Samson:  The stock exchange announces its last session in 2019

The stock exchange announced on Thursday that the 26th of next month is the last day of trading of shares of its companies, indicating that it will allow the brokerage companies to complete the settlement of activity

The ASE said in a statement received by the Economy News that the ASE decided that the last trading session for 2019 will be a meeting on Thursday, 26/12/2019, while the first trading session for 2020 will be on Thursday, 2/1/2020   LINK

Samson:  Next week .. Baghdad and Erbil raise a budget agreement to put the law on the government table

The governments of Baghdad and Erbil are likely to raise an agreement next week on the budget next year, especially the paragraphs concerning the share of Kurdistan and the oil agreement, in order to put the draft law in the cabinet meeting next Tuesday.

"The governments of the center and the region are in the process of concluding an agreement on the 2020 budget on Sunday or Monday," said Diyar Berwari, a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) bloc.  He pointed out, that the agreement includes the determination of quantities of oil amounting to 250 thousand barrels to the company SOMO in return send the center government budget allocated to the Kurdistan region.

Barwari added that "the agreement will include many other paragraphs, especially with regard to investment and the development of regions and loans from various funds, hoping that the draft budget law will be presented to the Council of Ministers next Tuesday." For his part, a parliamentary source stated that "it is not clear whether the agreement will be on 12, 14 or 17% as a share of the region in the budget."   LINK

Samson:  Kurdistan: We will agree with Baghdad to be between 12.7% and 14% of the budget

A member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, on Thursday, that the Kurdish delegation, which will visit Baghdad next week will agree that the proportion of Kurdistan between 12.7% and 14% of the total budget.

Al-Saffar said, "The delegation of the region came to Baghdad for the purpose of agreeing on the share of the region and also to participate in the organization of the draft budget 2020 of the federal government because of problems in the previous budget as a result of the inability of the Government of Kurdistan to commit to deliver the amount agreed in the draft budget."

He added that "the delegation came to Baghdad to announce the commitment of Erbil from the beginning of next year to deliver the agreed quantity, in return for the region to get its share of the full budget, and will agree that the ratio between 12.7% and 14% of the total budget."  LINK

Samson:  Voluntary regiments in Baghdad to protect Mr. Sistani's house

Residents of Baghdad and most of its cities formed voluntary groups to protect the house of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali al-Sistani in Najaf.

The correspondent (Euphrates News) that "the people of the city of Baghdad in most of the cities gather in the streets and call out the loudspeakers to form volunteer regiments to protect the house of the Supreme Reference Mr. Sistani and will head for Najaf and set up their tents in the middle of the street of the Prophet."
He added: "The starting date will be tomorrow and in the form of successive meals for protection after they believe the government's inability to protect from the youth and some clan elders." Najaf witnessed security breaches after protesters set fire to the Iranian consulate and attacked some religious offices in the province.    LINK

One of the protesters with special needs Diwaniya sent a harsh humanitarian message to the supreme authority in Najaf, Ali al-Sistani, informing him of the status quo that has become the sons of Iraq.

The message was widely circulated on social media on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, after it gained the sympathy of activists and local and Arab media, especially when the Iraqi citizen spoke in strong words during which he expressed the suffering of Iraqis from corruption, unemployment, repression and militias with influence and money.

The citizen was surprised that the demonstrators are accused of being agents of foreign embassies or Baathists, stressing that they are the sons of Iraq who have lost hope of decent living.

Samson:  Iranian consulate stormed and burned in Najaf
27th November, 2019

The Iranian consulate in Najaf was burnt by protesters, a security source said Wednesday.

The source told Shafaq News that demonstrators stormed the Iranian consulate building in the city of Najaf and set it on fire.

He added that the Iranian diplomatic mission left the consulate 10 minutes before it was burned under heavy protection.

The source pointed out the withdrawal of the anti-people forces from the bridges of the revolution of the twentieth.   LINK

Samson:  Integrity recovers 23 billion and 500 million dinars from inside Iraq

Announced the Integrity Commission, on Thursday, the recovery of 23 billion and 500 million dinars from inside Iraq.

"The authority has recovered more than $ 565,000, more than £ 329,000 and nearly € 12 million," said the director of the recovery department.

He pointed out, "retrieved amounts from within Iraq exceeding 23 billion and 500 million dinars, as well as more than 500 thousand dollars."  LINK

 The Integrity Commission revealed the issuance of provisions for the recovery of funds worth more than $ 15 billion inside and outside Iraq, and while it pointed out that it has recovered more than 23 billion dinars to the state treasury during the past period, issued new recruiting orders against a number of other members of the dissolved Council of Maysan province. 

The director of the recovery department at the Commission, «morning»: «« his department is working to restore and follow up the smuggled Iraqi money resulting from corruption operations », stressing« the issuance of judgments during the past period recommends the recovery of amounts estimated at 15 billion and 631 million dollars ».

He added that «the Department was also able to book funds in dollars exceeding three million and 239 thousand, and in Jordanian dinars slightly exceeded one million, and in euros exceed 53 thousand, in addition to three thousand and 500 francs».    LINK
