Judy Note: (Rumors) Because of a rocket attack on the US Embassy in Baghdad on Tues. 17 Nov, the new window for the RV start time for Tier 4B notifications, exchanges and Shotgun liquidity was moved to Mon to Wed 23-25 Nov.

Tier 4B exchanges would go on for around ten days, at which time the general public would begin.

It was military missions and apprehending the Iraqi missile attack perps of the past 72-96 hours that had to be dealt with before starting us. 1. The RV start timing of Tier 4B notifications, exchanges and Shotgun liquidity release was still before Thanksgiving Thurs. 26 Nov.

The start had to be moved forward from this week to next Mon to Wed 23-25 Nov because of military operations that started last weekend into this week to shut down the source of the [D]eep [S]tate (Iranian) rocket attacks on the US Embassy in Baghdad last Tue 17 Nov. 3. Now POTUS and the White Hats have an upper hand behind the scenes over these [D]eep [S]tate bad actors
