Member: Hearing this week the markets are in a meltdown, Basel 3. Banks have to be compliant as of today, no more paper shorts.

Member: Hopefully mark got a lot of bond updates over the weekend

MZ: No new rumors since Saturday but most still expect things to kick off Tuesday or Wednesday of this week on the currency side. Bonds should see a very interesting 48 hours if what they were being told is accurate. Things seem to be coming to a head this week.

MZ: I did get confirmations from other bond holders that confirmed the same thing. And more Historical assets are being settled I was told …..which is encouraging. Many things are pointing to currency breaking loose this week.

Member: Silver hit $86.03 this morning

Member: Part of the silver runup this AM may have to do with Basel III going into effect today.

Member: Swiss bank is short 2.1 billion ounces of silver this morning…Swiss banks in big trouble.

Member: the world is nearly 20 billion ounces short of sold silver

Member: Heard that HSBC- London silver market has to exit all silver positions by Jan 31 or face fraud. Silver could be $347 by months end! Or higher!

MZ: UBS is saying silver could soon be in the triple digits. And calls all the shorts due.

Member: as fun as it is to watch sliver i believe we need to watch gold. im researching shorts on gold too I think will be just as big as sliver

MZ: What they are showing is the implosion of fiat currency. I am surprised the markets aren’t more of a bloodbath this morning.

Member: Charlie Ward says the banks have to be Basel 3 compliant today

MZ: When you look at Basel 3 Most banks hold paper silver as assets…..but they are not safe from physical silver shorts.

Member: Costco sold out of all silver in 72 hrs. And the funny thing is, that Costco is like a meter for the middle class and for Costco to sell out of silver they know something coming. People are waking up

Member: Mark, so if we go to an asset baked (Gold & Silver) dollar what happens to the Gold & Silver Market?

MZ: Metals values will go way up and fiat currencies will go way down. There may be short period of uncertainty and things will suddenly become stabilized. At least that is what history has taught us

Member: The big financial meetings in Davos are this week. Trump is going .

Member: Trump is taking the big guns with him to Davos and I don’t mean Powell

MZ: Look for fireworks from Trump at Davos.

Member: Fed Chairman Jerome Powell is being investigated this week.

MZ: Yes….this is interesting…it looks fishy as all get out.…...Powell had insane cost overruns in the Multi billions over the renovations of the Federal Reserve. You and I are paying for this renovation. It keeps going hundreds of millions over. Could there be actual fraud going on that needs to be investigated?

Member: Follow the money. Scott Bessent is doing a good job at this so far.

Member: I heard the clarity act was to be signed today

Member: More SCOTUS opinions coming out on Wednesday

Member: Frank26 had a good bank story on his video last night. The guy implied we will have seen the RV before the end of the month.

Member: A guy on Frank26 said he had a bank story saying THEY made an appointment end of month because RV will have happened

Member: on 1-9 (Fri) WG in Olathe Ks said they offer Premier Bankers and will verify foreign currency on site. Gave me their card and said call anytime.

MZ: In Iraq: “Economist: The new customs system needs a gradual approach to avoid system shocks” there is a lot of talk to slow it down instead of bringing it in all at once. (Sarcasm: They have been waiting 15 years but its just to sudden?) but, it will produce short term price fluctuations in the markets. So they may slow the roll put of implementation.

MZ: “ Government Advisor: the 2026 budget is the first law to be raised to the parliament and the exchange rate at 130 thousand.” So that the 1300. Why is this important? Because they are giving us margins here and these margins can change. Remember they put in mechanisms for rate changes. So they put a mechanism in their budget if they revalue….and now they are giving us a spread as well. So there is a built in mechanism for a rate change in the budget. Meanwhile they are protecting the people with built in rates.

Member: I believe when Sudani is officially back as Prime Minister – I bet the RV will go

MZ: I would not at all be surprised.

Member: This week looks to be huge!!!!!!

Member: Good morning Mark, Mod team, fellow RVers, and CBD gurus. hope everyone is having a blessed weekend

MZ: It will be a little fun this morning for the news. I have things from bond contacts…..I cannot share everything because I have agreed not to. This is for the personal safety of their funds.

