Member: . it would make sense to begin a New System at beginning of New Year. 01-01-2026 ... so we should Redeem a few weeks prior ...IMO

Member: I believe things will just slide in quietly, nothing announced. Business as usual and the changes just take place.

MZ: implementation of Iso20220 starts today…..and its rolling out all over the world. Should make for an interesting Monday.

Member: Japanese Softbank Mayoshi Son and the UAE Trillion dollar investments into the U.S. is going to move in the bond markets (xrp) to the currency markets --- Enter ISO 20022 codes launched today

MZ: They are not going to be able to avoid a “forced” reset -if they don’t pull the trigger soon.

Member: I am hearing a rumor that they want ReValue by Thanksgiving

Member: Would love that rumor to come true.

Member: Mark any bond updates please? Thank you.

MZ: its still been quiet from bond and banking contacts. Redemption contacts say they are not working today.

Member: This probably means we will all go at once in a “shotgun” start.

Member: We had Sudani coming out saying purchasing power in the 4th quarter it's not rocket science it's very close

MZ: And they are telling us…we just have to listen.

MZ: Don’t know how I missed this one: “Meet the Secret Operations Room that monitors the pulse of the Iraqi Economy and protects the dinar from fluctuations” this should have you folks dancing for the week…for the month….for the year.

MZ: (Paraphrased quate: The Iraqi Dinar is still stuck in a “Restricted Market” and could only be traded in large quantities from the daily dollar auctions before adhering to the new standards (Which they have adhered to-Iso20220) which kicks into the world today….

MZ: today with the banks obliged to disclose their true ability to absorb shocks …In this context experts believe Iraq is nearing the end of their “forced stabilization” )In other words -pegged) When you end forced stabilization you go to a “managed” float and a “free market currency” . in 2025. As this date approaches the technical requirements for monetary reform begin to be completed.

MZ: Some believe Iraq will enter a new phase and they expect a direct announcement of the appreciation of the dinar and paves the way for a more stable and transparent situation in the exchange market .

MZ: Guys, they are telling us that we are about to see them fo from a managed (pegged or stuck) rate to a free floating rate. This is exactly what Kuwait did….and within 24 hours their currency was worth exponentially more.

MZ: They have put together the infrastructure and now its time for markets to determine its value. They are ending the program rate in 2025. Are we paying attention! We are at the very end of 2025.

MZ: Maybe this is why all my Iraqi contacts are telling me to look between Dec 2., to Jan 2 right now…..some think its on Dec 1st and some think a little after…

MZ: Some think they could handle exchanging all the private groups between now and Jan 2nd…and then they announce it to the world…..we shall see………but we are really close.

Member: Morning…silver back down, XRP way down, market down yesterday after a good jobs report. Are these good or bad signs?

MZ: It’s the markets desperately trying to find value in a fiat world.

Member: 33 days until Christmas. Think they will get it (rv) done before?

MZ: I think there is a good chance. But I do not know the timing.

Member: Lots of people excited about Iso20220 being implemented worldwide tomorrow. They seem to think it may be the trigger?

Member: Articles from Iraq say they are ready to implement it

MZ: It is called the SWIFT MX system

Member: I wonder if that is what Iraq calls the QFS system?

Member: Cross border payments are speeding up

MZ: Transactions that used to take weeks will now take seconds

Member: Is this December first date that something might happen true? Thanks

Member: Frank mentioned it last night…

Member: “Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani : On Tuesday a new mechanism concerning foreign currency was announced and will be implemented December 1st”

MZ: We are expecting some kind of announcement but want you all to stay grounded. Once they implement Iso20220 it will be huge for Iraqi banks and international businesses. And it could help support a more valuable currency.

Member: Don’t they usually announce things after its done?

MZ: They almost always announce after it is done.

MZ: On the bond side its still very quiet. Hoping this is a good thing.

MZ: “Learn about the "secret operations room" that monitors the pulse of the Iraqi economy and protects the dinar from fluctuations.” They are openly talking about how they work on these mechanisms. Read the articles…..This has not been a “Get rich quick” scheme. They have been methodically doing the steps to increase the value and stabilize the currency

MZ: They have been working on this for 2 decades. Not a get rich quick scam . Real governments, real banks and real fundamentals.

Mark talks a lot about anonymous articles saying investing in the dinar is a “scam” Listen to the replay for this analysis.

Member: Some of these articles make it sound like the Dinar is a meme coin, not a country’s currency. Just shows they don’t know history.

Member: I just don’t want to be one of those people that didn’t make long enough to see this.

Member: Any thoughts on Judy Shelton involvement in the new financial system?

