Tier 4B notification for redemption/ exchanges appointments was set for any time between now and Tues. 22 Dec, according to the US Treasury. Redemption Centers would be open from 8:30am to 8:30pm, or in certain regions, from 6am to 11pm. We would have ten days to exchange/ redeem at the special rates. The General Public would begin exchanging at the new International Rates on Mon. 4 Jan. 2020, the first banking business day after the Holidays.
