Clare: The House of Representatives discusses the latest requirements for Iraq’s accession to the World Trade Organization

On Tuesday, the Parliamentary Economy, Industry and Trade Committee discussed with the Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization the requirements for Iraq to join the World Trade Organization.
The media office of the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee, Representative Ahmed Salim Al-Kinani, said in a statement that the committee hosted the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the World Trade Organization, His Excellency Ambassador Saqr Al-Muqbel, the Commercial Attaché at the Saudi Embassy, the Director General of Relations in the Iraqi Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Riyad Al-Hashemi, and the Assistant Director General of Foreign Relations in the Ministry. Trade, indicating that the committee discussed with the Saudi delegation the requirements for Iraq’s accession to the World Trade Organization, most notably the approval of the intellectual property law, which is one of the conditions for joining the organization.
The Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee, Representative Ahmed Salim Al-Kanani, confirmed that Iraq has been striving hard since 2006 to join the World Trade Organization in order to raise the level of the economy in the country and make it within international standards, pointing out that Iraq has completed all the requirements for joining the World Trade Organization in 2023, and only legislation remains.
Intellectual property law in order for Iraq to take its membership in the global organization and transform trade for exports and imports within internationally approved standards and quality conditions. LINK

Clare: Riyadh renews its support for Baghdad's accession to the World Trade Organization and reveals free facilities in Arar

The Saudi commercial attaché in Baghdad, Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al-Hammad, renewed on Tuesday his country’s support for Iraq’s accession to the World Trade Organization, noting the provision of free facilities provided by Saudi Arabia in the trade exchange arena at the Arar port.
Al-Hammad said in a statement received by Mawazine News: “The Kingdom welcomes and supports Iraqi industries in Saudi markets and provides free facilities in the trade exchange arena at the Arar border port,” indicating “its efforts to file Iraq’s accession to the World Trade Organization.”
He added, "Soon the Kingdom will organize an exhibition for Iraqi industries in cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of Trade."
Al-Hamid called on Iraqi businessmen to “visit Saudi factories and see the quality of products and choose what suits them for the Iraqi markets,” stressing that “the Kingdom welcomes Iraqi businessmen to visit the Kingdom and meet with Saudi companies to discuss purchasing products and re-exporting from the Kingdom to Iraqi markets.”
He continued, “ Saudi products top the confidence and satisfaction of the Iraqi consumer, and this is what distinguishes us,” pointing out that “Saudi products conform to international specifications and standards.”
The Saudi commercial attaché thanked the Iraqi government for their cooperation in resolving the challenges that help raise the value of trade exchange between the two brotherly countries. LINK

They talk about how this will be a huge boon for the Iraqi people and they will “reap the fruits soon” or higher exchange rate.

MZ: It’s possible but I highly doubt it due to the amount of Dong held by Iraq in their foreign currency reserves and the amount of Dinar held by Vietnam. It would cause a big trade imbalance if they did not go at the same time…..IMO…But it would be great for us that hold the VND if they were to go first.

