Judy Note: President Trump announced the end to currency manipulation in his speech about perks of the US-China Agreement signed on Wed. 15 Jan, although no reset activity has been reported as yet. Rumor was that folks in Reno thought Tier4a would begin on Mon. Jan. 20, though release of 800#s was expected at any time, after which there would be 10-12 days to exchange at Contract Rates. The General Public was expected to begin their exchanges sometime in Feb. 2020.
The Wed. 15 Jan. signing of the US-China Trade Deal ended China's manipulation of currency rates including the Vietnamese Dong (VND), while the global reset would satisfy US debt, trigger revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and begin floating various nation’s currency rates – all of which could destabilize global markets and perhaps result in a Market Crash – that would be headed off, or perhaps followed by, implementation of a new financial system.
Meanwhile Christine Legarde, manager of the old global financial system – the International Monetary Fund – warned financial managers not to publicly disclose “what they were about to do” on Thurs. 23 Jan.
Legarde’s global financial system was closely tied to a complicated plan that blackmailed those in power through CIA Mind Control using Child Exploitation and Pedophilia. To correct the situation and as of 31 Dec. 2019, a total of 144,844 sealed indictments had been filed in Federal courts across the nation, most of which contained charges of pedophilia and Child Exploitation. Of those, 16,818 were now unsealed (meaning indictments were served, arrests made), with 1,843 served/arrested during this last Christmas-New Year’s holidays. Many of the indictments/ arrests with charges of Treason were under authority of the World Court and essential to complete in order for the US to be GESARA compliant. The Catholic Church was not a shining example of financial prudence and simplicity. The wasteful behavior of church princes and ordinary priests had taken such forms in the 16th century that it stimulated the rise of Protestantism. In the Middle Ages, the Roman Church grew into a well-oiled money-wasting machine. Reports were of parties, orgies, gambles and other horrible consequences of wealth. It was around the end of the Eighteenth Century when the Rothschilds came across the potential of the private Vatican Bank (that had no oversight) so as to use it for their private money laundering activities. They offered to Secret Societies, their great amounts of money and lucrative financial participation, to further finance the Vatican’s never ending spendthrift ways.
On behalf of the Deep State, worldwide tax monies were laundered by the Vatican Bank under the management of Pope Francis, and then passed on to Central Banks around the world, after which the population could borrow it back via the debt money system.

Deceptively, on Instruction of the Deep State Globalists, Pope Francis has invited religious leaders from all over the world to the Vatican to sign a global pact on May 14 2020. This New Humanism initiative would create a World Religion designed to better control the world population.
