Member: GM MarkZ Did the bond folk get their money?

MZ: I am running into a brick wall trying to find out what happened last night. So, no bond news yet.

Member: Fingers crossed they have got paid and have a NDA…….no news may be good news?

MZ: My contacts that are still talking have appointments today and are expecting full dollars. One had a update call last night and is now quiet……not accepting any messages.

Member: Are bond people getting paid in fiat?

MZ: Anybody getting paid now is getting paid in fiat dollars. There have been a lot of “flipping” deals or “pre-deals” ….but it was always designed to be this way. In the original plan, even the fines and penalties were going to be paid in fiat to close out the old books. Of course, after the reset it all automatically turns into asset-backed currency.

MZ: They need to clear the old books, revalue the currencies…then reset and move all currencies toward parity.

Member: I heard that international bond holders have been paid and bond holder in America were next?

Member: I hope Trump is really turning up the heat on Sudani to get this done!

Member: It is possible Sudani will hold the rv until right before the elections as a political play. Personally I think that would be a bad move.

Member: I am concerned if it doesnt get done before the elections, we may never see an RV, they will just continue to use two sets of books

Member: I believe parliament in Iraq going on a recess starting on the 26th? Elections held on Nov. 11

MZ: I know there is a tremendous push to get it done in the month of October…..a tremendous push to get it done in the next 6 or so days. This is according to my finance ministry contact in Iraq.

MZ: “The Central Bank of Iraq develops the structure of external remittances. A crucial step against manipulation and smuggling” They are cracking down with their financial borders and working on “EXCHANGE MECHANISMS and LOCATIONS” we were told this is a step they will do before the revaluation.

Member: Frank26 said new exchange buildings have opened as of yesterday. Wonder what they will be exchanging?

MZ: That is what we have seen and that is exciting. They needed the infrastructure to handle the exchange.

MZ: “Government advisor expects gold prices to rise until the end of 2025” this is from Saleh….and they have been very up-front in Iraq talking about how gold will support the value of their currency and how commodities will be backing their dinar. Iraq calls it the “I-Dinar” and it is gold backed, digital and uses blockchain. Physical currency is backed by the I-dinar which is backed by gold. This is very cool.

MZ: This was posted on Twitter or X. “Prime Minister Sudani received a phone call from the US Secretary of state- Mr. Marco Rubio” There is a lot of back and forth going on right now between the two men. They talk about security, stability and oil…..also about the PMF forces and the cleanup going on in the country. They are partners with the Us and the US government.

Member: Hope they are also talking about the RV.

MZ: When the US armed forces leave…then we get paid…..our forces are leaving or being redistributed..…..This is a exciting time

MZ: I know for a fact that there are some Wells Fargos that are openly talking about the currency …and some even selling it in some locations… ….Many people have seen this in person. It is piece meal…..some know nothing still…..but many bankers have been specifically trained to handle the currencies we are looking at. The process has started around the world…not just in the US.

Member: My US Bank branch keeps sending me information on Wealth management.

MZ: They know its coming.

Member: Reports on Franks broadcast last night of a live rate on Forex posted after 6pm. Any validity to that Mark?

MZ: I am afraid Frank may be a bit premature. But what he noticed- what he saw was really cool. It is a great sign and very cool that the mechanisms are in place. No new rate just yet. But the process has started around the world.

Member: Last night Frank’s caller has seen 3.47 to $1 on the 4x. =.26… per Frank, the rate is in the updated budget. Budget goes to Parliament next week w/ the rate. Also, that Exchanges will open INSIDE Iraq on 25th.

Member: The budget I've heard literally has blanks to be "filled in" after the new rate is announced... we'll c

Member: Majeed said yesterday that “if you know what I know you’d jump with excitement.”

Member: Well we don’t…so I’m not….sigh

Mnt Goat (From Dinar Guru) Article: "ENERGY EXPERT: 70% OF THE ARTICLES OF THE OIL AND GAS LAW HAVE BEEN AGREED UPON" Quote: "... the oil export agreement will help to pass the oil and gas law in the sixth session of the Iraqi parliament, provided there is no political interference... fortunately 70% of the articles of the draft law have been agreed." ...the Oil and Gas law (HCL) has Not been passed and needs to be passed in order to see the reinstatement.

MZ: I will agree with that statement.

MZ: There are fake sites using my name…….just be warned that some are saying you can sign up for a QFS account there. It is not me….Noone can sign up for a QFS account right now and every imposter I find I turn into Interpol……just know this is not me. This is fraud and it is illegal.

