Iraq increased its production by 40,000 barrels per day during the month of May, after OPEC’s decision to reduce cuts, according to a survey conducted by S&P Global Commodity Insights on June 10.

The nine OPEC members subject to quotas boosted crude oil production by 100,000 bpd in May, led by Nigeria and Iraq, pushing the group 320,000 bpd above their collective targets, while the bloc's allies led by Russia cut production.

Iraq increased its production by 40,000 barrels per day to reach 4.28 million barrels per day, which is 280,000 barrels per day more than its current target, despite its agreement in May to compensate for the surplus production. The Platts survey estimates current oil production in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq at 210,000 barrels per day.

Iraq's production reached 4.28 million barrels per day, up from the previous month, which reached 4.24 million barrels per day.

Member: Mark, do you think we will see the RV by the 15th?

MZ: With what I am hearing…I think the 15th is very doable. …very possible…But no one knows the exact timing

Member: Rumors are just flying around Dinarland

MZ: The chatter out of Reno and around the world has certainly lit up.  There is a lot saying that it has started….a whole heck of a lot. The rumors are flying from Reno…from Brazil,….from Asia….. but not much coming out of Europe but maybe that’s because of the time of day.

MZ: Rumors are going around that they have aggregated and are finishing up and that the first currency person got paid today. I heard that from somebody who knows the person personally that they got paid…..I do not know this person personally so I cannot verify it 100%...but, I feel very confident about this person who said “yes, one of my real life friends just got paid today on currency”

MZ: If so, that would be huge. It may be the bank was stepping out a little ahead

MZ: I do have a number of bond contacts who got some preliminary test deposits. They are expecting  their full payments this week. .

MZ: So for me…this is probably the most exciting thing I have seen. I have seen facilitators and humanitarian platforms get paid….but this is the first time that an individual I can track has received dollars…..Call them test deposits or whatever- but this is the first real movement I have seen I have seen to be warm and fuzzy about.

MZ: I am specifically getting  out of Reno and one other area that they have aggregated their Zim today. . For me Zim has always been a bit of an outlier to me….and this has me very excited that they are aggregating their Zim for release in a few days. They were specifically told it would be in a few days and I heard this is coming from more than 1 source.

MZ: There seems to be a lot of things breaking loose today.

Member: Mike Bara said a bond holder is receiving test deposits, but not paid yet. Expects to be paid tomorrow. Fingers crossed

MZ: And I had not talked to Mike yet today.

MZ: Guys don’t make any stupid decisions based on these rumors…..you know how news can turn on a dime. Stay calm.

Member: Jentel says Wednesday or Thursday

MZ: Jen is eerily correct on a lot of things.

Member: This makes sense to me that these types of preparations would have to be made prior to Mr. C being visited as when he imputs the codes everything will take place like a landslide.

MZ: That does make sense. They need to make certain things work flawlessly . So for them to pay people “test” deposits and make certain all the bugs are worked out….it does make perfect sense.

Member: It would sure make a great Father’s day…to have the RV

Member: Wolverine recorded a very emotional message saying the blessing has arrived. Peter on QFS channel said elders have released payment

Member: Frank26 says draft budget will become law within 14 days from June 3 when parliament approved the budget.

Member: My bank called my job about our payroll being done by Thursday because they can’t do any business Fridays- Monday they will reopen Tuesday

MZ: Hmmm. Isnt that weird?

MZ: Trickle, trickle, flood.   Slowly, slowly,  SUDDENLY. We are getting to the suddenly portion of this thing. .

Member: At the redemption center, should we only bring a small amount of currency the first time to check the process, then go back a second time with the rest??

Member: Mark Z, what are your thoughts on Dinar, Bolivar, Rupiah and Dong  RVing at the same time. And if so, could the delay of RV be that all are not going the same time.

MZ: I still think they will all go at once…and I do not think it’s a delay….but will help them all go.

MZ: We have much anticipation for today and are hoping we see bond money for individuals. I have had reports that humanitarian bonds for groups has already moved. This is on the humanitarian side…but nothing yet on individual historic bond holders. .

MZ: I do have some reports of a few groups that were requested to update NDA’s this weekend. There were multiple reports…..which is interesting. A couple of these sources I know personally so believe it is spot on. This is from “Grouped currencies”  Not individuals like you and I. With updating their NDA’s – the leaders are expecting something very soon.

MZ: I will let you know this evening if there are any updates on bonds. If there is a couple-slam dunk -I can confirm it bond reports  this afternoon…I will send out telegram , tweets ect. Notices….

