Judy Note: Sun. 22 Nov. 11:30 am EST Fleming’s Military Intel Contact reported that even though the election chaos looked thick, the global start was still underway here, in Iraq and elsewhere. Multiple Paymasters and other sources had reported that the RV Shotgun Start had started.

On Sat. night 21 Nov. there were overnight QFS system releases and more orders pushed things out at about 11:30 am EST on Sun 22 Nov.

Tier 4B notification, bond redemption and foreign currency exchanges was expected sometime between Mon to Wed 23-25 Nov.

Tier 4B exchanges would go for around ten days, at which time the general public would begin.
