Thanks for tuning in again, everybody around the globe - wherever you're tuned in from and listening to us. We appreciate that. We appreciate everything that everyone is doing, to keep this call going and Sue wanted me to let you know that I'm a little under the weather have been for, I guess, three weeks or so. And it's due to side effects from a certain drug that I'm trying out and it isn't really working out - so hang in there with me tonight. I'm a little low energy, but I'll do my best. We're gonna try to shorten the call a little bit. And then I'll get you the information you need in the Intel segment. so that's all teed up, ready to go. Thank you, Bob. appreciate that so much. Let's get into the intel. This is short and sweet. We got a lot of information this afternoon to tell us where we are. And that's what we all want to know. First of all, all sanctions with a one of our US banks were dropped by Iraq. We dropped sanctions. On Iraq I think about three or four days ago, those were dropped. Everything's clear from that point of view.

Thank you, Bob. appreciate that so much. Let's get into the intel. This is short and sweet. We got a lot of information this afternoon to tell us where we are. And that's what we all want to know. First of all, all sanctions with a one of our US banks were dropped by Iraq. We dropped sanctions. On Iraq I think about three or four days ago, those were dropped. Everything's clear from that point of view.
Iraq has a new rate on their CBI rate, and it's very good and they should be bringing out the international rate on the Iraqi Dinar on Sunday - Easter Sunday so that's a good thing to look forward to.
Remember we told you super whales had received their emails last Friday – they did get access – some of them had access to their funds already – the total number of regular bondholders - will not be complete until noon Easter Sunday - and we are getting that from our contact at Santander Bank and so that’s good
Remember, we are to go right on the heels, of the tier three bondholders - so nothing's going to happen for us this weekend.
We know redemption center staff is starting to go in on Monday to take appointments for us. And on Tuesday, bigger staff is going in and we expect that to be our day to start exchanges. So we're looking to get notified Monday, set appointments. Monday and start on Tuesday with our exchanges
So they have pushed us all the way to April 1st and 2nd . That appears to be where we are - start of the new quarter past Easter. So resurrection day will be a day we can celebrate that and not get involved with anything else other than Resurrection Day this weekend. So that's what we're looking at right now is no change.- In what well we did think we were gonna get this before Easter.
We were told they were gonna do it. Get it done, but we have to wait the regular tier three bond holders to complete and we're told they're gonna complete by around noon on Easter Sunday. So we're just looking forward to getting notified Monday - and starting on Tuesday. That's it.
That appears to be where we are right now. And we'll have new rates out that Iraq is going to put out their international rate on their dinar on Sunday on Easter Sunday.
Oh here's another thing. The Rodriguez Trust the one that has a depth that it seems like it's unlimited depth that is being released Easter Sunday - along with the St. Germain trust. St Germain is going to fund GESARA that global effort - and the Rodriguez trust is going to fund North and South America.
Okay, that's what that's gonna do - and both of those are being released on Sunday. So there'll be plenty of money - Money coming out from that, that we will take advantage of - and we'll be able to receive as part of our exchanges - so I think that is what everybody wanted to know.
Rates are going to be great. Don't worry about that. Just for those of you who are dinar holders, Iraqi dinar, we're supposed to be given the contract rate on dinar which is tied to price of oil per barrel.
Now, they didn't say whether it's North Sea Brent crude, or whether it's West Texas Intermediate crude, but either one is going to be a winner. So if you want to track that to see what that rates going to be, go ahead I believe it is tied to North Sea Brent crude.
At least the last time we checked on it, that's what it was supposed to be tied to and that's what the the Iraqi dinar for the contract rate for only those who go to the redemption centers would be able to get and they're supposed to offer it to us. That's good. We don't have to ask for it - they should offer it. That's kinda neat .
Let's see better. Other than that. Things are moving along very well for us. Iraq - the stage is clear. We're all set to get that thing moving. Now - finally, it seems like everything is in place
We don't expect any more false flags. And I think we're all set to start. also R & R is supposed to kick in the first week of April.
Let's hope that comes in an increase in Social Security is supposed to start in April. So those are two really good things we are looking for - of course, as well as of course, the 800 numbers coming for us on April 1 - So let's see what that looks like.
Let's set appointments and let's start exchanges on the 1st so we can go in the redemption centers starting the 2nd .
The public has obviously been moved back at least to the probably 8th or 9th of April. People that don't use the toll free number and aren’t aware of the big call for some reason. I don't know how that can happen, but that's what it is. And so called public will start about the week after we start our exchanges. All right.
I want everybody to have a wonderful Easter weekend - resurrection day - Sunday, have a wonderful time celebrating. And this is a big time for us, and we look forward everything. going right afterwards. Literally the day after when we get our numbers - so stay tuned for that. I'm excited about this thing moving forward and going in that direction.

The Parliamentary Finance Committee, this evening, Thursday (March 28, 2024), reassured employees and retirees regarding their salaries in the financial budget for the year 2024.
The head of the committee, Atwan Al-Atwani, told the official agency, followed by “Baghdad Today,” “We are awaiting the arrival of the 2024 budget schedules.”
He added, "The salaries of employees, retirees, and the protection network are secured in the 2024 budget."
Al-Atwani stressed, "There is no financial crisis in Iraq."

Clare: Prime Minister: Starting to prepare the 2024 budget schedules

The Prime Minister stressed today, Thursday, that local governments must make their efforts to enhance citizen confidence, while announcing the start of setting 2024 budget schedules.
Al-Sudani said in a speech during the second session of the Supreme Commission for Coordination between the Governorates, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “This meeting is the first after the local elections were held,” pointing out that “the elections were one of the important milestones that represent an achievement of the political process.”
He added, "Local governments must work as one team and make their efforts to enhance citizen confidence." He stressed that "local governments are an integral part of the executive authority," noting that "the evaluation of officials must be subject to a professional and scientific program."
He concluded by stressing: “Our goal is to serve our people,” pointing at the same time to begin setting the 2024 budget schedules. LINK

Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani announced today, Thursday, the start of setting 2024 budget schedules that include added financial entitlements to the governorates that will be allocated to infrastructure.
Al-Sudani stated, during the second session of the Supreme Commission for Coordination between governorates not organized into a region, in the presence of governors and new heads of provincial councils, that: “The Supreme Commission for Coordination between Governorates is a body formed according to the law that is responsible for addressing obstacles and developing mechanisms to manage common jurisdictions,” stressing, “starting to establish schedules.” The 2024 budget, including financial entitlements added to the governorates, will be allocated to infrastructure.”
Al-Sudani explained, “The government is keen on making the mission of local governments a success, despite the presence of trolls who do not like the vision of stability in the country,” stressing that “correct management of public money will provide positive and correct indicators, and requires working with a vision that takes into consideration the coming years and meeting entitlements.” . We don’t actually know the next “program” rate revaluation from 1320, but we do know with certainly it must be over a dollar. How much over to give enough incentive to turn in the dollars, we don’t know. ... We are not going to exchange at this rate anyhow. Later, after the reinstatement, If you live in the U.S. you will get the U.S. rate, if in Canada you will get the Canadian rate or if you live in the EU you will get the European rate. MZ: Bond folks seem to be in a “holding pattern” . but, they still expect contracts and a payment of 1% of their funds on Monday. Hopefully we will actually see that come to fruition.

MZ: I am not seeing that- but there is a potential possibility for that based on chatter from the last 16-18 hours from some. Truth is we will not know until we cross the finish line.
MZ: From Zimbabwe: “Zimbabwe aspires to join BRICS New Development Bank” Iraq is also trying to join the BRICS New Development Bank.
MZ: “BRICS-US dollar weakened 25% since 2020 amid global shift” and this decrease is speeding up quickly . This is all part of de-dollarization.
Member: I wonder at what point that BRICS will have its most impact on our dollar or the collapse of it??
MZ: I think its already there and still picking up steam. When does it hit critical mass and crashes the dollar? That is the question.
MZ: “Expect a financial crisis in Europe with France at the Epicenter” The world is so interconnected. If China crashes then Europe crashes. If Europe crashes then the US crashes….If the US crashes everyone crashes.

HÀ NỘI – Việt Nam's ambition to elevate its stock market from "frontier" to "emerging" status by 2025 faces two key hurdles, including pre-trade margin requirements for foreign investors and foreign ownership ratios in certain sectors, said Deputy Director of the Securities Market Development Department under the State Securities Commission (SSC) Phạm Thị Thùy Linh.
Despite successfully meeting seven out of the nine established criteria for the upgrade, the two other requirements remain considerable roadblocks.

