 Welcome everybody to big call tonight. It is August 19, and you're listening to the big call. Thanks everybody for tuning in.

Those of you who didn't hear the pre call information, we talked about music, about seams on a baseball, we talked about hitting a tennis ball, all of that. So you missed that. Well, you're gonna catch a lot of the good information tonight. I'm looking forward to doing the call with you guys tonight.

Let's talk about the Intel in the few minutes that we have left. It was an important call that I just got it, glad I took it, even though it was an interruption, something that couldn't be avoided. But let me say this, we've had intel  that has been at the time we receive it. It seems like it's right on the money.

This is coming from good sources, either high up in Wells Fargo, either redemption center leaders - bond pay masters. Some of it is Special Force guys, etc, etc. We've got really good connections.

Well, today we have heard that there were certain transactions that had to take place where some of the bond pay Masters had to travel to get new documents signed, and all of that for their clients.

 They accomplished that, and they had until midnight tonight to do it. And they made it. They made the deadline, and all of that was good.

Now the question is, where does that put us, does it complete everything that needs to be done from our perspective and the bond holders and bond pay masters perspective, the answer is yes, but I have to be honest with you guys.

I'm going to be honest with you and tell you, it's not the whole picture. It's the picture that we're seeing, that we're getting, and we're getting stuff, and there's a lot of people that have signed brand new NDAs bank people -  

You know, a lot of people that we're talking to, a lot of the sources, have clammed up because they're under brand new NDAs and it's hard to get to know exactly what's going on. For example, we have not heard that specifically about the Social Security increases or about the DOGE payments, which are really tariff rebates.

But I can tell you this and this, I just found out. Remember the eight world leaders from Europe that were in the White House yesterday, signing off documents, signing things that was all for peace with Russia and Ukraine. I can tell you that all of that was finished and signed off minutes ago, minutes ago, and that's what prompted the call.

Now we've got that happening. And I said, Did this have to happen? Did we have to have that peace happen before we went for exchanges and so on, the answer was yes.

Now we didn't know that until now, but thank God that is done, and that we think everything from that aspect, and I'm talking about President Trump's aspect, the idea of peace and the idea of getting peace in the Gaza with Israel and Hamas.

You know that that? I don't know where that stands right now, but I know that the six wars that President Trump already ended in the first six months of his administration now is seven months.

We're in the seventh month, and now he's already finished up with Ukraine and Russia. They have a finished peace agreement. Thank God. So where does that put us?

 Well, you guys know, if you know anything about NESARA and GESARA, you know that World Peace has to be established before it starts. Well, guess what? These had to be established before we started getting exchanges done.

Okay, so I wasn’t sure that was going to be the case, that if it was, and the good news is that part is done now. What has to happen from now to get us notified, to get us paid, to get everything coming? I'm just going to say it this way.

 It looks as though there's a little bit more time that is needed for the process to finish occurring. And I can't tell you exactly when, but this was a milestone today to have that peace agreement finished, and I think that we're in really good shape.

I'm not going to predict it a day to day . I've stuck my neck out there believing that it was going to happen tomorrow or the next day or the next day. And guess what? I've been wrong. I've been wrong more times, probably than I've been right.

But there are so many factors in this, as simple as we think it's complicated than we know, and I know a lot about it that I can't even talk about. I don't know everything either. I have a pretty good idea what's going on, and we're in really good shape.

 And it is coming, and it should be this month should be the month of August, but here we are, today's what the 19th I think we're going to get it before the end of the month, but I’m not going to say it's tomorrow or Thursday. I'm just not sorry. I wish I could, but I'd be lying, and I'm not going to lie to you.

So that is the gist of what I wanted to bring out. It came out differently than I had planned. But that call changed a lot of what I know.

Okay, so I'm going to say I'm content to know that we're on the right track. Everything's moving. There's a major milestone to hit that piece, important, very important document needed to be signed by midnight, and then now at midnight, certain other aspects of this whole process has to happen, and it's a little complicated, and I don't even understand it all  but I understood what was said to me.

So let's do this. It's late. Let's go ahead and pray the call out, and we'll look forward to Sue's class, starting tomorrow and going through Thursday as well. And we'll see you guys on the call Thursday night. Let's see if I can give us an update. Then, okay, all right,  Alright, , I'm going to shut this program, down, turn off. MZ: “ Central Bank Governor: We are witnessing external transfers of all major currencies with high flow”. Banks are operating as sovereign international banks. This is a key piece too.

MZ: “US bankruptcies are surging past 2020 pandemic levels”  This is why they can’t rescue the old system and need to replace it and a reset.