Member: The QFS is a operating system that replaces the slow-moving SWIFT system. All bank accounts will use this QFS system. Nothing to sign up for unless you are opening a new bank account.

MZ: Very good way to look at it. The QFS will be secure and transparent all the banks will be using it.

MZ: The bond side is still dead silent. The first check in of the week should be late this evening. I will update then if there is anything fun….If not I will tell you tomorrow.

Member: Mark, Has the full HCL law passed in Iraq.

MZ: Not yet….but we are watching it.

Member: F26 said that part of the HCL was done.

Member: 70% of the articles of the oil and gas law have been agreed upon

Member: 12-2c allegedly became law yesterday now they are possibly waiting on 50000 dollar an ounce gold prices?

Member: Hey Mark, do you believe Iraq will do an in-country rate and then release to an international rate like Kuwait did for 10 days?

MZ: No, I don’t think they can keep is quiet in today’s internet age. Kuwait happened before the widespread adoption of the internet.

MZ: “The Kurdistan region deposits 120 billion dinar in the Federal Finance account” this is for August salaries…so they are still considerably behind. But it seems everything is working like its supposed to….or close enough. Money is moving….which is important for HCL

Member: The Iraqi elections are less than a month away. Sudani better get moving

MZ: The election runoffs start about Oct 26th. Then elections start Nov. 11. There is a lot of pressure to finish this thing before they go on break on the 26th.

Member: what happens if the rv doesnt go before the elections?

Member: Bye- Bye Sudani….IMO no new rate- he is out.

MZ: “Al-Sudani announces it from Baghdad: There is no return to coups. The constitution is a red line” They are now settling things like civilized people now instead of military coups and dictators.

MZ: “Barzani to a senior Iraqi military delegation: We still need the support of the International coalition” He is talking about containing Isis and security and how important this is. Their goal is to lift the purchasing power of all Iraqis.

MZ: “Iraq’s negotiations to join the World Trade Organization continues” They want us to know how awesome and great things are going. But they did not give us an idea on timing…but we know they have completed all the requirements.

Member: Maybe the WTO is waiting on a new rate to let Iraq in? the whole world seems to be waiting on this….sigh.

Member: My bank announced that they would be closed last Monday for training mentioned nothing about indigenous day or Columbus Day… And we weren’t able to use our ATMs through the weekend or Monday

Member: I live in the DC metropolitan area currency exchange said DC types are buying up Iraqi dinars and Vietnamese dongs . Something happening .

Member: Mark, are you still feeling good about this month?

Member: Do we have to register to be in tier 4B?

MZ: You do not need to register. Banks will be screaming from the rooftops to get you into their banks/redemption facilities to exchange.

Member: There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups (all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: Mark, everyone is concerned about going to the best banking facility that has the best rates

MZ: I am still being told the rates should be the same no matter what banking facility you go to…so they have standardized the rates on purpose to avoid this. I believe this to be accurate and true. If you are worried about this- do not rush to be the first person to exchange.

MZ: Bond holders have HUGE expectations this is their week. And more and more reports concerning this- timing wise…..Tuesday and Wednesday….most on Wednesday.

Member: I feel the pain for Bond holders, they have been promised "this week" for a long time now

Member: Mark I have a friend of mine who is a bondholder who said they don’t get their 1st tranche until tier 4 is activated.

Member: Frank26 said contractors in Iraq are po’ed because contractors have not been paid. And Trump told them to stop using dollars.

MZ: There is a lot of pressure on them to get it done on the contractor side.

Member: Frank26 also said Iraq budget article 12-2C has been passed. Now they can RV!

Member: Since the 12-2C section passed this weekend, how much more of the HCL law is left??

MZ: In Iraq: “ Central Bank of Iraq grants a license to the Nishtman bank in the Kurdistan region” This is part of HCL moving forward…. To me this means they are moving forward with the HCL agreement.

MZ: “Zabari: Mark Safay’s appointment is a bold step to restore Iraq’s sovereignty from the militia rule” He was originally Iraqi and the US is putting him in charge of doing away with the Iraqi para-military forces that were left over from battling Isis. This is a huge sticking point for peace in Iraq . Many of these forces were financed from Iran and other agencies. This was in their reform package so they can change the value.

MZ: They have just found massively more oil in Iraq. “ Unproven new oil reserves range between 45 and 100 billion barrels” Cementing its position of the third highest oil producing country in the world.

MZ: The EU is now cutting deals with Iraq and it is believed that huge percentage of energy for Europe will soon be coming directly from Iraq. This is them going international.