HÀ NỘI – Việt Nam's ambition to elevate its stock market from "frontier" to "emerging" status by 2025 faces two key hurdles, including pre-trade margin requirements for foreign investors and foreign ownership ratios in certain sectors, said Deputy Director of the Securities Market Development Department under the State Securities Commission (SSC) Phạm Thị Thùy Linh.
Despite successfully meeting seven out of the nine established criteria for the upgrade, the two other requirements remain considerable roadblocks.
To tackle the pre-trade margin requirement challenge, Linh said discussions with international rating agencies are being conducted to seek viable solutions. Additionally, the SSC has proposed regulatory amendments to the Ministry of Finance (MoF). These revisions, if implemented, would eliminate the need for a 100% cash margin requirement for foreign institutional investors, provided they can demonstrate a secure payment process.
Regarding the foreign ownership ratios, the SSC is collaborating with the MoF and the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) to conduct a comprehensive review across various industries. The SSC has proposed that the MPI work alongside other relevant ministries and agencies to expand foreign ownership limits in non-essential sectors. This critical information, translated into English, is expected to be publicly available soon.
The SSC is also making efforts to improve information disclosure regulations, specifically for public and large-scale listed companies. The proposed amendments, once approved by the MoF, would mandate English disclosure for both regular and irregular information updates.
The implementation timeline for these changes would see English disclosures become mandatory for regular information and large-scale company listings starting January 1, 2025. Irregular information disclosures would follow suit by January 1, 2026, with the requirement encompassing all public companies by January 1, 2028.
The World Bank has projected that if Việt Nam's stock market achieves the coveted "emerging" status, it could attract an additional 25 billion USD in fresh investment capital from international investors by 2030. VNA/VNS LINK

Pimpy Surprise! I literally just a couple months ago was looking up the steps Iraq has to take in order to get back on the Swift system and it listed everything saying they were in the process. That's all it said. Apparently they are beyond the process and they've been through the process since the end of 2022 beginning of 2023. Great, that's another big accomplishment for Iraq. We need to make sure restrictions under the currency are lifted. We need for them to get into the World Trade Organization and we need to see them on the Forex. Those things have got to be coming soon. This is exciting new for Iraq....

On Thursday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee clarified the most important priority sectors in the 2024 budget, and while it expressed its hope that the budget tables would be sent to Parliament next week, it clarified the amount of amounts spent by the governorates last year.
Committee Chairman Atwan Al-Atwani said, reported by the official news agency and viewed by Al-Iqtisad News, that “the Finance Committee and the House of Representatives support the governors, and this was embodied through the necessary financial allocations in the emergency support law and in the 2023 budget, in which the financial allocation to the governorates and the funds for the reconstruction of the liberated areas reached the limits of The 10 trillion,” indicating that “the number of projects reached about 5,500 projects throughout the governorates, with a total cost amounting to 49 trillion dinars.”
He added, "The total spent from the 2023 budget of the 10 trillion is 3 trillion and 300 billion, distributed at a rate of 1 trillion and 300 billion dinars as completed work pieces and 2 trillion and 200 billion to finance projects until the end of 2023," noting that "our last meeting with the governors came “To embody the support of the Finance Committee and the House of Representatives for the governorates to study the obstacles that prevent the completion of these projects.”
He stressed, "The Finance Committee is waiting for the budget schedules from the government, and we expected the government to vote on them at its last meeting last Tuesday."
He stated, “There are two paths that the budget takes in its approval: its approval by planning and financing by the Ministry of Finance,” pointing out that “the 2024 budget will focus on the health, education, electric energy, and housing sectors in order of priority.”
He stated, “The mechanism for distributing budget amounts between governorates is done through population and poverty ratios,” explaining, “In the 2023 budget, specific amounts were added to all governorates, regardless of the standards approved by the Ministry of Planning, out of our feeling that the governorates need support and allocating sufficient amounts for development.” in the services sector.”
He pointed out that "the tables are what determine the path of spending and allocation in the budget," pointing out that "the House of Representatives has the right to make transfers between ministries according to the budget law."
Al-Atwani expressed his hope that “next week will be the date for sending the budget to the House of Representatives,” explaining, “There are some governorates and ministries that have stopped funding and are waiting for the budget schedules to be approved.” link