MZ: I have a number of bond contacts telling me that there are a lot more bond related Historical artifacts or boxes of very historic stuff came to the market….three different buyers and a mad scramble

MZ: I have one contact tell me that absolutely some fellow bond holders have been paid. But he won’t give me details. I will be trying to find confirmations but they do expect something big to happen this coming week in the revaluation process.

MZ: A number of bond contacts are eying this upcoming week for great movement. Does this mean we may know the date ? I do not know but expect a substantial amount of news between now and Monday based on the overwhelming amount of messages I got last night

MZ: Group rumors are about the same as bond rumors about this coming week. Most seem to be focused on Tuesday as getting some positive news. But I have had a couple folks in groups say that timing wise …things are starting to process…..we will see.

MZ: Stay calm as there are a lot of indicators right now pointing at the same time.

MZ: We have Iraqi Parliament going back to work tomorrow and I think Monday is going to be a big news day for a change. I am pretty excited about this one.

MZ: Dominating the news in Iraq is non-oil revenues. And possibly reducing the Customs rates or possibly postponing and going in with levels . this is the same law passed years ago and finally implementing …..of course people are screaming about it.

MZ: They have been asking Sudani to sit in and preside on these meetings. I think they have figured out things will not work without Sudani right now. There is a number of sensitive subjects for tomorrow in Iraq which means that Monday should be a big news day for them as well.

MZ: Rumors from Iran is that overnight Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was moved into a bunker and that the Iranian guard has been routed and removed from the streets. Possibly their chain of command is imploding. If any of this is accurate we may be seeing the end of the Iranian regime from 1979. If so this is very historic.

MZ: If true they wont have to worry about Iranian influence in Iraq any more and will be free to pull the trigger.

MZ: There was a little bit of a leak at Goldman Sacs. They believe silver could go to $412. They quate the reason which is about a 8.7 billion oz. short.

MZ: The news is really coming loose…..now we have to see what is real. I think Monday morning will have far better than normal news. I am expecting some fun stuff early in the week to tell us where we are headed.

MZ: My banking contacts that did not work this weekend gave me an update ….They were told to (what it appears) “enjoy your last weekend off for a few months” I am excited about this news. But stay grounded as we find out what is real and what is not.

MZ: Wow…we have had some interesting bank stories as of late …many informed they will see this soon but don’t know the exact timing…..sent to me by you guys.

MZ: This is going to be a crazy week…..buckle up…we may have run out of rope and done kicking that can.

MZ: From Iraq: “Why does the CBI refuse to revalue the dinar in order to balance their budget?” Some of the chatter this morning is saying they are looking to go up in value.

MZ: Meetings in Iraq with Washington are going on day 3 right now. This is to make sure the militias are disbanded or absorbed into law enforcement or the military. Especially any that have ties to Iran.

MZ: On the bond side- it is still quiet this morning. I am hoping to have someone on soon to talk about the farm claims and the history of it. Hopefully for next week

MZ: We are not hearing much on the banking side, group side or CMKX side but, we have heard some great stuff this week. Like money is moving in some of the Indian Nations. I spoke with a couple of Indian leaders and some have said yes- we are being told we will get our funding most likely late in this week…..but heck its already Friday. But we have heard some positive things.

MZ: So I believe we are moving…just no idea how quickly we are moving.

Member: All the puzzle pieces are there….we just have to put it together.

Member: Is this puzzle a 50 piece or a 5000 piece? Asking for a friend

Member: I believe this rv is definitely event driven. There may be events yet to occur that we have no idea need to happen?

Member: I heard a rumor that they are saying Rv may be by the 16th of Jan or the completion of Rv will be in March

Member: Silver making it's third attempt to breakout over $80 and hold…third time's the charm, perhaps?

Member: I heard citi bank has 12 billion in silver shorts, Bank of America 3.75 billion also… due this weekend.

Member: Economists are saying Silver shorts could crash the entire financial system. I wonder if gold and silver will revalue before currency does?