The New Financial System Components: RUMORS
GESARA (Global Economic Security and Reformation Act): GESARA is a global initiative aimed at restructuring the world’s financial systems and establishing a new era of prosperity and abundance. It seeks to eliminate debt-based currencies and usher in asset-backed financial systems.
QFS (Quantum Financial System): The QFS is a digital financial platform that operates on the principles of blockchain technology and quantum computing. It promises transparency, security, and efficiency in financial transactions, making traditional banking systems obsolete.
GCR/RV (Global Currency Reset/Revaluation): This is a process through which the value of global currencies is recalibrated, often to realign with tangible assets like gold and silver. The goal is to level the playing field and eliminate the dominance of a few reserve currencies.
ISO 20022: ISO 20022 is a global standard for financial messaging that enables seamless and standardized communication between financial institutions. It facilitates faster and more accurate cross-border transactions.
BASEL III: BASEL III is a set of international banking regulations that require financial institutions to maintain higher capital reserves. This ensures greater stability within the global banking system and reduces the risk of financial crises.
Global Currency Reset: (RUMORS)
On Mon. 8 Jan. Redemption Center leaders and bank managers (allegedly) gave their individual access codes to the US Treasury, where they were locked into the new Quantum Financial System (QFS).
On Wed. 10 Jan. 2024 all qualified banks around the World (allegedly) connected to the new gold/ asset-backed QFS on the new Star Link Satellite System.
On Sat. 13 Jan. the SWIFT Home Page (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT)) said that the new ISO 2022 System (Digital Data Interchange between financial institutions) for payments was now live.
Mon. 15 Jan. MarkZ: There were rumors that bond folks were expecting liquidity overnight tonight.
On Tues. 16 Jan. we (allegedly) move to the final rule stage of Basel 3 compliance in our banking system.
Banker: Tier4b will receive notification around the first of next week and be able to set appointments starting Thurs. 18 Jan.
On Tues. 23 Jan. all banks across the Globe not Basel 3 Compliant (have gold asset-backed monies) will (allegedly) automatically collapse. The Cabal owned JP Morgan, which is a shareholder in the Bank of International Settlements, was scheduled to file for bankruptcy.
Protocol QFS 20: This protocol is an integral part of the Quantum Financial System, designed to (allegedly) streamline and secure financial operations further. It ensures that transactions are conducted with the utmost integrity and efficiency.
Quantum Financial System, David Wilcock:
The QFS operates completely independently from the existing “centralized” banking and ends the “Central Banking System” that perpetuates “Debt Slavery” around the world.
Even though it is the ultimate in design, reliability, security and safety, the roll-out process will occur over time.
The QFS operates on a Distributed Ledger Technology. It is NOT crypto currency or Blockchain technology.
Quantum Qubits “interact” with every financial transaction anywhere in the world of finance to ensure that each transaction is legal, owner-intended and transparent.
Since Central Banks do not have the ability to “reconcile” old FIAT (paper) money into the new QFS system, all fractional reserve banking and central banking activities will cease.
Every sovereign currency and every bank represents a separate Ledger in QFS.
Data on all account holders at all banks in all 209 participating countries was downloaded into QFS in March 2017 and serves as a “Distributed Ledger.”
The QFS is designed for and ready to convert ALL bank accounts denominated in any fiat currency anywhere in the world into a local asset-backed currency.
The QFS pings the originating Fiat currency bank account to ensure it is still valid, active, and operational at the time the exchange of fiat currency for asset-backed currency takes effect.
After the successful ping of a local bank account, the fiat currency holdings are converted into the new local asset-backed currency on a 1:1 basis.

TEHRAN, Jan. 14 (MNA) – BRICS, a bloc of leading emerging markets, is preparing to launch new bonds in global markets, which will be available in local currencies rather than in the US dollar.
The BRICS bank, known as the New Development Bank (NDB), will soon release the bonds called ‘Maharaja Bonds’ worth $28 billion, IRNA reported on Sunday citing a press release by Watcher Guru, a website introducing itself as a leading source for finance focusing on cryptocurrency.
Watcher Guru did not specify the exact date the bonds will be released but said that NDB Chief Operating Officer Vladimir Kazbekov has announced that the bank is waiting for approvals from regulatory authorities.

Watcher Guru did not specify the exact date the bonds will be released but said that NDB Chief Operating Officer Vladimir Kazbekov has announced that the bank is waiting for approvals from regulatory authorities.
The new bonds, according to the website, will be made available for governments, financial institutions, and regular investors.
They will be available for purchase in local currencies in an effort to strengthen them and to help boost their respective economies.
The plan to release the bonds is part of BRICS’s initiatives for de-dollarization as the alliance is moving ahead to reduce dependency on the American currency in an effort to reform the global economy.
BRICS is comprised of Brazil, China, Russia, India, and South Africa as well as six new members namely Iran, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Argentina, and Ethiopia.
BRICS leaders, at their latest summit in late 2023, pledged to promote the use of local currencies as a way to ditch the US dollar, as they unanimously rejected exploiting the global economy for political purposes.

Tishwash: American politicians: The United States may seize Iraq's funds if it withdraws its forces
A report by the American Century Institute website confirmed that although the numbers have decreased significantly from a peak of about 130,000 soldiers during the American invasion of Iraq in 2003, there are still about 2,500 American soldiers stationed in Iraq and they are mostly there as part of the coalition. Jiyad stated, “Forcing American forces to leave may cause problems, including the threat of sanctions, the possibility of detaining billions of Iraqi foreign reserves currently in the United States, and stopping military cooperation in the field of armaments.”
Jiyad concluded his speech by saying, “I think that the Iraqi government is in a very difficult situation at the present time and may want to negotiate a way out of this situation because it depends only on the seriousness of the events on the ground.” link

( In 2023 the BIS estimated that the US dollar is involved in almost 90% of foreign exchange transactions. Half of global trade and three-fourths of Asian-Pacific Trade are in USD).

