Fleming’s Military Intel Contact said that lower level liquidity was rolling into accounts starting Thurs. 1 Oct. and that Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) would be going into our exchange/redemption appointments at any time.

Bruce reported that Redemption Center personnel were off on Thurs. 1 Oct. and Fri. 2 Oct; that Iraq was celebrating their new rate on Sat. 3 Oct. 3. Iraq put their new Iraqi dinar out after morning prayer. The International Rate was higher than they thought it would be.

4. The IMF encouraged Iraq to celebrate their new rate on Sat. 3 Oct.
