is the 12th.

Now, there may be something that's significant that happens around Veterans Day, but I do know that it is a bank holiday. The bank should close, so I'm going to say, be careful, be aware of that.

Maybe we start Monday and leapfrog over Veterans Day. Celebrate back in the redemption centers on, on Wednesday, we'll see on the 12th , let's see what happens. But that's what I really wanted to bring out – that’s how close we are now.

I would say the best thing that you can do right now in the mean is what we're in the meantime, A -  keep your plan A moving.

Keep working if you're working. If not, get a job. Be Somebody. Don't just get a job if you're if you're low on funding, don't think you can make it until Tuesday, Wednesday.  Do what you need to do. Plan A is in, is in play Plan A is what we're doing until the blessing comes.

You guys know I have said that for, I don't know how many years now, that's really what it kind of amounts to now.

Okay, send that out tonight, and let's do get those out to you before the numbers come out and think we're going to have a really good weekend. We need to keep an eye on emails over the weekend.

And you know, weekend we get it or stores up the Forex rates showing up on the front screen to Forex sunny when the Forex comes back up at five o'clock Eastern time, and it's going to be very interesting government shutdown.

We're in day 37 and maybe it'll stay shut down for a few more days, and then I think President Trump will have additional power to do what he needs to do beginning today.

So we'll see what happens on that day there's anything different, and we'll keep an eye on this whole thing.

Member: Still hoping for a reinstatement of at least $3.22 on the dinar….we will see.

Member: Iraqi elections are next Tuesday. Wonder if Sudani will be re-elected.

MZ: “ Between popularity and International support , the coalition for reconstruction and development confirms the increase in the chances Sudani will have a second term” According to a poll he has a 76% approval rating by the people.

MZ: “The regions oil has entered a new equation after the water agreement with Turkey” This one is important to the HCL Hydrocarbon law. They continue to make progress on the oil and gas law. Many expect it to be done soon.

MZ: “Legal expert clarifies the time of the end of the work for the house of representatives” the current government is in power until Jan. 8th. 2026.

A couple of sources said Fri. 7 Nov. was in play for Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) notification.

One said that Tues. Wed.11-12 Nov. was also a possibility.

Others said we could get notification over the weekend.

Member: We are so tired of “Groundhog day” Hoping for solid news today.

MZ: It’s been a very dry news week…..maybe this is a good thing? Still have big expectations from many for Nov. 5th through the 11th. So maybe it’s a great thing to see so much quiet?

Member: Remember Charlie Ward always said it would happen on a Thursday. I pray he is right every Thursday!!!

MZ: On the bond side I know somebody is in a meeting right now as we speak. I hope to have a solid update by this evening. Most contacts have gone quiet.

Member: Mark, IF the bondholder that's in the meeting right now gets paid, are we a couple days behind him/her or is there anything else we should be waiting on?

Member: Frank reported Parliament does NOT have the budget yet. They are messing with amendments so they aren't getting it. Everyone hold your horses on RV. Patience is a virtue...

Member: We must be the most virtuous folks on the planet…next to historic bond holders.

Member:  Well then open the starting gate and let those horses run

MZ: It is believed they are holding onto the budget  because the rate is in it. That is what my sources in Iraq are saying. A number of them work in the government of Iraq.

Member: I am hearing the Iraq budget has blank spots in it.

MZ: Quite a few. And there is a mechanism in the budget for a rate change. Why would there be that mechanism in the budget if they weren’t expecting an RV????

Member: Any thoughts on RV before election in Iraq? Is Sudani so sure he will be elected?

MZ: “Poll: Sudani will win 60 seats in the elections”  It looks like he could win. As he separates himself from Iranian factions….he will need US support

Member: If he would have released the RV…he would win in a landslide IMO

Member: Iraq is sure doing a lot considering they “can’t” at 1310!!

MZ: “Vietnam records a nearly $20 billion trade surplus in fist 10 months” They dominate exports with their under valued dong. This is why there is so much pressure on Vietnam to revalue their currency.

Member: I sure wish the US economy was a priority with the Trump administration. Seems to be last on his to do list.

Member: I think Trump is supposed to have an announcement at 11:00 today?
