Member: will we have Christmas before Thanksgiving this year?

MZ: I think we could…. it would be tight…..but we could make it . I am heading back to Puerto Rica right after we finish this podcast.  Zester will be hosing the show tonight.

Member: All I want for Thanksgiving is an RV.. and not the one with wheels!

​​Mark, what do you make of the VND’s tease this weekend? $.39 cents???

MZ: I think it was a lovely tease and tells us how close we are.

Member: rates on the dong seem lower than previously estimated, Do you think VND will be .39 for us?

MZ: I still think rates will be higher than .39 cents….but I could live it. Just think we spent about $50 bucks for a million dong…..If it RVs at .39 cents that is a ROI of $390,000.00 per 1 million dong….who is going to complain about that? Turning $50 bucks into $390 thousand.

Member: Maybe they're priming the pump…Im hoping for at least a 1 to 1.

MZ: I am still hear a rate of low $2+

Member: I Found a million dong at a flea market for 2 dollars this weekend. Woot win

Member: Mark, isn't it an insanely good sign that the Rupiah, Rial, and Dong had visible rates to us plebains?  I wonder why we see it on some sites and not on forex/others?

MZ: It’s an extremely good sign…and I have had some feedback from some in high levels who say “Foreign officials in Iraq have confirmed that yesterday’s test rates (Referring to Saturdays test rates popping up on dinar and dong) are 100% legit. “  I am starting to get excited.

MZ: is it showing on some exchanges? Yes. Is it fully released? No   So it is showing there but not compete yet.

Member: Nader says the IQD is on forex.  He said that the dinar is on forex and soon we can buy and sell in Banks

Member: What were the test rates they saw?

MZ:one of them was $.39 cents for dong and most saw rates of upper $3’s to lower $4’s on dinar.

Member: We are hearing that the Bolivar will be about .30.

Member: I am just ready to turn in my foreign currencies no matter the exchange price.

Member: Rates don't really matter if they wont release them so we can exchange... IMO

MZ: In Iraq: “ Al Sayoud : A gathering of generations and political blocs will adopt a project from which a national government will emerge capable of crossing the country to safety” If you follow the theme of the articles in Iraq this weekend. They are making all the necessary moves to move into a new era in Iraq…..They are talking about how great and hopeful it is.

MZ: Then there is a great discussion in Iraq about “The Deletion of zeros and the evaluation of the dinar”  He talks about how the delete the zeros works and how it can increase the value!!!. Here is an example they used to try to keep it really simple   

MZ: For example, suppose a foreign government has set 10 units of its currency to equal one US dollar. To revalue its currency, the government might change the rate to 5 units per dollar, making its currency twice as expensive when valued in US dollars as it was before. If the above-mentioned currency revaluation occurs, any assets held by a U.S. corporation in the foreign economy must be revalued. If the value of the asset held in a foreign currency was previously valued at $100,000 based on the old exchange rate, the revaluation requires a change of $200,000. This change reflects the new value of the foreign asset in the local currency by adjusting the revaluation of the relevant currency.

MZ: the project to delete the zeros is to raise the value. Thus needing lower denomination bills. They are spelling it out for us.

MZ: “Controversial laws in 2025 budget schedules await resolution”  they are taking advangtage of the extended parliamentary session to finish these.

MZ: “Kurdistan Prepares for curfew on census days and reveals those excluded from it”  there are a lot of people telling us the census had to be done before they pull the trigger. Well, they are doing the census so we can check that box off. They are about to close everything down for 2 days. And everyone is staying home to get counted. 

MZ: Lots of expectations and possibilities for this week …..Stay calm. We are seeing an overwhelming amount of evidence this week.

Member: I am calmly excited!

MZ: No updates from bond guys yet this morning. It’s too early in the day for banking to start on the west coast.

Member: I see metals are recovering.....spot gold up 40 bucks....XLM at .24

Member: any word on if we’re going to have to pay taxes when this happens?

Member: I say plan for the worst and hope for the best.

​​Member: MarkZ question is there anything else on your checklist that you’re still waiting to see before this thing gets the green light?????

Member: Mark what else absolutely has to be DONE in Iraq for this rv to actually go?

Member: If i hear soon or close or next week again im going to go crazy lol

Member: if this thing moved any slower, it would be going in reverse

Member: Wouldn't we have to wait until debt jubilee across the world happens, before the RV???

