MZ: I have had a couple check in. Noone has money yet, but they were told last night that money should go to their paymasters over this weekend and they would receive their funds early to mid week next week. They all said things are going “exceptional” some are looking at Tuesday to early Wednesday for their funding. So money should start moving this weekend.

MZ: In Iraq: “Financial inclusion has risen to more than 40% and the upcoming reforms are a historic difference” the CBI is taking victory laps for their economic reforms

Member: I would think a victory lap would need a “finish line” Come on RV

MZ: “The highest since 2003: Assurances on highest non-oil revenues and calls for economic reforms” They have not seen this high level of non oil revenues since 2003.This is part of their white papers to lift their value.

Member: Are the lower denoms out in Iraq yet?

MZ: They are showing cut sheets again (samples of the new LD’s) and talking about it in the news – but I havn’t been able to find any in circulation yet.

Member: Imagine walking in a store with a $200,000 note. And your purchase is $30. How they gonna give you change without lower denoms?

Member: Bruce is saying this weekend.!!

Member: Frank26 says Iraq is going to RI (re-instate) the dinar

Member: Is it possible that it could go over the weekend if many is moving?

MZ: I guess its possible. I know a couple people who think its highly possible.

MZ: My redemption contact who I’ve known for a long time says they are “on call” this weekend…..but so far they do not have to work.

MZ: There is no new specific news on the Vietnamese dong …..or any other individual currencies.

MZ: “ From Zerohedge: “ Regional Banks crash as more credit cockroaches emerge” The goal is to get this thing done before the fundamentals crash the economy. Regional banks are showing stresses and strain.

MZ: “S&P 500 poised for a 40% crash” Right now it is much worse than it was before 1929, 1999, and 2007 market crashes. So we are now at that point.

Member: What are the odds RV will happen in 2025?

MZ: I’m thinking 99.9 % in 2025

Member: Lots of rumors about today through the weekend.

MZ: It’s a great possibility based on the chatter out of Iraq.

MZ: No bond updates yet today…..I know of two people with appointments and they hope it’s a solid update or that they get paid….that would tell us a lot.

Member: When the bond holders do get paid, I think they will just go quiet

MZ: Yes I think they will be quiet but we should be able to see some signs. If there is no NDA…I think they will just tell us.

Member: Anything with Dubai 1 and 2? Hearing Dubai 1 is funded

Member: do you still talk to to any redemption center folks? Are they working this weekend?

MZ: Yes I still talk with them…but unfortunately they have nothing to report except they are on call…..they have done their prep and are ready. Not they need the “GO” signal..

Member: Tx Snake says banker has called in staff in prep for 800#s

Member: Do you hear anything from your IRS contacts?

MZ: They are feeling the crunch with over half of them staying home.

Member: I wonder- if the rates will float during the time we will RV or will it be a flat rate??

Member: I think the rv prices are set already. Even if it goes up and down. I just feel Trump probably negotiated it. I think he’ll take care of us.

Member: Do you still think the market will crash first…at this point?

MZ: I do not think the market will crash first now. If it does crash it will force the reset. But, I think they pull the trigger before the market crashes.

Member: If not a crash- it will probably be a much needed correction.

Member: Donald Trump supposedly has a big announcement 3-4 pm eastern today

Member: My WF wealth manager used to tell me that it was a scam- no so much any longer. He knows something’s getting ready to happen.

Member: today: $ 4258.10 gold $53.41 silver according to Kyco

MZ: In Iraq: “ Iraq’s commitment to International Standards paves the way for a return to dealing with dollars and attracting investments” Saleh is telling us the door is open in Iraq for full international banking. They are going to the world system with no restrictions.

Member: I wonder what happened with the HCL or deleting the zeros? Maybe it will all happen at the same time suddenly.

MZ: “Dr. Saleh Mahoud from Washington: We are committed to supporting the Central Bank’s efforts in banking reform” There is a meeting in Washington DC and organized by the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) in cooperation with Oliver Wyman International at the Ritz Carleton. They are telling us they are making all of these changes for International Banking, and inviting people to join them. They are becoming fully integrated with the world banking system.

