4- Allocating a special emergency budget to cover the requirements to combat the Corona epidemic and disbursing them to operational and investment requirements in accordance with specific priorities in terms of health reality controls and standards and challenges.
5- Collect the money due and the taxes imposed on the mobile phone companies without any delay or installment.
6- Adopting strict procedures for controlling and collecting non-oil revenues, especially in border outlets and for all provinces and regions, and registering federal revenues that are distributed fairly to all Iraqis.
7- Postponing the payment of all external debts, including Kuwait compensation.

He actually made fun of so-called "currency gurus". He bashed them 7 ways to Sunday. But as soon as he was done bashing them he kindly said afterwards having said all the negative things he said the gurus actually got two of them correctly. He said the Iraqi dinar and the Vietnam dong in his opinion were great investments and thought that some of his people should invest in them as well. He only touched on the two currencies for a fraction of a minute then he went on to...remind everybody that when the Kuwait dinar changed it created a lot of millionaires...there was a bump in the economy and a slight one because it wasn't as well know as the Iraqi dinar one but it created a lot of millionaires. He said but within 5 months 86% of these millionaires were flat broke. Flat broke...from time to time I read that article again just so I can hear his words so that it reminds me of what NOT to do once the RI or RV hits for our currencies

If it seems like you've been hearing about Supermoons a lot, these days, it's not just a figment of your imagination. In fact, in any given year, there are at least six, and as many as eight, 'super' Moons.
WHAT IS A SUPERMOON?
A 'Supermoon' is defined as a Full Moon or New Moon that is near or at its closest distance to Earth in its orbit.
It isn't really an astronomical term. Instead, it was thought up by astrologer Richard Nolle, in 1979.
Nolle defined a 'super' Moon as "a new or full moon which occurs with the Moon at or near (within 90% of) its closest approach to Earth in a given orbit (perigee)."
With the Moon closer than normal at this time, it translates into a Super Full Moon appearing slightly larger in the night sky. Without having a specific reference, however, it's not easy to notice a difference in the Moon's apparent size.
What is more noticeable is the brightness of a Super Full Moon. A Supermoon can appear up to one third brighter than a normal Full Moon!
The April Full Moon is often referred to as the Full Pink Moon.
The Super Pink Moon won't actually appear pink in the sky.
According to the Farmer's Almanac, it apparently takes its name from the pink flowers that bloom at this time of year from a plant known as pink moss phlox.
