MZ: I have been in touch with a number of contractors …projects that were moth-balled and stalled now suddenly have funding in place. I find this very interesting.
MZ: part of the rates I came up with in this morning’s podcast (about $3.90) were from interesting chatter from the contractors.
MZ: Where is the money coming from to start these massive projects . Their whole budget is about $162 Billion . But one contractor was told they are getting ready to start a $150 billion dollar project. Which means there is a lot more money moving than what we are seeing right now.
MZ: “Global Bankers are suddenly worried about the soaring US National debt” Jaime Dimon –along with other heavy weights say the US is running off a fiscal cliff . They thought the fiscal cliff was further away…but we have accelerated spending and the fiscal cliff is right around the corner.
MZ: This is more signs of the crisis we are hitting. We know the answer-right? RESET

DJ: DID YOU KNOW?
There is a difference between desire and desperation. Wanting and wishing for something to happen doesn’t make it come true or change reality.
I take issue with Intel providers feeding off the desperation of those who have been put into a mindset of hope they have created.
Twenty years ago most would have been happy enjoying a moment of solitude watching a good movie laying in bed. But now its become torture because we want so much more.
Excessive want is a form of desperation. It’s like our conscious state has been reduced to this toxic blend of hope and uncertainty.

There is a difference between desire and desperation. Wanting and wishing for something to happen doesn’t make it come true or change reality.

The problem is how to escape this state-of-mind. Finding a balance of holding onto hope and expectations of the GCR/RV and living with our real world of life issues.
There are side effects from putting too many eggs in this basket of hope. Your family and immediate circle of influence (friends) , probably think you’ve lost your mind.
You might have quit your day-job or spent savings you thought would soon be replenished. You can become angry or hostile to anyone who questions your belief. The self induced stress can affect your health and so on.
But reality is reality whether it fits your perceptions or not. I like metaphors so here is a GCR/RV metaphor.
Imagine there is this war going on. On one side you have the good guys. The good guys are armed with everything needed to end the war. Information, solutions and mechanisms that will solve the problems. They are marching forward charged with their faith in these solutions.
They run into a minefield. On the other side of the minefield they can implement their strategies and end the war. But behind the army of good guys, coming in fast, are the bad guys , determined to end their crusade.
Faced with the minefield in front of them, volunteers are sent out to create a path for the army of good to pass through it. One at a time a soldier is sent out. The first soldier makes it about fifty feet, steps on a mine and gets blown up. The next soldier in line follows the path of the first soldier for fifty feet and he gets fifty further and gets blown up. The next soldier in line now follows the path of the first two soldiers and starts from a hundred feet out.
Ultimately they will get through the minefield but how many soldiers will be left to implement the solutions? The faster they get through the minefield the more champions of good will be left to carry out the mission.
The bad guys have planted mines everywhere, some known and some not known. There is no standing still for the bad guys will catch up. There is no going backward because you’ll run into them. The only thing left is to move forward. There are no other options.
That is why I am pretty certain this event is destined to happen. They may blow a few of us up, but there are a lot of us and they can’t stop us all.
Or they could just drop a bomb on the minefield and things start tomorrow.

Pimpy There's a lot of interesting news but one in particular just got my attention. The conversation about floating the Iraqi dinar. If ever you wanted something to happen and for it to move in a positive way, floating the Iraqi dinar would be it since they have not re-denominated and they have not removed the zeros, if they go to a floating exchange rate and... the world goes crazy and starts buying up a lot of Iraqi dinar and it causes the exchange rate to jump up in value really quickly...as soon as you spot a rate you're comfortable with, man you better sell and...get rid of the dinar...This is really exciting if they decide to go that route. I just don't think they're going to do it.

Meanwhile, China's big stimulus push has begun, unleashing over $138 billion dollars in bonds to rescue the property sector.

Member: Its interesting they are saying billions and not trillions for their budget totals. They must have a rate hike? Right?
MZ: You are getting it. We are just trying to piece together “what is that rate?”
MZ: Buckle up guys….it will continue to be a weird week.
MZ: But with the budget passed this means Erbil and oil sales started again in the Kurdish region …..which is big.
Member: And if I remember right – all the oil sales funds go to Iraq now…and not to the Federal Reserve?
MZ: Have a couple of positive comments from 2 contractors in Iraq that believe they will see their rate this week for their projects. .
MZ: Very quiet on the bond and banking side. People are positioned and they have done a tremendous job shutting down leaks. Good for the process but sucks for us.
MZ: “Several States take steps to block a central bank digital currency” This article is from money metals. Which states have already passed clear and solid legislation to block it? Nebraska, Alabama, N. Dakota, Florida and Georgia have passed laws. We are up to about 8 states now to remove the ability to use a CBDC.. The question is can the Federal Government still force it down their throats?
Member: Dear God let more states join that group…..We must not let them win
MZ: This is a war. It’s a battle of resets. I very much believe we will win.
MZ: “ Russia confiscates 800 million from Deutsche Bank, IniCredit and Commerce Bank” I am not surprised. Russian has had billions seized…..This will have many repercussion in the banking world over the next few days.
MZ: Gold price in China is $2,485 and the silver price is $36.26. Silver is close to another limit in Shanghai. These are pressures from competing …..Comex , London and them selling and the difference between real physical metal and paper. And the premium that comes with it. This will force a proper valuation of metals as they do this in Shangai…as they do this in China. People will go to sell their metals there instead of here.
MZ: I believe we are watching things all come together at one time…..imo. .
MZ: Here is an exciting one for most of the world. “Klaus Swab –now 86 will transition to a role as non-executive chairman “ But we are told he has seeding his organization with his evil offspring and should not be many changes with the globalist agenda and to take up the tyrannical new world order torch. Swabs children were appointed to high ranking positions. I am surprised ZeroHedge is till around as they have certainly gone after the globalists. .
Member: What do you think the new rate for Iraq will be?
MZ: I could be wrong but, I think the rate will start about $3.90 or so. But we are totally guessing. .
Member: what do you think the Iranian rial will be worth after the RV?
Member: it used to be estimated to be less than the IQD….but not by much?
JMember: ust got a message from a friend In Florida we went to the bank there and they told him his house had been paid off and he asked about credit cards and they said that’s coming.
MZ: I love to hear that.
Member: I talked to the bank concerning losing house in June, I explained about the currency i have. bank lady said, "interesting, let me speak with my boss, get back to you in a few days." I'm hopeful!

