MZ: For moments it popped to that and boy did I have a lot of excited folks. It wasn’t there this morning so I believe they are testing. There are many who think that may be the international or “Street Rate”

Member: Supposedly the bank screens are set. Just waiting for it to show up- official.

Member: I heard that they had to wait due to errors trying to run Swift with QFS. Both running at once were not working together. Idk

Member: Heard a rumor that we need a trust to get the contract rate?

Member: Sure are a lot of crazy rumors right now.

MZ: Every single one of my banking contacts say that is BS. They believe you may need one for your humanitarian projects….when it gets full funding….but I am not a financial advisor. I assume the people selling those rumors are also selling trusts.

MZ: No new historic bond updates…Most are waiting for the 16th through the 22nd as of yesterday. Most are looking at the 21st and 22nd now.

Member: my friend works @ fidelity she believes the market is going to crash but she's told to tell her clients to not pull out. evil.

MZ: In Iraq:  “In numbers- quantities of oil expected from the region despite the suspension of exports . no one knows where the revenues go” They are talking about the oil that disappears from the Erbil region daily. About 300,000 barrels goes missing to the black market and is lining somebodies pockets. This is big money…theft of millions a dollars every day.

MZ: “Iraqi delegation signs memorandum of understanding in London”  this again makes Iraq going “International”

Member: Have they done a third reading of the budget law in Iraq yet?

MZ: I have not found that in the news. My sources expect it on Wed or Thurs….Today is Wed.

The US Treasury to activate the new US Note by Wed. 15 2025.

Sources say Bondholders will get emails for access to funds by Wed. 15 Jan. or Thurs. 16 Jan. 2025.

The Admirals Groups and Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) should follow soon.

The Shotgun Start should roll out over 48 hours.

The Intermediate Groups (CMKX, Adjudicated Settlements, Farm Claims, etc) should pay around the same time as Bond Holders.

We will be offered a 12% interest rate per year for five years paid on our primary and secondary bank accounts (not on our Quantum Account).

Tues. 14 Jan. 2025 Payout for Tier Groups involved in the RV:

The Dubai Accounts Funds the RV: Dubai 1 funds Tiers 1&2 of the RV and Dubai 2 funds Tiers 3&4 of the RV, while Dubai 3 funds the Adjudicated Accounts and GESARA.

The payout of the Bonds and Currency is done in order of the different tiers. There are five Tiers that will be exchanging: Tiers 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5.

Liquidity Release is done in a certain order. The Elders, German Bonds and select Yellow Dragon Bonds must be paid first and have been.

A. Dubai 1 released for liquidity which then triggers Dubai 2&3.
B. F&P’s are released to recipients (they need D1 liquid, this is their hold up)
C. Bonds will be liquid (they need D1 to be liquid)
D. Tiers 1-4b are notified. (they need D1 to be liquid)

It appears all is set to go on or about the same time!

Tier 1 Sovereign Nation Debt of Governments: Chinese Royals, Bond Holders, Paymasters, Church Groups, CMKX, F&P, Adjudicated Settlements, Ranch and Farm Claims and other groups.

Tier 2 Royals, Elders, Whales, Military Generals and some political type Elites with platforms of currency, corporations, etc.

Tier 3 Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups like the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The Pentecostal group was now 100% under an NDA.

Tier 3 was all Dubai 2 Trust Money and originally was the Generals and public. Now Tier 3 includes groups with projects including the Admiral.

The Admiral was sent to the back of the line and renamed Tier 4A (really just a pie slice of tier 3). The Admiral’s Group was composed of three parts – most notable of which was Tier4a Core groups and 130 VIP groups.

Tier 4B, (us, the Internet Group) is the largest group and composed of the general public who paid attention to the intel – the people who have bought currency and/or bonds and kept up with the reset by way of information on the Internet.

Tier 5 The general public who never paid attention to the Intel.

The official GO for Tier 4b has not been released yet. It can happen any moment. As all Tier1-4b are funded, we await the final release to reach to our level. It’s a process. It’s tedious and time consuming – making adjustments as needed along the way for accuracy and safety of all involved. It’s a very quiet & discrete operation, where the general public is left uninformed for obvious reasons.

Pay attention to the levels that are ahead of us. That will help give a better understanding of where we are, in relation to it reaching the 4b level. BUT, it is unfolding. And when it reaches our levels, there will be no doubts. It’s coming! Keep the faith.