MZ: They should happen at the same time….That is how it was explained to me.

Member: I still think we will have to wait until after the inauguration on Jan 20

Member: What if the private groups go now and first for the RV….and the public goes after Jan 20 with the reset?  Just a thought.

Member: if the entire system crashes….it has to all go ASAP…..so we just watch it .

Your R&R monies will already be in your Quantum Account that you will activate when you do your exchange.

You will have a new email account set up at the Redemption Center.

Your Quantum Card will only be used to transfer funds from your Quantum Account to your Master bank account with Wells. You can transfer to other banks from there.

A source at Social Security reported that Social Security increases are not going to be in October, but will be in the month of November. You will get your added payment (a 80% to 100% increase from what you are presently receiving) a week after you get your regular payment.

Bond Holders have been told they will receive their emails Thurs, Fri or Sat that would inform them of when they will have access to their accounts – which will likely be on Tues. 19 Nov.

They are rolling out the toll free numbers to Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) likely by Mon. 18 Nov. and we will be able to set appointments on Tues. 19 Nov.

The $3.6-million project, funded by the World Bank, aims to enhance transparency and the efficiency of public services through policy advice and strategic implementation support.

Discussions focused on the project's technical aspects and the coordination between governmental agencies and the World Bank. The initiative is structured around three pillars: advancing e-government capabilities, improving public resource management, and providing flexible support for priority reforms. link

Thirty US companies visit Kurdistan Region, new agreement signed to enhance trade and investment

Kurdish and American companies signed an agreement to enhance coordination in trade and investment, the Kurdistan Region’s Board of Investment announced, on Sunday, during a visit by a delegation of 30 American companies.

In a press conference attended by Shafaq News correspondent, the Head of the Board, Mohammed Shukri, explained that “the American delegation met with Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani before holding a joint meeting at the Erbil Chamber of Commerce.”

The meeting included local business leaders and members of the Board of Investment, aiming to strengthen commercial cooperation and increase American investments in the region.

“Foreign expertise represents a significant opportunity to support Kurdistan’s economic and commercial sectors to achieve further growth,” Shukri emphasized.

“Kurdish and American businessmen agreed to enhance coordination and expand the scope of trade and foreign investments, despite current economic challenges,” he revealed. link

Tishwash:  Opening of the Unified National Card System at the Iraqi Embassy in the Emirates

Today, Sunday, November 17, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein, inaugurated the unified national card system at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the United Arab Emirates, in the presence of Ambassador Muzaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri and the Consul General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Amad Abdul Hamid.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed in a speech on the occasion, according to a statement by the ministry, received by "Baghdad Today", that: "The opening of the unified national card system represents a strategic step towards developing public services, and embodies the government's commitment to providing the best for every Iraqi citizen."

He explained that "the unified national card is not just an official identification document, but rather a symbol of the unity of Iraq and the cohesion of its people. The system aims to facilitate procedures for citizens, ensuring that they obtain services efficiently and quickly, without suffering."

For his part, the Iraqi Ambassador to the UAE, Muzaffar Mustafa Al-Jubouri, praised the “great efforts made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Minister Fuad Hussein, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, headed by Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, to achieve this important project.”

He stressed that "this step comes in response to the needs of the Iraqi community abroad, which aspires to modern and effective services that strengthen its connection to the homeland," adding that "the project places the Iraqi citizen abroad at the heart of the priorities, which provides him with easy access to distinguished services."

At the end of the ceremony, the Minister of Foreign Affairs conducted an inspection tour to see the work of the system, where the specialized team sent by the Ministry of Interior provided a brief explanation of the mechanism for issuing the unified national card.

For their part, a group of Iraqi community members present expressed their thanks and appreciation for the consular services provided by the embassy, ​​praising the facilitation of their official transactions and the strengthening of their communication with their mother country.  link

Walkingstick  Billboards with lower note pictures and explanations about them, if that was true, if that had any possibility, then the moment that would happen would cause...there cannot be a gap between when they show it and when they release it [the rate] IMO.  Once they show [them], the time frame for them to release it [the rate] would have to be extremely short.  There should be no gap between the two events.  It should be simultaneously.  

