MZ: Bonds, bankers, groups were dead silent today…..I go straight to voicemail on many of them.  I don’t’ know if that means they moved forward…(hope it does) or maybe they were up till 4:30-5:00 Am waiting for the event. So IMO they are regrouping or things starting ripping in the wee hours this morning. The whole world is pivoting and adjusting right now.

MZ: “2025-Strong National Economy and solid banks” They are telling you what they have done and how prepared they are for the future. How solid and secure they are. Flashback to Dr. Shabibi saying “You give me a stable and safe Iraq and I will give you a higher value”  We are watching his plan play out.  

MZ: “Central Bank Governor stresses the need for cooperation to facilitate trade with Azerbaijan”  Why is this important? International trade. And what do they need for international trade?  An internationally accepted currency

MZ: “Sudani congratulates Trump and vice President on winning the White House race” Sudani believes it will bring stability to the middle east.

MZ: “Trump wins with the dollar at a new high-the beginning of a new era?” This is coming out of Iraqi news. They are concerned they need to move forward quickly because the dollar gained an enormous amount of strength. Higher than it’s been in a year.

Member: I would love to see Iraq do something quickly.

Member: Bottom line- the Dinar to the dollar is 1310 or .00076. No way can they build their country back at that rate. They would go broke. They have to revalue their currency.

Member: Mark does the dinar have to be on the FOREX before we go?

MZ: They go on the forex at the same time we go. That’s how I was told.

Member: I heard the HCL was in the Gazette today

MZ: I did not see it in the Gazette today. I would imagine it would be on the front page. Do I expect it at any moment? I do.

Mark, do you think the outcome of the election makes a RV more likely to occur soon, or perhaps sometime after the inauguration?

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It's Tuesday, November 5th  Election Day in the States, United States, and welcome to the Big Call. Glad to have everybody here tonight. We're going to try to do the call in an hour or so, so that we can get everybody watching whatever they want to watch, in terms of election returns and election results, that kind of stuff.

All right. So I think we can get the call in. We'll do the best we can and let’s pray the call in.

Bob, I realized that I guess I was off of the call and didn't realize it. So did any of my Intel make it it’s way out? Okay, I'm going to do short Intel update.

What happened to you? You said you left calls, and then ?

I had some incoming calls and then I got out of them, and next thing I know, I thought I was still on the big call, but I wasn't. Evidently, I wasn’t,

I'll do a short intel segment, and I'll talk a little bit about the options that you two have -

Okay. I said earlier, but nobody heard it, because I was off the call, and I said that we were expecting our contact in Iraq that's got ties with the Iraqi government, is saying that we will have exchanges and have monies in two to four days. That would be Thursday to Saturday, is what he's telling us.

And so that's encouraging – we heard we should get numbers tomorrow or Thursday, and probably start exchanges on Thursday, along with a redemption of Zim on Thursday. And let's see other than that, I mentioned. Did you guys hear anything about the RNR or the Social Security increase?

Did you think you were talking to us on the call?

I did. Yes, I did. Social Security was supposed to start in November this month, but we'll see how that comes in and then Restitution, Reclamation allowance will probably start, but we might need NESARA to be announced, which could be the weekend. We could get an announcement over the weekend on that. So we're just going to stay tuned and see how that comes in.

And that's really all the intel that that we had to bring out tonight in a little different ways. I said it a little differently,    So that is really what I wanted to say tonight   And that is that.

So let's do this. Let's pray the call out and keep an eye on our emails over the next few days and see if yes between tomorrow and Saturday, all right, and we'll watch the election results come in,

Lord God, thank you for all that you've done for us so far to get us to this point. Thank you for providing for us, healing and for making us so wait so we for something that we're looking forward to so much. Thank you for your trust in us as we trust in you, in Jesus name, Amen and Amen.

MZ: Don’t panic- the world is figuring everything out right now. Hopefully by this evening we will have a better idea what is going on.

Member: I don’t expect anything RV related or Nasera or EBS until January after inauguration. IMO

Member: BUT, Sudani said the monetary reforms in Iraq should be done by Victory Day in Iraq which is December 10th!!!