Economic expert, Mustafa Akram Hantoush, described the establishment of the first Rafidain Bank as an “excellent step.”

Yesterday, Monday, the Council of Ministers decided to establish the First Rafidain Bank with a capital of one trillion dinars and a government participation rate of 24%.

Hantoush told Al-Eqtisad News, "Establishing the First Rafidain Bank is an excellent step, especially since it will be a mixed sector company."

He added that the new bank will help the state enhance its payment and electronic transaction capabilities, in addition to assisting the Trade Bank of Iraq in transfers and credits.   LINK

The Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani discussed today, Tuesday, with the King of the United Kingdom, Charles III, establishing a "productive partnership" between Baghdad and London.

A statement by the Prime Minister's Office received by Shafaq News stated that "Al-Sudani met today, Tuesday, with the King of the United Kingdom, Charles III, at Buckingham Palace in the British capital, London. During the meeting, bilateral cooperation between Iraq and the United Kingdom was reviewed, as well as ways to establish a productive partnership in various economic and development fields."

The statement added that "the meeting discussed cooperation in the field of confronting the challenges of climate change, and opportunities to enhance cultural cooperation."

According to the statement, Al-Sudani expressed his "appreciation for the official invitation he received to visit Britain," stressing "Iraq's determination to consolidate constructive bilateral relations in various fields, in a way that enhances the mutual and sustainable interests of the Iraqi and British peoples."

For his part, King Charles III welcomed Al-Sudani, pointing out "the depth of the historical relationship between Iraq and Britain, and the prominent importance that the governments of the two countries attach to developing common interests and understandings at various levels."  LINK

MZ: “Iraq to create a new State Owned Bank” it’s a new innovative financial institution named Rafadain First Bank…The government will be a 24% stake holder. They will modernize with their current structure and focus on exchange. They are doing everything they need to do to raise the purchasing power for all Iraqis.

MZ: “Anouz: The region’s commitment to deliver oil revenues is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the salaries of its employees” they are dedicated to fix this issue.

MZ: “The house of Representatives votes to amend the passport law and extend the work of the election commission” If you read deeper in the article is states the second reading of the budget law was successful!!

MZ: We did indeed have the second reading today.

Member: Mark, After the 2nd reading doesn't it automatically go to final(3rd)

Member: According to Frank they are on the third reading now

Member; I read They don’t need a 3rd reading because it was already in the budget and they just made a change, so they only need 2 reading to pass it.

MZ: We are seeing the popping up on different aps….IQD and IQD pairings with different crypto pairings….this is big.

MZ: Yes Sudani is heading to England today for some dialog. They are discussing going International.

The Iraqi General Authority of Customs announced on Sunday that the electronic payment service will be temporarily suspended tomorrow, Monday.

The authority said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "The Central Bank of Iraq informed us that the electronic payment service will stop tomorrow, January 13, 2025, at 12 midnight for two hours, for the purpose of making updates to their systems."  LINK

The Central Bank of Iraq works within its strategy to provide various services to bank cardholders, by expanding the spread of cash delivery outlets and through all available channels, including ATMs and POC cash payment devices, as well as authorized exchange companies, electronic payment company outlets, and POS electronic payment devices spread throughout Iraq.

The Central Bank confirms in its circulars that included directing banks and non-banking financial institutions to spread and expand their financial services in areas that lack the aforementioned services.

While the bank seeks to develop these services by establishing the latest infrastructure for financial products and services in Iraq, and improving them continuously.

I recently read an article about an individual who moved to the U.S. from New Zealand 12 years ago. They were expressing their difficulty, 12 years later, on adjusting to the cultural differences.

They expressed how when they first moved here they discovered the U.S. tends to have a more cutthroat, competitive culture in which people can be overlooked or dismissed if they’re not prepared to speak loudly and clearly about their accomplishments.

Back in New Zealand however, they were used to, and raised in, a culture that encourages people to act humble. Where people don’t tend to talk up their accomplishments and try to give credit to others (even if it rightly belongs to them).

Though this may be a small thing, these sorts of cultural differences can feel like a minefield to navigate and has made some social interactions a constant source of stress for years. We have to keep in mind for a GCR to occur these cultural differences are going to have to be accounted for. Who gets what, how they get it, and how the process will integrate through all these various cultural minefields.

Remember, the GCR is a redistribution of global wealth drawing from multiple countries and multiple cultural differences, not printing more money. Cultural differences play a pivotal role because they shape how societies view wealth, fairness, and redistribution.

