Frank26   I believe it's implemented.  I believe they're using the new exchange rate.  I can't prove it to you...but based on what I read...At 1310, 2 + 2 = is not 7. 2 + 2 is 4.  These articles, this is logical.  This is the truth.  They're telling you what they're doing, what they're going to do.  They're telling you how they're protecting the new exchange rate from parliament.

MZ: There are a lot of circle-tel rumors out there. I will not report on them until I get confirmation that they have happened.

MZ: “Sudani: the Nesariyah combined power station project is one of the important projects that will enhance the supply of electricity in the national system” This project is being implemented by the German company “Seimans”. This is more of them modernizing for stability and removing the Iranian influence.

MZ: “Why is it important for American companies to visit Iraq?” For stability of course. There are a number of US and International companies that signed with the private sector. They need this for the reform process.

MZ: I keep hearing there is a rate tucked into the budget tables….and they are doing their best to stall the budget until they get the clearance to “GO”….That is the rumor I am getting out of Iraq from Iraqi sources.

MZ: “Chinese geologist announce yet another massive 1,000 tonne gold deposit and its easy to mine”  Every day last week it seems they announced finding more gold, lithium deposits, massive commodity discoveries all over the world.

MZ: Chinas currency the yuan is imploding and they will have to announce their total gold holdings soon.

MZ: “More than any other in history-17,000.000 tons of copper underground in America”  over 17 million tons of copper to help fuel Americas expansion back into manufacturing. All this is found as they are getting ready to reset.

Happy Easter Everyone

Nobody can say they did not hear “The Trump Card” mentioned along side the Gold Card at a recent meeting some days ago.

We have always heard Easter was the timeline. Well today would be the prime event for such a vision of foretold tales.

But what is the nature of this ‘Trump Card’?

Does it really come down to flipping the switch in terms of the new financial system?

Many would say so base on many symbolic gestures of those who are considered crypto demigods to some.

But I would be a hypocrite if I was not the one also saying this years ago when I mentioned that the Iraqi Dinar will be the kick off point to an entire new financial system.

And Iraq has shown major progress in that regard. As many announcements have been made over the past couple of weeks that shows they are serious about going international.

Trump Card Defined: A coded operation, rooted in Trump’s authority, to shift the world to a gold-backed financial system, ending fiat currency manipulation.

Iraqi Dinar’s Role: Its revaluation, announced in early 2025, triggers the reset, as Iraq’s economic integration destabilizes the petrodollar.

Easter Timeline: Easter Sunday 2025 (April 20) is the designated date for the reset’s public phase? Aligning with symbolic rebirth and Trump’s strategic messaging.

Gold Card Connection: Represents the new currency standard, backed by gold reserves, already in use by select TDC operatives since 2023.

Trump’s  (possible) Intent: To dismantle Cabal-controlled financial systems, free humanity from economic oppression, and secure his legacy as a liberator.

There is so much to choose from.

Militia Man  What's the hold up?  I would say the integration into the global financial system with a new real effective exchange rate.  That's it.  That's what I believe...and I believe they're ready.

Omani Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Said bin Hamoud Al Maawali, described it on Friday as "the region's gateway to development."

A Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that a high-level Omani delegation headed by the Omani Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Saeed bin Hamoud Al-Maawali, accompanied by the Iraqi Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi.

The Iraqi Minister of Transport said in a joint press conference, "The Omani delegation expressed great admiration for the Faw Port and the advanced progress achieved in a number of its affiliated projects. They considered this a major achievement for Iraq and the region and a qualitative leap forward in trade and the economy."

For his part, the Omani minister said, "This massive project represents the region's gateway to development. We have similar experiences that we are working to develop jointly with Iraq. The Security and Defense Exhibition kicks off in Baghdad with the participation of 150 Arab and foreign companies

 The 13th edition of the Security, Defense, Military Industries, and Cybersecurity Exhibition kicked off on Saturday at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds, with broad international participation, led by the United States, China, and Iran.

The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Sabah al-Numan, told Shafaq News Agency that this year's exhibition will host 150 companies representing 20 Arab and foreign countries, in addition to 65 Iraqi companies. 

He explained that the government is clearly moving towards encouraging local military production, while attracting international expertise to support the country's military manufacturing process.

Al-Naaman pointed out that the Military Industrialization Authority has witnessed a "qualitative leap" over the past few years, as it now equips most security agencies with weapons and ammunition of various calibers, in addition to other military equipment. 