MZ: Whats running around right now – and I think there is some truth to it ….With the upheaval in iraqn…I am hearing suddenly Iran is on the table for the revaluation.
MZ: So the Iranian rial looks like it’s going to be in the first basket.
MZ: Most of what I am getting is that rates should be resettled on Wednesday. But I don’t know what that means for us timing wise.
MZ: This actually makes sense to me because of where the sources are from and their connections .
MZ: in Iraq they are not releasing the specifics of the 2024 budget that they approved and announced yesterday. I want to know if there is a rate in there.

Clare: The Iraq Fund for Development approves steps to localize industries and attract foreign investments

Today, Monday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani chaired the third meeting of the Board of Directors of the Iraq Fund for Development, in the presence of the Minister of Finance, and the Ministers of Planning, Construction, Housing, Municipalities, and Public Works.
The meeting discussed, according to a statement by Al-Sudani’s office, a copy of which {Al-Furat News} received, “in the projects placed on the Fund’s work plan, the introduction of foreign investments into the Iraqi economy, and within the course of work of the Fund’s projects and targeting the localization of various industries in Iraq, requests submitted by private sector entities were discussed for the purpose of Construction of school buildings, as requests exceeded what was offered for the project in its first phase.”

He added, "The meeting also discussed a project to establish a factory for manufacturing passenger buses, in partnership with one of the specialized international companies, and also discussed a request to establish a factory for electronic tablet computers and use them in schools within the educational and pedagogical process."
The statement indicated that "the meeting discussed the issue of partnerships with American, British and Saudi companies in the fields of modern irrigation technologies and the use of technology in this context, as well as in the field of liquefying industrial gases and lighting roads and bridges."
The meeting also witnessed setting dates for launching the “Rent and Own” project, for the purpose of contributing to developing practical and economic solutions to the housing crisis. LINK

Clare: Planning discusses with the World Bank ways to enhance cooperation and finance the Development Road Project

Today, Monday, the Ministry of Planning held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank to enhance cooperation and activate partnership in various fields, including the emergency loan and finding financing for the development road project.
The Ministry of Planning stated in a statement, “The meeting, which was chaired by the Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Maher Hammad Johan, witnessed a discussion of the restructuring of the Social Fund for Development loan and the mechanism for extending it, as well as a discussion of government reform paths, priorities, and government directions in this regard, which included a number of axes, including economic and financial reform, “Restructuring the banking sector and reforming institutions in general.”
She added: “The meeting also discussed the axes of the five-year national development plan for the years (2024-2028), focusing on a number of its main axes and the mechanism of cooperation and coordination with the World Bank in order to work on them to achieve comprehensive and equitable growth, as well as working to intensify efforts to improve performance.” Activating partnership in various fields, while continuing to provide support to the Iraqi government.”
The meeting also included discussing possible options for restructuring for the purpose of providing financing for the Development Road Project due to its importance to the Iraqi government and achieving its development goals, and working to find joint financing for it.
The meeting was attended by the Regional Director for the Middle East at the World Bank, Jean-Christophe, the Regional Director for Equitable Growth, Finance and Institutions for the Middle East and North Africa at the World Bank, Nader Muhammad and their accompanying delegation, the Director General of the Financial and Economic Policies Department, Sabah Jundi Mansour, and a number of employees of the relevant departments in the Ministry. A solution to fill a 'gap' whose volatile price against the dollar" If the Iraq dinar floats and for whatever reason a lot of people start investing into the currency and it drives the exchange rate up, if it gets anywhere near $0.25 and higher for me, I'm out of there! Seriously, I will sell my currency...The cool thing about this is there's no talk about a redenomination. So are they actually going to float this currency with the zeros on there and take the risk that sucker is going to jump up really high in the exchange rate? ...Keep an eye on that sucker, watch the exchange rate, if it gets anywhere near where you want to sell it, then jump all over it. I wouldn't procrastinate or gamble with it.
