Judy Note: On Fri. 8 Nov. most contacts were indicating that the 800#s would come out this weekend, or at the latest by Tues. 12 Nov.
MarkZ: Tier3 groups were supposed to start today Fri. 8 Nov. Rumors from Paymasters go all over the place that Tier4b 800#s would be release anywhere from now to Tues-Wed 12-13 Nov., though most were pretty consistent that Tier4b would start on Tues. 12 Nov.
Tony: An announcement on Iraqi monetary reforms would come out on Sun. 10 Nov. In the US Bank personnel were in place and expecting to stay there until the reset. The banks have been told the reset would happen over the weekend or by Tues. 12 Nov. at the latest.
bowleraddict: Treat as "RUMOR" Intel: When first basket's migration (of the new rates to the banks’ front screens) is complete, we'll see the "green light" to go. Release of our 800# is expected sometime over the weekend into early next week. We expected around 19 days for total Tier 4b to exchange, with ZIM redemption preferably done within the first 4-5 days.
Bruce: The reset could happen this week, or by Tues. 12 Nov. at the latest. Late Wed. 6 Nov. the Pentagon gave the green light to release once those currencies had migrated to the front screens. If groups don’t get started by Fri. 8 Nov. or Sat. 9 Nov. then we are looking at Tues. 12 Nov. for the 800#s.
This Last Week: On Fri. 1 Nov. President Trump signed the Gold Treaty. The next day Sat. 2 Nov. Q was back, and then a video came out indicating Trump was Q. On that same Sat. 2 Nov. the US Military began transmitting an Emergency Action Message (EAM) over the Global High Frequency Radio System, suggesting that a Big Event had begun. On Sun. night 3 Nov.
Banks across the globe began pinging each other in preparation for the reset. By Mon. 4 Nov. the Gold Standard had been fully implemented in 209 countries worldwide.
The next day on Tues. 5 Nov. Tiers 1, 2, 3 and 4 were made liquid. On Wed. 6 Nov. the Pentagon had given the green light to release the RV once all currencies had migrated to the front screens according to contacts reporting to MarkZ, Bruce, or Tony.
The next day on Thurs. 7 Nov., the new rates of 65 currencies now in the offering were populating on the bank screens, with 25 locked in.
Meanwhile Deutsche Bank was set to announce their Bankruptcy – that was expected to cause the world’s Central Banks to implode unless the Global Currency Reset was implemented.

Speaking with Fox News Lou Dobbs Joe diGenova and Victoria Toensing reported that their inside sources revealed that the IG report would most likely come out before Thanksgiving. It's been delayed due to the Grand Jury impaneled by John Durham. Indictments for Christmas folks!
1. The delay on the OIG FISA report is “partially” due to John Durham’s new Grand Jury activity–which can only mean that Durham is already taking testimony from persons named in IG Horowitz’s report.
2. Durham is actively investigating the leak of the Flynn/Kislyak phone call to David Ignatius of the WaPo, which diGenova describes as “a 20 year felony.”
3. Victoria Toensing: I can tell you this, and we have darn good sources for this, it [the OIG FISA report] is going to be very bad for the people in the Obama administration. My source said to me, “It’s going to be worse than you can imagine.”
4. Joe diGenova: For people at the highest levels of the FBI and Justice Department it’s going to be devastating. It’s going to ruin careers.
5. Joe diGenova: We know that the senior levels of the Obama Justice Department were complicit in knowingly submitting materially false applications to the FISA Court for an illegitimate counterintelligence purpose to spy on Americans for political purposes.
6. The OIG FISA report is being held up partially because of John Durham’s new Grand Jury, which by the way exists for one reason and one reason only – because people are going to be indicted.
7. Lou Dobbs: Durham is in charge of both FISA abuse and the origins of Spygate – the worst political scandal in this country’s history.

China put out a story that tariffs would be removed in phases when each part of the deal is made. Trump administration reminds everyone that Trump has the authority do remove tariffs. I recently bought the blacklight "Fraud Fighter" and checked a friend's bond notes. The ones he bought from Zimbabwe Currency Collectibles did not have glowing paper flecks, nor glowing serial numbers, therefore they are counterfeit! They look excellent to the naked eye, but not to the Fraud Fighter! If you bought from them, you may want to purchase more Zim from reliable sources. Hopefully, justice will come down upon ZCC for their theft of our limited funds.

I purchased some Zim from Zimbabwe Currency Collectibles in Sept 2016.
All four of The 100T notes were counterfeit. (Quality of the paper was different and there were no black-light flecks like my other T100 notes.)
I wrote to Colin Keyworth Zimbabwe Currency Collectibles 16 Claudette Drive Milford, MA 01757-1494. He was very cooperative and refunded my purchase price. However, I had to return the currency to him first as he seemed surprised that his supplier would have sent him counterfeit bills. I didn't notify anyone at that time as the "RV was going next Week", and I don't know if counterfeit non negotiable foreign currency is a crime in the US.

L. Predicted Restored Republic – Global Currency Reset Events:
The Justice Department Inspector General's report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Abuses (FISA Abuse) was on the verge of being released. The report was said to be as thick as a phone book and contain charges against 80% of the Democratic Congress, plus several prominent political elites on the Republican side. Dramatic changes and reforms within the US government were expected to take place thereafter.
Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.
March 2020: Arrests of anti-constitution/NWO/Cabal/against President Trump would be expected to wrap up by March 2020.
End of the year 2024: Restoration of the US Republic completion was planned for the end of President Trump’s second term in 2024.

M. On the 800#s:
The below was a compilation of information gathered from various sources and should be considered rumor. When the 800#s were released official instructions on Zim redemption and currency exchanges was expected to be published on the approved websites as below.
As of Oct. 9 2019 the 800#s were in place and operational. Each country and region has been assigned certain 800#s. The US Treasury and the banks would be emailing Zim holders an 800#. Call the 800# for your region or bank, tell them the bank you wanted to exchange with (Zim holders would need to redeem with either HSBC or Wells Fargo unless your bank had made special arrangements to redeem Zim. HSBC ran the Exchange Centers and would have representatives there). They would then transfer your call to the proper Exchange Center to talk to a live person and make your appointment.
N. WARNING: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only things the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the bank and zip code where you wanted to exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area to speak to a live person and make your appointment.

O. Currency Exchanges and Zim Redemption Appointments:
Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.
If you obtained your appointment through an 800# you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates would likely be saved for others).
The 800#s for currency exchanges would be out for 8-10 days. You would have those 8-10 days to make your currency exchange appointment and then 30-45 days to go to your appointment at a Redemption Center. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time of your exchange, plus Contract Rates would no longer be available.
The 800# appointments for Zim redemption would only be available for a short period of time, said to be Nov. 15. After that you would need to make special arrangements to redeem your Zim. You could exchange both your currency and Zim at the same time, though only at a certified Redemption Center.
You don't need a project to redeem Zim. Zim would have a walk away rate (default package) for those without specific Humanitarian Projects.
With the exception of those over 70 years of age, all Zim would be paid out on a long term contract, with your choice of five to fifty years. The longer your contract period, the higher the interest rate you would be paid on your monies left at the bank during your contract period.
Seniors over 70 could get all their money up front with no reduction in currency rates, though would be given the lower default rate on their Zim.
Your Humanitarian Project could run up to 25- 50 years.