MZ: “IMF expects Iraq’s economy to grow by 3.6% next year” The long term health of the country supports changing the value of their currency.

MZ: “ The rise in gold reflects the decline in the confidence of the US dollar” gold is the measuring stick and we are watching everything around it change value.

Member: I wonder- who will pull the trigger on the IQD rRV? is it the CBI, IMF, Chinese elders. Or US Treasury??

Member: There are several, back walls , in this RV, what in your opinion/logically, is your back wall?

Member: I am watching for before the Iraq elections on Nov 11th.

Member: Really hoping for before the holiday season. Want a wonderful Christmas for us all.

Member: So much information randomly coming out about Reset, going back to Gold Standard, Nesara/Gesara. Block chain etc. It's exciting.

Member: Mark if we are charged capital gains tax on currency exchanges-would we get the tax refunded when Nesara kicks in?

MZ: That makes logical sense to me. I’m really not worried….I have set aside extra currency in case of taxes.

Member: I've heard consistently it's a tax free event! Although fees may be by state

MZ: Great articles from Iraq: “ The deputy governor of the central bank of Iraq told CNBC Arabia that there is no intention to float the dinar’s exchange rate” They do not want a wild float…they want stability.

MZ: Another one: “ Central Bank: gold reserves reached 170 tons . And an intention to remove zeros from the dinar” They want us to know about their gold holdings. They have increased their gold reserves from 90 tons to a whopping 170 tons. 20% or their total assets are Gold and it is growing. And they did say they are intending to remove zeros….

MZ: There was probably 50 articles out this morning -in effect- saying the same things.

Member: Question do you find it odd that Iraq would release news about the 3 zeros being dropped right now? Why not announce when they RI &RV ?

Member: Mark Z you've been over this a hundred times but sorry does deleting the zeros off the currency hurt us in the US

Member: If they take off the zeros, what would a 25,000 note be worth?

Member: MilitiaMan said this awhile ago and I saved it…. Militia Man If you do the math on it, if you drop the three zeros from the exchange rate of the nominal value of the currency. If the exchange rate is $1 divided by 1310 gets you .0007643 or real close, which is far less than a penny. If you drop the three zeros off the exchange rate you've done a big service. You've created value to that currency because if you drop three zeros from the exchange rate that is .76 ...They can then add the Real Effective Exchange Rate based off the non-oil revenue streams...

Member: the zeros would come of the value, not the currency itself

MZ: What removing the zeros means …Dr. Shabibi (The architect of the RV) told us….he has explained it. It is not a secret . they are not just going to cut off zeros or “lop” them.

MZ: “5 Iraqi banks to leave the market and close their doors “ These are banks that did not comply. They had 3 options: 1: They could update their systems and comply or they could 2: merge with other banks that have already complied or 3: Close their doors. Final cleanups. They told us this was coming.

MZ: “Will Iraq go through 2025 without a budget?” They weekend news cycle had them pushing hard to go before the end of the month and before this session of parliament ended to have a budget.

MZ: And the chatter in Iraq is to have a decision on rates and zeros before the end of this parliamentary session.

MZ: “Stability of the Iraq Dinar exchange rate: CBI paper” it his article they talk about the I-dinar…the digital dinar that is backed by GOLD and in a basket of regional currencies. This digital dinar will be in conjunction with physical cash and backed by assets. I love seeing this.

Member: I wonder -Does all this contribute to going gold-back and America having a gold backed currency?

Member: We are suddenly getting a lot of news out of Iraq. I wonder- Did Kuwait put out news like this before they revalued?

MZ: Yes they did…They would put out a lot of news like we are seeing today…then a day or two of quiet or negative news….this is very much a similar yo-yo. They will talk about implementing it for awhile then when it goes- they will do it suddenly overnight. BAM. They are prepared.

Member: I want to delete the zeros from my Bank Account. Lol

Member: Iraq currency is under the mattress due to lack of value. Raise the value they deposit it and use smaller notes in the street and there's enough for the exchanges at the ports.

