On Thurs. 22 Oct. both our Military Intel Contact and Bruce reported that the RV started at 4 am EDT Wed. 21 Oct. with bonds and other assets being traded. Those trades completed at midnight Wed. Groups were being paid out on Thurs. 22 Oct. and finished with some privates given liquidity at 8 pm.
Several sources have said that the Internet Group Tier 4b would be in appointments this week by or before Sat. 24 Oct. Some Intel contact people have been put on a gag order until Sat. 3 pm EDT. Our military Intel Contact would go silent from Thurs. evening 22 Oct. onward.
***Keep it Quiet!!!*** A new communications monitoring system of Social Media posts, Emails, Text messages, Discord DMs, phone conversations, etc. was in effect by the NSA and military Intel (DIA). The Intel Contact reported that you needed to be quiet about Global Currency Reset and RV related issues, especially from the time you called the 800# and set your appointment. In order to set that appointment you would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
From the time you called the 800# through at least the 90-day NDA period following exchanges/ redemption, everything you wrote and said about the RV/GCR would be heard by the new communications monitoring system to determine if you broke conditions of that NDA. If so, your monies could be frozen.

Restored Republic Culmination of Red October:
On Wed. 21 Oct. Gene Decode revealed that major arrests are going to happen between 15 Oct. to 31 Oct. All Hallows Eve (Halloween) – the Cabal’s major S[a]tanic holiday of the year – was fast approaching for Thurs. 29 Oct. through Sun. 1 Nov.
From now through Halloween and the Nov. 3 Presidential Election, the [Deep]State would likely be trying to cause extensive chaos by disrupting food and delivery system distribution, funding riots in major cities, along with causing confusion at the voting booths for a purpose of stopping Trump’s re-election and RV exchanges. We could expect Mass Arrests and perhaps some form of Martial Law.
All US military have been notified to be on Alert, plus the National Guard has been called up for duty at any time and at least by Oct. 30. The military was needed for protection of voters at the voting booths and arrests of high end individuals including [H]illary [C]linton.
During this same time children were at risk as a prime target for the Cabal’s s[e]x orgies and child s[a]crifice rites during their All Hallows Eve celebrations in honor of S[a]tan. Please keep an eye out to protect children from Cabal k[i]dnappings, plus stock up on provisions in case of shortages in your region during a possible declaration of Martial Law.
It would not be until March 2021 that there would be a disclosure of names of the elites arrested, tried and executed, including videos of their confessions.

1. The RV started at 4 am EDT Wed. 21 Oct. with bonds and other assets being traded in Reno, Dallas, Miami, London, Zurich and Hong Kong. That trading was completed at midnight last night Wed. 21 Oct.
2. Groups started being paid today Thurs. 22 Oct. with Primary Paymasters down streaming funds to Secondary Paymasters to group members. Around 6:00 Central Time they finished and some privates were given liquidity at 8 pm.
3. Several sources said that the beginning of appointments for us, the Internet Group Tier 4b would be this week by or before Sat. 24 Oct.
4. This morning Thurs. 22 Oct. some people were put on a gag order and cannot talk to contacts until Sat. 3 pm EDT.
5. We were supposed to be able to set our appointments by the end of this week.
6. Banks have new enhanced Customer Service hours that normally wouldn’t go this late. They have set the schedule for Weekdays: 8 am to 11 pm, Sat: 9 am to 10:30 pm and Sun: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm.
7. On Fri. 23 Oct. President Trump would issue an EO on a stimulus package of $1.8 trillion dollars that would allow for what could not be passed in the House. It would come out Mon. and Tues. of next week.
B. Thurs. 22 Oct. Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:
1. Our military intel contact may need to go silent from Thurs. evening 22 Oct. onward because of the new communications monitoring starting Thurs. 22 Oct.
2. On Thurs. 22 Oct. social media posts, emails, text messages, Discord DMs, phone conversations, etc. would start being monitored by the NSA and military Ontel (DIA) as the RV / GCR Shotgun Release was now underway when Tier 4B notifications would come out.
3. The Intel Contact reported that you need to be quiet about RV related issues especially from the time you call the 800# and set your appointment. Everything you write and say about the RV/GCR could be used against you from the time you call the 800# through at least the 90-day NDA period following exchanges-redemptions.
4. On Wed. 21 Oct. funds were released to accounts of the tiers/levels above Tier 4B and money-of-account was being paid out into adjudicated settlement accounts at many levels.
5. Our Military Intel Contact confirmed that when the Shotgun Release started as Tier 4B notification went out, account holds would be removed and the designated initial portion of liquidity in those accounts would be made accessible to account beneficiary recipients. Globally sub-paymasters would start to make payouts to their downline account recipients across the 27 categories of the RV/GCR payouts.
6. On Wed. 22 Oct. morning at 5 am EDT funds were released.
7. Payments started Thurs. - Fri. 22,23 Oct.
8. This schedule was official. Similar timing came from Isaac in Zurich who reported on Wed. 21 Oct. that "Just heard very good news, Confirmation tomorrow Thurs. 22 Oct.”
9. Our Military Intel Contact reported that the payments-payouts-liquidity Shotgun Release would begin on Thurs.-Fri 22-23 Oct. and suggested that Tier 4B notifications could come out any time Thurs. 22 Oct into Fri. 23 Oct. and forward into the weekend. We needed to be ready for notification emails in our inboxes at any time during that period.
10. Sun 25 Oct was still a hard date to get Iraqi exchanges (and therefore global exchanges) started or there would be rioting in Iraq.