Member: So maybe Iraq goes alone and first …..and the rest of the world shortly after they go???

Member: There is a rumor that the HCL in Iraq is done….can  you confirm?

MZ: There are a lot of rumors overnight we will see HCL this week….Stay calm. We need to see actual physical proof of it.

MZ: Mr. C checked in this morning. No news from him…..yet

Member: it's true I have her personal phone number and I told her I will call her when it's time to exchange …she is so happy and said she's going out to purchase currency.  I told her which ones to purchase.. she put her personal phone number on the bank card.. remember she's VP. she told me that there were other customers who told her about foreign currency

Frank26   Sudani the prime minister of Iraq is now in control of the auctions of their CBI.  What's so important about that?  Because... when the government sells their oil they get paid in dollars.  That's the agreement with America and then those dollars go into the CBI auction and they get converted into dinars.  That goes back to the government to pay their bills.  But it wasn't.  It was going from the CBI auctions to the hands of the corrupt profiteering evil people, the far left of Iraq...The auctions were the problem.  Not anymore.

Walkingstick  They used to have 130 trillion dinars in circulation.  They tell you now it's 100 trillion dinars...It will be trillions to billions.  130...and now report at 100 trillion is a big clue of the direction of the exchange rate...The 100 trillion dinar they are talking about is the value of the IQD not the number of notes in circulation.  The difference is extremely important...The clue is it's going in the right direction of adding purchasing power to the country's currency.

US Treasury Adds $104 Billion to National Debt in One Day

US Treasury Adds $104,000,000,000 To National Debt in One Day As Total Outstanding Debt Shatters Record High at $35,951,000,000,000

The US national debt just hit a new record high after the Treasury Department added $104 billion to its outstanding balance in a single day.

The Treasury’s Debt to the Penny database shows the government’s pile of debt is close to $36 trillion, clocking in at $35.951601173936 trillion.

The US shattered the $35 trillion barrier in late July.

The grim milestone comes as a study from the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget shows both presidential candidates will add trillions more to the national debt.

The CRFB says a Harris presidency could add $3.5 trillion to the debt over ten years, while a Trump presidency could add 7.75 trillion in the same time frame.

However, the agency warns its models have a wide range of possible spending outcomes.

“Our estimates come with a wide range of uncertainty, reflecting both different interpretations and estimates of the policies.

Under our low- and high-cost estimates, we estimate Vice President Harris’s plan could increase debt by between $300 billion and $8.30 trillion through 2035, while President Trump’s plan could increase debt by between $1.65 and $15.55 trillion.”

The agency says its estimates reflect the “expected fiscal impact” of the policies that the candidates have laid out on their campaign websites, official announcements, white papers and social media posts.

“The national debt currently stands at 99% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and is projected to grow from 102% of GDP at the start of FY 2026 to 125% by the end of 2035 based on the Congressional Budget Office’s (CBO) current law baseline.

The debt will exceed its record as a share of the economy – 106% set in 1946 – in just three years. Debt would continue to grow faster than the economy under either candidates’ plans and in most scenarios would grow faster and higher than under current law.”

Mnt Goat  ...when you go to the bank to exchange the US Treasury is going to fund the initial exchange for the bank. It is all electronic...The US Treasury will own then own dinar. These banks will then turn a profit with the US Treasury for being the broker in the exchange. It will benefit them to collect as much of the 3 zero notes as possible...The US Treasury will keep a certain amount of the three zero notes for inter-banking and global trade with Iraq... Iraq has already guaranteed oil credits at so much a barrel...The US Treasury fully intends to also sell these oil credits at a profit margin to other countries needing the Iraq oil. I have asked my CBI contact multiple times on the fixed credit rate and I got varied amounts from $30 – 35 a barrel. So, it is not like Iraq has to shell out trillions back to the US to cover the cost of the funds for the exchanges...

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY:  These exchange centers, they are dealing in dinars right now.  What they're doing is taking in the old three zero notes that we citizens have been holding on to for years...and putting that into the electronic platform.  We have paper to show us what we have in the bank.  It's the new electronic system.   FRANK:   The reason for it is because those numbers at a flip of a switch will be recalculated with the new exchange rate and credited to the citizens of Iraq...Dinar mattresses...you know very well what this means...The fact that they found a way to bring them in is just fantastic news.  This just speeds it up.