He considered the exhibition to be "an opportunity to exchange expertise and learn about the latest technologies from foreign companies" in the fields of weapons, ammunition, and surveillance and control systems.

The military spokesman noted that the Iraqi security apparatus "has begun to capitalize on developments in cybersecurity technologies," emphasizing that attention is no longer limited to conventional armament, but rather includes the technological dimension, which is taking "an ever-increasing place" in the national defense structure.  LINK

MZ:  We spend the first hour cutting up with Matt and Lucas and CBD Guru’s today...then the news.

MZ: Not a lot of news this morning….possibly because its Easter weekend. The bond side was very quiet overnight.

MZ: There are some very happy bond holders….and we are seeing movement. It is all positive.

MZ: I do have a group facilitator….one who is helping with the process, who is traveling this weekend (very unusual over Easter) to the Midwest.  I am hoping this is indicative of timing.

Mark, do you think they’ve reached the 30% threshold on the bond movement?  thanks

MZ: I do not think they have reached 30% yet….but we are really close to it.

Member: If the bond holders are very close to the 30% threshold,  April still may be our month.

MZ: I think it still looks good for this month.

MZ: We do have some interesting articles coming out of Iraq.

MZ: “Al-Nusairi confirms that the Central Bank's approach to banking reform and development contributes to accelerating Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization. “  It was kinda stalled. We were told they were ready….and now they are openly talking about it again. Curious timing……they are talking about monetary reforms everywhere…..and bringing the dinar back to its former glory.

Member: Why do they keep coming up with new banking reforms that need to be implemented just when we think they are done?

Member: Iraq is #10 in the world in Natural Resources/ Sq KM...

MZ: “Trade: Launching farmer’s dues with an electronic payment system”  they are modernizing their agricultural system… this is a big thing. Its one of the major legs to support the value of their currency and stablility of the country. .

MZ: This is another one we were told is big news: “Parliamentary Security: Restructuring of controls has hit its final stage”  they are removing some checkpoints at borders…and adding others. They have to control their borders. Especially their financial borders. Controlling the borders is important before releasing the RV.

Member: r they ever going to let us see the revalue (RV)  ????‽????????

Member: I think the plan has changed several times, they did not expect this many people to be aware of the exchange and they are adjusting as they go.

Member: Per Mike Bara, saying the bonds don’t have to go first. Everything goes at once now!

Member: Remember the commercial where the guy is holding a fishing pole with a dollar on the end & ya just can’t reach it? Feel like that sometimes but the pole has a dollar, humanitarian project, & MedBed

Clare:  The Security and Defense Exhibition kicks off in Baghdad with the participation of 150 Arab and foreign companies

The 13th edition of the Security, Defense, Military Industries, and Cybersecurity Exhibition kicked off on Saturday at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds, with broad international participation, led by the United States, China, and Iran.

The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Sabah al-Numan, told Shafaq News Agency that this year's exhibition will host 150 companies representing 20 Arab and foreign countries, in addition to 65 Iraqi companies. 

He explained that the government is clearly moving towards encouraging local military production, while attracting international expertise to support the country's military manufacturing process.

Al-Naaman pointed out that the Military Industrialization Authority has witnessed a "qualitative leap" over the past few years, as it now equips most security agencies with weapons and ammunition of various calibers, in addition to other military equipment. 

He considered the exhibition to be "an opportunity to exchange expertise and learn about the latest technologies from foreign companies" in the fields of weapons, ammunition, and surveillance and control systems.

The military spokesman noted that the Iraqi security apparatus "has begun to capitalize on developments in cybersecurity technologies," emphasizing that attention is no longer limited to conventional armament, but rather includes the technological dimension, which is taking "an ever-increasing place" in the national defense structure.  LINK

During his participation in the specialized workshop held by the Ministry of Trade to discuss Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization, Samir Al-Nusairi, Economic and Banking Advisor, emphasized the role of the banking sector in contributing to accelerating Iraq's accession to the organization and the important role of the financial and banking sector in it.

He pointed to the measures achieved in 2023 and 2024 by the Central Bank in cooperation with the government, mainly regarding the regulation of foreign trade financing, the electronic platform, and direct work between banks and international correspondent banks, based on the approved reform and development methodology, official data, and monetary policy indicators for 2024 and the plan for 2025 and 2026, in cooperation with international consulting companies specialized in this field, and compliance with financial globalization and international standards adopted by WTO member states.

Al-Nusairi explained the main points of the banking reform project launched by the Central Bank this month in the presence and participation of the Prime Minister.