MZ: “IMF and World Bank currently holding meetings in DC” they really don’t want to let go of the old banking system.

Member: Gold is up to 4200 and going up…. silver is up to 52 and going up

Member: Silver will be $60 aprox by the end of the year

Member: So have they stalled the historic bonds?

MZ: I don’t think they have stalled the bonds….i think they have gotten good at plugging leaks.

Member: Jon Dowling said that today is the last day for all banks to change over to the QFS …if not they’re essentially a credit union.

Member: Will the markets just switch over to asset backed without a crash? Fiat gone?

Member: Heard a rumor that we could potentially get notified by the weekend.. praying this is true

Member: We’re approaching the Holiday season, an RV sure will make it The Greatest of all time for me

MZ: On the bond side I have somebody with a meeting on Thursday. Other than that- my best source has disappeared.

Member: That bond source is probably under a heavy NDA

MZ: I would call these rumors….but today they are very much verified. We are waiting for the articles with translations so we can share them

MZ: Conversations today …CNBC and their middle east office was talking about the value of Gold and how much Iraq has. “ The reason for the global rise in gold and reveals the value of Iraq’s reserves”

MZ: This is a fundamental shift in the world. Voltaire: Fiat always returns to its intrinsic value of zero. This is a cycle that has happened throughout human history.

MZ: Also today in Iraqi news they talk about “new notes” being printed in 50’s, 100’s, and more. What is the Value right now of a $50 note? About 4 cents. So why would they print a new note for that value?

Member: Central Banks , Gold reserves 170 tons with intention to remove zeros from dinar .

MZ: Yes today they talked openly about the project to delete the 3 zeros…..and increase the purchasing power of the dinar.

Member: Ok, so zeros are being dropped- what does that do? Is a25,000 now a 25 x the new rate?

Member: It is not a lop. If they increase the purchasing power that notes becomes more valuable.

Member: so, let's say 1 dollar is equal to 1300 Iraqi dinar. 1 divided by 1300 what do you get? now take away 3 zeros after the dot. you get like .67 . IMO

Member: Folks, there is no way that Iraq is going to bring out the “ Belle of the Ball “ at a rate that’s lower than their neighboring countries, imo. It also wouldn’t be the “ Father of the Dollar “ at .67

Member: I think Rate is currently 00076, so you move the decimal point over 3 spaces. So it's value would be 76 cents.

Member: The article says zeros will delete but don’t expect a float. What happens if the rate does not float?

MZ: They would do what we expect them to do and come out at a fixed value. A float would make rates be wild and crazy. If they do allow a float it would be a “managed float” with no wild fluctuations.

Member: Nader said 3 zeroes were being removed …. I have never seen Nader this excited

MZ: That fits with what I am hearing.

Member: Frank is excited also…

Member: Nader said the three zeros were coming off the currency but it’s supposed to come off the rate. Either way they would need to RI or RV.

Member: I honestly don't we will hear anything else from bonds, groups because we are so close.

Member: Did a little digging, looks like the IMF and World Bank Group Hold their annual meetings from 10/13-10/18 in Washington DC. Could be positive for the RV.

MZ: That could be very positive for the RV

Member: Hey Mark, IYO is Sudani holding this RV as a bargaining chip for reelection?

MZ: No..i think he best bet would be to release it and guarantee his re-election.

Member: So Nov 11 could be our back wall?

Member: IMO Until Sudani pulls the trigger on the RV, he is a liar.

Member: Sudani has been promising purchasing power for his people for 3 years now

MZ: He is going to have to anti up

Member: Since he told them it would happen during this term, I believe he is a man of his word. It will happen before the election.

Member: What else does Iraq need to do to kick off the RV ?

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Nader From The Mid East With me...I'm going to tell you the truth. Sometimes it hurts but it's life...When I said before, it's after the election, it's not before...Why? Cuz they use the election as a bargain...'If you want purchase power, you have to vote for me.' That's what they saying exactly on TV. You can see it in the debates and everything...The election starts in the end of next month.

MZ: The election starts Nov. 11 and I disagree with him and think the RV could start before. But he could be right. But I would think Sudani would like to do it before. That makes more sense to me then doing it after elections.

