MZ: No fresh bond news but they are positioned for what they expect to be “final appointments” meaning “money”. Overwhelmingly they are all expecting dollars next week. Some of my personal bond contacts have headed “out of country”

MZ: No fresh CMKX ,PP news or native American payments. But there are a lot of moving pieces to watch right now.

MZ: In the Iraq news there is a lot of patting themselves on the back over some of their accomplishments. Oil pumping started last Thursday for exports. They have pumped over a million barrels.

Member: Its interesting that today is Iraqs “National Day” and it was supposed to be a 3 day holiday. Nut now Sudani changed it to a 7 day holiday. Things that make you go Hmmmmmmmm

Member: Yes- I was watching MM and crew yesterday's and he was saying that the Iraq holiday will not end until the 10th .

Member: Regarding the extended holiday in Iraq…Frank’s contact Aki said a couple of months ago that the banks would shut down overnight and it’ll take a few days for a transition. 7 days would do it

MZ: A fun one for Zimbabwe fans. “ IMF executive board concludes 2025 article IV consultation with Zimbabwe” They say things are going well and growth is expected to be 6%.What the IMF is saying is Zimbabwe is out of the rough waters and heading to prosperity. Would be a great time to change a value.

MZ: “ US and Iraqi officials: Washington seeks to make the Baghdad-Erbil oil deal long term” They need that stability….Why do they need that stability? Lower fuel costs makes lower inflation in the US. But, is it also to support a value change of their currency?

MZ: “Economist identifies 5 benefits for Washington and the Baghdad – Erbil oil agreement” One of those benefits is to control inflation in the US.

MZ: “Al Sudani affirms the government’s commitment to supporting the gold industry and developing the business environment” There is a major push for gold. Iraq has always been famous for goldsmiths, gold jewelry and now a “gold city” But buried in here they have a metals exchange similar to the “Shanghai, London and the Comex metals exchanges. This is important to pay attention to.

MZ: There certainly is a lot of chatter about a countdown …we just need to see it

MZ: No fresh bond updates yet today….maybe this evening…but, they are still very positive.

Member: Bruce had some interesting bond news last night….saying bond holders have started getting paid and turned in their final document packets for their liquidity.

MZ: I don’t know about the “starting to get paid” part…but, they have definitely gotten final packages for liquidity.

Member: Story----My brother knows a whale and his friend was called and told it's done. around 8 dollar a dinar. hope he is right.

Member: Mark, I heard that Houston Banks and one of the centers has the rates put up, but not able to do anything with it yet

Member: Bank story this morning. Cash is limited at my son's credit union. My bank was unavailable in NC

Member: I went to my bank account and it said, the Federal Reserve Wire System is currently experiencing service disruption, I never got something like that before.

Member: Wow! APMEX has silver at $47.99 this morning.

MZ: In Iraq: “Parliament is in an undeclared recess. Laws are on hold and MP’s (Members of Parliament) are in a race for election campaigns” They are not getting anything done as they worry about elections.

Member: (From dinar Guru) Mnt Goat Article: “OIL: AGREEMENT TO DELIVER KURDISTAN’S OIL TO SOMO AND EXPORT IT VIA CEYHAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTION AND BUDGET.” ...we know the IMF kept telling Iraq from the results of their consultation sessions that they had to deliver oil on a steady basis and pay salaries on a steady basis. No more delays due to disputes with Baghdad. That these disputes between Baghdad and Kurdistan must end. Now with this new agreement it gives them the opportunity to do just what the IMF needs them to do – be a “united” Iraq...This will change the entire dynamics of Iraq. This will finally get the Oil and Gas Law that is required by the constitution. Through UNITY not DIVISION and Iraq finally picked unity...All I can say now is Woo Hoo!

Member: I believe Oct 3rd is the Iraqi Independence day.

Member: October 3rd is also a special day in Germany. its German Reunification day

Member: Tomorrow is the equivalent of our July 4th in Iraq, isn’t it? So could the 3-Day weekend be referring to Iraq and not us?