Member: MarkZ do you think the GCR including USA, will establish all currencies 1:1 right out the gate?

Member: I would be fine with all currencies 1 to 1…….just do it.

Member: Bloomberg reports golds rise helps emerging markets – Hmmmm

MZ: This is Andy Schectman…we talked about this last Wed. “ Zero hedge: “I have never seen anything like this” one bullion dealer sees a rupture in gold and Silver markets”

Member: Will we be taxed on this exchange?

Member: Chat GPT says anything over $200 will be taxed

Member: we don't get taxed on the return of currency now so why would we suddenly be taxed!? doesn't make sense to me

Member: I’ve been in a lot of countries. Bought their currency with dollars. No tax. Be very careful of the exchange rate though.

Member: About the IRS, As long as there in power they will tax all Capital Gains

Member: If it's taxed, so be it. Still a lot more than I have in my bank right now.

Member: Wasn’t there a document from our government that was taken down saying at least proceeds from a dinar exchange would not be taxed?

Member: What do you guess will be the dinar rate Mark?

MZ: I think the absolute worst will be a dollar. Realistically I expect it to be around $4 to $6.

Member: how about the Indonisian Rupiah rate?

MZ: I am still hearing $1.47…..and the dong I still think in the low $2 range. But no one will know for sure until we are at the banks.

Member: Tomorrow is Diwali day. Looked it up. It means festival of light for India and that it is good wins over evil. Interesting timing

MZ: Nothing changed since yesterday. Their expectation is for the coming week. They say they completed very important paperwork this past week…..things were very productive and they are looking for those dollars being distributes early to mid next week…..possible Tues or Wed….

Member: time for a class action lawsuit by those bondholders - emotional distress

MZ: Redemption contact says they are not working today. They are “on call” but not working yet.

MZ: They are doing their best to keep the RV a surprise….but they are certainly talking about it in Iraq.

MZ: They are talking about a final set of financial reforms …and announcing what the details are. Very positive. “From Washington: A new banking and economic reform package for Iraq” We have covered this meeting with Wyman going on in DC. A lot of meetings about digital reforms.

MZ: “CBI putting out new instructions aimed at stopping dollar smuggling.” These reforms would close the financial borders to not smuggle dinar out or into the country. International compliance. This doesn’t make much sense unless they are planning to revale the currency.

MZ: I was told they would close their financial borders with the RV and they need to be able to control both directions during the process. This is a great sign.

MZ: “Government Advisor: The ministry of finance has started preparing the 2026 budget” We never really saw a 2025 or 2024 budget. But my guess is they have to have a new value on the dinar first.

Member: I wonder how Iraq is funding all these new projects without having an RV?

Member: Frank26 says they are working on two sets of books.

Member: New PNC online banking is coming oct 24-26. Online banking and Zelle will be unavailable

MZ: A lot of banks have been updating last weekend, this weekend and next weekend,

MZ: I talked about it this week. Chunks are falling out of the financial walls. The financial system is falling apart at the seams. They need a reset.

MZ: Even Economic folks in Russia are saying the US is planning to use a crypto ledger style system (tether style accounts) to back the existing debt (phasing out the current debt) then go to “Gold Backed Treasuries” This is a gold standard for treasuries …then devalue the dollar and revalue gold. This is a reset. Other currencies will be going up in relation to the USD. A Global Currency reset back to sound money. ….all over the world economists are talking about it. .

Member: Saturday nights are allegedly the best time to release new rates…..fingers crossed for tonight.

MZ: I have had a couple check in. Noone has money yet, but they were told last night that money should go to their paymasters over this weekend and they would receive their funds early to mid week next week. They all said things are going “exceptional” some are looking at Tuesday to early Wednesday for their funding. So money should start moving this weekend.

MZ: In Iraq: “Financial inclusion has risen to more than 40% and the upcoming reforms are a historic difference” the CBI is taking victory laps for their economic reforms

Member: I would think a victory lap would need a “finish line” Come on RV

MZ: “The highest since 2003: Assurances on highest non-oil revenues and calls for economic reforms” They have not seen this high level of non oil revenues since 2003.This is part of their white papers to lift their value.

Member: Are the lower denoms out in Iraq yet?

MZ: They are showing cut sheets again (samples of the new LD’s) and talking about it in the news – but I havn’t been able to find any in circulation yet.

Member: Imagine walking in a store with a $200,000 note. And your purchase is $30. How they gonna give you change without lower denoms?