Member: As I sit here doing nothing thinking about post RV, I realize Someday I will be able to afford sitting around doing nothing

Member: Almost the end of anther week. We are all still waiting for something good to happen

Member: Anything new on Prosperity Packages or CMKX

MZ: Nothing new on PP’s. There is a lot to watch right now though.

Member: I’m hoping CMKX will be in double digits with all the years and compounding interest

MZ: I was told that it was $8 to $10 dollars a share for the Fines and Penalties and the trust portion stays at $8 a share.

MZ: No fresh bond updates after last night. We had some doozies last night though. Go watch last nights video…It’s worth it.

Member: Will they cancel US Income tax soon?

MZ: This is just my opinion but Trump continues to mention it. Scott Bessent continues to mention it. We are getting more and more folks in the administration say we are about to see the end of income tax. I think its going to be canceled soon.

Member: I just hope its before April 15th.

Member: Will be be taxed on our currency exchange?

MZ: I do not think so…but do not know for sure…So I am prepared to be taxed.

Member: Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

Member: Is this true? Shafaq News today-"Officially, the exchange rate in the 2026 budget is 1300 Iraqi dinars"

Member: I guess Iraq is still going to operate on 2 books for now.

Member: CBI Governor Allaq was brought into Iraq Parliament and questioned on why the new rate wasn’t there.

Member: Funny how Al-Alaq keeps ignoring the elephant in the room with the fact that the dinar rate has to change regarding what they plan to do in 2026 and beyond.

Member: Rumor- US Forces are leaving Iraq by the end of this week!!

MZ: “Newspapers are interested in discussing the file of non-oil revenues ad the reactions to the new customs tariffs” and they are still waiting on the new government to be done. They are trying to get that done today.

MZ: As soon as they seat the President there is a 80% or so chance that Sudani will be chosen for Prime Minister.

Member: Citizens in Iraq are concerned over their purchasing power from what I understand and contractors are frustrated especially with the Ayscuda system in place so Im not sure how long the CBI will wait.

MZ: We do have the Washington representative and the US Embassy having a meeting with their staff right now “ Washington Embassy: Factions loot Iraq and America: Minister of Justice legal cooperates. “ I think they will have meetings for the next 2-3 days which is a little unusual at this time.

MZ: Don’t anyone jump off a cliff. “The exchange rate will be 1300 dinar in the 2026 budget” somebody on X did a great breakdown on this. That this is not a market revaluation but a budget revaluation. 1300 stabalizes the budget but not the market. This does not mean their won’t be an overnight currency reset or redenomination for cash holders or international RV.

MZ: I think we will see it in their Gazette , but I think you and I will already know and most of us will already done our banking before we see it in the gazette. I believe they will do RV first then post it in the Gazette.

Member: Went to our Wells for business yesterday, asked manager if Wells would be our redemption center , manager said don’t know but knows it’s happening not a time frame

Member: 12 plus States signed laws accepting gold and silver as LEGAL TENDER ya lol

MZ: A bond contact told me today that they were told they were busy funding the Indian groups right now in the US and Canada. And then we get the full release as soon as they finish. He did not know when they would finish, but felt like they would probably finish within the week.

MZ: This was from a call or update from their paymaster/attorney. He said they would be allowed to disburse as soon as they were finished funding the Indian Nations.

MZ: Way back when-we were always told that along with the Indian Nations we would get Farm Claims and then CMKX and historic bonds and the other funds like that. So if they are doing that….we could be very close to seeing CMKX ect.

MZ: This is two bond contacts now from different parts of the world that just told me they are funding Indian Nations …and then they will get to go right after. I find this very interesting that they have the exact same story even though they are from different groups with different people paying them.

MZ: This is very encouraging. But take it all with a ton of salt.

Member: From the past: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), Historic Bonds etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: Hoping Mark has some RV news today……are there any delays….are we waiting on the Iraq government to be seated?

MZ: Remember no one knows the timing and right now we are in extreme turbulence. Noone can figure out the exact timing…we can guess at it….study it…..follow the patterns….see the big picture and the final destination.

Member: Seems like the Federal Reserve injected more money into the banking system here last night. The silver price was at $77 last night and has gone as high as $82.58

MZ: I think it actually got as high as $83.10.

