MZ: Iraq has been quiet since they told us to expect a rate change in their markets …and its now up to the CBI as to “when”. …then they went quiet. They did let us know recently that they have a new banking system prepped and ready to go. And they have distributed millions of cards to people to use for banking.
Member: It has been quiet now since????? Wondering how long we will be quiet??
MZ: Quiet is not a bad thing right now.
Member: I want it to be quiet because that is when it will go. I don't expect them to give us any warning what so ever
Member: Does a rate change need parliament approval or just CBI governor announcement?
MZ: According to parliament and the president of their country it only requires the CBI governors announcement. The government has already done everything they needed to do. We heard this last week.
Member: Today starts Basel 3 and ISO20022 let’s see what happens!
Member: Would someone please explain Basal 3 ? I'm sorry if this is a repeat. Thanks.
MZ: In a nutshell-Basel 3 is stricter reserve requirements for banks so that they are better able to deal with downturns. or loses or problems in the markets. They have to have more assets in order to pay share holders, depositors ect…… .to have enough reserves in case there is a problem . But imo…its not enough reserves….but its more than what they required before.

Member: Is the Iraq rv just like the Kuwait RV?
Member: Kuwait didn’t delete zeros. They reestablished their values based on their own commodities. Sound currency based on commodities! Iraq and all countries have been destroyed by the industrial complex.
Member: Is the irs gonna make us pay capital gains tax after exchange??
Member: Some people say yes….some say no. I exchanged currency from many countries while traveling and have never had to pay taxes when I exchange it for USD.
Member: Could Iraq lop the zeros off and then what we hold is worth nothing?
MZ: Sudani has said no. The man – Dr. Shabibi who designed the RV said no….Anyone in pretty much every level of authority in Iraq has said no.

The Zimbabwe Bond Notes (You Hold) could not be paid out in any form prior to this announcement. A Bond is a Promissory Note issued by a government and can legally not be refused.
Look at the writing on the Zim-Notes you hold. What does it say? “I promise to pay bearer on demand”. Do you understand the gravity of this statement? Do you understand how rich in natural resources Zimbabwe is?
The Royal Bank of Zimbabwe $835,000,082,302,000,000 (13 metric tons of in ground gold estimated to yield $14 billion per annum by RBZ going forward) is the richest in the world.
People, did you know I had a private contract back in 2016 exclusively for Zim-Notes only? I have many of you this already last year. I even uploaded the process in a condensed format to give people an idea of how it was supposed to go. But that was 10+ years ago. Some of my followers remember that. Because a couple of them were also a part of it.
The amount of un-mined Gold in Zimbabwe is astonishing. There is more than enough to back all the millions of printed 2008-2009 Bonds alone. Not even mentioning the other minerals.
People Zimbabwe no longer just had gold backed digital coins. The paper is also being supported by the new gold standard. You now hold very valuable bonds in your possession. Do you know how far ahead you are of those who are oblivious to this?
The government said that Holders of physical gold coins, at their discretion, will be able to exchange or convert, through the banking system… into gold-backed digital tokens,” the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe said in a statement inviting individual and corporate entities to use the digital currency that can be bought either in Zimbabwean dollars or foreign currency.
Zimbabwe is now in a process to get all the 2008 to 2009 Zim Promissory Notes (Bond) off the streets. This should be done very soon. Remember Iraq is doing the same thing. Everything they are doing in their local economies is to ensure maximums value for their new precious metal based economy.

5/1/2024 Baghdad, Economic affairs expert Safwan Qusay confirmed that financial liquidity is available and there are no high risks regarding the existence of the Iraqi dinar.
Qusay said, in a televised interview followed by Mawazine News, that “oil revenues rose during the first three months of this year, and this is thanks to the current government’s policy and with Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani personally supervising this success.” He added, "Iraq currently embraces more than 600 investment projects, including the Baghdad Metro."
He pointed out, "Iraq has completed all its financial needs, and the rest of it needs the price of a barrel of oil to reach only $96 to cover the financial deficit."

Al-Sudani congratulated the workers on their International Day,
“We extend our warmest congratulations and best wishes to the workers in Iraq and the world on the anniversary of their most important day.”
He added: “We affirm our commitment to all Iraqi workers, men and women, to provide a work environment that preserves their dignity and guarantees their material and moral rights because they represent a supreme value in our country, where service, reconstruction and development projects have begun and will not stop with the help of the Almighty God.” LINK

Clare: An economic expert for NINA: The World Bank’s expectations that Iraq will achieve a high growth rate are “positive expectations”...and several factors that will contribute to it.