MZ: “The Prime Minister’s participation in the Sharm-al Sheikh summit is a clear message of Iraq’s regional role” Heres a picture of Sudani’s meeting with Trump. They are international with security and stability

Member: SOMO announces the export of approximately 2.5 million barrels from the Kurdistan Region.

MZ: “ The Central Bank of Iraq begins the implementation of the comprehensive banking reform project” It is being implemented and executed. It is done. This is a victory lap.

MZ: So we have peace, stable and secure with no inflation to speak of. Things are good in Iraq.

Member: Another box checked in the process of the RV.

Member: Will Iran currency be in the first basket?

MZ: I don’t think it will unless something political occurs in Iran over the next few days. I have a feeling it will go on its own after…..

Member: No matter when it happens, I feel blessed that I'm in the biggest wealth transfer! Many people have no clue.

MZ: Extremely. Look at the other options. If the financial system, as it exists, is going to keep running. It has already lost about 98% value of the US dollar…and no fiat system out there has done any better. It is not logical to think that the financial system we have today will continue indefinitely. We need a reset and a change back to “sound money” . History is replete with examples of financial resets.

MZ: Voltaire: “Fiat always returns to its intrinsic value of zero. “ History has been creating this example since mankind has been around.

MZ: No bond news yet today…..its still early- so this is not surprising…..but there are still expectations for this week. Maybe I will get an update today.

Member: They have a 10 day holiday in Iraq…we have a 4 day holiday and still nothing.

Member: Are you surprised that we haven’t gone. I honestly don’t get it.

MZ: Anyone doing any banking last week?…..many say it has not been working.

Member: ATMs In SE KS are not working, I drove 4 different banks

Member: I heard Bank system updates this weekend

Member: Electronic banking shut down at my CU starting tomorrow for 48 hrs. Hope that means something good.

Member: Every one of the banking institutions I use are all updating to a improved system in the first half of November ….some smaller banks and tier 1 banks

Member: My bank said it was updating it's system and now have a new home page.

MZ: There is some weird things happening with the financial system right now.

Member: I saw an article on Friday the USA having a tokenized coin that is going to be backed by treasury gold that gets me very excited.

Member: so what is going on with the banks?

MZ: My guess is massive updates going on. For the most part bank wires were domestically stopped last Thursday.

Member: AMPEX has gold $4,113.10….silver $52.22….wow!

Member: Mark, I went to my local coin/bullion dealer this morning as I do most Mondays. today they told me they got orders from their buyers that they are not to buy till silver settles. it's a big deal.

Member: Mark, do you think the RV will happen before Iraq elections on Nov. 11th?

MZ: Yes I do.

MZ: I don’t think its this week…but its highly possible.

This should have everyone tap dancing right now.

MZ: I have been told for many years that as soon as we saw HCL fully passed- we would be within hours or days of a new value. This one article has me excited.

Member: I wonder if Iraq go ahead and change the rate before the 7 day request to get any and all expenditures to them regarding the HCL?

Member: Iraq is showing the Globe how to become a Sovereign Nation and a Profitable One At That!!!

Member: I have seen this morning Iraq is attending the International Peace Summit in Egypt. This must mean they are part of the International community now.

Member: It’s curious to me that the Egypt summit is at the “Red Sea” Hotel …..Red Sea moment?!!!!

MZ: We were told peace would break out when this reset happens….and peace is breaking out. Sudani from Iraq is at the Peace summit after originally saying he wouldn’t go. And Trump will be there.

MZ: “ A possible handshake between Sudani and Trump. Is it enough to turn over a new leaf with the United States?” Trump and Sudani may have already met- in person …they are meeting on the sidelines in Egypt. What a great time for them to do a revaluation with both of them there.

Member: Maybe- just maybe we can finally see the finish line.

MZ: I had another historic bond confirmation that are expecting funds next week. I am excited that there are so many who are convinced they are done and this is it.

Member: What happened to the bond person who was supposed to get paid last Wednesday?