Mnt Goat  ...if you take the monetary mass of Iraq then do the math of the about 150 tons of acquired gold in their reserves, you can easily see that when they shrink the monetary mass, these reserves could cover the entire monetary mass of dinars in circulation. WOW!  Yes, it could potentially cover 100% not just a percentage of the dinars in circulation, if all goes according to plan...Isn’t this then the financial “stability” that the CBI keeps telling us it needs to conduct the project to delete the zeros?

 Frank Bank Story Cont…..He put me on hold and came back and he very calmly said sir… with the amount that you told us you have, the Brinks truck will come to your house and they will do the exchange right there in your house and then you'll be good to go.  It'll be in your bank.  

You'll be able to verify it on your phone, in your app that shows your banking information.  He said you'll be able to validate on a computer, all that jazz, that the money is in your account...

They're saying we should have and accountant and tax attorney.  They have a list of all that, that they'd be more than happy to share. I said no thank you I have all that covered...It was amazing.  Our jaws dropped...This was [last] Monday by the way..

A source at Social Security reported that Social Security increases are not going to be in October, but will be in the month of November. You will get your added payment (a 80% to 100% increase from what you are presently receiving) a week after you get your regular payment.

Bond Holders have been told they will receive their emails Thurs, Fri or Sat that would inform them of when they will have access to their accounts – which will likely be on Tues. 19 Nov.

They are rolling out the toll free numbers to Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) likely by Mon. 18 Nov. and we will be able to set appointments on Tues. 19 Nov.

Tony said Monday 18 Nov. 2024 was to be our day.

It was his guess that the World Bank was holding the RV up because of an unexplained issue.

The emails hadn’t gone out as expected. Bank personnel were rousted out of bed 2:30am Sunday morning to prepare for Monday. When Monday came and went they were still put on standby because the RV could happen at any moment.

At one point Tony was interrupted by a text or phone call. He said that the caller told him RV was imminent and that the caller had given him the actual date. (Which Tony wouldn’t divulge)

So we were left with a timeframe (3 days) and an assurance on Bolivar (Soberano) exchange rate of 30 cents/ Soberano or $30 million/100 Digitale (100 million Soberano).

MZ” Some real positive stuff out of Iraq this morning.

MZ: “Al Bandowi:  Iraq is moving towards full sovereignty with America’s commitment to withdraw its forces”  Most of this withdrawal is happening before 2025. In other words in the last and final part if this year. Why is this important?  Sovereign currency and sovereign country. And we have been told repeatedly that troops will be gone once US is paid….IE Revaluation.

MZ: “Central Bank of Iraq sales exceed one billion dollars within 5 days”  By selling about a billion dollars US- this means they have pulled about a trillion dinar off of the streets. This will help the value tremendously.

MZ: “Advisor to the Prime Minister: The government is able to increase spending without inflation of fiscal deficit” They have a sound economy and letting us know they are stable. Shabibi said to give him a stable Iraq and he would give them a new rate.

MZ: “ For the first time in Iraq –Efforts to establish a investment association and attract the capital of 10 countries” to attract agriculture ect…things that are not oil related.  These countries are specifically about agriculture, industrial and housing. A well rounded economy and we get a new rate.

MZ: “18 states file lawsuits against SEC over alleged unlawful crypto regulation” This is a push for states rights and sovereignty.

MM: There are a lot of things to feel warm and fuzzy about today. Its been some time since Sudani said they were going to be the savior of the financial system and today we can see this with all the contracts being done and reconstruction efforts.

Member: So MM how long do you figure Iraq can sustain current economy before they finally need to change their rate to go where they are trying to get to economically.

MZ: They need to finish out the 2024 budget –they have money they want spent over the next month. There is so much they are pushing for to make happen. So much good is going on right now.

MM: I totally agree. Look at the Port of Faw and the non oil revenue streams in Iraq. And currency transactions with Turkey……they would have to be Article 8 complient.  And look at the Development road project.

MM: But Iraq still needs to show its people its REER (Real Effective Exchange Rate)

MZ: So many things are finally coming together.

Member: What is your gut feeling on timing MM?

MZ: I’m feeling real good it’s before the end of the year……real good.

MM: I like where we are and there is evidence that supports it happening this year. I think there is a push for Al Sudani and Al Alak to have a conversation about the 2024 budget. They have to show the 2024 final accounts before they can even see the 2025 budget. They need to plan starting the big railway to turkey and they won’t want to do that in 135 degree heat . And they have to pay for it. With 25 projects that have to be funded …I am hoping it’s within a 10 day window.