MZ: She has certainly talked about a return to a hybrid gold system…..by this coming July.

Member: I believe we are supposed to have gold backed treasuries by July 4, 2026.

Member: Judy Stelton mentioned three things : drop interest rates to zero or negative, this will reward, honest work and output, issuing some sort of gold back treasury bond starting July 4, 2026

Member: Mark, do you believe we are heading into a critical 3 day window with major banking events occurring over the next 3 days leading up to the 22nd?

Member: Iso 20220 is supposed to implemented worldwide on Nov. 22.

Member: Maybe we waiting on the Nov 22 ISO compliance to go?

Member: so on 22nd November and Basel III coming in…. wonder if the SWIFT as we know it now changes too?

Member: New system….we call it QFS, but in reality it is blockchain…I think the banks are setting up the swift system to then change into quantum?

Member: Aside from the announcement of the asset backed currency and global reset, I wonder what we’re waiting for?

Member: BRICS launches payment system in 185 Countries today !! That was actually on Nov. 17th

MZ: “The National Bank of Iraq (NBI) successfully completes the transition to the New Global Standard SWIFT MX” They want us to know they have successfully completed the transition to the new global standard which allows blockchain ledger to track all movement. Necessary steps imo.

MZ: This is the new Iso20220 system or model for Iraq and their banks…..lots of good articles today.

MZ: I think I will be wearing that gold shirt soon.

Member: LedgerInsights: Last week Citi and SWIFT announced they completed a technical trial to enable the exchange of digital currency for fiat currency using adaptations to SWIFT’s messaging system. Beyond the technology and behind this payment versus payment (PvP) trial , this announcement signals strategic positioning from both sides. SWIFT is launching it’s own ledger and wants to play a central role in orchestration between legacy systems and and different types of blockchain.

MZ: In other words they are trying to carve out a place where they still matter with the new system…a bridge between the old and the new.

Member: sounds like the new QFS system may be called the new SWIFT MX system using blockchain in the future. Time will tell

Member: MarkZ. Iraq Business News article, CBI to support Dinar stability. Whoa!

MZ: “CBI-to support Dinar Stability” they have issued a statement to clarify the objectives. To mitigate risks associated with the investment of foreign reserves whilst achieving acceptable returns thereon. To support exchange rate stability through the provision of foreign currencies to meet the requisite requirements for financing balance of payments needs and to facilitate multiple channels for funding banks and financial institutions operating in Iraq.

MZ: “Iraq and Turkey resume negotiations on pipeline agreement” they have been running under a temporary agreement and now this one is up for renewal in 2026. They are trying to increase output throughout the region. This is part of HCL moving forward.

MZ: Barzani says they need to finish HCL and make it permanent. I was told for years that with this final agreement we will see the new dinar value.

MZ: “Economist: Fear in the streets about a new exchange rate with the birth of the new government” They are afraid they will reduce or devalue the rate. The only thing acceptable is to increase the purchasing power.

Member: Any bank stories today?

Member: My bank story is that the tellers just smile when I ask if they are excited about the new changes!

MZ: I am hearing some interesting things on movements of assets out of historic trusts. Things like the Dubai, Rodrigues and Euro trusts. They have been taking assets in the trusts and turning them “liquid” for disbursement. This means we should be very close.

MZ: I know a couple of Indian leader contacts who say they are expecting to have all their funds secured by the end of the week. I am hearing very positive stuff.

Member: And the Indian Nations are in tier 3….great news.

MZ: I know of a bond contact who has a final meeting tomorrow. Which means it will happen late tonight while we are in bed. Hopefully we will have news on it by tomorrow morning.

Member: Our world's will be great if this happens soon.....hope to have a great Thanksgiving this year

Member: Maybe we waiting until Christmas …when it’s allegedly easier to open the St. Germaine trusts?

MZ: I have heard no word yet on the St. Germaine trust.

Member: Trump mentioned a 20 trillion cash infusion before the end of the year...rv??

MZ: No bond update yet today. I am hoping for an update sometime this afternoon.

Member: Franks saying not til Jan 26. He thinks that is when the float may start….He’s basing this on his contact talking about Oliver Wymans report

Member: Oliver Wyman is an international banking accounting firm that is overseeing Iraq for Trump administration

Member: Wyman is the man behind the curtain in The Wizard of Oz

MZ: Noone knows when….and we will continue to see things that cloud the timing.

Member: The end of SWIFT is this weekend- Nov 22…. moving to ISO2022. Maybe this is significant?

MZ: In Vietnam “ Conference promotes Iso20022 in interbank payment system” they will be using blockchain to block, manage and move funds. I think this one is important. This technology is being put into place and Vietnam is on board. They are still under huge pressure -internationally- to increase the value of their currency….to balance trade.