He pointed out the customs war launched by the US administration and its effects in the medium and long term on the principles of unifying customs duties. 

Customs duties of the member states of the organization, and what are the means of confrontation that will be adopted by the World Trade Organization and the CAT organization concerned with regulating customs duties at the international level.

 The workshop was attended by members of the National Governmental Committee for Joining the Organization, in which Iraq currently holds observer status along with 21 other countries, out of 166 countries with full membership. Representatives of relevant ministries, the private sector, and unions were also present.   LINK

MZ: Lots of rumors out there it’s about to start or has already started. I can tell you confidently that they are not yet exchanging in Iraq. But they are very hopeful things will kick off shortly. A number of them are hopeful for this weekend. But it hasn’t happened yet.

MZ: Wealth management and redemption center banks were told they were on call this weekend but not scheduled to work.

MZ:  I do not have any updates on CMKX, PP’s or farm claims. There is silence on that front but it could be a good thing. If they told us they were going to do it- it would not be a surprise.  

MZ: “Parliamentary foreign ministry holding the Arab summit in Baghdad holds special importance for Iraq”  We are hearing  from bankers and folks in Iraq that one of the agreements to hold that summit was a revalued currency. This summit is for the entire Arab region and will be held next month in Iraq. Let us hope they keep the promises that they made. They need to get busy in the next few weeks if they are to have a new rate.

MZ: “Under Secretary of state for bilateral relations receives deputy chief of missions of the United States in Baghdad”  They are talking about stability between the US and Iraq.

MZ: “Training course on trade in services concludes in Geneva for WTO acceding governments”  They are telling us Iraq is acceding. They have done everything necessary to do this ….and the Arab summit is coming and this is popping back up into the news….and Monday there were articles calling for the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar.

MZ: Lots of positive things happening.  

MZ: “Libyans grapple with fresh currency devaluation”  They have lost about 30% this year. Years ago Gaddafi was working on a gold backed Libyan dinar. There is now a big movement in the Arab world for all to go to a gold backed dinar or currency for all the countries in the region to have a standard of exchange. . This is historic.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY: Sammy wants to talk to you.  The reason you don't see the budget is the same reason you don't see the back pay paid out or the oil not restarted because it's all related to the budget tables and a rate.  FRANk:  I agree 100%...I agree with you Mr. Sammy because if you sit back and look at the whole picture of the monetary reform there's only one thing missing - a new exchange rate that makes everything work.  That makes everything make sense because nothing is logical at 1310.  

Militia Man  If you guys see the theme of coordination, cooperation, you see mechanisms...transparency...If you follow through that you can see the stepping stones.  If you want to get down to the ocean front and you're up on the cliff you got to go go down all those stepping stones.  To get off that cliff, Iraq has been doing that.  They're down to, I think, the last stepping stone to put their feet in the sand and get a cool swim in the water.  I think it's going to be a big swim.

MZ: I am back up and running with power, A.C. ect……and internet issues on the island are all squared away.

Member: Mark,  is this month is still in play ?

MZ: April is still very much in play according to the bond side and the banking side.

MZ: “ Spending priorities in the 2025 budget : Maintained salaries and projects following in the footsteps of the government curriculum” Saleh is Sudani’s economic advisor. He is the one to listen to about Iraq’s economy. He says they have the mechanism and rate will not be an issue. The mechanism is in the budget to change the rate if necessary….and they are already calling for that.

MZ: We know they have a big meeting on Saturday…the Erbil delegation is already arriving in Baghdad. “ Iraq officially reassures energy companies in the Kurdistan region and pledges to pay their dues” . This is a big one and they want the oil companies to start pumping oil and exporting again. Guaranteeing to send salary payments to Erbil. This has been a sticking point in agreements.

MZ: I think this one will get us off “stuck”.  Very interesting timing

MZ: “ This one just dropped. “Zimbabwe lifts exchange rate controls” in Iraq they have a fixed rate. But in Zimbabwe the rate floats and they let the market decide it and backed it with gold…but this had created a black market. By lifting the exchange rate controls…. doing this ends the black market . I’m pointing this out because it is exactly what Kuwait did when they revalued. And Iraq is talking about doing the same thing.

MZ: Tied to a basket of currencies and tied to assets and let the markets decide. To me this shows that Zimbabwe is preparing for a rest.

Member: They found a ton of lithium in the ground yesterday in Zimbawai !! I believe they finally feel good about their position with their money !??
