Member: Markz how's your gut feeling think this RV will happen by the end of July????? Still hoping we see RV Christmas in July.

MZ: I have had a number of people in groups and group leaders reach out since yesterday . It appears there are a handful who have aggregated more currency to add to their exchange. The paymasters are screaming things need to be wrapped up before July 28th.

MZ: I am feeling very confident we are looking at the end of this journey . The 28th appears to be a key date for groups. I am hearing this from many sources.

MZ: This new currency added to groups is allegedly for after we go……If they need all this by the 28th there is a good chance we could go before then.

MZ: If they are doing this in the groups….there must be a lot going on in the bond side that we just cannot see.

Member: I am worried we won’t get the contract rate when we exchange?

MZ: I was told over and over again…that you do not have to jump through hoops. The rate has been pre-negotiated.

Member: I am more that happy with street rate if they would just “DO IT!”

MZ: . ”What do those PHDs do? Bessent calls for “Fundamental Reset” of financial regulations” So Monday- the Treasury Secretary is calling for a fundamental reset on financial regulations to make sure they are aligned with the nations domestic and international priorities.He has a vision for the financial system

MZ: Wait- could it be a gold backed system? He is also wondering exactly what all those PHD’s at the Federal Reserve actually do….They have missed everything for years. He suggests Maybe Trump should do like Andrew Jackson and abolish the central banks altogether.

MZ: Jerome Powell is under fire from many DC circles…even those on the left. “The Fed’s $2.5 billion renovations , political fallout- what to know” $2.5 Billion to renovate their headquarters/building in Washington DC. This is at a time the US can’t pay its bills, interest rates are up and the Fed is using our taxpayer money for this $2.5 BILLION dollar renovation. He is under a lot of fire right now.

Member: Supposedly The Federal Reserve has an announcement on July 30 ..

Member: Wow…..that is big…..I am hoping currencies are at least 1 to 1 by Aug. 1st.

Member: Trump did say Aug 1 would be a big day for America

Member: Great video last night from Judy Shelton- posted on Dinar Recaps

Member: Bringing gold back into the picture—crazy idea or brilliant move? Is Judy Shelton just nostalgic, or is she offering the reset the dollar actually needs?

MZ: This roller coaster is coming to and end…imo

Member: Mark! Do you know if payments were actually made to Kurdistan? I keep seeing conflicted articles.

MZ: “Politician: The regional government plans to steal new salaries from its employees” They say the Kurdish government is planning to steal the salaries. In other words they are making up fake employees in order to steal the money. It is believed that over the last 10 years they have stolen over 23 trillion dinar that way. This is a massive amount.

MZ: But Baghdad is insisting on electronic payments in order to be able to verify people now. This came out late yesterday.

MZ:” Erbil and Baghdad set for crucial talks on salaries and oil exports “ Critical meeting today/Tuesday. They have been in meetings all day long to try to pound this one out.

MZ: “Sudanese decided to finance Kurdistan salaries for the month of May and June is subject to the delivery of oil” Maybe we are finally off of “stuck”

MZ: “Kurdistan finance deposits 120 billion dinars in the Ittihadiya account . And salaries are on their way to the region” I believe we are not off “stuck” on this issue. Today we are seeing solid progresss.

Member: There is another article this morning about U S not sending more dollars to Iraq …seems like they all should be using their own currency now anyway

Member: Cannot wait to give my 2 weeks notice…..really hope its this month.

Member: Two week notice? Yeah, they'll notice when I don't show up anymore...lol

Member: Will we go this week? Or do you think it’ll take up to another month, as some are saying? Especially with POTUS’s comment about “payments going out on Aug.1st”?

Member: That is probably about tariffs. Nothing about the RV…..

MZ: I think July is still very much still in play

Member: Well , someone needs to just flip the switch

Member: I am still waiting to see disclosure and arrests.

Member: they can't get arrested while they are in office and guess who goes on vacation on the 1st?

