The official announcement came through last night Fri. 3 May. The president of the central bank of Brazil, Mr. Roberto Campos Neto signed the final document and this document establishes that releases begin on MONDAY, MAY 6, 2024, for the main majority and the first stage ends on FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2024.
The launches will continue MONDAY, MAY 13 and will end on FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2024, for the other recipients (G13, etc.).
Foreigners will board to their countries of origin on SATURDAY, MAY 18, 2024, after making payments. The signed document was delivered to the person responsible for payments to guarantee compliance with the dates, without delay.
I just received the following update from New York and Washington: “Bob Dunn was partly right about Reno. It has all started, but in full force will be on MONDAY MAY 6, 2024.
Washington DC says there is nothing left to do. Everything is already done and moving!” Bob Dunn – RENO, will give the green light sometime after noon today Sat. 4 May.
Looks like all things are geared up for this coming week. Keep the faith, this is coming it has started, and the green light has been given. We will have a glorious upcoming week, and the notifications are coming out any day now for Tier4B.

Walkingstick [Former Iraqi Bank associate and Iraqi bank owner #1 update] He just left Bagdad...he went to Hong Kong. What for? He's got banks he's representing the CBI with, out there. These satellite banks are everywhere. They want their 3-zeros back. They don't want them to go into anybody's federal reserves.
Militia Man Article: "Economist Muhammad Hashem Helou confirmed that the central bank cannot float the dinar exchange rate." We've seen a few articles over the last week openly talking about the types of regiments that are exchange rate oriented, whether it's a fixed float or pegged etc. Saleh has spoken about it, he says it [floating] is dangerous ...the environment would not be good so it wouldn't be the best choice... Circumstances for the country of Iraq which is still primarily a rentier, which means oil based, it's best to have a fixed exchange rate...

There is an accession ceremony happening on May 9th for 9 countries, Iraq being one of them per article that came out a month and a half ago. Maybe Clare could repost it again.

Clare: Parliamentary Finance for Al-Furat News: The budget schedules will reach Parliament within 72 hours

Vice Chairman of the Proportional Finance Committee, Ahmed Mazhar al-Jubouri, suggested sending the 2024 budget tables to the House of Representatives within the next 72 hours.
Al-Jubouri said {to Al-Furat News} that: “The budget schedules for the year 2024 have not been sent from the government yet, and the committee is fully prepared regarding them.”
He added, “The committee will not take more than 20 days to resolve the discussion of these schedules, but so far they are the corridors of the government.”
Al-Jubouri added, "We believe that the budget schedules will be sent within the next 72 hours, according to communications with the government."

DeepWoodz: Well well here we go. Since it feels to all that we are down to the wire. This is one of the latest benchmarks.
Some feel there has been a delay sending these amendments/schedules due to a new rate being involved with them. Since parliament is not in the loop, nor is it friendly to the citizens. They should be the last to know prior to release to the public.
The next benchmark circulates around the events of the 9th.
We shall soon see.

Economist reassures: Financial liquidity is available and there are no risks to the Iraqi dinar
5/1/2024 Baghdad,
Economic affairs expert Safwan Qusay confirmed that financial liquidity is available and there are no high risks regarding the existence of the Iraqi dinar.
Qusay said, in a televised interview followed by Mawazine News, that “oil revenues rose during the first three months of this year, and this is thanks to the current government’s policy and with Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani personally supervising this success.”
He added, "Iraq currently embraces more than 600 investment projects, including the Baghdad Metro."
He pointed out, "Iraq has completed all its financial needs, and the rest of it needs the price of a barrel of oil to reach only $96 to cover the financial deficit."
He pointed out that "there should be rationalization and advice in local financial consumption." LINK

Frank26 1 to 1 is not even worth talking about anymore. It may come at $1.30 to 1 or $1.50 to 1. I believe the cap of the REER may be around $4.25. Let's see what happens to my opinion.
Mnt Goat I feel we have been in a critical period of the currency reform program since January of last year 2023. Now we are in a “vital” period. Like a game of chess, we are now in a waiting mode for the Central Bank to make their next move and rollout the second-rate change in-country to just over a dollar, that we were told is coming. Since they told us they now control the parallel “black” market, and that negotiations were successful in lifting sanctions on many Iraqi banks.

MZ: I don’t know if it will be tomorrow or not, but there is a tremendous amount of chatter. But, chatter doesn’t pay the bills.
Member: Frank mentioned last nite that Sudanis financial advisor spoke on IRAQI national TV and said they are ready to float the currency as the parallel market has almost been reached
MZ: Float= Raise. here has been debate over the translation and about whether it will be a soft peg, a managed float or whether it will actually be a float at all. I think they have been clear they are going to peg it. But, it is confusing
MZ: “Baghdad signs contract with UAE ‘s ARJ’s to build fertilizer plant.” This is so they don’t have to import. For increased food production. This is big because Iraq is diversifying.
MZ: “ National bank of Iraq uses Temenos for core banking and payments” They have put into effect a well used banking AP from around the world. And they have gone digital at a record pace in their banking system. We were told this was necessary so they could pull the trigger- BAM. They want us to know they have updated their banking system
MZ: This is important to the process and here we see that it is done!
Member: Temenos is a versatile banking software platform that helps institutions enhance operations, customer experiences, and adaptability in the financial industry
Member: Iraq could go alone at $1.00 and it would change my life for the better!
Member: let's pray for a big REER before the "peg"
MZ: I know of some redemption folks that are on call this weekend….but pretty quiet overnight.

MZ: All my contacts in Iraq are saying the trigger is now with the CBI and they are going to pull it soon. They are informing people …they are educating people and telling Iraqi citizens to be prepared for s change in value. We just do not know the timing

Wolverine Cont….For the bondholders, things are rolling, and I am hoping that actually I will be getting good news as well, for I also have bonds.
I spoke to the director of Mauricio’s Foundation and she is very happy. They have given her certain hours actually for her to receive the funds to come through.
A huge Whale I know, someone I have a relationship with, says they are expecting to be paid.
I received from Asia that we were given a deadline – it will start tonight Fri. 3 May into tomorrow afternoon Sat. 4 May. It will appear in all members’ accounts.
I have also received information from other countries that they received the same news. It means they follow Reno time zone. It looks like this is definitely going to happen.
Other developments: banking accounts have been opened for sellers and loaded with locked funds.
They are testing QFS functionality today and tomorrow Fri. 3 May into Sat. 4 May, and delivering the release by computer, also, assuming there are no problems with the tests.
They will send formal emails to specific sellers during this week inviting them to a TTM next week at certain locations. TTMs will be held throughout the next week. Payments will begin once TTM is completed within five banking days.
They will all fall together in the pattern of Dominos. They will now receive the emails – I ask you guys to wait – The Sovereign committee team is working sincerely without stopping. We have had no rest at all. If the QFS works perfectly, the banks will test their adaptation. Everything is underway, prepare for payment next week.
Bob Dunn (I do not know if you know him,) he is very highly respected. He says, “The Green Light has been given, and the funds will be dispersed today or tomorrow Fri. 3 May or Sat. 4 May.
Truth in Transaction in the USA will be settled on Monday 6 May and overseas on Tuesday 7 May.
All platforms started on May 1st. It is slower than anticipated, however, there appears to be a plan.
Private banker – 10:30 a.m. only one close contract – Contracts of 1% to be released tomorrow Sat. 4 May with full liquidity.
Someone arrived in Brazil with 50 arrest warrants.
We have been told that Brazil has started, from quite a few sources, obviously everything is behind the scenes right now but I am hoping and praying to get 100% confirmation.