Economic affairs expert, Raad Tawij, confirmed that the World Bank’s expectations that Iraq will achieve a high growth rate are positive expectations, indicating that there are several factors that will contribute to Iraq achieving this rank.
Twig said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ): “The Iraqi economy has gone through varying rates of economic growth. In some years, the growth rate was negative and to a large degree, but in most years the growth rates were positive, and there is an expectation that the Iraqi economy will achieve a growth rate.” It reaches 6% and is at the forefront of the Arab countries.
He stressed that one of the most important factors that will contribute to Iraq being at the forefront of the Arab countries and help in this high rate of GDP is the rise in oil prices to approximately 90 dollars and a daily production rate of five million barrels per day in light of international reserves. Approximately 112 billion dollars, in light of digital transformation, financial inclusion, and advanced electronic payment compared to the countries of the region.
He pointed out that it is possible to benefit from the high rate of economic growth, with the progress made in combating money laundering, provided that this is conditional upon carrying out economic reform, controlling government finances, and working towards achieving it. Financial sustainability for all generations, working to diversify sources of national income, getting rid of rentierism, reviving productive sectors in the Iraqi economy, and benefiting from the Iraq Fund for Development and expanding its role. MZ: I am told no- that would not be our contract rate…that would be the street rate. ..and yes I am told the contract rate is still very much a thing and expected to be more than the street rate. .

Intel wise, as you guys know, since our last call Thursday, five days past, and we get things every day and sometimes things come and go. They'll get intel that no longer hands out or is it a significant as it was when we get it live, but let's just talk a little bit about what is happening now.
Now one thing that's really big that started this morning, and fully implemented at 6:05am was a what they're calling a global takedown of the bad guys - this is something that started here is going all the way around the globe. Will take 2-3 days to complete, and this is cleanup.
This is more cleanup. It's close to half a million people. it's a big deal. And this should take care of the majority of the deep state and the people that they've got on their list pick up just a short and sweet version of that and its in full swing as we speak - so – that’s good -

Now one thing that's really big that started this morning, and fully implemented at 6:05am was a what they're calling a global take down of the bad guys - this is something that started here is going all the way around the globe. Will take 2-3 days to complete, and this is cleanup.
This is more cleanup. It's close to half a million people. it's a big deal. And this should take care of the majority of the deep state and the people that they've got on their list pick up just a short and sweet version of that and its in full swing as we speak - so – that’s good -
But does that have to complete before we start? No, that's the good news. This is ongoing probably take another two or three days to complete, but doesn’t affect us.
Now, bondholders tier 4 tier 3, tier four - We're still waiting to be notified with our emails, set appointments, bondholders are looking for the email to give them access to their funds in their accounts. They're waiting as well.
But the good news is, from what we're hearing what we're hearing from one of our redemptions centers - one of the leaders of one of the redemption centers that were in touch with - is saying now, did we think we might get notified today, Tuesday. Yeah - We thought we might it didn't happen.
But obviously we're deferred to what's next. What's next is this particular leader said we should get our 800 numbers tomorrow. That's Wednesday. The theory is once we get the 800 number – we set our appointment and maybe we start Thursday,
We may not start tomorrow, depending on when it comes in. but we could very welll get the number set our appointments and start our exchanges on Thursday.
Now that's the long and short of it as far as where the Intel is.
Out of Iraq - Our sources are getting us this. They are saying that tonight the global reset begins.
I think they're referring to tonight, like at midnight or overnight tonight. Remember Tomorrow is the first of May. I thought we might get notified today and start on the first day. But it looks like what they're doing is notifying us on the first and hopefully starting on the first or 2nd of May which will be Thursday the second I think that's very, very possible - At this point
Our other source that is not Iraqi, also came in with something that was virtually the same. He said everything begins “tonight”
So that's really not the same as long as we're hearing out of Iraq. Everything begins tonight. We know that the quantum financial system has been connected globally – finally, we know that the pricing went up was it that was Oh, the Emergency Alert System has been fully interconnected. and it's probably interconnected also through the starlink satellite system.
So all of these systems have been interconnected, and we understand internationally all countries are on board. So it looks like the NESARA and I believe GESARA will be announced somewhere around the second or third of May. That's a couple of days away. We should get some action on that.
I think that's terrific news. I think we've waited a long time for this and we're in good shape. Hopefully getting notified and setting our appointments is over 50% of the battle. We really look forward to that. If it's tomorrow - and we don't know what time it is tomorrow - that is a huge win for us. Absolutely huge.
And we're looking forward to that. We're looking forward to setting our appointments up quite possibly getting exchanges on Thursday, the second of May.
Now we went all the way through April. We thought we could get a number of things happened that we did not receive yet. but I'm being told from our source on R & R that we should have that in the month of May. and we should get an increase in Social Security - for those that qualify that are of that age - in the month of May.
So may it looks like it's gonna bring quite a bit, our April showers bring May flowers – and that’s good news I'm excited about where we are – I think the timing, hopefully is accurate.
I've told you guys several times now. All we need is for this Intel to be right one time and I'm saying that about this too. Right now it's looking great. Let's believe with all the faith, that that is exactly what is going to happen. And we'll put our faith to this. And we'll say that's exactly what we want to happen and we expect to happen.

Mon. 29 April TNT Tony: We are still here waiting for the RV at any moment. Banks were being told by the end of the month, which is tomorrow Tues. 30 April. $28.50 is still the new (Dinar) rate for the first ten days.
