Kaperoni Sam I Am some are pegged, some are floating. The IMF doesn't want countries pegged. They want them to float and let the world decide the value of their currency. Eventually that will have to happen if Iraq gets substantial investment. (Some 60 billion dollars) to rebuild that they are wishing for.