MZ: Yes its “National Day” “ National Day is a eternal station for the renewal of the pledge of sovereignty and unity” It is similar to our July 4th. A lot of people are pointing towards it and a great day to celebrate. I stopped looking at specific dates for the RV to stay off of the roller coaster….but it would be a great day to do it.

Member: I heard that the dinar was originally introduced on oct 3rd 1930 something …not sure if true

Member: I remember past reading in my research that Iraq wanted 3 days before we RV. Also Walking Stick reference that they appear to be running 2 sets of books to run the rates but we brought that up earlier

Member: The campaign season in Iraq starts October 3rd through November the 8th and the election is November the 11th so my opinion maybe will go by the latest November 11th

Member: Mark – did the bond guy who was told he would be paid in September- get paid?

MZ: No- they didn’t get paid and they have a meeting tomorrow when they expect to be paid. Stay calm until we have somebody freely and openly spending dollars.

Member: I’d be well off if I had a dollar every time you’ve told us to stay calm. LOL I can’t wait for the day I really need to be told that.

Member: The Shanghai Gold Exchange being closed the next 8 days

Member: Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) As investors in the Iraqi dinar, we just experienced a breakthrough we all have been waiting for, yes waiting for a decade. Most totally overlook what just happened. We read multiple articles since March on the disputes between Baghdad and Kurdistan and SOMO and other oil companies. According to Iraq these disputes are all now solved and the “tripartite” agreement cemented.

Mnt Goat Many ask me how can Iraq afford to pay out billions and billions of US dollar in order to exchange all these dinar investors? If Iraq is selling oil for petro-dollars than why is it so hard to see that our dinar exchanges will be backed by oil. Yes, oil will pay for it. ...So, the U.S. is investing in Iraqi oil. What the US Treasury is going to is loan out the money for our exchanges knowing that later it has guarantees to broker the oil and buy from Iraq at lower than market prices...the U.S. treasury is going to mark up the oil and to bring it to market at market level prices thus resell it to the thirsty world and make a tidy profit. The U.S. will make billions maybe even trillions. This is why they are “fronting” the money for our exchanges.

MZ: That checks out- the “Oil for Dinar” program

MZ: And Banking reforms are being implemented in a big way.

MZ: “ US dollar exchange rate continues to fall in Iraq” this means the dinar is getting stronger and more stable.

Member: Iraq’s stock market rose 46% in one day….IMO- someone over there got new money!!

Member: The meeting will discuss the new financial situation of the Kurdistan Region and expenditures after the IMPLEMENTATION of the tripartite agreement to export oil, (sounds like it done)

MZ: “20 billion barrels of Kirkuk oil fill reserves “ BP (British Petroleum) is talking about how excited they are. They are letting the world know how wealthy Iraq is. It makes sense if you are going to change the value ….you need to Let people know they can support it with commodities and natural resources .

Member: Let’s all put “October is our month” out in the universe!!

Member: With Iraqi elections coming up shortly…..October should be our month if Sudani wants re-elected?

Member: Maybe when Sudani is elected out for not making and keeping his promise… the new Prime Minister will finish the deal. Not sure if that’s what it’s gonna take.

MZ: I think he will finish the RV before he is gone.

Member: If Sudani is making this happen during his term he needs to get it in gear. Early voting starts pretty soon.

Member: I believe Iraqi elections are Nov. 11.

Member: Iraq Independence day is Oct. 3rd.

Member: The RV is taking longer than a snail on a sponsored crawl around the world

Member: Many of us have RV anticipation fatigue…..They need to just “do it”

Member: Tomorrow starts the next US fiscal year, The last quarter of 2025 and possible government shut down at midnight tonight….may be a big news day.

MZ: I think it is good for us. If the government shuts down – they can clean house and not bring back as many employees.

Member: if the government shuts down, doesn't all power go to the Executive Branch?

Member: Nearly 100,000 federal workers have resigned this morning, marking the largest mass resignation in history.