Member: Wonder if Dong is waiting for Dinar or the other way around?

Member: Mark, did the Kuwaiti dinar plummet in value right before it revalued. i noticed the iqd is plummeting in value.

MZ: Very similar.

Member: “Smoke Gets in You Eyes” is a great song for this Iraq thing

MZ: “ Republican Senators urge Fed to revise Basel 3 endgame proposal and review Capital requirements” these Rinos are desperate to lower capital requirements in banks and go to pre-pandemic values of only 2% needed per deposits. Basel 3 makes banks keep 20% assets of deposits. They are wigging out because they will have to be more responsible now.

MZ: “SEC drops Cryptos from 2026 examination priorities is major policy shift” Trump is pushing to have an alternative to the banking system. This has to do with the war of “resets” He continues to push for options outside the Rothschild banking system . These same technologies are what you and I could call a “QFS”

Member: The problem is no one knows the finish line, it seems the goal post keeps moving.

Member: Trump is meeting with the Prince of Saudi Arabia today!!!

Member: Lots of brics news out today…..we can always hope if they all are gold backed…the US has to eventually go the same direction.

Member: Charlie Ward: 185 Countries have moved to BRICS! So that's 185 Countries against the US Dollar!

MZ: I don’t think we are in limbo- I think we may be in the doldrums for news while they finish it up….

Member: Some used to say there would be lots of confusion ..then quiet before the RV. Hope we are in the quiet part and RV is next.

MZ: Remember we do not know the timing.

MZ: There is zero, zilch news from bond contacts. That is not unusual as I don’t usually get updates until Tuesday or so.

Member: CBI ENFORCES FULL CAPITAL ADEQUACY COMPLIANCE ACROSS ALL BANKS

MZ: I wonder what they are preparing for? Is it a full integration into the global banking system? Is it for ascension into the World Trade Organization? Is it for new and improved values for their currency? Or is it for all 3? (and even some extra things)

MZ: It is interesting timing for things to come together at one time. Coincidence or a plan?

Member: mark z what’s most important HCL law or bonds get REER out. We are getting close to thanksgiving

Member: Some gurus say no RV until after Jan. 1….Iraq Parliament reconvenes on Jan 8. That’s why I think we may be waiting that long.

MZ: “ Government Advisor: Amendment to the Trade Agency Law supports Iraq’s ascension to the World Trade Organization” and “ Al Sudani supports Iraq’s ascension to the World Trade Organization with a new law”

MZ: They are trying to wrap up everything so they can ascend to the WTO. Sudani is in Erbil right now working on the HCL issues.

Member: I wonder if Iraq needs to be in the WTO before they an RV?

Member: I think the WTO is waiting for them to RV and then they let them in the WTO!!!

MZ: We know they have completed all the requirements. We have read multiple documents and articles on that. I think its all optics and timing…and they are holding it to go at the same time as the value changes.

Member: Frank26 thinks the float is already finished in Iraq

MZ: I very much think that float is ready to rip!

Member: I pray we see the rv before the end of the month so all of us have a extra wonderful Holiday season!

Member: Thanksgiving may be the best time to rv. 4 day weekend and congress out of town

Member: They may make us wait till ISO20022, which goes into affect Nov. 22.

Member: Sudani will be on the cover of NewsWeek on Nov. 21.

Member: Good Morning Mark and friends…..sure is a lot of rumors floating everywhere. Have you heard them Mark?

MZ: Some bond contacts have told me things have gone very well…..especially in Europe....and they are getting ready to move to Asia…..then the US. To me this indicates there is money moving.

MZ: If they are getting ready to go to Asia …they must be funded ect…in Europe. I have been told for a long time that the US was going to be last in this process.….because of too many leaks.

MZ: From Indian nation contacts….some indicate initial funding is there and others say they havn’t seen anything yet. They are being told to be prepared.

MZ: There have been interesting reports from sovereigns that may indicate we have passed a “GO” trigger. I don’t know how long it takes to cultivate from there….But there are very positive rumors this morning. I hope to see these rumors fleshed out before Monday Morning. If true -it appears tier 3 money is starting to flow.

MZ: Remember these are just rumors until proven. But hopefully by Monday we will have it figured out. If true….next week could be awesome.

Member: if this is in fact true. What part of next week do you feel would the rate change? I know some say Wednesday or Sat to Sunday?

Member: Noone knows…….but imo…..its anytime

MZ: Banking/redemption center contacts have not been called in this weekend. So I don’t think it will happen….yet

Member: TNT Tony thought the RV was this weekend…he just posted it wasn’t this weekend.