MZ: He had a (what he thought) final meeting on Wednesday…but then went back on Thursday and another meeting on Friday. Now they are telling us funds this upcoming week. A couple bond contacts were stuck in that loop…but are now excited for next week because they know things are on the precipice. They have done things that have never been done before with paperwork and on the banking side.The only thing left is picking up the dollars.

MZ: “ 3 Central Bank strategic projects under implementation”

MZ: “ 120 billion dinar of Kurdistan’s revenues ready to be transferred to Baghdad to pay salaries”

MZ: “ A month before the end of his constitutional life, Parliament faces a race of time to save the outdated laws”

MZ: These are all part of the HCL law. And the race to implement the HCL (Hydro Carbon Law) before this legislative session ends.

MZ: I am excited but cautious.

Member: does their term end this November?

MZ: I think it ends Oct 31st...then the elections are November 11th. There is a break in between the term ending and the elections.

MZ: There is a hard push to get things done in Iraq.

Member: I tonight a possibility?

MZ: I think it is…but wouldn’t bank on it

Member: What does your gut say?

MZ: That I wish it was already done.

Member: Feels like the Turtle & the Hare race ... as slow as this is moving the Turtles have a chance

Membr: I think that this whole thing is like baking a cake....we have all the ingredients, the RV is the frosting, Nesara/Gesara are the frosted flowers......we are almost there.

MZ: The bond side stays quiet. I had one contact with a meeting on Wed. and said it went well. They had another meeting yesterday and is having another meeting today. These meetings are with attorneys in Europe and having meetings daily. Very interesting as they push forward to finish this thing.

MZ: Here is your big piece of news in the main stream press: “US Senate unanimously endorses repeal of 2002 Iraq War Resolution” This is the closing chapter in the war in Iraq. We were also told that We would leave Iraq when we were paid.

Member: Does Trump sign this? If so, I bet that is the trigger.

Member: I think silver staying over $50 may also be a trigger…

MZ: “ Iraq wins 32 International lawsuits that save it an estimated loss of more than $2 billion” They are closing out the old books so they can use the new books.

MZ: “ Iraq’s financial reserves exceeds $100 billion” Which is also the value of all of their currency.

Member: When is the Iraqi elections. This should be the drop dead date on the exchange

Member: November- around the 11th I believe.

Member: Iraq stock market went up 46%

Member: "Iraq is getting ready to go big" ~Sandy Ingram

MZ: “ Ripple partners with Bahrain Fintech Bay to develop Blockchain and payment solutions” They hold 60 global regulatory licenses……this is a new blockchain backed banking system guys. The important part here is all of the nations have asset backed . Think of ripple as a “delivery system” for your currency and your wealth. We are seeing the entire financial system around the world change.

MZ: “Gold’s acceleration reveals vanishing calm , coming change” We are witnessing gold’s pending revaluation. A structural change in golds role in the financial system. We are watching the new system kick in. This is historically happening in “breakneck speed” although it seems slow to us.

Member: What's the news on your bonds contacts? I am down to two fingernails, the rest are lodged in the cliff we have all been hanging on to!!!

MZ: I had the one bond contact who had an appointment yesterday and has a follow-up appointment today. They said yesterday’s meeting went great.

MZ: My other bond contact would not comment on how their meeting went, but let me know that the treasury is chasing serial numbers and due diligence on some new intakes …there are some other countries and treasuries competing on some of these…..and he said things are going exceptionally well.

MZ: So they are doing due diligence on that one group and they say they are expected to go within the week with their full funding.

Member: Which bonds are you talking about?

MZ: Some of the historic bonds are American…Some are international. There are yellow dragon bonds and others from China…there are some from Mexico, Germany and other bonds that helped rebuild countries after wars.

Member: there are also railroad bonds….and many others.

Member: Shouldn’t CMKX be going if bonds are being paid?

MZ: We assume they are being paid…..if so CMKX/CMKM would go right before we go to the banks. Within minutes or hours.

Member: I wonder if Sudani is waiting to pull the trigger in Iraq on the dinar right before the election?