Member: I heard that corrupt politicians cannot be arrested while they are in session. But, if the government is shut down…they are not is session…are they?

MZ: Good point. Things are getting interesting

MZ: On the historic bond side- I know one person expecting a meeting today. Most bond folks are expecting things to free flow starting tomorrow. They were told there would be a release and wide spread funding this week. Stay calm. Until it happens it is just a rumor. Hopefully I will learn more this afternoon.

MZ: Even though the document on the picture in my thumbnail looks exactly like what we have been looking for….we doo not know if it is real …Is this Nesara that we have been looking for ….or a fraud to make us all look like idiots?

MZ: At the same time all staff officers have been summoned to Quantico….Something is afoot.

Member: Also its rumored that today starts the US govt going to electronic payments only.

MZ: In Iraq: “ Iraq is a promising investment opportunity for sustainable development in various sectors” They have become so stable that they are now attracting $450 billion in investments.

MZ: “5 key Iraqi dinar revaluations against the US dollar since 1968” I thought this one was great…This article gets into the history and was founded by the Iraqi currency board in London in 1948…In the past the Iraqi dinar was as high as $4 ….This article was fantastic.

Member: A rumor is tomorrow is the day

MZ: There are so many bond rumors screaming right now.….Bond rumors over the weekend was it would happen late Saturday to within 36-48 hours for all the bond aggregators to get codes…..I know...we have heard it before but there is a huge amount of chatter.

MZ: I am hearing these rumors consistently from high level, legitimate folks. Their meetings and conversations over the weekend were extremely good that there would be some type of release within 36-48 hours….then they start paying people out on Wednesday. We shall see.

MZ: Stay calm when you hear these rumors because filtering out the truth is getting more and more difficult. But they are extremely optimistic.

Member: Per Frank26 the CBI governor came back out at a Business Forum and said we have no plans on changing the value against the dollar rate. Remember Kuwait did the same thing and the next day they RVd

MZ: The article was almost completely BS. And yes we heard the same thing in Kuwait,…..then they changed the rate the same day.

Member: Nader had a live this morning discussing an article that said the IQD was a scam and warned all to not invest.... the misdirection has me super excited!

Member: IMO the iraq official that said they aren't changing the rate was being completely honest because its already done sudani said 18 yr process is completely done

Member: Sudani said monetary reform is complete

Member: IMO the hcl is done sudani said the hcl was tied to bank reforms and bank reforms are completed

Member: Frank25 said its against their constitution to say they are changing the rate

MZ: “Kurdistan oil is approaching 400,000 barrels per day. “ Oil is flowing. Many articles out all about this over the weekend.

Member: VND is having g their status and stock market ranking elevated from a C to a B on Oct 8th. Completely changes their international trade and business policies making them incredibly more compliant.

MZ: From zerohedge: “ Gold revaluation imminent-US Treasury hoard tops $1 trillion for first time” A number of economists are calling for the imminent revaluation og that yellow metal. This is a big deal and a change to our monetary supply. This is 99.9% a sign of a reset. And it is now being talked about on the world stage.

Member: Maybe a way to back our USN gold/asset backed currency as well.

MZ: gold currently at $3,834, silver at $46.94 …everything is on a run as it repositions.

Member: Any news on the government shutdown this week?

MZ: They expect it to shutdown on Wed. but the government politicians doesn’t seem all that concerned. Do they know something? Is there another plan? An opportunity to clean house?

Member: What do you think is holding the RV up?

MZ: I I just think we are watching the final moments of this game play out right now.

MZ: A video came out this weekend on President Trumps Truth Social account about medbeds….even reported on fox but has since been removed. “Medbed hospitals- a new era of healthcare” including a picture. Which I thought was pretty cool. (Mark shows the picture) They are talking about the future of medicine.

MZ: It was up for about 12 hours and then it was taken down.

MZ: Todays news is about oil flowing and how this paves the way for HCL implementation. I have been told for years that once we have HCL- we are done with waiting …….. Lots of news from Iraq.

