Judy Note: (Rumors) We in Tier 4b (the Internet Group) were still expecting notification and start of exchanges/ redemption sometime this week, though the exact timing was unknown.
Last Fri. 9 Oct. and Sat. 10 Oct. there was an eight hour successful test on Exchange Call Center phone links. They had to make sure there was no more [D]eep [S]tate sabotage of the communication grid to stop our RV exchanges from starting.
At 11 am EDT Tues. 13 Oct. the Iraqi Parliament passed Economic Reforms including approval of the new Dinar RV Rate. The new rate would not be published in their Gazette until after Tier 4b began, though Iraq was implementing those reforms right now.
Tier 4b could redeem Zim Bonds and exchange foreign currencies at the Contract Rates through the end of Oct.
The general public could start exchanges at the new International Rates on Thurs. Nov. 5.

On Wed. 14 Oct. the New York Post outlined how former Vice President [J]oe [B]iden allegedly met with a top executive at Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings in 2015. The meeting was set up by [H]unter [B]iden, who was appointed to the board of Burisma in 2014, a conflict of interest. Critics have accused [J]oe [B]iden of using his office to provide business opportunities for his family. One email from Burisma adviser Vadym Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the “opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together” in Washington, D.C. in March of 2016.
Vice President [B]iden pressured Ukraine into firing their top prosecutor who was investigating Burisma. A. Wed. 14 Oct. 2020 8:15 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Update:
1. Our military Intel contact cannot say much because the Shotgun Release start was so close and still this week.
2. He begs to differ with claims that one must either have a "Roll-out" or a "Shotgun Release" but not both.
3. The "roll out" was the preparation leading up to the "Shotgun Release." The Shotgun Release was the 72 hour period started by Tier 4B notifications coming out, during which 72 hours the initial portion of liquidity has to legally be released for access to all tiers, (Tiers 1-4, government levels 1-8).
4. The Shotgun Release started by Tier 4B notifications coming out was still this week.
5. He said to stay ready. President Trump, the decision-makers and RV teams were getting the Shotgun Release out before the election and were about to release it this week.
6. It was intentional false information that they were waiting until after the election that was put out to throw off Deep State shills who would try to interfere with the Shotgun Release.
