NORV I met a US marine many years ago at a bar who told me many stories about the tribes in Iraq and how they counterfeit currency and spread it among themselves. They don't use banks and as long as the money is kept within nobody cares. That is hard to overcome.
NORV People don't realize what a mess it is over there. To many remote areas that do their own thing.