Member: Mark did you see this? Barzani: : "tripartite agreement would be the starting point for agreeing to. the oil and gas law."

MZ: “ Governor of the Central Bank: We have received 80 applications for the establishment of digital banks” this is one of the final stages in their “white paper” reforms

MZ: “The International Development Bank (IDB) sponsors the FAO port summit” they are building that “International trade” . the world is spending a fortune in Iraq right now. This amount of capital would not be going there if these organizations and countries were not confident that they would make money on it.

Member: Is it possible that Iraq and Vietnam revalued internally and holding off public announcement?

MZ: From ZeroHedge news: “Gold tops $4000 for the first time and how Goldman is trading the melt-up from here” This is fiat destruction…..and the domino in a global reset. This is a milestone moment. They are resetting the global financial system…and its right before our eyes…..

Member: Is gold at 4,000 and silver at 50.00 an rv marker?

Member: If it is- we are there.

MZ: They are all talking about a “reset” in main stream news now.

Member: As Gold Goes Up, The Fiat Goes Down: It's Called Revaluation

MZ: “ IRS to furlough 34,000 employees as government shutdown halts Treasury operations” This is about 46% of their staff. Most IRS operations are now closed.

Member: The Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) has secured SEC approval to operate as a national exchange

Member: Friend of mine in a Vnd group's leader headed back to talk with the Elders again and is saying toward the end of Oct.

Member: There are silly rumors going around that Vietnam could have revalued last night.

MZ: Are you at the bank? Are people seeing it on forex or celebrating in the streets? No – it has not gone yet.

MZ: They took a big step yesterday in re-classifying their stock market…..and yes…I think they will be going soon. But have they gone already- no.

Member: All right, it seems like someone lit the fuse. But just how long is the fuse? 10 ft. or a 1000???

Member: Mark, would you say we are on the tail end of the bondholders being paid? Wishful thinking?

Member: Member any word from bond holders that were supposed to have meetings already?

MZ: I have two bond contacts with appointments this afternoon. I should have an update this evening.

Member: Hopefully the 2 bond appointments this afternoon mean they are getting paid

MZ: there are quite a few bond holders …some in different groups…..some were paid from “flippers”

Member: did the Indian Nations get paid?

MZ: Individuals have not yet gotten paid…. they were still negotiating what they would get per month. But they have not been paid yet.

MZ: In Iraq” Parliamentary oil : All oil fields in Iraq will start producing gas” They are doubling down on gathering natural gas. They used to just burn it…..Its a huge source for energy independence.

MZ: This is part of their monetary reforms to lift the purchasing power of Iraqis.

MZ: This is from government advisor Saleh” 2026 salaries are fully insured” they want us to know that this is all squared away.

MZ: “KPMG to advise on reform of Iraqi banking” Many articles like this are out today. Every time we turn around they have another firm brought to Iraq confirming that their banking system is up to date and they have made tremendous progress in fighting money laundering and corruption.

Member: Iraq is all talk and no action…..they need to just do it.

MZ: I believe they are ready to instate a new value.

Member: Exxon is back in Iraq ….contract signed last night

Member: since re-elections in Iraq are in late November is it fair to say worst case scenario we could see the switch flip early Nov so Sudani keeps him promise?

Member: if he does not release RV….I do not think he will win the election…..he better get on it

MZ: Big discovery: “Geologists discover a massive copper, gold and silver deposit -the largest mineral find in 30 years” this deposit was found deep in the Ande’s between Chile and Argentina…We are watching all these countries as we are moving to an asset-backed world. .

Member: very peculiar how over last few months so many 'new' precious metals finds of huge amounts suddenly popped up!!

MZ: Fiat rises and falls. Voltaire said it best. “Fiat always returns to its intrinsic value of zero”

Member: When currency isn't established on a solid foundation, it crumbles eventually

Member: I heard a rumor there will be news about the US Treasury notes sometime today

Member: I wonder- Who are the people who make the final decision to push the RV button. ?? that still seems shrouded in secrecy.

Member: What is your gut saying Mark?

MZ: That we are painfully close.

Member: Praying Christmas comes in October instead of December