Member: Bruce is saying this weekend.!!

Member: Frank26 says Iraq is going to RI (re-instate) the dinar

Member: Is it possible that it could go over the weekend if many is moving?

MZ: I guess its possible. I know a couple people who think its highly possible.

MZ: My redemption contact who I’ve known for a long time says they are “on call” this weekend…..but so far they do not have to work.

MZ: There is no new specific news on the Vietnamese dong …..or any other individual currencies.

MZ: “ From Zerohedge: “ Regional Banks crash as more credit cockroaches emerge” The goal is to get this thing done before the fundamentals crash the economy. Regional banks are showing stresses and strain.

MZ: “S&P 500 poised for a 40% crash” Right now it is much worse than it was before 1929, 1999, and 2007 market crashes. So we are now at that point.

Member: FYI-October 29th 1929 stock market crash

Member: What are the odds RV will happen in 2025?

MZ: I’m thinking 99.9 % in 2025

MZ: Yes I think they will be quiet but we should be able to see some signs. If there is no NDA…I think they will just tell us.

MZ: Yes I still talk with them…but unfortunately they have nothing to report except they are on call…..they have done their prep and are ready. Not they need the “GO” signal..

MZ: I do not think the market will crash first now. If it does crash it will force the reset. But, I think they pull the trigger before the market crashes.

Member: My WF wealth manager used to tell me that it was a scam- no so much any longer. He knows something’s getting ready to happen.

MZ: In Iraq: “ Iraq’s commitment to International Standards paves the way for a return to dealing with dollars and attracting investments” Saleh is telling us the door is open in Iraq for full international banking. They are going to the world system with no restrictions.

Member: I wonder what happened with the HCL or deleting the zeros? Maybe it will all happen at the same time suddenly.

MZ: “Dr. Saleh Mahoud from Washington: We are committed to supporting the Central Bank’s efforts in banking reform” There is a meeting in Washington DC and organized by the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) in cooperation with Oliver Wyman International at the Ritz Carleton. They are telling us they are making all of these changes for International Banking, and inviting people to join them. They are becoming fully integrated with the world banking system.

MZ: “IMF expects Iraq’s economy to grow by 3.6% next year” The long term health of the country supports changing the value of their currency.

MZ: “ The rise in gold reflects the decline in the confidence of the US dollar” gold is the measuring stick and we are watching everything around it change value.

Member: I wonder- who will pull the trigger on the IQD rRV? is it the CBI, IMF, Chinese elders. Or US Treasury??

Member: There are several, back walls , in this RV, what in your opinion/logically, is your back wall?

Member: I am watching for before the Iraq elections on Nov 11th.

MZ: Great articles from Iraq: “ The deputy governor of the central bank of Iraq told CNBC Arabia that there is no intention to float the dinar’s exchange rate” They do not want a wild float…they want stability.

MZ: Another one: “ Central Bank: gold reserves reached 170 tons . And an intention to remove zeros from the dinar” They want us to know about their gold holdings. They have increased their gold reserves from 90 tons to a whopping 170 tons. 20% or their total assets are Gold and it is growing. And they did say they are intending to remove zeros….

MZ: There was probably 50 articles out this morning -in effect- saying the same things.

Member: Question do you find it odd that Iraq would release news about the 3 zeros being dropped right now? Why not announce when they RI &RV ?

Member: Mark Z you've been over this a hundred times but sorry does deleting the zeros off the currency hurt us in the US

Member: If they take off the zeros, what would a 25,000 note be worth?

Member: MilitiaMan said this awhile ago and I saved it…. Militia Man If you do the math on it, if you drop the three zeros from the exchange rate of the nominal value of the currency. If the exchange rate is $1 divided by 1310 gets you .0007643 or real close, which is far less than a penny. If you drop the three zeros off the exchange rate you've done a big service. You've created value to that currency because if you drop three zeros from the exchange rate that is .76 ...They can then add the Real Effective Exchange Rate based off the non-oil revenue streams...

Member: the zeros would come of the value, not the currency itself

MZ: What removing the zeros means …Dr. Shabibi (The architect of the RV) told us….he has explained it. It is not a secret . they are not just going to cut off zeros or “lop” them.

They had 3 options: 1: They could update their systems and comply or they could 2: merge with other banks that have already complied or 3: Close their doors. Final cleanups. They told us this was coming.

MZ: “Will Iraq go through 2025 without a budget?” They weekend news cycle had them pushing hard to go before the end of the month and before this session of parliament ended to have a budget.