MZ: Oil is flowing in Iraq this morning . Lots of anticipation out of Iraq.

MZ: “Barzani praises Washington’s role in success of the agreement to resume Kurdistan oil exports” there seems to be a lot of congratulating of each other. The US did play a major role with coordination of oil companies and getting the oil flowing. Rubio and crew was very involved with the process.

Member: First The Oil Flows & Then The Money Flows

MZ: “After two years of losses-Iraq recovers $1 Billion a month as Kurdistan oil returns to exports” They want us to all know that they are pumping and how more stable is the country now.

MZ: Barzani and Sudani had a phone call about HCL….and agree to move forward. Oil flowing paves the way. They are making serious breakthroughs

MZ: This one was sent to me by a member- Thanks Kevin This is from Friday June 1, 2007. “The Iraq Hydro Carbon Law: How and when?” They talk about how long this has taken , when we they finally have it and the stability it will bring. This was about a 20 year process and we are at the end of it. We have never been to this point before.

Member: Super excited with Iraqi news today.

Member: If oil is truly flowing there has to be a rate change. Nothing else makes sense.

Member: You all know it’s not rocket science that oil is not flowing without a change in the rate…IMO they have already changed them. And the IMF gave Vietnam permission to go…

Member: Imf put out a article last week green lightning Vietnam to change their exchange rate

Member: What if Vietnam just decides to go first?

Member: Yesterday I heard a rumor that Vietnam is ready and doesn't want to wait for Iraq to RV....

Member: Did the Dinar get pulled off exotic currency list?

Member: I heard it did.

MZ: Bonds have been exceptionally quiet overnight.

Member: No New Intel From Out West & Lake Tahoe Adjacent?

Member: Very quiet out of Reno overnight as well.

Member” Mark,I hate to ask, because I know how aggravating it is to have folks continue to ask, but after 17 yrs. we're fatigued, are we past the “point of no return” this time?

Member: Mark, what’s your best gut feeling on this RV actually happening coming to pass?

MZ: Optimistically I think at least another week before we see it. But that we could see it early next month . What I am looking for is implementation of the HCL and of course bond movement.

Member: They need to give us the final plot twist and run the credits. I'm done with popcorn.

Member: Many years ago I use to joke abut the RV going the day after I die. At my age now it's not a joke anymore.

Member: I remember them saying, Everything all at once !! It's supposed to look like everything coming fast and furious!!

Member: Once this goes we will have the biggest Black Friday's ever…and the best Christmas.

Member: Remember that Wednesday is Oct. 1 and the start of the new US fiscal year, the start of the 4th quarter and a possible government shutdown. This could be a big week for us.

Member: And Saturday nights are allegedly the best time to “push the RV button”

Member: Forex reopens Sunday 5pm est. So we will see what happens

Member: Everyone stay safe and positive this weekend…..Its almost over….then we can start our new lives.

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat I need all my readers to see a correlation here. It is between when the news comes out for what we want (the RV process beginning) compared to the news that comes out about accomplishing these five areas of concern...(1) Oil and Gas Law (2) Banking Reform Plan (3) Expulsion of PMP [Popular Mobilization Forces] (4) Parallel Market (5) Project to Delete the Zeros... Then the closer these concerns go to getting resolved, the more amazing the news for us...It is all nothing but amazing for Iraq.

MZ: I couldn’t agree more.

MZ: Oil should start flowing by 6Am tomorrow morning

Member: 6:00 am in Iraq would be 10:00 pm tonight for us on East Coast?

Member: Shatari, director general of Iraq's SOMO, will hold a press conference at 5pm (Baghdad time) on Friday regarding the resumption of the Kurdistan Region's oil exports

MZ: Reuters is even reporting on this: “ Iraqi PM confirms agreement with Kurdish region to resume oil exports”

Member: Is there any speculation how long after oil flows they pull the RV switch???

