Judy Note: (Rumors)  On Fri. night 10 July after the 11 pm EDT RV team meeting, the Elders gave the “go” for Tier 4b release on Tues. 14 July. After that there was a RV rate Forex update, algorithm release, final assessment, review, technical and financial audits, plus a series of last minute tests that included testing of liquidity release for the shotgun release and Tier 4b start.

Over the past week exchanges have been happening across the globe, though reports were that the appointments made were for certain select people who were only partially funded as they tested the system. The Department of Defense Security Teams and US Treasury leadership team were working hard to shut down doorways that the Cabal hackers used to try to steal funds.

Since the Zim Bonds were backing the entire Global Currency Reset, they hoped to get Zim holders in within the first four days after the Secured Website/800#s release on Tues. 14 July.

Late Mon. morning 12 July the finance ministers from Iraq, Vietnam and Zimbabwe had a meeting scheduled with President Trump at the White House. On Mon. or Tues. 12, 13 July while in Washington DC, Iraq officials were expected to announce that they were a sovereign nation.

We would have until Fri. 31 July to exchange at the Contract Rates.

NESARA / GESARA was being implemented. Behind the Scenes, arrests were ongoing on over 1,800 sealed indictments filed in federal courts across the nation since Trump took office. Durham was expected to act on high profile indictments of those in the Obama Administration around Labor Day Weekend Sat.-Mon. Sept. 5-7.

The NESARA Law was scheduled to be fully in place by the 3 Nov. Presidential Election.

A. July 11 2020 8:59 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact Update:

On Fri. morning 10 July Judy Shelton’s RV teams gave a final readiness and plan presentation to the Chinese Elders so they could decide whether to move forward with the RV release completion with or without the US.

Over the past week the US has been behind the Chinese release process during which exchanges have been going on in Asia, Canada and other countries.

On that Fri. morning 10 July at 11 am EDT the historic yellow/gold Dragon bond that funded the RV were fully released at 1:25 pm EDT.

It’s now a go for the liquidity shotgun start for Tier 4b exchanges in the US before or by Tues. 14 July forward.

The main reasons that the US did not follow closely behind the Chinese release process over the past week have been primarily (1) the Deep State Democrat governors in 12 states still locking down their states claiming Covid-19 Scamdemic/ Plandemic reasons (2) Trump-Chinese friction over US-China trade deal agreements not being honored and (3) Deep State Cabal fighting the release process fiercely over the past week by trying to hack and steal funds out of accounts globally.

Neither the Chinese nor the US sides have been completely transparent with each other, but Trump and his team were realizing that they have to get this RV / GCR funding out and Tier 4b started by or before next Tues.-Wed. 13, 14 in order to funnel RV funds into the US economy, or Trump would jeopardize his chances of being re-elected.

That pressure was good news.What has been a slow roll-out was now a sprint in the US to the finish line.

Deep State Governor Resistance: Trump, Judy Shelton and the RV teams have been negotiating with the twelve governors, who as of Fri. 10 July were basically on board with redemptions happening, though there were still some issues being worked out.

Judy Shelton and the RV teams have been pressing the Deep State Democrat governors to let Tier 4b redemptions start or else, telling them that their states would gain from the RV funds released into their states to stimulate their local economies by currency holders post-RV and that federal sanctions would be leveled against them and their states if they did not cooperate.

It appeared to be working as most of the twelve governors now were more or less on board with last minute issues being addressed.

Deep State Cabal Were Fiercely Fighting the Release: The Department of Defense Security Teams and US Treasury leadership team worked hard to shut down doorways that the Cabal hackers were using to try to steal funds.

The US Supreme Court ruled to freeze and seize account funds that the Soros front foundations were using from govt tax sources (allocated by Obama era tax decisions) that were being used by Soros-paid rioting ring leaders to fund Antifa, anarchist riots and violence in cities in the US.

On Fri. night 10 July after the 11 pm EDT RV team meeting, there was a Forex update to the RV rates, then an algorithm release was started, then a final set of assessments, then final reviews and a final technical and financial audit, and then a series of last minute tests, and then they started testing liquidity release for a Tues. 14 July release of liquidity and Tier 4b start.

Iraq has finished settling the Dinar RV rate and sanctions have been lifted off Vietnam so the Dong can be exchanged.

The liquidity release date of Tues. 14 July was firm, unless any arguments between the US-China sides arose between now and Tues. 14 July, or the cabal interfered by stealing account funds in unexpected ways, or trouble continued with the Deep State Democrat governors, causing any changes.

On Mon. 13 July rates would be locked in and there would be reviews, audits and final checks to release liquidity in a shotgun start for Tier 4b notifications on Tues. 14 July.

There was a 72-hour legal procedure internationally that must precede the GCR / RV release between now and next Mon. 13 July.

All banks globally were getting ready for the start of exchanges and the liquidity shotgun release.

It has been all but over since the Elders' approval and release after Fri. 10 July morning's RV meeting. There was much to be thankful for, but prayers would be appreciated in order to usher this across the finish line the first half of next week.

President Trump in a very powerful speech at Southcom, emphasized taking down drug cartels and trafficking. The first of this year he began the surge of military assets to take down the drug cartel. D. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ:

800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information.

The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.