MZ: I wasn’t expecting it this weekend….but would not be surprised if it was this week.

MZ: In Iraq: “ A large part of the expenses cannot be covered. Iraq eats $11 billion from foreign reserves and deficit of $15 Trillion” Iraq is worried about this and want to make some changes so they have zero deficits.

MZ: “Bank of Indonesia Governor: Rupiah redenomination not happening anytime soon” Isn’t this curious? We saw similar articles like this the morning Kuwait revalued….and 3 days before China revalued. It sounds like they are keeping timing moving to keep us “off”

Member: You spoke of Indonesia Rupiah. Do you know what it might be worth in the RV?

Member: Rumor has always been $1.47 USD peer each rupiah……we will see

Member: FYI-My banks closing down the 26th, 27 th and 28 th.

Member: I've been watching and waiting for almost 20 years now... I'm beyond ready!!

Member: Are we watching for a market crash first?

Member: They’re running out of fingers to plug the dam. It’s about to burst…imo

MZ: I know Michael Burry and a few other economists say a crash is imminent and it is happening.

Member: Have the Indian tribes been paid yet?

MZ: I am getting differing stories from different tribes. But the short of it is – it has not gone to individuals yet.

Member: That’s what I heard too has not trickled down to the people yet Mark

MZ: On the bond side -they keep getting a one or tow day delay on final meetings. But they are asking them to stay close. To me it seems they are dotting I’s and finishing things and need to keep everyone in position to do it all at once.

Member: It sounds like these bond people are being played…Sounds like “The boy who cried wolf” or the boy who cried “bonds”

MZ: No updates from redemption folks since Wednesday. They were expecting to be “on call” this weekend.

MZ: In Iraq: “Newsweek selects Al Sudani for the cover of its next issue on the “Iraq First” vision” Sudani is riding very high right now. He is talking about the stability and the prosperity that is coming to the region. Many millionaires in his country as they are building for the future. I hope they ride this “honeymoon Phase” to increased value for their currency.

MZ: “Behind the scenes of the formation of the government “ Maliki and the Iranian influence has been blocked.

Member: MarkZ – I just listened to last night’s recording. Thanks for the info that the Indian nations and Indian contacts statement that their payouts are “immanent” and “latter part of this week”! Hope its true.

Member: Frank reported that the Iraq parliament has signed the HCL but not released it. And the IQD will reinstate at $3.22 to $4.26 in Q4 before January 1.

MZ: I would not be surprised on the HCL. They have a history of doing that. And I could live with those rates….lol I think it could be closer to the $4.25, but we shall see.

Member: the article released a few days ago said possible rates of $3.22 to $4.81

Member: That was in the the Zero Zero project….. the article released by Dr. Jabara a couple days ago??? He is economist in Iraq.

Member: Why would Iraq announce possible rates and not RV/RI quickly? Wouldn't that allow people & countries to purchase more! Wouldn't that cost Iraq more?

MZ: The bond side is still quiet. I do know of a couple with meetings on Thursday and Friday. No response from my contact that expected payment on Tuesday or the contact who had a payment pending in his account. They are being very quiet.

Member: Sudani was re-elected!!!

MZ: “ Sudani secures major victory in general election” They still have to finish counting and balance the early voting/special vote so it may be late this evening before we have the final count. But its projected to be a “landslide”

MZ: IMO – this is good news for those of us watching for the RV.

Member: Scott Bessent says $2,000 tariff checks from President Trump would go to families making less than $100,000 per year-Plus, MAJOR tax refunds coming in 2026 because of Trump's new laws… Nesara ???

Member: Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent: "You're going to see substantial announcements over the next couple of days. On fox news this morning.

Member: I am hearing good things- Rumor is the rate is coming today or to morrow

Member: Another rumor is the rate released to us on Dec 8th?

Member: Frank is reporting they have a date and rate….and he is hearing higher than $4.24?

MZ: I am hearing between the high $3 range to the high $4’s.

MZ: There are so many rumors floating around. We are hearing tons of rumors….just stay calm

Member: IMO-The IQD will remove 3 Zeros to price at $0.76. People are yelling NOOO, but when they include the US o.10% planned valuation, it becomes $7.60. Right where we believe it should be.

MZ: The chatter in Iraq is through the roof……Articles swinging all over the place. But this is exactly to be expected. Don’t ride the roller coaster this week.

MZ: I do believe that Sudani being re-elected is a good thing and things will be stable and push the RV along- to a close.

Member: So there is a “bot” monitoring chat now?

