(Rumors) On Wed. night 23 Sept. through the now-active globally Quantum Financial System, the Admiral completed the steps needed for a full transition from the fiat US Dollar (USD) to the asset-backed digital US Note (USN).
By Thurs. night 24 Sept. at 8:20 PDT the Department of Defense and US Treasury had sent out orders to push the process forward.
Those orders included the Reno Core group and Tier 4A groups started, and Tier 4B notifications coming out over the following 24-48 hours.
It’s very possible that on Sat. 25 Sept. or sometime over the weekend, the Internet Group Tier 4b would start in order for exchanges involving Contract Rates and Zim redemption to be completed in time for the events of next Thurs. 1 Oct:
Happenings scheduled for Thurs. 1 Oct 2020:
On Oct. 1 announcements of the Restored Republic and Global Currency Reset were expected.
Oct. 1 was the first day of the Restored Republic fiscal year.
Oct. 1 was the deadline to exchange currencies and redeem Zim Bonds at the Contract Rates (or that deadline was likely extended to Mon. 5 Oct.), after which the Zim Bond could no longer be redeemed.
On Oct. 1 the General Public could exchange foreign currencies at the new International Rates.
On Oct. 1 the “Ten Days of Disclosure” was expected to begin.

“They have made a decision to have the currencies of all 209 nations revalue in a Shotgun Start where all would go at the same time rather than do it in baskets.

No one knows what the Zim rate would be, nor what the default rate would be.
They figure that 90% of the people who had Zim were going to take the default package.
If you accepted the default rate you would not be obligated to spend anything on a humanitarian project.
If you have projects and don’t want the default rate you can negotiate for a higher rate.
If you don’t have time to negotiate for the higher rate you will be given a debit card and a SKR to last you to a second appointment.
In any currency exchange you can take possession of your monies right there.
If you have Zim your monies would be paid out in a structured payout, unless you are of a certain age and decided not to have a structured payout.
Structured payouts earned you interest on your monies left at the bank – that could be a lot of money.
You can also put your currency exchange in a structured payout.
You will have a secured website to go to and set your appointment.
That site will ask you certain information in order to identify who you are.
HSBC had packages sent out with debit cards for certain people in the JADE program. The people went to a website and activated their card.
The rates are very good. We all should be very happy.
If you sign the NDA keep your mouth shut, or they will freeze your monies.
If you have currency and put it in a structured payout they will give you up to $250 million to use during the 90 days until you get your structured payout payment.
If you have Zim and put it in a structured payout, they could give you up to $500 million (it’s negotiable) to use during the 90 days until you get your structured payout payment.

4. That Release and digital transition could happen overnight Thurs. – Fri. 25 Sept.

6. Tier 4B could start over the weekend – Sat. 26 Sept. forward – because the Quantum Financial System made that possible.
7. One of the reasons it has taken so long to get this RV released was because of the war between the Alliance and the Deep State.

Charlie Ward said that Trump and the Alliance (that included Chairman Xi, President Putin and India’s PM Modi), have been deliberately slow about the roll out in order to tease out the Deep State trying to hijack the RV release and roll out of GESARA. This was taking the Deep State's power and funding away and returning it to The People.

11. Unfortunately the snail's pace of the RV roll out has largely been due to Trump, DoD, and the Alliance making sure no mistakes were made this time and that the RV and GESARA triumph over the Deep State permanently.
