Judy Note: Although the liquidity release date was unknown, DinarAngel said her sources indicated release of 800 #s by Thurs. evening 12 March, while sources in Zurich were still claiming that we would also start on Thurs. 12 March and be in the banks Fri. 13 March. It was rumored that Tier 3 Church groups had already received a percentage of their funds.
It was my understanding that in order to receive the higher Contract Rates you were encouraged to have a specific humanitarian project, you would need to exchange or redeem in the first ten or so days after release of the 800#s and Zim could no longer be redeemed after 1 April.
With a failing Stock Market that wiped out the fiat Petro Dollar, on Mon. 9 March President Trump promised a Press Conference to announce his economic stimulus package (expected to include a return to the Gold Standard). That announcement was yet to come, although today Wed. 11 March again the Dow plunged 1,600 amid coronavirus pandemic, global economic fear and by close the Market had fallen a record over 25,553 points.
The major Cabal German Deutshe Bank was failing – as were all banks said to be insolvent at the moment. On Tues. 3 March Trump called Bankers to a meeting at the White House. Restored Republic: Under order of the World Court, arrests of global and political elites under indictment for criminal and even treasonous acts appeared to be ongoing worldwide by local and national police entities in cooperation with the Military and Interpol.

There were many eyewitness reports to this movement. One example was @Breaking911: I've seen the DEA helos flying over all last night and today. They show up as N/A on FlightRadar24. Usually flying in pairs, tight formation and moving fast.
There were now 37,000 more troops in Europe on top of the 320,000 troops already there. There was an amazing 20,000 pieces of equipment that arrived inside of two weeks. Why would the US Military be conducting “Exercises” in the US and Europe at the same time?
Since Fri. March 6 there had been 2,200 or more arrests of Global Currency Reset obstructionists in various countries, mainly Democrats in the US. Okie: “I am still waiting to hear who was arrested a few days ago. I hope it’s a woman from San Francisco, among others.”

The following Intel report was just received from my contact:
1. Sources have indicated our potential release of 800 #s to be within 24 to 36 hours (from Tues. evening 10 March).
2. For those of us presenting project plans, I highly advise that you have your presentation totally prepared as of now, and your project's financial needs fully listed as we may not have time for any additional writing due to the proximity of the 800#s release.
3. Redemption has begun. We were waiting for our turn.
4. The IMF report confirmed that on Tues. 10 March in Zurich, 25% of the net disbursement and on Wed. 11 March the other 75%.
5. He confirmed that it showed that everything was bringing us closer to the start of Tier4b.
6. The Bank of America was related to the CMKX packages Tues. 10 March. [yes, he confirmed it as his current information, but is subject to the final call from decision makers]
8. Reno has confirmed that the main CMKX shareholders have their NDAs and all other CMKX members would receive NDAs within 72 hours to start accessing accounts Fri. 13 March.
9. Tier4b appointments would start before or after the 72 hour period.
10. The US Treasury final report was Tues. 10 March after 5:30pm EST for core release and Tier 3, with Tier4b beginning at any time in the next 24-36 hours.
11. For security reasons he could not discuss specifics of 800# notification time for the next 24 to 36 hours (from Tues. night 10 March).
12. Tier3 Church groups had access to a percentage, showing that Tier4b was next.
13. He could not comment on the Zim redemption time frame, but assumed it would not be a problem. There would be 8-10 days to define Zim applications in the 800#s.
14. Currency holders would be directed to redemption centers in their country of citizenship and the 800# Call Center representatives would explain everything to them.

F. March 11 2020 Received from a Contact: Today my group noticed one of the largest banks in the country, the First National Bank of Pennsylvania est 1854, all of a sudden has no routing information. As you know, Fedwire and ACH compatibility for a bank is a bank's livelihood. When you look up their routing numbers on the Federal Reserve website and try to verify it, nothing comes up. We found this very interesting. As of yesterday those routing numbers could be input into any system and they would populate as First National Bank of Pennsylvania. As of today less than an hour ago and throughout the morning, no routing information could be found for First National Bank of Pennsylvania. Could they be removing the routing information because they are exchanging currency? Who’s to say?