MZ: It very well could be.

The Italian website "Nova News" reported that an Iraqi-Italian cooperation forum will be held on November 27 in the capital Rome, with the participation of the Kurdistan Region, with the aim of facilitating cooperation between companies and institutions of the two countries in the fields of agricultural food, energy, environment, infrastructure, construction, medicine and pharmaceuticals.

The report, translated by Shafaq News Agency, explained that the "Iraqi Business and Cooperation Forum" will be held in Rome in cooperation with "Confindustria", an association of Italian industries, and organized by the "Italian Investment and Technology Promotion Office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization."

The report indicated that the aim of the forum is to "facilitate partnerships and commercial cooperation between Iraqi and Italian stakeholders from institutions, business associations and the private sector in the fields of agri-food, energy, environment, infrastructure, construction, medicine, pharmaceuticals and others."

The report pointed out that the forum will open with interventions by high-level representatives, including from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation.

On the Iraqi side, the report stated that there will be representatives from the Ministries of Industry and Minerals, Trade, the Iraqi Federation of Industries, the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce, the National Investment Commission, the Kurdistan Region Investment Commission, and the Industrial Cities Authority.

UNIDO Project Development Centres will also be present, providing their expertise and knowledge, and contributing to the strategic discussions and resulting developments.

According to the report, the forum will facilitate direct interaction between participating Italian companies and their Iraqi counterparts.

The report pointed out that the organization of the forum falls within the framework of the "Investment Promotion in Iraq - Phase II" project funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation. LINK

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It is Thursday, November 14TH and you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in everybody all over the blue marble of the planet. You flat landers, whatever that is, just hang in there. We believe that the  globe is round - the Earth is round, although it's not perfectly round, but just round ish -  alright, so I want to welcome everybody that's listening as we refer to you as big call universe. Thank you for tuning  in

Let's get into Intel. Let's talk about it. This is a really going to be a short segment, but an important segment, and this is information that has been consolidated and brought in over the last couple of days. We didn't, you know, it's so hard for us to pin down some of the things that need to happen, like, for example, banks are looking for,…….let me put it this way, President Trump is going to be making an announcement to the banks on behalf of the New US Treasury, and that is what's supposed to happen today or tomorrow.  And it looks like it probably would not happen this evening, but happen sometime tomorrow

Now, once that occurs, then the redemption center leaders over various parts of the country will get out the emails to banks and to redemption centers so that they will be aware of when their notifications to the redemption center operatives, or leaders - as I call them, and to the bank managers on their emails when those are to go out, so they're contingent upon receipt of emails after with after President Trump notifies the banks, probably on a huge conference call about what is, what is going on and when things are to happen.

Now, that sounds pretty good, but we got some more information tonight that really looks good. First of all, the Iraqi dinar is floating on the Iraqi stock change, which is the is x, and that we knew that yesterday, and also the Forex, we've got two confirmations yesterday that the dinar is actively trading on the Forex now, rates on the Forex yesterday were what's called populating and elevating. That means they were blinking slowly, but they're also showing increases in value. That's what we want to see

Also the redemption centers were not showing the currencies on the screens until today. We did see that they were up on the screens at the redemption centers today. So that's another good sign that we're moving in the right  direction.

So here's where we stand. We normally talk about Iraq, and we did. We talked about the dinar, on the forex and on the ISX - It's all good. But we also are talking about,  let me get my mind right on this ok –

 Okay, okay, we don't normally follow as closely as we would like. What's going on with tier 4A so called the admirals groups, but we did get word that the admirals groups are to be  notified -  If you're in the admirals group pay attention to this. You're to be notified on Saturday, and then I believe for most of them, it would be by email that you're supposed to be notified Saturday and have access to your accounts on Monday.

Now they've got the tier 3 bond holders and tier 4B the Internet Group aligned to be pretty much on a true shotgun start.

The admirals group would go ahead of us by a day or so. In 4B and tier 3 bond holders are to be to receive their notification by email, Monday morning before noon, Monday morning before noon, and then go in for their exchanges, like in our case  to exchange currencies and redeem the zim to go in Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Monday afternoon, late afternoon, evening or Tuesday morning.