Tishwash:  The slogan "Made in Iraq" .. This is what it needs to achieve "real impact"

Economic expert Safwan Qusay confirmed that the slogan "Made in Iraq" will not achieve a real impact unless the appropriate financial tools are provided to enhance local industrial production.

Qusay said, "Recovering the due funds will contribute to expanding the scope of the Industrial Bank's influence in supporting the national industrial machine," adding that "Iraq is in dire need of specialized loans to support various industries such as tourism, entertainment, and the fishing industry, as these areas generate revenues that contribute to strengthening capital." 

Qusay explained that “the government’s support for local industry is not a paragraph placed in the general budget, but rather it can be done through purchasing local products for federal ministries, with the ministries’ allocations being transferred to the Ministry of Industry.” 

He pointed out that "the Industrial Bank needs a larger capital than announced, noting that achieving this goal can be done by recovering part of the debts due on some industrial loans and supporting projects affiliated with the Ministry of Industry through investments from the private sector."link

MZ: Most of the news today is very quiet as everyone is watching the election. Bond folks, groups, banking are right now sitting at the edge of their seats waiting for results tonight or the wee hours of the morning. Everyone is waiting to see which shoe will drop. The left shoe or the right shoe.

MZ: I was told that after election is over and one has conceded…they will immediately start paying bonds. There are some outliers who believe they may wait until Jan. 20th to start….but I believe it will be quicker.

MZ: We all need to buckle and be prepared for the next day or two.

Member: Some states are already saying it will take them many days to counts ballots….

MZ: “The new slogan “Made in Iraq” This is about what he needs to make a real impact” I do love the conversation going on in Iraq right now and the diversification and it is a nationwide effort.

MZ: “ Parliamentary Committee: The Social Security fund has become sovereign and the legislation of the law is a step to achieve social justice” Citizens will have their own numbered accounts. It belongs to them…not the government. It is sovereign. This is a key word right now in Iraqi politics.  In order to be sovereign they need a sovereign currency.

MZ: Last night we talked about the Arab dinar where they are attaching their currencies to a common basket of goods and currencies. This means a float and no longer a government pegged money in Iraq. They are giving us all the crumbs….just follow it home.

MZ: “The election of the new speaker of Parliament will contribute to the legislation of important and obstructed laws”  I have a few folks in Iraq that are convinced that sitting the new speaker was important and now I know why. They specifically name the HydroCarbon Law in this article…The HCL!!!  There was a lot of meat to go with those potatos.

Member: After MM’s video last night, I was hoping to wake up to phone numbers. Come on Mark, get on that

Member: Maybe the new dinar rate will be published in the Gazette tomorrow? New Gazette are published on Wednesday’s and Saturdays.

Member: I just read Iraqi will submit important laws and submit the 2025 budget. Which means submitting the budget into the gazette. !!!

Member: Remember Sudani said that the monetary reform in Iraq would be done by Victory day which is Dec 10th!!

Member: I have my own bank story. I went to Ameris Bank yesterday to open up an account. I had a conversation with the asst. mgr who was helping me. I told her that I had currency and was waiting on the rate to change and she looked at me and smiled and said I'm sure by the end of this week you will see a rate change in the foreign currency market

Member: Is there a time limit to how long we can exchange?

Member: Mark always said we should have 10 days to make appointments and 30 days to exchange currencies.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY:  Some new financial guru here saying the new hybrid monetary plan will bring more alliance on the dinar instead of the dollar restrictions.  Saying it will make the dinar a base currency and a base currency is the main currency in a group of currencies that are traded in the international Forex...He's saying they are going on Forex soon.  FRANK:  When they talk to you about a base currency, they are trying to tell you your nation will become a financial central hub with many currencies coming in from around the world that will play an important part in the international float of the Iraqi dinar in order to reach the real effective exchange rate.  Forex is but one example of how they will do this.

