Samson: Masroor Barzani: We are looking forward to a comprehensive agreement with Baghdad that works for everyone's benefit

The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, met today, Wednesday with the consuls, heads and members of the diplomatic missions accredited in the region.

During the meeting, which was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, the latest developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq were highlighted.

The Prime Minister indicated that the new government's work program aims to carry out economic and administrative reforms, diversify the sources of the economy, and open the door for investment in various sectors and their development

The relationship with the federal government was also discussed at the meeting. In this regard, the Prime Minister said, "We look forward to reaching a comprehensive agreement with the federal government in Baghdad on all issues, in a way that serves the interests of the Kurdistan Region and all Iraqis."

The diplomatic delegation expressed its support for the Kurdistan Region and the Peshmerga forces in particular against the threats of ISIS terrorists, and the diplomats thanked the Kurdistan Regional Government for hosting the displaced and refugees.

The Prime Minister and his deputy answered the interventions of a number of members of the diplomatic delegation. Congratulations were exchanged on the occasion of the coming of Christmas and New Year's Day.

Samson: America is ready to take an international decision regarding targeting Iraqi protesters and activists

The American State Department renewed its call to stop targeting protesters in Iraq, while expressing its readiness to mobilize international public opinion about the ongoing systematic killings targeting activists in the movement in Iraq.

Samson: Political analyst: Failure to legislate the election law means going to a transitional government

A political analyst confirmed that the non-legislation of the election law for the parliament means "going to a transitional government."

The GOI: Um, because of this that and the other thing we can only give you 30 and we will do that.....soon.

(Notice, Not Tomorrow) see how they buy time.

The people: Booo but okay what can we do.

The international world chimes in and says " Give the people this, give the people that!"

The GOI: Okay! Okay! we will give the people the Full 100!... (in a Month)..*see how they buy time*
articles come out, "Read all about it GOI to give 100 to the people!"

The Dinar people *that's me* again jump and shout for joy.

A month goes by,

The GOI: Their's a law that says we can't give 100 so we will Amend this law and make it happen! Give us

30 days!..* and they again buy more time *

The people: Boo, now we really mad!

The GOI: Okay, Okay, We will give you the Full 100 on this day!

The day comes.

The GOI: we can only give you 60...maybe,..and that will take a month. .or two....

Rinse and repeat.

I hope we are not in the same pattern.

Joel1960: I wonder the same thing that you wrote about. But what I am hearing is that so many bad things have been removed. Also, Obama is gone in which the RI never stood a chance and Pres. Trump is in the driver's seat now which makes it all different. The old rules don't apply anymore. So IMO, the past is gone and all things are new. (Doesn't Paul say something to that effect, LOL) All I can say is Smile and keep the Faith.