MZ: “US sends 3 warships towards the coast of Venezuela: Maduro mobilizes 4.5 million militia members”

Frank26  How many times have I said that it's not a secret the monetary reform plan?  Everybody knows what's going on.  It's been going that way for about a year and a half now.  The international world was the first to get wind of it and then all the articles that were coming out were talking about things that made no sense at 1310...They're talking to [the Iraqi citizens] about the monetary reform, the plan, the documents, the papers for crying out loud!   It's not a secret, 'we're about to change the value of our currency.' ...There's a lot going on.

MZ: “Before it’s to late: Sudani calls on the government to send the budget tables immediately” they should have them before the Nov. elections.  I believe they have been delaued because they have the new rate in them.

Member: So ..theoretically when they (Al Sudani) says to release the budget tables, historically, could that mean it’s already been released & we’re just waiting for the news cycle to catch up?

They are being told to expect a major announcement on that front. That there was a major breakthrough. I don’t know if it means a full HCL agreement  but they are looking for some kind of announcement tomorrow.

Militia Man  We're going to maybe see a surprise.  Because Iran is one of Iraq's largest trading partners.  Yes we've had sanctions and we have some conflict in the Middle East...There's two articles about Iran removing 4 zeros...One of the things that's interesting here and it's no different than Iraq is that I know they were going to talks about coinage in Iraq again...Iran's gong to drop 4-zeros off their currency and Iraq is going to drop 3 zeros...They're trading partners.  That kind of levels the playing field...If they can do the same thing at or around the same time, that might be a surprise.

Mnt Goat  Another item is the much-needed Oil and Gas law.  Article:  “ERBIL, BAGHDAD SIGN OIL EXPORT MECHANISM AGREEMENT”.  In a major breakthrough, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Ministry of Natural Resources and the Iraqi Ministry of Oil have finalized and signed a comprehensive agreement on the mechanism to resume oil exports from the Kurdistan Region, paving the way to end a costly suspension that has been in place since March 2023. So, although they may not have the new Oil and Gas Law fully in parliament yet, we learned that they are getting very close to resolving past issues and use these crises to build the new law, as the years passed.

Washington is pressuring and monitoring... 20 days remain before the liquidation of Iraq's banks, and the options are "bitter."

Iraqi banks have only 20 days left to implement the banking reform paper prepared by the American firm Oliver Wyman.

The paper obligates all private banks to increase their capital to 400 billion dinars and pay an annual fee of $2.4 million for four years, or opt for a merger and define ownership and management structures with several controls, including reducing the percentage of “relatives” in the new structures to just 10% and paying $1.3 million annually.

These controls may not be implemented by bank owners during the short remaining period, which ends on August 31, according to economic expert Mustafa Hantoush. Hantoush believes that the banking reform paper will be subject to “flexibility” in terms of time, so that it can be implemented within months or a year, according to the Central Bank’s estimate. Hantoush, however, rules out the possibility of liquidating banks subject to US restrictions and sanctions, with the exception of some banks that have already declared bankruptcy.

Mustafa Hantoush, in an interview with journalist Qais Al-Murshid, followed by the 964 network:

The banking system was easy and not built on risk tolerance, as it did not delve deeply into banking operations. Instead, it relied on massive trade requiring dollar transfers, which generated large and rapid profits for many banks.

Oliver Wyman, an American consulting firm, was contracted by the Central Bank to conduct a study on the reality of the Iraqi banking sector, along with consultations and reform plans.

The firm completed its study and submitted proposals last April, which were translated into actual decisions two weeks ago.

Banks will be required to sign a pledge or contract requiring one of two options by the end of this month at the latest.

The first is to increase the banks' capital to 400 billion dinars, with an annual payment of $2.4 million for a period of four years. The second option is to merge with other banks, setting the ownership structure at 10% for relatives and the remaining percentage for other partners, with an annual payment of $1.3 million for a period of four years.

The hope is to implement one of the two previous options, with certain required criteria, and exit the US sanctions list. Otherwise, the third option is liquidation.

I believe the reform plan proposed by Oliver Wyman and adopted by the Central Bank will see some flexibility in implementation.

The timeframe for capital increases or the merger option may be extended, and these banks may be given a grace period until the end of the year or for a year. I don't believe banks will be forced to resort to the liquidation option, except for some banks that are already bankrupt.   LINK

It will not yet be international...the CBI can not let the dinar sit there for too long without migrating to the out of country global currency exchanges. To wait would also be disastrous too. This is why when this does happen we must watch the dinar VERY  closely since it could then pop out on FOREX at about anytime afterwards. They have already been quietly leaving for months now which I think is important.  They are beginning their ninth month of gradually withdrawing forces.  We were told that we would leave when we were paid…..now we see them leaving. This is an important piece.