MZ: Your bond update is ….the contact who I thought had a meeting yesterday – that meeting is occurring today. So maybe I will have an update later.

MZ: I have one bit of group news. I am being told right now that the “Indian Groups” are being funded. The rumor is we are next and that’s when they release everything. I got this piece of news in the wee hours last night.

Member: You think Iran is slowing down the RV? There was an interesting news article about the “white paper” recap. Militia man think the regional chaos could be cover to release the rate

MZ: “ Resignation of the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iran for Monetary Affairs” Another sacrificial lamb. They keep trying to find somebody to take the blame. Buckle up. Things have stopped flowing in Iran. Iraq calls them because electricity stopped flowing to them but nobody answers. They just hear crickets. And nothing about it in the press. This is how paralyzed the Iranian government is right now.

Member: I have heard Tehran may be running out of drinking water?

MZ: “The most dangerous thing you may hear :News of the US Delta Forces in Iraq” Over the past few hours media reports on Iraqi platforms say the US elite forces called “Delta Force” is in Iraq and stationing near its border with Iran. According to Baghdad Today- Reports say Delta Force is positioned in the vicinity of the Iraq/Iran border with talk of a major shift in the security scene that may be witnessed in the next stage. This is a sensitive moment in history. And we are watching it live.

MZ: Is this a mad dash push to get Iran and Venezuela in the reset?

Member: I wonder -why Iraq is taking so long to “seat” president after election?

MZ: “Iraqi Parliament completes transitional steps until government formation” they will be seating the President then the Prime Minister.

Member: Alak (CBI Governor) is at or past their legal retirement age, if he doesn't act soon they may push him out

MZ: I do see a lot of rumors that Al Alaq is stalling the RV. But I can find zero sources who think that is accurate.

Member: It looks like corruption in the US is starting to be exposed…..praying we see bad guys in silver bracelets soon…….hoping the RV isn’t waiting on all those arrests starting

Member: Maybe we are watching the implementation of GESARA!!!

MZ: There is so much happening right now. Things look un-related….but they really all are related.

MZ: In Iraq: “Disarmament or buying time? US report reveals shadow game in Iraq” Militias in Iraq are saying one thing and doing another. There is a lot of support to reign in those militias.

Member: Japan and China are dumping US Treasuries…I believe the Petrodollar is going down

Member: I’m wondering with the big changes in Venezuela- will the Bolivar now be in the first basket?

Member: I read that the Bolivar had increased by 480%. hoping its true! they need it..we need it

Member: The Venezuela people liberated! The Iran people rising up! Maybe Iran will also be in the first basket?

Member: Irans currency has crashed……so protesters are trying to reinstate the former Prince and overthrow the bad guys right now.

MZ: Have they indeed made these moves so that those counties could be in the first basket? Could this be the first domino to fall? We may be seeing two large regime changes this week.

Member: I think the Iranian Crown Prince Palavi will be rightfully returned to power…I believe he was raised and educated in the US?

Member: Im thinking Mark Savaya (Special US Envoy to Iraq) may be en route to Iraq now while the focus is on Muduro and Venezuela.

MZ: “The Iraqi Government allocates “high” capital for the Rafidain bank in its new form” It has been reformed. We were told just before the RV we would see a reformation of Iraqi banks. This is a big one.

MZ: “Government Advisor expects global oil prices to rise after events in Venezuela” this may be good to support the value of their currency

Member: Some rumors floating around say Dong @ $5.35/5.40 ? Hope its true.

MZ: I have a short bank story. Somewhere between $5.35 and $5.40 take home for people who have been allowed to deposit …but cannot yet move it out of that bank. It comes with serious restrictions….but it seems something is going on. I am trying to get to the root of this and confirm.

MZ: Can you imagine taking home $5.35 and $5.40 on exchanging dong. And this is after fees and the spread. So I will be tracking that story and hope to have verification by Monday. That one got me excited

MZ: There was about a 50 million silver ounce short or paper that was bought and sold cheap. I wonder if they are going to buy the paper ounces and then demand delivery. Silver right now for physical is running about $80-$90 dollars right now. That could be game over. We also had a brand new buyer in the silver market who just dropped $15.7 billion for physical silver. So we are looking at a very interesting week coming up.

