1:45 Fed has become nationalized!!
David received the "ok" to release the material below.
1:50 Arrests via Defense Europe 20 not necessarily happening. They're being put in place.
There will be 3 days of darkness (no internet). Will use Presidential alert system will be used to make announcements.
Arrests occur during these 3 days.
Internet must go down in order to reboot the internet. "Dark nodes" (choke points) must be removed.
Alliance... "Do not fear these three days".
Stay inside your home during these 3 days... messages will be sent (e.g., Presidential messages).
David presents multiple similar reports from various sources.
David was texted today. Shutdown between 4/1 - 4/10.
3 Days of Darkness also was noted in the Bible (Jesus crucified... 3 days of darkness... Resurrection.

DW: I did recieve new briefings…4 differecnt sources….one source has 5 different high level sources…...I was not going to leak this intel…..but I was given permission to leak from a official briefing because I was told it now deosn’t matter because they have nowhere to go.

These 3 days where arrests will be happening is per the “Rico Act”
The Rico Act: When the mafia was going to all be arrested in the 1970’s, they had to come up with new laws to be able to arrest a criminal ring that goes outside state lines. This is the RICO law which is “Rackateering influenced corrupt organizations Act”
Rico allows for a group of individuals working in different states to be arrested all at once without a trigger that would make it obvious what was about to happen…You don’t want to tip them off s to what was about to happen. .
First you create “sealed indictments” Sealed indictments are created by convening a Grand Jury on the county, state or federal level. It involves high level prosecutors who presents evidence to a “citizen panel” This panel decides whether there is enough evidence for a “sealed indictment” . If they get the indictments then once all the all the members of the criminal enterprise have indictments then law enforcement is ready.
They “unseal” the indictments”and get everybody at once. We have a lot of sealed indictments and from what we are hearing…..during this 3 days many indictments will be unsealed and many people will be arrested..