J. Judy Note on Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity release through an instruction video.
An hour or so prior to liquidity release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 400,000 emails to currency and bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem. That information would also be available on certain websites as below:

Each country had their own 800# or website code for use of currency exchangers/ bond redeemers that would be sent out by email, or found on those websites. Clicking on that link on your computer or phone, would create your own unique signature to receive an exchange/ redemption appointment, along with exchange/ redemption information.
Special Redemption Centers have been set up across the globe to exchange at Contract Rates from 7am to 11pm. The higher Contract Rates were available for both Zim and Currency holders if they presented humanitarian projects. Such would be encouraged and clarified during the redemption appointment.
It was my understanding that there was a deadline of 1 April to redeem Zim, although you could have a later appointment if you called for it before the deadline.
Prior to your appointment they may send out a link to a video that would explain the redemption process. If not, the video would be available at your exchange.
If you don’t have a Trust Account for your exchange/redemption, a Treasury Direct Account would be set up at your exchange for your funds. You would have 90 days to set up and transfer those monies into your own Trust Account.
Abbot Downing Wealth Managers would be represented at each Redemption Center, though you could choose another Wealth Management company if you wished.
Currency Exchange: You could ask for up to $14,000 cash at your exchange and would receive a black debit card loaded with up to $15 million dollars, dependent on your exchange payout.
Zim Redemption: At your exchange you would have immediate access to 1% of your Zim redemption monies through issuance of a debit card, and have the remaining 19% in the next 90 days, providing you signed up to have quarterly instead of yearly payments.
All would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. If you held currencies and no Zim, your NDA was expected to be around 1 ½ pages. If you held Zim expect to sign a 4 ½ page NDA. If you held both currencies and Zim expect that NDA to be 5 ½ pages. Violation of that NDA could result in freezing all of your money accounts.
On Zim: It was my understanding that the Zim was a bond, not a currency, and redemption monies from that bond were designated for humanitarian needs. The Zim Bond redemption deadline appeared to be 1 April, after which you could no longer redeem Zim unless special arrangements were made prior.
If you didn’t have a specific humanitarian project you would be offered a Zim default rate of anywhere from $11 million to $33 million per 100 Trillion Zim Note. There would be no restrictions on how you used your redemption monies.
If you had a specific humanitarian project you should type up a short 1-2 page outline of your project with your goals, approximate costs over the years and your background. Include the number of jobs you could create with your project.
Zim Bonds with a specific humanitarian project: Zim Rate $.11 to $1, with 80% of your Zim redemption going to international humanitarian projects handled by your Wealth Manager. The remaining 20% was dedicated to you and your project.
Seniors age 60 and above had their choice of being paid out or not being paid out their Zim redemption monies in a Structured Annuity Investment Payout. All other Zim redeemers would be paid in your choice of quarterly or annually, in a Structured Annuity Investment Payout, with your choice of 5, 10, 15, 20, or if you asked, 50 or 100 years.
During your Structured Annuity Investment Payout you would be paid interest on monies left at the bank during your payout period (of your 20% if you had a humanitarian project). The interest paid was said to be 2% to 9%, dependent upon on how much you had and length of your payout period. The longer the payout period, the higher the interest rate likely received. For US citizens: under present US Tax law you would be taxed on your interest earned.
Either way you could be offered opportunities to invest in international humanitarian projects.
The Chinese-Zimbabwe Humanitarian Project Contracts paid interest on monies invested, and then returned the monies after the term of your contract ended so it could be reinvested in other international humanitarian projects. It was rumored that particular contract was limited in the amount of Zim they could take in so if interested, it would be wise to obtain your exchange/ redemption appointment early.