So that's in the in the tier three bond holders would also receive their notifications Monday by noon and then have access to their accounts on Tuesday. So that's a pretty close shotgun start, but the whole rollout of this is probably 12 to 24 maybe as many as 36 hours.

Now, the other thing with bondholders is, we heard this either yesterday or the day before, that bondholders would be paid out over a 10 day period. So that is something that, because they are, there are so many and there, I don't know why it would take that long, but it could take up to 10 days for all the bondholders to receive their funds. But everything is supposed to be triggered.

That's the key word, triggered Saturday night, which is the 16th -  Am I right on the date? Yeah, 16th is Saturday -  but it really shows up for us in the internet group Monday morning by noon, it's when we're supposed to get our notifications, and then we get set our appointments and go in for exchanges, either Monday, afternoon, evening or Tuesday.

So that's the latest Intel, and everything's been crunched down and concentrated and brought into focus so that we can sort of plan the next several days ahead  - We should have Christmas before Thanksgiving, in a sense, that's what somebody posted a while back. We've heard that. I think that's what's going to happen.

So this is the intel that we had, right now - We got what's going on with the dinar. We know that currently are flashing slowly and populating, between changing rates and elevating, which means rates are going up. Obviously, if you're wise, you use the redemption center with the toll free number that's going to be available on our website, And let's, let's pray the call out,

Member: Articles say the Federal Reserve is actively working to crash the dollar and the economy

MZ: Absolutely they are. And they are doing it on purpose. A reset will fix it all.

Member: They say when you see the bank system changed that’s when it started or that’s when it’s going to start Goldilock says that

Member: Any news on historic bonds?

MZ: Still silent. My thoughts are they are positioned and ready for when the trigger pullers let everything Rip!!

Member: I heard Redemption personnel are working straight through the weekend. Many are saying RV between now and Nov 22-Any confirmation on that?

MZ: My contacts have not yet checked in. I tried to reach them yesterday but no response yet. Between now and Nov. 22 makes sense to me. Doesn’t mean it will happen though.

Member: Mark you mentioned one of your bond folks said after 9 days you wouldnt have to ask these questions , what date does that fall on

Member: Ed of Ocala had good news for this weekend. He always said no dates until now!!!

Member: Tomorrow is Saturday and Gazette time... maybe it's posted tomorrow..

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat  ...my CBI contact told me they almost must reinstate the dinar at about the same time or very shortly after...they end the currency auctions in Iraq...at the end of this year. This is why this move to end the currency auctions is so important to us investors. Remember also that the CBI will be no longer taking dollars from the oil revenues to pay for imports. If this is the case don’t you think the dinar must have some substantial value?

MZ: Yes….Is anyone paying attention?

Member: Sudani said the dinar will go back to his former glory and would be the most valuable currency in the world..

MZ: “ Kurdistan Region before the new year if the Parliament approves the extraction price” This is HCL…..They have been pounding it out and close to being done..

MZ: “Disagreements hit the Kurdish house –Obstructs the formation of the Regional Parliament and Government” This is flashy but they point out  they have already sat different ones and could quickly wrap this up. This could finish within moments and they are close.

MZ: “First deputy speaker of the house discussed with the Russian Ambassador the development of relations in the fields of economy, investment and energy” They are also dropping visa restrictions for   tourism and business back and forth to Russia.

MZ: “Al-Mandalowi discusses with the United Nations special envoy for Iraq support for stability and reform in the country”  they UN is there and saying that Iraq has made tremendous progress- keep going. This is an important piece. When they change their value the world knows they are sovereign and stable.

Member: Mark??? In your opinion, who is holding up RV/NESARA??

Member: Does anyone have any markers that have to happen b/f the RV?

Member: I believe we need the QFS and the new USN gold backed currency and a market crash before RV.

Member: I believe the currency administration held it up.

Nader From The Mid East  Community comment: "The dinar is not on Forex."  You're wrong.  Every currency of the world is on Forex.  Some of them are frozen.  Some of them are not.  Some of them are moving.  You can exchange it, you can buy it.  Every money you put on you go on Forex.  You could put any money you want...but some of them are frozen.  You cannot buy...sell them...If you tell me, 'oh, some of them are frozen and not moving.'  I agree with you but the Iraqi dinar start moving.  This is what I'm saying, it start moving now.  You cannot buy and sell but once he moves a lot they're going to have to buy it and sell it.