Member: I am dubious about donating to humanitarian projects unless the bad guys in power are arrested…..too much lying, cheating and stealing in charities right now…..imo…where donated money goes to the people running the charity and not to the people needing the help

Member: How much more proof of corruption is needed before we see arrests. Geez…

Member: We have been waiting many years to see somebody finally get arrested….guess bad guys are still in control….

Member: There needs to be accountability. For their actions.

Member: Last night Frank26 also described a LOP process from his inside source as the process. Then said it was NOT a LOP, but exactly what was described

Member: why would Iraq put out new fiat bills when the world is going to asset backed? they wouldn’t

Member: june 19 is 15 days from when the budget was passed. time will tell :)

MZ: “After returning it for the purpose of auditing –The Iraqi Gazette addressed parliament to send budget tables”  So they are expected to release it to the papers this week …There are a lot of people who believe we will see a rate when they do that.

Member: The Gazette usually release new stuff on Wednesdays and Saturdays

MZ: I do have a couple contacts in Iraq that believe we will see it then …They expect it to be published Saturday in the Gazette……...I hope they are accurate.

MZ: Another one which is a clear indicator for where this is headed and Iraq’s rise to prominence…...” Sudani visits Jordan in an emergency conference on Gaza”  Iraq is being looked at to lead and to be a calming voice.

MZ: “BRICS working to create platforms for payments in national currencies : Russian Finance  Minister”   This is a nice breakdown on the progress with  BRICS.  They are working on infrastructure for BRICS and a unified payment system across BRICS countries.

MZ: This is a Technolgy that could be used for us as a Quantum System …or for controlling Central bank digital currencies. “ Project MBridge reaches minimum viable product stage and invites further international participation”  In other words. Their international system is now functional outside of the SWIFT system!  

MZ: To me this is a big one because we now have the mechanism to move forward with the quantum system.

Member: I think BRICS is our best chance to see a RV/Reset

MZ: “Is there a financial crisis bubbling under the surface?”  This is the race we are in for rate expectation to be out this week. They are talking about the unrealized losses and troubled banks……Our own government has highlighted 63 banks that may be in trouble –perhaps even more. There is not enough FDIC coverage to cover those banks- by a long shot.

Member: Did you hear the rumor that Wolverine said Brazil already is Celebrating! They got their money?

Member: And now Uganda has discovered $12T USD in a new GOLD find.. hmmm. All these countries now”discovering” new gold.. interesting.

Member: It makes me wonder when the US will "Discover" gold in the Grand Canyon...

Member: Bo Polny did a great video yesterday about we are in Biblical times & he's right I agree with him. Before summer starts these last 10 days are going to be EPIC!!!!

Member: Praying this really is our week.

Member: Mark. Did you hear from your Bond Contacts?

MZ: I still have a couple that have not responded today. Hopefully they are getting paid today. The earliest expectations were for late tonight….and more on tomorrow and Wednesday,

MZ: I do have a couple more who were told to expect theirs tomorrow….they were told today that those appointments for tomorrow are still set….and the expecctations are that they will complete this time. . . I find this very encouraging. 

MZ: If we see that- I believe we can then be excited….and all bets are off on timing.

MZ It’s been very quiet for Iraqi news….and quiet from Reno. Seems like everybody I waiting for the next shoe to drop on historic bonds.

Member: How long after the bonds go- will we go?

MZ: Most of my sources believe we will go within 3 days. That is why I watch the historic bonds and am hopeful this time.

Member: Lots of people are saying Iraq will go soon and by themselves. If they do, can we in the USA exchange them for rubles or another asset backed strong currency?

MZ: Im not worried if they go by themselves…..if they do –I’m prepared.  And part 2- if you live in the US they will exchange it for USD and then you will have to buy those other currencies. This is nothing to be worried about.

Member: Mark, we have heard the stock market was gonna crash for so long. Do you think it’s really gonna happen???

MZ: “ Harry Dent predicts Stock Market crash worse than 2008 crisis. The bubble of all bubbles”  More economists are starting to realize what we have been telling you all for some time now. Economisst’s are waking up to the manufactured numbers.

Member: Is watching the HCL implementation a good indicator?

MZ: It’s a very good indicator. I was told since very early in this process that this was a key indicator…along with the inversion in the bond markets which we have seen.

MZ: “ Breaking the banks- Senator Lee introduces bill to abolish the Federal Reserve”  More and more are waking up. .

MZ: Zester is coming in soon to talk about this. “ XRP ledger ready to adopt tokenized gold and silver in Q3 of 2024” This is a type of de-centralized  economy based on real assets that your central banks are terrified of. .

