In order to complete the mission and assure safety in the redemption/ exchange process, the Tier 4B start was moved to Mon.-Wed. 4-6 Jan. 2021.

Tier 4B would be given at least 7-8 days to do Zim redemption and exchange foreign currencies at special rates, after which the general public would be notified that they could exchange foreign currencies at the new International Rates.

On the Christmas Holiday weekend the old Cabal SWIFT global financial system was turned off and all banks across the globe began functioning under the new transparent Quantum Financial System.

On Christmas Day Fri. 25 Dec. – the same day as the Cabal’s Nashville RV bombing – the RV release process was officially underway. The St Germaine and Rodriguez Trusts started paying out into Collateral and Bank Accounts globally on Fri. at midnight PST 25 Dec.

B. Wed. 30 Dec. Our Military Intel Contact: There were five signs that the RV release was happening right now:
