Member: Anything new from bond contacts Mark?

MZ: I did have a bond contact pop up…one of my MIA contacts..…nothing shattering, but it explains the quiet as they have been “asked” to “clam up”. In a nutshell they have been strongly urged to “clam up” or it could affect their spot in line. Maybe after currencies. And many of his associates were told the same thing. So that is why there is so much quiet.

MZ: So it was impressed upon them and the paymasters/attorneys handling the transactions to be quiet or it could affect them and the order they are funded. I do have some contacts however that appear very wealthy…that didn’t before

MZ: So I do think some money is flowing. Can I verify it 100%? No. But I am vry confident they are being leaned on to not give away timing. But he did mention they are optimistic about this week.

Member: Mark go look on the national debt page and look how many new millionaires there have been over the last two years ….I’ve been watching…. you’d be surprised

Member: Iraq elections are on Tuesday….so last weekend for Sudani to drop the rate or possibly get voted out.

MZ: “Last minute pressures: Washington holds its breath ahead of Iraq’s elections” They don’t rule out that the Trump administration is exerting pressure to try to make it work. The US is doing its best for Sudani .It does look like he is over the 60% he needs now.

MZ: So the US is putting its full support behind the guys who wants to raise the purchasing power of the dinar…..or RV its currency.

MZZ: “Within 8 months, Iraq’s fiscal revenues exceed 82 trillion dinars” This is huge .

Member: It appears We will go after the election or maybe the first of the year of 2026.

MZ: I do have one Iraqi contact who said he believes the reason we have not seen the RV yet is because of “perception” They don’t want it to appear that the RV affects the politics. He said its his thoughts that it would make sense to wait uptil the day of or right after the elections so no one can claim Sudani did it just to get elected.

Member: Nader always said RV after the elections.

MZ: Andy Schectman and I have talked about China hoarding gold. Andy believes they could hold 10 x more than what they reported. They are also the number one Central Bank importer and buyer of gold . I believe they are ready to pull this trigger and help back this reset with physical gold.

Member: I believe Iraq also has more gold than reported. They report what has been purchased. Not what they have mined. IMO

MZ: We are still waiting for the FT. Knox gold audit that they have promised.

Member: after the RV i don't want to hear anymore the word "calm before the storm "

Member: or the words soon, imminent and fundamentals.

MZ: This weeks news has been slow and weird…..not bad….just weird

MZ: Nothing new. I even reached out yesterday for any kind of update….quiet. It may be the quiet before the storm. Guess we should enjoy it while we can.

MZ: No bond update today…but I do know a group that says they have positioned them for next week. They are hoping they will get the beginnings of dollars over next week.

MZ: There are all kinds of rumors. Some are accurate and some are not….stay grounded

Member: Ready for rumors to turn into fact.

Member: Maybe after Their Appointments, The Bond People Went Silent. Possible NDA's ...

MZ: Nothing from redemption center folks other than they are “on call” over the weekend.

Member: At least if all currency go to parity….we will at least get 1 to 1 on all currencies. Giving up on anything more by now.

Member: Frank26 thinks the dinar will come out at 1 to 1..

Member: Still hoping for a reinstatement of at least $3.22 on the dinar….we will see.

Member: Iraqi elections are next Tuesday. Wonder if Sudani will be re-elected.

MZ: “ Between popularity and International support , the coalition for reconstruction and development confirms the increase in the chances Sudani will have a second term” According to a poll he has a 76% approval rating by the people.

MZ: “The regions oil has entered a new equation after the water agreement with Turkey” This one is important to the HCL Hydrocarbon law. They continue to make progress on the oil and gas law. Many expect it to be done soon.

MZ: “Legal expert clarifies the time of the end of the work for the house of representatives” the current government is in power until Jan. 8th. 2026.

Member: Mark did you see this “Under your presidency, America is ushering in a new golden age.” Kazakhstan president said in meeting with Trump yesterday

Member: We are so tired of “Groundhog day” Hoping for solid news today.

MZ: It’s been a very dry news week…..maybe this is a good thing? Still have big expectations from many for Nov. 5th through the 11th. So maybe it’s a great thing to see so much quiet?

Member: Remember Charlie Ward always said it would happen on a Thursday. I pray he is right every Thursday!!!

MZ: On the bond side I know somebody is in a meeting right now as we speak. I hope to have a solid update by this evening. Most contacts have gone quiet.

Member: Mark, IF the bondholder that's in the meeting right now gets paid, are we a couple days behind him/her or is there anything else we should be waiting on?

Member: Frank reported Parliament does NOT have the budget yet. They are messing with amendments so they aren't getting it. Everyone hold your horses on RV. Patience is a virtue...

Member: We must be the most virtuous folks on the planet…next to historic bond holders.

Member: Well then open the starting gate and let those horses run

MZ: It is believed they are holding onto the budget because the rate is in it. That is what my sources in Iraq are saying. A number of them work in the government of Iraq.

Member: I am hearing the Iraq budget has blank spots in it.

MZ: Quite a few. And there is a mechanism in the budget for a rate change. Why would there be that mechanism in the budget if they weren’t expecting an RV????

Member: Any thoughts on RV before election in Iraq? Is Sudani so sure he will be elected?

MZ: “Poll: Sudani will win 60 seats in the elections” It looks like he could win. As he separates himself from Iranian factions….he will need US support

Member: If he would have released the RV…he would win in a landslide IMO

Member: Iraq is sure doing a lot considering they “can’t” at 1310!!

MZ: “Vietnam records a nearly $20 billion trade surplus in fist 10 months” They dominate exports with their under valued dong. This is why there is so much pressure on Vietnam to revalue their currency.

Member: I sure wish the US economy was a priority with the Trump administration. Seems to be last on his to do list.

Member: I think Trump is supposed to have an announcement at 11:00 today?

Member: Bet its about prescriptions costs or something……not RV related

Member: What the heck will it take to get whoever is in charge of RV- to let it go???????

MZ: I do expect some bond updates …at least one later this afternoon. I’m hoping it will give me an idea of where we are at. It’s been painfully quiet

Member: Painfully quiet all over…..sigh

Member: Are we waiting on a banking crash?

MZ: That would certainly force it.

Member: Yep. Crash incoming. Has to make sense to the public. Sucks, but we get it.

Member: Mountain Goat is not expecting it until January 2026 for the reinstatement of the dinar.. That doesn’t surprise me.

Member: Well…if that true…..Sudani is a liar. Imo

MZ: I still think its sooner. But there is clearly a “back wall” for it. Keep in mind they are purposely trying to cloud the timing. It may appear to much further off than it is.

MZ: “Central Bank sets banking reform plans” This may be what has Mountain Goat thinking it’s not till Jan 2026. They are talking about banking plans and reforms and saying many banks will be compliant and ready for International Standards by Jan of 2026. Most banks will be ready early 2026 with International reforms.

Member: Iraq's banking sector is already more advanced than most countries.

MZ: If they are going to implement these International banking reforms by Jan. I think they need a new rate before then. I am still thinking we are on the cusp.

Member: Think about it. Why would Iraq make a budget for 2026, just to redo it to change the rate in January? They’ll have the new rate before January 1st.

Member: I am still hoping for before Iraq elections on the 11th.

The Iraqis say that they have approval of 1 to 1 from the US. I think is a mislead also.

Member: if the dinar goes 1:1 I'm exchanging

Member: November 22 2025 ISO 20022 becomes international banking standard. They can’t tell you everything

Member: OIl is down to $60 if they abandon the "petro" dollar and instead we see a petro "DINAR" with a dollar exchange rate in Gold backed currency instead of fiat - include a debt holiday of the fiat?

Member: Mark, I saw my local Chase bank teller out of the bank yesterday during her lunch break and asked her if she was under an NDA. She said yes. She says all the tellers get nervous when I come into the bank because I know way more than what they know And you’re afraid to help me because I asked questions

MZ: wow

Member: My bank just went to a new system. Customer service couldn’t tell me why and wanted to put me on hold to find out what she could tell me! I said as long as you know. She said yes, we know.

Member: It is just sad that another year has passed with no RV & Trump has been president 11 months already…

Member: Mark, what are your thoughts on Trump waiting till July 4th, 2026 - our countries 250th.

Member: That’s when Judy Shelton said the Us will have gold backed Treasuries. Maybe Gold backed currencies by then as well?????

MZ: Nobody knows the timing but it sure feels like its very close.

Member: I think with what you have already shared and others Mark, we're looking VERY good for this week.

MZ: Bond folks are silent so far today….they have been through hell guys.

Member: Poor bond holders have been “Boy who cried wolf” over and over again.

Member: Have the bond holders been in “pending” mode before? I feel like it’s Deja vu.

Member: Frank seems to have a very reliable source, a high ranking attorney in the CBI, that says the new rate is for 2026 and will come out in January

MZ:I could live with that….but I am still hearing its sooner than that.

MZ: We do know the UN secretary General arrived in Iraq and is still there. This is on top of all the US representatives and banking representatives that are already there. There is a lot going on in Iraq. Ask yourself why?????

MZ: “ 90 Trillion dinars are hoarded by Iraqis and do not reach the banks” this is cash that is not in the banking system . The economic potential in Iraq is sitting under a mattress and not being used. The majority of dinar is being held in country ….

MZ: “Baghdad seeks to establish a Iraqi-US Investment Fund “ they want us tied together economically and joint invest in growth.

MZ: “Trump’s envoy to Iraq declares “Iraq is back” hailing renewed US role in Baghdad’s Sovereignty drive” . the new envoy is officially there and working. Make Iraq Great again. How do you make it great again? Increasing Iraq’s purchasing power.

MZ: “From the dollar to the yellow metal-how did gold become the guardian of the financial balance? Expert Hantoush’s analysis” He is explaining volatility, gold, declining fiat and money is running to where assets are sound. If we had are money pegged to assets…we wouldn’t be having these problems at all.

Member: FYI: In the 1930s and 1940s the IQD was $4.86 at its highest point

Member: I wonder- Will tier 4B be paid out of Dubai 1and 2 or will the countries have to pay for the currency being redeemed?

Member: <MARK> <Bank Story> from Canada! Friend, who got me into all this, called on Saturday. Her friends (Who I have met myself) called to say that their 20K Visa bill was zeroed out!

MZ: Iraq is continuing to check off things on the checklist.

Member: ok so Iraq is talking about rate change… hcl is all but done …and Trump have thumbs up …I wonder what's left?

Member: F26 just put out some great news. We're almost there according to him and his contacts.

Member: mm said that Iraq was all set to go anytime they want to!!!

MZ: It is overwhelming all the news coming out of Iraq.

MZ: “Banking sector reform in Iraq has entered advanced stages” they needed to get these things done so they can lift their purchasing power. Alaq is talking in depth all the changes they have made. Banks that did not initially come on board are now being forced to. It is not an option.

MZ: “Anbar has the largest reserves of pure silica sand in Iraq” 98 % Pure. Very interesting. They say this industry could meet or surpass the oil industry. This could triple national industry and resources.

Member: Rumor: some people are saying the US gave Iraq permission to RV at 1 to 1. Hope its true.

Member: 1 for 1 is a YUGE blessing

Member: Mark, I'm seeing where a lot of top people have been moved to a military facility like Marco Rubio and saw this morning that Erika kirk went too

Member: something appears to be happening….but what?????

MZ: Bond chatter still shows big expectations. Coming from some groups as well. One larger group sent a few people to a key area. They are jumping through hoops to do some last minute organization….. and they say they are ready

MarkZ: Which groups Mark Z?? Tier 3 or 4A??? Omega ??Admiral?? CMKX???

Member: Mark…. remember silence is golden

Member: Those bond people must have such long beards by now that they could star in a movie about castaways for 20yrs on a desert island...

Member: So Mark, how many of your bond holders have dropped off and gone silent? Isn’t that a good thing?

MZ: Like 8 out of 12 or so. # who were expecting funding on Thursday have gone totally quiet. And another one was told they get their funding next week. Along with group people being moved….this is one of the highlights on the “rumor side”

MZ: My banking/redemption center contacts are not working this weekend.

Member: Any idea why bond people havn’t got paid yet?

MZ: I guess they aren’t ready? They sure have a lot of folks positioned. If you look there are financial articles about nations holding historic bonds. Pretty much every nation in the world holds historic bonds in their treasuries. This is a well known, easily researched fact.

Member: I cant decide which is worse the situtaion we are in waiting for notifications or seeing the money in the acct but cant use it yet

MZ: I did nave a bond contact check in saying they would be completed by November 5th. Cross your fingers and hope.

Member: Remember, remember the 5th of November.

Member: Something big is coming, too much going on. Keeping us confused

MZ: You know they have to confuse the timing. Its purposeful. I understand why they have to do it but it just sucks.

Member: It would make sense for everyone to go together…no one knowing ahead of time… most likely bonds aren't getting paid until the RV goes first

MZ: I think it may go “all at once” as well. I think it would be bedlam if it all doesn’t go at once.

Member: Seems very likely Iraq will do something soon to revalue their currency.

Member: Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) There are NO newer smaller category notes issued or pictures even shown to anyone yet by the CBI and that includes the 10 and 50 categories. This is per my CBI contact. I assure everyone that there are absolutely NO newer lower denominations being distributed in Iraq anywhere. I just talked to my CBI contact yesterday and the CBI has not even released the notes yet. The instructions to the citizens as to how to exchange them along with pictures of them have also not begun. However, I will say that my contact told me that she is waiting for the “green light” to begin...