MZ: I will be here for a short time this morning…..then Zester will come on with StacieZ wrapping it up.

Member: Hey Mark glad your back what are your thoughts on how they end of petro dollar will manifest in the market and economy?

Member: Wonder how long they are going to keep kicking the can on this rv?!?!

MZ: On the bond side-I have a number of historic bond contacts apts. starting late this afternoon through Wednesday morning. They expect a 1% payment. There are a lot of expectations.

Member: Mark If Bond people get their 1% as rumored, how would you see it rolling out for us briefly hypothetically?

MZ: If they get their 1% this means things are well underway and we should have a better idea on what to expect for the currency side.

MZ: The news throughout the weekend remains positive. We are playing the “wait and see” game to see if those bond dollars start to move.

Member:  What’s your gut feeling about this RV happening before next weekend?

MZ: Nobody knows the timing but we think it’s going to be soon…. I have a lot of contacts who believe it is absolutely going to happen this month….and definitely before the 4th of July. Just stay grounded.

Member: What’s holding up the RV? Our Credit Union is still down due to “core” software updates starting last Friday. Lots of RV signs but what about the “you have arrived sign”?

Member: No announcement of rate in the Gazette I am guessing. Will we ever get to the finish line?? Almost like they are torturing us on purpose sometimes.

MZ: There is still an excellent chance we will get to quietly go and exchange before the rate is published in the Gazette. They are certainly trying to keep it quiet….just like they did with Kuwait when they silenced communication out of Kuwait for over a week before the rest of the world got to know….. But I don’t think this could happen in today’s world and the internet

MZ: Iraq had a good sit down meeting this weekend with the International Finance Corporation. They are on the world stage now. Everything is going really well in Iraq.

Member: Everything except the RV.

MZ: “ Leaving the US dollar behind- embracing digital currency-opinion”  This is interesting from the Jerusalem Post . A digital currency could be the best thing or the worst thing depending on whether it is fiat or backed by assets.

Member:  People are waking up to the potential of change and different currencies. This article talks about blockchain and our changing system. The Quantum system…..or the quantum protected system. We see the change coming all over the world.

Member: Spoke to my BofA Bank Mgr and asked him questions point blank: are the new currencies in place. Yes. Delivered? In the vault? Yes. Are you aware of the QFS switch from Swift? Yes. Date? They’ll tell us

MZ: “Putin urges major expansion of Russian financial markets, cutting use of Western currencies.”  They are expecting less then half the world will be using the USD before the year is out. Most of Russia’s external trade is done in rubles.

MZ: “China’s new investment play is shifting away from US treasuries to global opportunities” We have all been told we will see the dumping of US treasuries…and we are seeing that now. China is dumping them.

Member: Jim Willie says Dong is going first due to China’s control over it. I’m all for that!

Member: Well somebody needs to start- and maybe the rest will follow?

Member: 2 weeks ago wells verified my currency and said soon we will be able to exchange. From a wm that has been there for 30 years. Good guy

Member: My local Wells Fargo stated they are not allowed to trade 2 currencies right now. those currencies are the Dong and Dinar

Member: If it floats – will we need to put our funds in multi currency accounts?

MZ: If it is some kind of float you will hear all of shouting “multi-currency accounts” But, its not expected to float….It is expected to be based on a gold/asset standard …but if it does…we will be prepared.

Member: Frank and others say it will float……guess we should hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Member. At least if it start as a float- they are finally doing something……and we will just have to adapt.  Somebody needs to do something….even a float is better then what they have now.

Member: So so so much disclosure happening lately. It’s so exciting to watch especially when ones eyes are open!!

Member: If this is a movie then I’m ready to read the credits!!

Member: my bank account keeps saying it's hungry and wants to be fed now hopefully soon

Member: We are all weary and frustrated but keep the faith- the best is yet to come.

The BRICS nations are intensifying their efforts to reduce reliance on the US dollar in global trade and finance.

This de-dollarization initiative has gained significant momentum with the recent inclusion of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE, Iran, and Ethiopia into BRICS as of January 2024.

A major step in this direction is the development of an alternative payment system to SWIFT, which is currently dominated by the US dollar.

 This new system aims to facilitate international transactions independent of US financial control, reducing the geopolitical leverage of the US.

Additionally, the BRICS New Development Bank (NDB) is increasing its lending in local currencies of member countries, with a goal to have 30% of its loans in local tenders by 2024.

This reduces reliance on the dollar and mitigates risks associated with exchange rates and US monetary policies.