MZ: I would like to remind you that Iraq is moving forward with or without this election. They have paved the road and done their due diligence. I very much expect the announcement of Iraq and the WTO full membership ascension no later than sometime in December. We should have articles tomorrow to confirm that.

MZ: “The Arathmetic Arab dinar is a Arab tool for Arab economic integration”  Arab countries are pooling currencies to pa for things within the Arab nations. It appears they are working on a basket of currencies to standardize trade. This is part of a revaluation of those currencies and Iraq is part of that. .

MZ: On the bond side – its very quiet but, Here’s a fun article from Gold Telegraph with Judy Shelton. She is largely expected to be one of the top Treasury of Fed nominations. She said she wants the united States to be a leader if there is any gold backing of a currency. She is author of the book “Good as gold” and an advocate for sound money. This was posted yesterday…

MZ: “ Taxpayers cannot pay for the misconduct of banks- Swiss finance minister”  She is telling them the people of Switzerland will not be bailing anybody out.  

Member: I got an email from my credit union today saying they will be back open tomorrow but were “short staffed” and had to close today. Hmmmmm

Clare:  Extension of the legislative term of the Iraqi parliament for an additional month to pass laws

11/4/2024

Member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Mohammed Al-Khafaji, revealed on Monday that the current legislative session of the Council of Representatives ends on the 9th of this month, and that extending it for another month is subject to Article 58 of the Iraqi Constitution. 

He added in a statement to Shafaq News Agency that according to this article, the legislative term can be extended at the request of the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or 50 representatives, provided that the extension is approved by a vote of the majority of the members of the House.

Al-Khafaji explained that there is a trend to extend the legislative session from November 9 to December 9, in order to organize the work of Parliament and approve pending laws, as the past period witnessed repeated postponements in the Council’s sessions and the incomplete agenda.

Al-Khafaji pointed out that the extension will provide an additional opportunity for the government to submit the draft general budget law for 2025, which is supposed to be submitted before the end of this year. He stressed the importance of the government taking advantage of this time to avoid the delay that the budget witnessed this year.  LINK

Clare:  Al-Sudani directs to establish the concept of (Made in Iraq)

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani directed to consolidate the concept of (Made in Iraq) in all industrial sectors.

Yesterday, Saturday, Al-Sudani inaugurated via video conference the Al-Mansour and Al-Mustaqbal factories, which specialize in pharmaceutical industries, as part of the government's program to support the localization of the pharmaceutical industry and raise self-sufficiency rates.

According to a statement received by "Al-Sabah", Al-Sudani announced "proceeding to develop and increase the production of local medicines to achieve drug security by working to localize the pharmaceutical industry and encourage the national product, and that contracts with local medicines have increased by three times, which represents a positive indicator."

He explained that "the increase in pharmaceutical production has made the government encourage, support and provide all the benefits required for the success of these projects, starting with the banking support and sovereign guarantees provided for these projects," stressing that "the registration of pharmaceutical companies is proceeding smoothly, and detailed and extensive instructions have been developed to facilitate the process of transferring technology to national factories and facilitating partnerships with specialized foreign companies and the private sector."

The Prime Minister pointed to "the importance of establishing the concept of (Made in Iraq) as it represents a national goal shared by all," indicating "the necessity of covering the needs of all chronic diseases before the middle of next year, in addition to cancer treatments, in cooperation with

MarkZ  Update- Some highlights by PDK-Not verbatim

Member: Good Monday Morning. Fingers crossed this is our week.

MZ: This is going to be a big week with most eyes on the election …. I am still hearing that things may kick off late on Tuesday or early on Wednesday on the RV front.

Meber: I am worried that several states say they will not have mail in ballot counted for several weeks? I wonder if this delays the RV?

MZ: I do not have any bond facilitators receive their 1% over the weekend. Huge expectations for right after the elections.

MZ: There is a lot of news out of Iraq: “Warnings of higher gold and dollar prices in Iraq” then another article saying the opposite. This is the same ping pong of articles that we saw in Kuwait before their revaluation. In the same day you will see many competing articles and Iraq is playing the game like they did in Kuwait…and what they did in China before their revaluation.