MZ: I do not know how quickly after oil starts flowing- that we get a rate….Its my understanding they still have to finish the rest of the HCL. But I do believe we just crossed our biggest hurdle.

Member: do you think we will go if they sign the HCL?

MZ: I think we go about the same time..In the past I was told we should go within 3 days of the HCL being passed.

Member: Still hoping Vietnam goes when Iraq goes.

Member: Vietnam does a lot of trading with Iraq so they would have to rv together relatively at the same time

MZ: IMO They will go at exactly the same time.

Member: We just may be hitting $46 silver before the hour is out!!

Member: Apmex has Silver at $46.01

Member: Other gurus keep saying there will be no 800 numbers or redemption centers.

Member: With an estimated 3 million Americans going to need to set an appointment for a Redemption Center to Exchange / Redeem, the only way to make it work is by a Call Center (#800 Number)

Member: All banks and other companies use 800 numbers for most customer service……it’s the most logical and convenient way to do things.

Member: And redemption centers are located in banks……With trained employees and equipment to exchange foreign currency.

Member: I had the impression that the redemption banks would be the Private Bank sections for high net worth individuals, meaning not every branch but only those that deal with wealthy clients

Member: Thursday would be a good day to do it since Friday is the weekend in Iraq

Member: Do you think their goal is to get this done before this next quarter or they don’t care about that

MZ: I believe so…I think they are making a push and under pressure right now. Between the crazy amount of misinformation and the chatter on the bond side. To me it feels like its very close.

MZ: Most of my bond folks still say September is the “GO” . If so they have a lot of work to do and a short time to get there.

Member: Mark, it seems that if they are still saying September, we’re looking more and more at shotgun starts!!

MZ: I have one bond contact with another appointment today. If I get any details I will share it.

Member: Is there a chance we could go before or with the bonds?

MZ: We should be going very close to when the bonds payout. Within a few hours or days.

Member: Any idea what the dong rate is going to be?

MZ: I think it will be in the low $2 range. Some of my sources thinks it will be in the low $3 range.

MZ: In Iraq “Hussein: About $25 billion in Iraq’s losses from the suspension of Kurdistan’s oil exports” They are talking about how much money they have lost and the agreements for exporting. When they restart- they will suddenly be making a lot more…and its still expected to start flowing this week

MZ: The news I got from Iraq is Baghdad is still waiting on one company to sign off and as soon as it is done- Baghdad is prepared. There were about 9 different companies to sign off….they are waiting for the last one which is expected today. It could have already happened.

MZ: “The director of SOMO: The Kurdistan oil export agreement will ensure the implementation of the budget law and its amendments” Including HCL and others….which should be implemented as soon as oil starts flowing.

Member: The KRG said that a cash sum of 120 billion dinars has been deposited into the bank account of the federal Ministry of Finance after Baghdad decided on Tuesday to disburse July's salary for employees

Member: F 26 said last night Iraq dropped a zero off the exchange rate quite sometime ago ...is that apart of the IMF article from last year stating the dinar would be traded intra country till 9/25/25

Member: White House: Preparing government agencies for mass firings possibly by Government shutdown Tuesday

MZ: “ Whitehouse orders agencies to prepare mass layoff plans in event of shutdown” This could happen on Oct. 1st. After we reset- we have to have a sound government that can pay its own bills or we will be right back where we started from. Possibly cleaning it up for Nesara/Gesara??

Member: Mark, I received a text message telling me online banking and Zelle payments would be closed from 09/ 26 thru 009/28.

MZ: There are lots of banks doing sudden updates.

Member: Not just banks. All the gas stations around here updated their card machines. Somethings in the wind.

Member: FYI-since Sept 9th per US debt clock the millionaires have gone up over 25,000

Member: My guess is government shutdown, EOB msg. This is cover and we go to the bank. Government reopens with reset.

Member: The new US fiscal year and the 4th quarter starts in 5 days…..get er’ done.

Member: Fasten your seat belts and put your tray in the upright position.