The expanded BRICS, now including major oil producers like Saudi Arabia, enhances its economic influence, supporting the de-dollarization agenda by integrating more economies capable of trading in local currencies.

There is also ongoing discussion about introducing a unified BRICS currency to further accelerate this shift, potentially altering the global economic power balance. These initiatives by BRICS signify a concerted effort to create a more multipolar global financial system, challenging the hegemony of the US dollar.

 While the full impact of these measures will take time to manifest, the move towards de-dollarization marks a significant shift in global economic strategies.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced, today, Sunday, participation in the 27th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.

The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “A delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq to the Russian Federation, and a delegation from the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government participated in the 27th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which was held in the Russian city of St. Petersburg for a period of 5 years.” -2024/6/8”.

She added, "More than 17,000 participants from more than 136 countries attended the forum, including heads of state and government, ministers, government officials, ambassadors, and politicians from 45 countries. Russian President Vladimir Putin also participated in the forum's plenary session."

RMF:  Just thinking out loud.  If I remember right Parliament passed the 2024 Budget Schedules on 5/3/24.  Then the Budget went directly to the Gazette on the 4th. 

 Now we know that if not signed it goes into effect automatically 15 days later...which takes us to the 20th of June...the stuff dreams are made of.

Always hopeful and believing this may be the month the people and investors have something to celebrate.   

Of course any day would be just fine to wake up and find that I can stop worrying about paying my bills. etc.

Banks play a crucial role in financing reconstruction, by providing the loans and credit facilities necessary to finance construction and infrastructure projects.

The Iraqi Deposit Insurance Company played an important role in enhancing the confidence of investors and depositors in the Iraqi banking system, which made it easier for banks to obtain the necessary financing for reconstruction. It is estimated that Iraqi banks have provided loans worth more than $10 billion to finance reconstruction projects in recent years.

Germany's experience after World War II is an inspiring example of how banks can play a crucial role in the country's reconstruction. Today, Saturday, the head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Muayyad Al-Lami, chaired the meeting of the Supreme Committee for Press Day celebrations, while stressing the importance of showing the bright image of Iraq to the delegations that will visit Iraq.

The union stated, in a statement, a copy of which was received by {Al-Furat News}, that “Al-Lami chaired the meeting of the Supreme Committee charged with preparing for the celebrations of the National Day of the Iraqi Press on its 155th anniversary, reviewing before the members of the Supreme Committee assigned by the Prime Minister the union’s procedures regarding the invitation Hosting delegations and personalities from various countries of the world, which include Arab and foreign ministers of culture and information, heads of Arab media institutions, and international organizations concerned with journalism and media.

She added, "The meeting reviewed the preparation of all logistical and technical requirements for holding the celebrations, most notably the preparation for the central celebration that will be held in the Al-Zawraa Hall of the Al-Rashid Hotel on the morning of Sunday, June 30, under the auspices of the Prime Minister, the celebratory festival of the union’s branches in the governorates, which will be held in the gardens of Abu Nawas Street, and the public celebration in the center."

Cultural and social activities, One Thousand and One Nights, as well as hosting meetings of the General Secretariat of the Arab Journalists Union.”

The union continued, “The meeting discussed the facilities that the supporting bodies represented by a number of ministries and other departments will provide to make this national celebration a success,” noting, “The meeting included representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Interior, Culture, Transport, the Intelligence Service, the Baghdad Operations Command, the Baghdad Municipality, and the Iraqi Media Network, in addition to members.” Union Council.

Al-Lami stressed "the importance of showing the bright image of Iraq and the major reconstruction campaign that the country is witnessing in front of the Arab and foreign media delegations that will participate with the journalistic family in its celebrations this year of the National Day of the Iraqi Press, which represent more than (50) countries around the world."    LINK

Mnt Goat  The electronic systems are taking hold...This will allow the shrinkage/withdrawal of the tangible currency notes from the market that is needed in the process to Delete the Zeros...a critical part of it...I can remember hearing as far back as 2010 from Dr Shabibi the importance of the electronic banking effort and its advantages to the process. Yes, they MUST shrink down the currency mass...if you shrink down the monetary mass than what is left will be worth more.

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY:  Sudani and Alaq...gave us a big speech...He started to compare corruption to terrorism saying we are not in terrorism as bad anymore, more secure, however corruption is still a daily  thing...It is due to a lack of enforcing the anti-corruption law...Sudani said corruption will end and the tools needed will be  utilized to its full maximum capacity to stop this corruption.  FRANK:  He's trying to explain to you what he promised to you but he's not going give it to you in this ugly environment...so they can steal it again.