MZ: “ The Central Bank of Iraq obtains the international business continuity certificate (ISO 22301:2019” More International standards ….We are looking at an Iraq with no restrictions.

MZ: “Trump’s Envoy reveals his vision for Iraq” He pictures Iraq free from foreign interference and sovereign.

Member: Frank stated Iraq has asked permission to go 1 to 1 with the US and UK

MZ: I would be ok with that. It would be nice to get more….but I would be ok with it.

Member: If all the countries go 1 to 1…..that would be a reset and we would all still come out all right imo…they just need to “DO IT”

Member: Mark, do you think today or tonight might be our big day?

MZ: It might be. I think it’s a high possibility. I have not heard anything definitive but there certainly is a lot coming together at the same time.

MZ: There are lots of bond expectations for today. No updates yet….but huge expectations for today. This comes from 3 different bond folks…different individuals with different deals. I am expecting 3 updates throughout today.

MZ: Many, many historic bond holders are expecting something big to break today. Cross your fingers and say your prayers. If they get paid we are very close and currencies will be done soon.

Member: Mark I was informed by my source from the Treasury department that it is going to be a very good Christmas for everyone and that everything has to be done before the end of the year

Member: Wells Fargo in Colorado Springs and Denver have both said they are waiting on a rate from the treasury. Not hear say!

Member: Went to JP Morgan yest-they put me on a "list" w/3 others to be called when this flips

Member: I just talked to a private wealth manager from Chase in Columbus, Oh. and he told me the IQD is a scam.

Member: Sounds like Trump and team have met on the sidelines with a few countries. Hopefully he signed off agreements for the revaluation.

Member: He met with Vietnam, and Indonesia for sure. Along with Japan, Korea and China. Very successful trip for trade deals.

Member: On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that the rate is in the HCL?

MZ: I think the rate follows on the heels of the HCL. With the budget. That’s where I think we will see it. I am at a 10 that we will see this within days of the HCL

Member: Mark in case you've missed it CBI signed electronic payment system and Turkey/Iraq signed their agreement water/oil shares

MZ: And Greece has opened up direct flights to Iraq. The first European country to fly direct routes in and out of Iraq

Member: Fact: It's been 12,857 days since the Iraqi Dinar collapsed from $3.28 per IQD. That's >35 years...

MZ: “ Mark Savaya: A big agreement between Washington and Mosul” a big research center in Mosul partnering with the US. We do know there have been some high level delegations in behind closed door meetings that started yesterday. We are starting to see some “public” parts of it….but is there anything else we are not seeing just yet? Like possible a new rate discussion?

MZ: Article “Dinar RV : Will Iraqi election speed the process?” Will this political event trigger the long awaited RV? This is from an anonymous blogger.

Member: Mark, question about the QFS: when we go to exchange at a tier 1 bank, does our currency get deposited in the QFS or a bank account?.

MZ: As I understand it….all accounts after this reset become QFS. So if you have a current bank account…it will be a QFS account. It will be a whole new banking system. The QFS is a terem for the new and improved banking system’

Member: Many banks do not refer to it as a QFS. So if you ask about it…they know it by a different name. QFS is a dinarland term.

Member: And the SWIFT system goes away-Right?

Member: Besides hearing from you how else will we know if this thing goes?

Member: All the gurus will announce it…..and all the dinar blogs. It will be all over and you won’t miss it.

Member: Wouldn’t it be cool if EBS came out on Nov 5th “remember, remember the 5th of November”

Member: Daylight saving time will be November 2nd set your clocks back

Member: What new and exciting news do you have today Mark?

MZ: On the historic bond side….my contacts are still showing “pending” on their accounts as of the first thing this morning. Hopeful it will be released soon. It is their belief it will all release tomorrow for the bond folks. 2 More contacts are hoping for theirs tomorrow. One of these is a close personal friend of mine.

MZ: Bond folks expect their currencies to go within a few days after bond payouts.

Member: Is the Fed making an interest rate decision today?

MZ: It is probably announcing as we speak. Basically they are pivoting. They are going back to easy money but the fundamentals are still the same. This will probably lead to more inflation….so the question is “What is the plan?” Devalue the US dollar, then revalue gold, and maybe reset the monetary system??????

MZ: Some of the biggest economist names in the world are all talking about it.

Member: Per Frank26- HCL draft has finalized and approved by the Council of Ministers (COM) and just waiting now to be passed. Also parliament to have sessions before the Nov 11th (election day)

MZ: That is probably accurate. I am hearing it was read and ready to go out of committee to go to a vote in parliament soon.