To determine how much gold would be needed to back all of these dollars, we need to divide the total value of the dollars by the current price of gold. As of April 2023, the price of gold was approximately $2053 per ounce.
To determine the amount of gold needed to back 2.1 trillion dollars ( in circulation at the time), we need to use that price of gold (at the time) to calculate the value of the gold reserves required.
First, we need to convert 2.1 trillion dollars into ounces of gold. To do this, we divide 2.1 trillion by that price of gold per ounce:
2.1 trillion dollars / 2053 dollars per ounce = 1,024,542,084.19 ounces of gold
So, we would need over 1 billion ounces of gold to back 2.1 trillion dollars in circulation. ( Note: as of Jan 2024 Current circulation is at $2.341T, requiring even more gold)
According to the US Treasury, as of April 2023, the US government holds approximately 261 million ounces of gold (since 1971), which is about 1/4th of what would be needed.
Keep in mind there is approx $22 Trillion USD in circulation globally, in various forms other than cash and coin And all of it would have to be repatriated into gold backed as well at some time.
So the narrative that the world is attempting to de-dollarize is actually a good thing but the reality of it depressing the U.S. dollar in half is total BS. The dollar is too big to fail. The GCR is meant to right the ship, but the reality of how it will process or what the actual architecture of that process looks like, is not known by anyone who is in the public forums.
It would take a book to explain how everything came to be and what would have to be done to change it. And it would be a very big book.

MZ: There is a lot of expectations in the banking world because it’s a 3 day weekend.
MZ: there is a lot of “pie in the sky” stuff being talked about ……but is it verifiable???? So many rumors of “It’s already Happened” or “It’s happening right now” So many unverifiable rumors hitting everywhere…..I’m hearing them…you are hearing them. .
MZ: What is verifiable is they (Iraq) are in a mad dash to get dinar out of circulation to reduce the money supply and support a higher value. We can also verify they are taking strategic, solid steps to increase the value of the dinar opposed to the US dollar.
MZ: So I am going to focus on those things I can measure and keep trying to verify all those rumors.
MZ: There are also rumors that bond folks are expecting liquidity overnight tonight. We will see if that happens.
MZ: Nader posted a good one…”Iraqi dinar circulation has decreased by billions and billions if not trillions” …….This is important. There is an enormous amount they continue to pull out of circulation.
MZ: Iraq needs the official rate to be close to the trading rate. They can fix this. Saleh and others are suggesting they let the economy figure the rate out and no longer have an official fixed rate . If the market decides that would remove the black market completely.
Member: I thought they talked about this many times in the past….sounds like old news.
MZ: This is similar to conversations Kuwait was having just before they RV’d and had a release in value. . These are steps we have seen before in past currency revaluations. They have been doing this for quite some time…..they are just now starting to tell us about it.
Member: Iraq just found another 100,000 tons of gold to add to their portfolio. That is encouraging
MZ: “ BRICS bank targets $3 billion fundraise in local currencies eschews US dollar” All these bonds used to be issued in US dollars. Now they are issued in local currencies.
MZ: Here’s another one “ BRICS” $28Billion bond sale shuns US dollar” This is a seismic economic shift in the banking world. This is earth shaking.
Member: Rumor: Wolvey said that the Dinar is going on Forex today?
Member: Awake-in-3d thinks the Vietnamese dong may go before the dinar?
Member: I read the same thing - that Dong would go first since they applied to BRICS first? Wonder if that could be true?
Member: Another intel provider said the redemption center staff are on 45 min. notice to show up for work.
MZ: I am definently hearing they are on call for an hour or less to get to work according to 3 different contacts I have.
Member: When I asked the WF Senior advisor about foreign currency he said Are you waiting for it to revalue? he just admitted he knows it’s coming

MZ: I’m going to post whatever they will let me.

MZ: We do not know for certain and there is no guarantee you will have to sign an NDA. Even the banking side does not know for certain we will have an NDA. The assumption is –If we do – it will be about the rate and what you were paid. That is all it is supposed to affect.