MZ: And the chatter in Iraq is to have a decision on rates and zeros before the end of this parliamentary session.

MZ: “Stability of the Iraq Dinar exchange rate: CBI paper” it his article they talk about the I-dinar…the digital dinar that is backed by GOLD and in a basket of regional currencies. This digital dinar will be in conjunction with physical cash and backed by assets. I love seeing this.

Member: I wonder -Does all this contribute to going gold-back and America having a gold backed currency?

Member: We are suddenly getting a lot of news out of Iraq. I wonder- Did Kuwait put out news like this before they revalued?

MZ: Yes they did…They would put out a lot of news like we are seeing today…then a day or two of quiet or negative news….this is very much a similar yo-yo. They will talk about implementing it for awhile then when it goes- they will do it suddenly overnight. BAM. They are prepared.

Member: Iraq currency is under the mattress due to lack of value. Raise the value they deposit it and use smaller notes in the street and there's enough for the exchanges at the ports.

MZ: “IMF and World Bank currently holding meetings in DC” they really don’t want to let go of the old banking system.

Member: Gold is up to 4200 and going up…. silver is up to 52 and going up

Member: Silver will be $60 aprox by the end of the year

Member: So have they stalled the historic bonds?

MZ: I don’t think they have stalled the bonds….i think they have gotten good at plugging leaks.

Member: Jon Dowling said that today is the last day for all banks to change over to the QFS …if not they’re essentially a credit union.

Member: Will the markets just switch over to asset backed without a crash? Fiat gone?

Member: Heard a rumor that we could potentially get notified by the weekend.. praying this is true

MZ: On the bond side I have somebody with a meeting on Thursday. Other than that- my best source has disappeared.

Member: That bond source is probably under a heavy NDA

MZ: I would call these rumors….but today they are very much verified. We are waiting for the articles with translations so we can share them

MZ: Conversations today …CNBC and their middle east office was talking about the value of Gold and how much Iraq has. “ The reason for the global rise in gold and reveals the value of Iraq’s reserves”

MZ: This is a fundamental shift in the world. Voltaire: Fiat always returns to its intrinsic value of zero. This is a cycle that has happened throughout human history.

MZ: Also today in Iraqi news they talk about “new notes” being printed in 50’s, 100’s, and more. What is the Value right now of a $50 note? About 4 cents. So why would they print a new note for that value?

Member: Central Banks , Gold reserves 170 tons with intention to remove zeros from dinar .

MZ: Yes today they talked openly about the project to delete the 3 zeros…..and increase the purchasing power of the dinar.

Member: Ok, so zeros are being dropped- what does that do? Is a25,000 now a 25 x the new rate?

Member: It is not a lop. If they increase the purchasing power that notes becomes more valuable.

Member: so, let's say 1 dollar is equal to 1300 Iraqi dinar. 1 divided by 1300 what do you get? now take away 3 zeros after the dot. you get like .67 . IMO

Member: Folks, there is no way that Iraq is going to bring out the “ Belle of the Ball “ at a rate that’s lower than their neighboring countries, imo. It also wouldn’t be the “ Father of the Dollar “ at .67

Member: I think Rate is currently 00076, so you move the decimal point over 3 spaces. So it's value would be 76 cents.

Member: The article says zeros will delete but don’t expect a float. What happens if the rate does not float?

MZ: They would do what we expect them to do and come out at a fixed value. A float would make rates be wild and crazy. If they do allow a float it would be a “managed float” with no wild fluctuations.

Member: Nader said 3 zeroes were being removed …. I have never seen Nader this excited

MZ: That fits with what I am hearing.

Member: Frank is excited also…

Member: Nader said the three zeros were coming off the currency but it’s supposed to come off the rate. Either way they would need to RI or RV.

Member: I honestly don't we will hear anything else from bonds, groups because we are so close.

Member: Did a little digging, looks like the IMF and World Bank Group Hold their annual meetings from 10/13-10/18 in Washington DC. Could be positive for the RV.

MZ: That could be very positive for the RV

Member: Hey Mark, IYO is Sudani holding this RV as a bargaining chip for reelection?

MZ: No..i think he best bet would be to release it and guarantee his re-election.

Member: So Nov 11 could be our back wall?

Member: IMO Until Sudani pulls the trigger on the RV, he is a liar.

Member: Sudani has been promising purchasing power for his people for 3 years now

MZ: He is going to have to anti up

Member: Since he told them it would happen during this term, I believe he is a man of his word. It will happen before the election.