MZ: And it is set up so that if there is a NDA….We can plug the NDA in and it will remove anything that could get you guys and me into trouble….and possibly get your money clawed back. This is to protect us. We can get rid of it after our NDA’s expire. If there is no NDA- we can just turn it off.

MZ: I believe we are that close. I do not believe there will be an NDA…but if I’m wrong- we are prepared.

Member: Hope for the best- but prepare for the worst.

Member: Mark, regardless of NDA or no NDA, I’m personally going to act as if I’m under a strict NDA because it will keep me from having to answer questions I don’t need to be answering!

Member: Why would you want to talk about the wealth you just acquired? You'd be a target..

Member: Did the bond people get paid and have an NDA?

MZ: We do not know for certain…but I suspect some of them have……and those that leak right now do not have their money yet.

Member: Hi Mark... Will we have to pay capital gains tax on foreign currency exchange?

Member: There are no taxes or subsidies on purchases or sales of foreign exchange.

Member: I believe we need to wait until our appointment to know for sure.

Member: Can’t believe we are a year into Trump after waiting so long & we are still waiting!!!

MZ: Its election day in Iraq today. “Al Sudani’s advisor precedes results and talks on government formation will begin within two days” they want us to know that everything went well.

MZ: “Election commission: Ballot boxes will close on time with no extensions” Everything has gone smoothly and on time. Kurdish region is calling for a holiday tomorrow in honor of it. Turnout was very high.

MZ: “Central Bank plans to remove zeros from the Iraqi dinar” they want us to know where they stand and how much gold they have.

MZ: “ The Iraqi dinar without zeros: The Central Bank of Iraq launches a historic reform.” They want to reshape their economy. We finally have their official name for it The “Zero,Zero Project”

MZ: This move, which has been the subject of rumors for years, is currently under active development, with comprehensive studies and simulations having been completed. According to the Governor, the process will be gradual and meticulously planned to ensure financial stability while unlocking the currency's true potential.

MZ: This should have everybody a bit excited that Iraq and government officials are openly talking about it…..and would they be talking about rates of $3.22 to $4.25 if they were just lopping zeros?

Member: yes- if you go to the Federal Reserve website -they have a foreign exchange eeting at 4:15 today

MZ: There is so much happening. But the Federal Reserve meeting has been on the books for quite some time.

MZ: No bond updates today. I am not expecting any news until sometime tomorrow. Nothing from groups or redemption contacts …it is very quiet…so far.

Member: The calm before the RV storm

Member: Did you see the New York Stock Exchange is now moving to Texas?

MZ: Money is going to go where its appreciated and most efficient

Member: and tomorrow is election day in Iraq…what will it bring?

MZ: And we are keeping an eye on it. I expect the news to be slow until sometime tomorrow.

Member: Al Sudani stated on National Television the monetary reforms would be wrapped up and finished before 2026.

MZ: One of my contacts in Iraq says its his belief that right after the elections they will pull the trigger. They will have a “caretaker government” and they can’t say that they did it to change elections.

Member: Iraqi television Shafaq news started showing the possible new lower denomination dinar notes to the public.

Member: Iran is still talking about removing 4 zeros from their currency….imagine if Iraq does that to their exchange rate!?! It’d be $7.64!

Member: "The CBI developed several scenarios, internal studies predicting that the floating dinar could stabilize automatically at a value in the distant future between 3.22 and 4.25 dinars to the dollar."

Member: I saw an article that Indonesia announced they are going to revalue their currency and a new currency,.

MZ: My expectations is the new currency is already printed.

MZ: A lot of countries have said they are in the process of either redenominating their currency or printing new money . Setting the stage? This is historically unusual.

Member: All the meetings with central Asian countries the other day talking about a golden age. Hmmmm I think we getting very close

Member: I pray we get our new rainbow currency along with the RV

Member: Bo Poney is predicting "Big" things 11th to 13th

MZ: “ Iraq said nine Arab countries have about 1500 tons of gold reserves” they keep reminding us of this. Since this is a gold producing region that its highly possible they have even more than that. Enough to back their currency?

MZ: “Iraqi government enters the “caretaker “ phase after elections start” so the existing government that they have today gets to do things without worrying about affecting elections. They could take care of business without politics being played. It would be an excellent time for them to change the value.

MZ: I am very optimistic about the coming days ect…… between now and the end of the year.

Member: The new government being voted on tomorrow won’t take over until January 2026

MZ: “Holidays in Iraq this week” It is election week and some areas started “special elections” or early voting yesterday. The Kurdish region along has 97% turnout.

MZ: “The next parliament is required to legislate the oil and gas law” they have no choice and it has to be finished.