In some cultures, wealth is viewed as a sign of hard work and individual success, while in others, it’s seen as a communal resource meant to be shared. Redistribution may face resistance in societies that highly value individual achievement and property rights.

While many cultures have religious or ethical systems that influence their stance on wealth sharing. For example: Zakat in Islam mandates wealth redistribution as a religious duty, western cultures influenced by Protestant ethics may stress individual responsibility over collective welfare.

Cultural definitions of fairness way in. Fairness can mean different things across cultures. In the Global North, fairness might emphasize equal opportunity. In the Global South, fairness may focus on compensating for historical injustices like colonialism or exploitation. These differing views could complicate consensus on how wealth should be redistributed globally.

How we approach and address cultural differences would have to include some type of inclusive dialogue that would engage diverse stakeholders to ensure all voices are heard, respecting cultural norms and values.

They would have to highlight shared global challenges like poverty and climate change to build solidarity. They have to design flexible redistribution models tailored to cultural contexts rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all solution. And most of all we will have to strengthen international institutions and promote transparency to gain widespread support.

So all the massive changes to the mechanisms required to pull this off aside, getting the global community and integrating the cultural norms of each participant to sink together, is in itself a challenge we don’t normally consider.

Jeff  They're bringing the budget off the shelf...I told you the budget would stay on the shelf collecting dust until they're about ready to revalue.  From October 8th to now the budget did remain on the shelf collecting a whole bunch of dust.  What did I tell you about January?  I said January is a very critical month.  Keep your eyes on it...They are now talking about pulling the budget off the shelf and getting the budget schedules approved by parliament.  Thing are now finally preparing to happen and come forward because they're about ready to revalue the currency.

Member: I wonder if when bonds get their 1% if we get our notifications?

Member: Will we have full access to all our funds when we exchange Mark?

MZ: Yes…I am told we will have full access on currency exchanges

MZ: Groups are pretty quiet so far today. I do know that a couple bankers have meetings this afternoon. These are members of “Wealth Management”

Member: Rumors out there: HCL got approved in the parliament with the Green light to start And tonight they are updating the payment system in Iraq from 12:00 - 2:00 am

MZ: Yes we were told the Iraqi parliament did not get a quorum to do the second reading of HCL. Yet. But they do expect it tomorrow. It could be misinformation…..but that is not what I hear from the Iraqi Press right now.

Member: MarkZ, I find it curious that Tonight, Iraq is shutting down for 2 hrs, their electronic payment system!

Member: Zoom News announced that tonight at Midnight Iraq time, the payment system will shut down for updates.

MZ: They are updating their electronic systems specifically for borders and customs …this is a scheduled update. They are using the AYUSCUDA system for all their borders.

MZ: “Will Trump strengthen the US presence in Iraq instead of withdrawing?” The US needs to project strength in the region. Their best bet is to work closely with Iraq , who is becoming a leader in the region. I believe he will be working with the Iraqi government- not against them.

Member: Informed political source revealed, on Saturday evening, an upcoming visit by the envoy of the US President-elect, Donald Trump, to Iraq, carrying message to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.

Member: Trump said Iraq talks differently privately then they do publically.

MZ: Absolutely. It is a mind set difference all throughout the Arab world.

Member: My Wells Fargo finally confirmed the RV.

MZ: They all know its coming…..They know we are having a complete change in the system and we are going asset backed…They know gold is an important piece. Im not sure if they will use the same terminology you and I use or will they call it something different?

Member: They may not call it a QFS…..but we know what the new system does….safer and faster and much better.

Member: What is your gut feeling Mark?

MZ: My gut is screaming sometime between now and Jan 22. Just a guess……

Member: If the RV doesn't happen before February this year I will be really surprised!

The representative of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Jiay Timur, expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of the current parliamentary session, while describing the lack of quorum and the adjournment of the session before it began as a “shock” to the representatives.

Timur told {Euphrates News} that: "The lack of quorum and the adjournment of the session before it started was a shock to the MPs, and there were 154 MPs in attendance in today's session."

He stressed that "announcing sessions without holding them due to the absence of MPs has become a recurring phenomenon," holding the parliament presidency "responsible for this delay."
Timur stressed "the need to pressure MPs to attend in order to legislate laws that affect the lives of citizens."

He pointed out that "the disagreements over some laws are because they concern certain segments or components and not others," explaining that "the agenda of today's session included seven non-controversial paragraphs, and it was expected that the session would be held without problems." link