MZ: Iran, Venezuela and silver all happening at the same time.

MZ: That is exactly what I believe it will appear like to the rest of the world. They are going to try to keep this as quiet as they can. It will appear differently to us….we are more plugged in and banks will want us to come in so they have liquidity

MZ: There is not a huge amount of news which is expected between Christmas and New Years.From the bond side…they say things are looking great- we are finally back in place (In Asia) I have another person in place in Europe which I wasn’t expecting.

MZ: I also know a group person that is now in place and they are very hopeful for between now and Jan 2.

Member: China closes the door on silver exports tomorrow and the fed has injected 51 billion into the repo market to keep comex open!!!! Going to get interesting!!!!!!

MZ: In Iraq: “Government formation and 2026 budget top priorities for Parliament” It seems to be a mad dash for the budget, HCL and PMF. All of these -we have been told- were key pieces for the change of value for the dinar. They expect to do these within days

MZ: “Customs Authority: Revenues exceed 2.5 trillion dinars during the current year” This is part of the “White papers” reforms and we are watching them execute.

MZ: In Iran their currency is in freefall, people are rising up and the government is scrambling ….The Central Bank of Iran Governor has resigned.

Member: Does the US already have US Treasury notes printed?

MZ: There are reports that they do….but nothing absolutely concrete. We were told years ago they would start printing new US “Rainbow Currency” after 2017. Some bankers say they have seen it in their vaults. So I do think they may have already printed it.

Member: If Trump doesn’t flip the switch-who is responsible?

Member: Inquiring minds want to know. Chinese Elders or THE IMF or US Treasury or Iraq CBI or the GOI or Santa Claus…lol

MZ: I believe Trump is important in the decision but that the people putting up the gold -the ancient banking families NOT the Rothschilds ect….get to pick the timing …Personnaly I think its coming within days to weeks.

The Iraqi parliament on Tuesday elected Farhad Atrushi of the Kurdistan Democratic Party as second deputy speaker, completing the election of its leadership and paving the way for the election of the country's president.

The vote followed the election of Haibet al-Halbousi as parliament speaker and Adnan Fihan as first deputy speaker on Monday. The completion of the parliamentary leadership is a crucial step that triggers the next phase of the constitutional timeline for appointing the nation's leadership.

"The Council of Representatives has today completed the first constitutional step within the prescribed timeframe, reflecting a strong sense of national responsibility demonstrated by the leaders of the political blocs and the honorable members of parliament in carrying out the duties entrusted to them," Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid said in a statement.

Al-Halbousi also announced the opening of nominations for the presidency, according to a statement released by the Iraqi parliament on Tuesday.

Under Iraq's Constitution, parliament must elect a president within 30 days. The president will then have 15 days to task the nominee of the largest parliamentary bloc with forming a cabinet, which must be presented for a vote of confidence within 30 days.

Under Iraq's ethno-sectarian power-sharing system established after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, the presidency is reserved for a Kurd, the parliamentary speaker's post for a Sunni Muslim, and the prime minister's office for a Shiite Muslim. link

President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid affirmed on Tuesday that the Council of Representatives fulfilled its first constitutional obligation on schedule, demonstrating the strong sense of national responsibility felt by the leaders of the political blocs and the representatives.

In a congratulatory message to the Speaker of Parliament and his two deputies, the President stated: "Speaker of Parliament, Haibat al-Halbousi, we congratulate you on your election as Speaker of the Council of Representatives for its sixth session.

We also extend our congratulations to Adnan Faihan, First Deputy Speaker, and Farhad al-Atroushi, Second Deputy Speaker, wishing you and all members of Parliament success in fulfilling your duties in service to the Iraqi people in all their diversity."

He added, "The Council of Representatives has fulfilled its first constitutional obligation today on schedule, which confirms the strong sense of national responsibility felt by the leaders of the political blocs and the representatives. In this context, we remind you of the weighty task awaiting your esteemed Council in enacting laws that affect the lives of the people, who demonstrated their loyalty to the nation by turning out in large numbers to vote for their representatives in Parliament."

