If so, the general Public would exchange currencies at the new International Rates on Jan. 27.

Tier 4B has been told they would have 8-10 days to exchange/ redeem at the Contract Rates before the General Public could begin exchanging.

Bond seller/buying of monies used to exchange/ redeem would be wrapped up over the weekend, or by Mon. 18 Jan.

Do the math because it looked like Mon. 18 Jan. would be a big day for a lot of reasons:
