July 29 2020 Doctor Summit on Covid-19: America's Frontline Doctors Summit - Session 1 Notes by Charles Heineke
The meeting is chaired by Dr. Simone Gold, MD, JD, an emergency care physician who also hosted the first meeting at the U. S. Supreme Court building in D. C. She spoke briefly at the beginning and then turned it over to the next speaker, Dr. Robert Hamilton, MD.
Dr. Robert Hamilton, MD, a pediatrician, indicated that it's likely that many children, especially in CA, won't be going back to school, since teachers' and other unions are against it, in order to get more money from the government. Hopefully that won't happen everywhere. Interestingly, many parents, in CA too, are banding together to develop small mini-pods (tiny schools) that they control, where their children can learn in a small group.
The next speaker was Dr. Jeffery Barke, MD, a family physician from Newport Beach, CA and a co-founder abd board chairman of a local charter school in his area. He's treated CV19 patients for months. No child has died of the disease in CA (or around the world, according to doctor mentioned in Dr. Hamilton's presentation. He also mentioned that his school has a way to keep an at-risk teacher safe without imposing draconian measures on everyone. Masking of children is an unhealthy, unnecessary, not scientific measure. He spoke about the need for getting children back to in-person schooling and the tactics that many are taking, especially in CA, to prevent that. Closing schools harms lower-economic children and families the most, since so many such children depend on the schools for their meals and their parents depend on the schools for childcare. He mtioned that there are many good guidelines available for opening schools safely, but mandated control is trying to stop that.
Dr. Mark McDonald, MD, a practicing child and adolescent psychiatrist in LA. He's seen a rapid decrease in the emotional health of all his patients--anxiety, depression, self-harm, violence, panic attacks, etc. The pandemic, in is mind, is not so much a medical pandemic; it's an emotional pandemic. It's causing great fear among adults and children. The fear is causing far greater problems than the CV-19. People can't think clearly when they are overwhelmed with fear. The children are being trained to live in fear, so they can be "safe." Driving is far more dangerous than going to school. Staying home is far more dangerous than going to school, because they're attacking each other. Immigrant parents are talking about sending their children back to their home countries because they'll be safer there than here!
Dr. Teryn Clark, MD, a neurologist in southern CA, focusing on adult cognitive health and dementia. She talks about how to help healthy adults get back into normal life. Many of their activities have been curbed, including activities that promote exercise, mental activities, socializing. They have been isolated from their friends and families for months, causing many problems with loneliness and feelings of abandonment. People are not at risk by simply being outside, either alone or socially distanced from others. She mentioned melatonin supplementation, since seniors are usually deficient in it, to help with sleep and with the immune system. Also mentioned Vitamin d, which is often deficient in many people. Vitamin C also needs to be watched. Quercetin and zinc should also be supplemented, to help protect the cells and prevent the enhancement of viruses.
Dr. Dan Erickson, MD, from CA. He's one of two doctors who held a Facebook-live press conference early on, and was vilified for sharing real-life experiences, since they didn't match the "official story." That's how he and Dr. Gold connected about the need to discuss this pandemic. He mentioned our common experience of taking a pledge to our country's flag and our nation. Our republic is under attack, but the CV-19 situation isn't heavily tasking the hospitals. He mentioned that, most of the time, a case is a healthy person who tested positive for CV-19. Since most normally healthy people recover with mostly mild to no symptoms, cases aren't an indicator of a problem. Only the very small percentage of deaths are really indicative of the situation. In studying it, he found there was no science behind lockdowns and social distancing. That was done, we were told, to "flatten the curve," to protect the hospitals from overcrowding. Even doctors were not wanting to go to work. Now doctors are being labeled as non-essential, and being maligned for doing needed treatments that have been put off. The lockdown has been vrey effective in causing many areas of collateral damage. CV-19 needs to be recognized and treated early, for best results. Scaring people from visiting their doctors caused many people to be diagnosed too late to have a good outcome. Many other countries kept their schools in schools and did limited, if any, lockdown. Lockdown did help flatten the curve, but it didn't help lower the overall death rate. Many hospitals now are facing reduction in doctors or possibly closing down, from not having enough business. We need to listen to doctors on the front line, not theoretical doctors who aren't seeing patients.
Dr. Gold mentioned that the goal of the lockdown was to protect the hospital system from overload. Except for a few weeks of higher patient load, that didn't happen. Many patients died from not getting regular treatments than from the virus and the financial loss caused by the closure. It's not the virus that's the problem now. It's the fear and the lockdown and the many problems it causes.Most people who get it recover just fine. CV-19 is usually either asymptomatic or only mild symptoms for the majority of people, except those with poor health and co-morbidities. We have medications to deal with the disease, both in the early stages and in the latter stages. We've never closed down our country for any disease.
Dr. Robin Armstrong, MD, from Texas. He dealt early on with 86 patients in a nursing home. His team decided to take care of his patients within the nursing home, using medications that had been successfully used abroad for CV-19 and also used by them in a hospital setting: Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), Azithromycin, and Zinc. They had a long history of using those medications. They decided to staff the facility like a hospital for two weeks and treat them. They monitored their oxygen saturation. When they went below 95% oxygen, they went on medication. They treated them on a 5-day regemin. 35 out of 38 of these chronically ill patients recovered. The state leaders they worked with them appluaded them. But others medics nationwide, the media, and the bureaucrats dissed them. He took HCQ when he went to Africa, and he bought it himself, off the shelf, in Africa. He believes that the way they treated their patients was the standard of care for treating CV-19 patients, but that has been kept from doctors and the public, and, thus, has cause numerous unnecessary deaths during this crisis.
Dr. Gold remarked on how Dr. Armstrong had treated seriously co-morbidly at-risk patients, the ones who needed it the most. She knew about the trio of medicines he used early on and was excited about using them. But she also noted how the Task Force doctors and the media immediately trashed the medicines. (The audio was lost for a few minutes during this part.) The meds have been safely and successfully used for hundreds of patients. The American Heart Association found, in a large study of using these meds with CV-19 patients, that none of them had any heart problems from using them. ~2:10:25: Rheumatologists, the doctors in our country who prescribe HCQ the most, for lupis and rheumatoid arthritis patients, many of whom are immune-compromised and take the medication for decades, haven't had a problem with the drug. The heart problem with HCQ was a non-issue before CV-19 hit and HCQ became a political issue.
Dr. Robin Armstrong, MD again. They got lots of negative national press and even death threats. The Texas Medical Board is now checking with him, but he has the documentation to prove his method worked. Doctors are taking HCQ themselves, and their families are getting it too, but they're afraid to give it to their patients, since they may get in trouble for doing so. NOTE: Dr. Gold herself, was fired from her job a short time after she did the D. C. filming.
Dr. Gold told about her experience of starting to treat with HCQ. She simply prescribed what was needed. They she heard from her medical director and she was "royally reprimanded." She said that doctors normally practice medicine individually, so she was surprised that she was being hassled. She knew what needed to be done, but it's difficult to do that when your job is being threatened.
Dr. Urzone(?), MD. [NOTE: The title card showed Dr. James Todaro, MD, but he spoke next. Dr. Gold introduced this man as Dr. Urzone(?).] He'd studied the documentation about SARS and how HCQ had been used successfully with it. He thought he'd OK. He was told to go home, not see patients, and not use personal protective equipment, because he was wasting them! He'd been through the AIDS crisis and knew he should be able to treat his patients. He talked on a Facebook Live show that HCQ worked. He soon was called out about that and was basically called a public menace. They wanted to know who he'd treated and what he did. He was afraid but he knew he had to treat his patients. He was reprimanded and is still in talks with "authorities" about that. Doctors are really scared to treat patients with HCQ due to harrassment. Some trials of HCQ used toxic doses throughout the trial. So they got toxic results. But these doctors aren't using toxic doses. The argument about HCQ safety is ridiculous, since doctors have used this product for decades on patients, and it's now known that it's safe to use with CV-19 patients.
