The first obliges the Council of Ministers to send the names of those assigned to the positions of independent bodies and special ranks to Parliament, by no later than June 30, to end the management of those positions by proxy.
As for the second article added to the law, it stipulates allocating 30,000 job grades for the return of those whose contracts have been avoided by the members of the Popular Mobilization Forces.