Member: What else does Iraq need to do to kick off the RV ?

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Nader From The Mid East With me...I'm going to tell you the truth. Sometimes it hurts but it's life...When I said before, it's after the election, it's not before...Why? Cuz they use the election as a bargain...'If you want purchase power, you have to vote for me.' That's what they saying exactly on TV. You can see it in the debates and everything...The election starts in the end of next month.

MZ: The election starts Nov. 11 and I disagree with him and think the RV could start before. But he could be right. But I would think Sudani would like to do it before. That makes more sense to me then doing it after elections.

MZ: “The Prime Minister’s participation in the Sharm-al Sheikh summit is a clear message of Iraq’s regional role” Heres a picture of Sudani’s meeting with Trump. They are international with security and stability

Member: SOMO announces the export of approximately 2.5 million barrels from the Kurdistan Region.

MZ: “ The Central Bank of Iraq begins the implementation of the comprehensive banking reform project” It is being implemented and executed. It is done. This is a victory lap.

MZ: So we have peace, stable and secure with no inflation to speak of. Things are good in Iraq.

Member: Another box checked in the process of the RV.

Member: Will Iran currency be in the first basket?

MZ: I don’t think it will unless something political occurs in Iran over the next few days. I have a feeling it will go on its own after…..

Member: No matter when it happens, I feel blessed that I'm in the biggest wealth transfer! Many people have no clue.

MZ: Extremely. Look at the other options. If the financial system, as it exists, is going to keep running. It has already lost about 98% value of the US dollar…and no fiat system out there has done any better. It is not logical to think that the financial system we have today will continue indefinitely. We need a reset and a change back to “sound money” . History is replete with examples of financial resets.

MZ: No bond news yet today…..its still early- so this is not surprising…..but there are still expectations for this week. Maybe I will get an update today.

Member: They have a 10 day holiday in Iraq…we have a 4 day holiday and still nothing.

Member: Are you surprised that we haven’t gone. I honestly don’t get it.

MZ: Anyone doing any banking last week?…..many say it has not been working.

Member: ATMs In SE KS are not working, I drove 4 different banks

Member: I heard Bank system updates this weekend

Member: Electronic banking shut down at my CU starting tomorrow for 48 hrs. Hope that means something good.

Member: Every one of the banking institutions I use are all updating to a improved system in the first half of November ….some smaller banks and tier 1 banks

Member: My bank said it was updating it's system and now have a new home page.

MZ: There is some weird things happening with the financial system right now.

Member: I saw an article on Friday the USA having a tokenized coin that is going to be backed by treasury gold that gets me very excited.

Member: so what is going on with the banks?

MZ: My guess is massive updates going on. For the most part bank wires were domestically stopped last Thursday.

Member: AMPEX has gold $4,113.10….silver $52.22….wow!

Member: Mark, I went to my local coin/bullion dealer this morning as I do most Mondays. today they told me they got orders from their buyers that they are not to buy till silver settles. it's a big deal.

Member: Mark, do you think the RV will happen before Iraq elections on Nov. 11th?

MZ: I don’t think its this week…but its highly possible.

MZ: This one should have everyone excited this morning. Breaking news!! “The Article 140 Implementation Committee informs the citizens” they informed the citizens to get unfinished finance stuff taken care within one week because they are getting ready to implement the HCL 140 laws……They have one week. This should have everyone tap dancing right now.

MZ: I have been told for many years that as soon as we saw HCL fully passed- we would be within hours or days of a new value. This one article has me excited.

Member: I wonder if Iraq go ahead and change the rate before the 7 day request to get any and all expenditures to them regarding the HCL?

Member: Iraq is showing the Globe how to become a Sovereign Nation and a Profitable One At That!!!

Member: This is great news considering today is Monday and we usually don't get all this good news on a Monday

Member: this HCL news is massively exciting.

Member: I have seen this morning Iraq is attending the International Peace Summit in Egypt. This must mean they are part of the International community now.

Member: It’s curious to me that the Egypt summit is at the “Red Sea” Hotel …..Red Sea moment?!!!!

MZ: We were told peace would break out when this reset happens….and peace is breaking out. Sudani from Iraq is at the Peace summit after originally saying he wouldn’t go. And Trump will be there.

MZ: “ A possible handshake between Sudani and Trump. Is it enough to turn over a new leaf with the United States?” Trump and Sudani may have already met- in person …they are meeting on the sidelines in Egypt. What a great time for them to do a revaluation with both of them there.

Member: Maybe- just maybe we can finally see the finish line.