He emphasized that "the oversight role of your esteemed council will be no less important than its legislative role, as the people expect you to exercise your oversight role optimally. A parliamentary system and a genuine democratic experience are impossible without a parliament capable of monitoring the performance of the executive branch, identifying shortcomings, and holding violators accountable."

He concluded by saying, "We wish your esteemed council every success in fulfilling the remaining constitutional obligations on schedule." link

Mark Savaya, the US President Donald Trump’s envoy to Iraq, congratulated the Iraqi people on the New Year, wishing them a year of goodness, happiness, and change, through a video clip from inside the home of his friend in the United States, Ammar Matti, who posted the video.

Regarding the year of change, Savaya welcomed the decision to disarm the factions in Iraq a few days ago, considering the step an encouraging development that responds to the calls of the religious authority. However, he stressed at the same time that statements alone are not enough, calling for a comprehensive and irreversible disarmament, implemented within a binding national framework that enshrines the state’s exclusive right to bear arms, warning that Iraq today stands at a crucial crossroads between consolidating sovereignty and stability, or remaining in a spiral of disintegration and uncontrolled weapons.

Regarding Trump’s appointment of Savaya as envoy to Iraq, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said during a comprehensive interview with journalist Ghassan Ben Jeddou, editor-in-chief of Al-Mayadeen TV, which is close to the Lebanese Hezbollah: “We view the issue of appointing a special envoy to the US president in Iraq as a kind of interest in the bilateral relations between the United States and Iraq.

When there is an additional window for existing official institutions, the embassy and others, it will certainly be beneficial, for the speed of delivering messages and more flexibility and coordination in positions.” link

Member: Just read that the Iranian CBI governor just stepped down because ot their currency collapse. Will others follow suit?

MZ: “Surge of Economic pain pushes Iranians to the streets” their currency is in complete freefall and collapse. The government leaders in Iran are ducking and hiding. So yes I think more will follow suit.

MZ: They have people dropping left and right from their government. Including the Central Bank Governor and employees. Iranian people are protesting in the streets. When your currency falls -people take to the streets.

Member: Syria has taken away 2 zeros. Is it possible Iraq will do that?

MZ: Iraq says they will first lift the purchasing power and then delete the zeros….a very different approach.

Member: Mark, What is your take on many countries announcing the release of new currency. Is it RV related? I am still waiting on the US to announce asset backed currency

MZ: I very much think it is RV related. Many countries are announcing currency changes right now.

Member: I wonder- do we need a public announcement that the US is GOLD backed before we RV?

Member: Banks in Budapest, Hungary, will be closed for 4 days from January 1st to the 4th. They are getting ready for some changes

Member: Syria, Bank of England, Japan and Sri Lanka, ALL issuing and getting ready to issue new bank notes... This tells me there is a reset coming without telling me there is a reset coming!

MZ: There is no bond update yet. I know group people are finally back in position today. They had been traveling over the weekend. They had some meetings yesterday and have more this afternoon. It will probably be pretty late this evening before I get an update on that front.

MZ: So I will give that update in the morning unless it is just break away awesome news. I wouldn’t care if it was midnight….But, I am not expecting that type of news.

Member: I am so sick of talk, talk, talk…..we need some ACTION!

MZ: Many think he is….but I do not.

MZ: In Iraq: “ The House of Representatives bell rings to mark the start of the new session for the election of the second deputy speaker of Parliament” they are getting positions sat and sworn in. They are moving forward.

MZ: “Iraq’s Digital Transformation: 859 Government Entities adopt E-Governance” They said in their “White Papers “ that this was necessary for them to raise their purchasing power and remove their zeros.

Member: I talked with a Florida exchange about taking the dinar and dong….and they said we will not need a phone number- to just come in unless we were a whale.

MZ: Just make certain they verify your currency right there in front of your eyes.

Member: I believe if the bank does verify you currency on site…I think taking a few notes and seeing how the process goes is ideal first

Member: I will wait for the 800 numbers to know I am going to the best place with the best trained personnel……but you are all free to do what you want.