Dr. James Todaro, MD, an Opthalmologist. He co-authored a widely distributed paper on HCQ as a potential treatment for CV-19. It was tweeted out by Elon Musk to his 34 million followers, and a few days later President Trump mentioned HCQ publicly. After millions of views, Google took down that article and it's still unavailable today. He then put out another paper on the false study published by The Lancet medical journal. Google again took down that paper, but then put it back after it was confirmed that the Lancet study was proven to be false. This is just another example of the censoring of medical doctors speaking out about this topic.
Dr. Dan Erickson, MD came back to talk about his problems with the press conference he and his partner had shared on Facebook, which was shared more than 5 million times. Numerous people had recorded it on many different devices, and started sharing it again. It got put on Facebook again and got some 15 million views. This censorship caused other heads of state to call and ask about the censoring. We need to be able to disagree but still be humane to each others. Disagreement doesn't have to mean we hate someone else.
Joseph Ladapo, MD, PhD from Los Angeles. He works in research in health policy at the UCLA Ron Reagan Hospital. In terms of the lockdown, those who said we'd only be locked down a few days or weeks, who proved to be totally wrong, now want to tell us to lock down again. If they were so wrong then, why should they think they can do it again, when the disease in on the way out, and have people believe them? He was stunned that people are so glibly recommending lockdown again without considering the consequences caused again by the lockdown. We're still no further ahead of where we started, in terms of not questioning the rationale and lack of data we dealt with originally. Now he's glad that so many doctors have proven that HCQ is very successful, despite of all the disparagement that's been thrown at the protocol and the doctors who have used it and are passionate about it. Their message is starting to get out to the public. With all of the doctors who are risking their reputations and livelihoods to show how effective HCQ treatment is toward our progress, people need to know about this treatment.
Dr. Scott Jensen, MD, a family physician in Minnesota. He's been accused of being reckless because he's been using HCQ in his practice. He's really disappointed at the way doctors have been reprimanded for not treating death certificates as they have been told put down CV-19 as the cause, even if it only contributed to the death, and wasn't the actual cause of it. He's being hassled by his medical advisors. He's also a state Senator in Minnesota. [Audio was lost here again. Apparently Dr. Gold could hear him but it didn't get onto the recording.] He and Dr. Gold have both been cautioned about charges of unprofessional conduct. This is really putting doctors at risk and keeping them from doing what's right for their patients. If doctors give up on doing what's best for their patients, medicine has lost its way.

But the Quinine kills that part of the AIDS virus as well. Can you see now why they were screaming that this was a Dangerous Drug and NOT TO DARE USE IT. Behind the scene studies are now coming forth that show it being effective other diseases as well and even on Cancers. I think in the days to come, we are going to find out a whole lot more than we ever thought we knew.
If you listened to our President, he said that "in one year, every treatment that we are now using in the hospitals will be obsolete". What does he know? He knows that they have withheld these cures to keep people sick and to make millions off insurance companies.
Quinine has many uses and applications. It is analgesic, anesthetic, antiarrhythmic, antibacterial, antimalarial, antimicrobial, antiparasitic, antipyretic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, bactericide, cytotoxic, febrifuge, fungicide, insecticide, nervine, stomachic, tonic.......so you can be SURE that BIG PHARMA is scared to death at this point and screaming that this drug DOES NOT WORK...when the entire world sees that it is working.
If you ever feel a chest cold coming on or just feel like crap....make your own Quinine. It is made out of the peelings of Grapefruits and Lemons, ...but especially Grapefruits. I will give you the recipe here and you take this concoction throughout the day...or you can make a TEA out of it and drink it all day. This should take away all your fears about this VIRUS because you now have the defense against it and many other things. If you take ZINC with this recipe, the zinc propels the Quinine into your cells for a much faster healing.
Here is all you need to do to make your very own Quinine: Take the rind of 2-3 grapefruits. Take the peel only and cover it with water about 3 inches above the peels. Put a glass lid on your pot if you have one....a metal one is fine if you don't. Let it simmer for about 2 hours. Do not take the lid off of the pot till it cools completely as this will allow the Quinine to escape in the steam. Sweeten the tea with honey or sugar since it will be bitter. Take 1 tablespoon every couple of hours to bring up the phlegm from your lungs. Discontinue as soon as you get better. In addition to this Doctors are also prescribing the antibiotic Azythromicin (zpack).