MZ: An interesting article dropped in Iraq. “ Al Karwi: Parliament continues after November 11 and upcoming sessions to resolve important laws” they are letting us know that even with the elections, the parliament will continue to meet and pass laws. One of the laws they are concerned about and trying to get done is the HCL (Hydro Carbon Law)

MZ: I am still hearing the vote will be before November. Its great to know they are still meeting to grind out these laws.

MZ: “A delegation from the Erbil government arrives in Baghdad to discuss non-oil revenues” They are also pounding out HCL differences so they can pass it.

Member: Central Bank Iraq signs cooperation agreement … with Kuwait National Bank blending the two currencies within the region.

Member: I am praying the rate is in the HCL

Member: there's no other explanation for the lower denominations other than an upcoming RV / RI. IMO

Member: Mark Z, do you think since we are so close that all the banks that will redeem are trained by now for this process?

Member: They have had more than enough time to do so…imo

Member: I am still waiting for a audit of The Federal Reserve and Ft. Knox. They need to get it done.

Member: everybody relax...you will wake up one morning soon and boom the rate will be there

Member: This week in history -Stock market crashed

Member: Hoping Mark has heard something great today.

MZ: On the bond side my last check-in was late in their day yesterday…before their banks closed. Their accounts were still showing “pending”. They told me that their attorney had told them not to be worried…..and with transfers of that amount- it is not unusual for them to make sure everything is ok at all levels-before releasing…..

MZ: That was my last update…and then they disappeared. I do not have an answer yet.

Member: Maybe “no answer” means they got paid.

MZ: I’m hoping it means they are busy….

Member: IMO-bonds got paid cause they are busily quiet

Member: In reference to your bond contact. Whenever I have a significant amount of money being moved into my account -I have “pending” for at least 3 days.

MZ: And imagine a deposit for billions…….I am not to worried because transfers under our existing system do take longer. But I am impatient right now.

Member: Is there a checklist of things you were told to expect before the RV occurs?

MZ: I do not have a written checklist….and many things we were told needed to be done have already been completed.

Member: Per Frank26 hearing from Parliament contact they are scheduled to vote on HCL next week and they have the rate. Which I think next week means this week.

MZ: I think there is a good chance. Especially with all the chatter and Barzani saying “looks like they have to pay HCL within days of the election” to me they are trying to throw off timing and mean to do it before.

Member: So tired of all the HCL bs….. HCL is like a carrot on a stick for the last few years.

Member: Enough talk….we need some action on the HCL

MZ: There is a massive push to get the HCL done right now. And we are hearing they could actually vote on the HCL this week.

Member: Iraq just signed the floating gas platform and has entered the global natural gas market

MZ: “ Iraqi banks need comprehensive reforms to free themselves from the restrictions of working with dollars” They have already made many reforms and are tweeking the last few to get all banks free from restrictions.

MZ: Their stated goal is to return the dinar to its former glory…..

MZ: “Central Bank: Electronic trading rises to $60 Billion” They want us to know they are embracing these reforms and updating their banking system

Member: I find it curious Trump is in Asia where the elders may possibly be (cough cough) this week

MZ: And Trump is meeting Xi Jing Ping on Thursday.

Member: Trump/Xi meeting and October 30 seems to be big for the reset.

Member: The 3 largest credit unions in Mo are merging together. The new system is going in on the 31st. New system new sign on’s and new apps. Something is going on.

Member: My Credit Union said Bigger Banks will do the Currency Exchanges not them

Member: Navy Federal Credit Union has changed over to new system as their new mobile app doesn't work on my old phone.

MZ: Bank story….I am editing to not give away any names. “ A friend in Florida went to a Chase bank. They asked if there was any updates on the dinar and dong. The teller said “That is a scam” and my friend replied…”Oh really, guess I will call my attorney. Because I bought my currency here.” Within minutes the manager and his 2 bosses came out and ushered my friend into an office. My friend explained the situation and they all rushed to assure her that is was not a scam.”

MZ: Bank story cont: “This same friend also visited a wealth manager at a Wells Fargo Branch . She was visiting several banks to find a financial planner she was comfortable with. She had a good conversation with a financial planner at WF regarding currency and exchanging. The gal went as far as identifying which branch location will be handling the exchange for their bank in that city. She also indicated to my friend that we are very close. “

MZ: I think the Fed meeting tomorrow with an interest rate decision is going to be interesting. I think we will see a cut in interest rates. This should help the housing market.

MZ: After that decision we have Powell’s press conference.

Member: All good things come to those who have patience, but sometimes it is the most difficult to wait...

Member: I believe this Weekend Is In Play . . .

Member: My bags are packed….We are sitting on the tarmac…. Someone hit the ignite button!