MZ: “The governor of the Central Bank of Iraq meets the employees of the Erbil branch”  This is like all the Fed. Reserve offices in the US meeting. This is a meeting between the Kurdish region and Baghdad region. This is part of HCL. I am very encouraged by the progress on that front. They will be on the same page for exchanges and digital banking.

MZ: “Deputy: Smuggling of oil derivatives has shrunk by 80% in Iraq”  This is also about the pending approval of the HCL.  It is also about securing the borders. I think it is huge. They are securing the financial borders in Iraq. I was always told this would occur right before the revaluation.

MZ: “Extension of the legislative term of the Iraqi Parliament for an additional month to approve laws” I think this is a big one. I very much believe they have extended Parliament for two reasons. The full adoption of the HCL and a revaluation of the dinar. That is what I believe.

MZ: So parliament extends its session for a month……This along with the comment from Sudani in Iraq that they would be done with the financial reforms by Victory day –which is December 10th. I am very excited about timing and seeing this article.

Member: Iraq's progress is as impressive as America's Founding in 1770s ...

MZ: “Iraq will not allow Iran to use its territories in targeting Israel” This may be important for the coming hours.

Member: Mark, could the dinar go first than a couple of hours later the dong and so on? That way the dinar went by itself.

Member: At this point anything could happen…..prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Member: BANK STORY –I went to my bank …..not branch I usually go to and I said to teller the new notes look cool don’t they he said yes they do …I said they are supposed to come out in NOV ….yes he said…..we talked about the notes for a min and I asked him if he has seen them physically he said no….. I asked if he knew when in Nov they come ….he started to act uncomfortable and said no

Member:  last night on fearless Floyd I found out that they are going to take 80% of all foreign currency leaving you with only 20%. has anyone heard this yet?

MZ: I have not heard that from a single one of my sources. Zero, Zilch None. It makes no sense And ZERO of my sources believe you will get a 1 to 1 rate on the zim….not a one. But best to be prepared wither way.

Member: Fearless Floyd was also saying he's 90% sure it will go today.

Member: Jeff Ram came on Floyd last night he has a whale that HAS LIQUID money in his account and accessible.

Member: we all need to remember there are so many sources of funds to be distributed and some many different sources of information feeding info out the info there should be some conflicting reports.

Member: is there a up to date on what currencies are in which basket or at least what is first basket?

Member: Old list:  1. US 2. UK 3. Kuwait 4. Canada 5. Mexico 6. Russia 7. China 8. Venezuela 9. Iranian Rial 10. IRAQ 11. Indonesia Rupiah 12. Malaysia 13. Vietnamese 14. Brazil 15. Saudi Arabia 16. Qatar 17. United Arab Emirates 18. Turkey 19. Afghanistan possibly20. India 21. Libya 22. Japan23. Zimbabwe

MZ: The ones I feel absolutely concrete certain on are the dinar, dong, Indonesian rupiah going in the first basket…I feel confident the Zim will go because of humanitarian dollars…...the rest are a crap shoot. We will see.

Member: Praying the Bolivar end up being one of the ones to go for sure.

Member: Does the dinar still have a contract rate if we exchange at redemption centers?

MZ: Half my sources say yes….half my sources say no.   But most think it will still be a preferential rate at Redeeming banks. 

Member: plus other important things such as the redemption centers have trained people for this RV…plus delarue machines, security ect…..I would never walk into a teller at a bank for the street rate…

Member: If currencies go in baskets…how long will it take the other baskets to go.

MZ: I am told after the first basket…there will not be another and all the rest of the currencies will go individually as each one of the countries or nations  is prepared and ready.

Member: Just be prepared for civil unrest and maybe the power and water going out…fill your bathtubs

Member: water in bathtubs? some one help me understand this? bottled water isn't enough?!

​​Member: A bathtub full of clean water can be used for many things. A bucket full to flush the toilet, water for pets & cleaning, extra to boil for cooking etc.

Member: Would rather be prepared and not need it….then something bad happens and need it but don’t have it.

Member: Would be great month for RV with Thanksgiving coming up.

Member: I have a high expectations for good things to happen this week

Member: Prayers tonight at 6PM for our nation and God's will be done!!!!!