MZ: I have nothing new on bonds yet today….There is nothing negative…and nothing positive. Usually no bond updates until Tuesdays.

Member: I believe bonds may have already been paid, they are being told to stay quiet to cloud the timing.

Member: Mark, you haven't seemed to have bitten on any news lately. It kinda seems like you are waiting on something specific. What is it?

MZ: In Iraq we had a lot of negative articles….but it seems to have a few days of negative and then switches to a few days of good articles …it’s a yo-yo while they keep specifics on the RV clouded and smokey.

MZ: “Al Kazemi: More than 165 deputies are ready to legislate the law on the popular mobilization forces” this is a huge move forward when coupled with the HCL

Member: Sudani is supposed to have an urgent public tv announcement around 8 am Iraq time

Member: I heard that Sudani formed a special committee to form the budget tables and told Parliament that they will have them in a month. Hmmm

MZ: He said “Within the month” Lots of interesting things happening.

Member: Sudani also said it would happen before end of Dec and by Ramadon…but we are still waiting.

Member: If Bagdad doesn't get it done this week we'll have to talk to Bagmom!...lol

Member: While Iraq plays their games…I hope VND RV’s!

Member: I am very tired of these games…..someone needs to do something.

Member: I have been hearing the dong at 1$

Member: give me a $1 rate…and Im set! time to disappear lol

Member: that might just happen...as per info on Perplexity AI...Primeminister of Vietnam is impatient and we are now (July) in the final stage ... of the phased rollout of VND revaluation...

MZ: “ Turkiye to end 52 year old pipeline deal with Iraq in 2026” this is coming up for renewal. They are renegotiating it. Parts of the pipeline need to be updated. This does snot mean Iraq is losing the pipeline.

MZ: It really does feel like it did days before the Kuwaiti revaluation

Member: Mark awhile back you mentioned the Kuwait dinar and said it went up to $9.88. How long did it take to get up to that and about how long did it stay that high, do you know?

Member: It floated up and down but only high rates for a really short time…..I believe

MZ: It floated for days….but, It stayed that high for mere minutes….then crashed quickly

Member: Mark in your opinion will we get notifications first or Iraq posts a rate first??

MZ: With the modern day internet….I think it will have to be at the same time.

Member: Frank 26 still thinks it may be a float with the dinar.

Member: Mark, Q. it the Dinar floats dose the price change hourly or once a day?

MZ: They made it clear that they will not “Free float” like Kuwait. I was told the most they would allow it to float is 20% over a year. But it is fixed to a currency basket so it wouldn’t float the same way .

Member: I wonder- What ever happened to the “Auditing Fort Knox” thing?

Member: Seems finances are not a priority with this administration. So probably not a darn thing happened with audits on Ft Knox, the Treasury or the Fed.

Member: Lots has happened, just not at the timing most want it to happen.

Member: I tried to use my bank card on sat nite it wouldn't work checked and they said system down for maintenance

Member: The world is going to flip upside down when... IMO ripple which filed for a master federal banking license becomes the new US FED 2.0 version and XRP becomes the new US digital/bridge currency!

MZ: Could be about tariffs, or DOGE cuts……some think its about Nesara/Gesara…..guess we have to wait and see.

Member: Frank 26 had some great bank stories last night….and thinks Iraq depegged from the USD yesterday…….it was a really good one

Member: Mark, Frank26 said last night that Dinar no longer pegged to USD.. Have you similarly ??

MZ: No- But I have heard they are getting ready to put it in its basket and then the dinar is no longer associated with the dollar. That is what they did with the Kuwaiti Dinar.

MZ:I do have some very excited folks on the ground in Iraq who feel they will know all their budget numbers next Tuesday. They havn’t said that they are going to have a new dinar rate then….but they are hopeful they are about to get one.

Member: I heard Trump signed a EO banning CBDC

MZ: There are several bills and probably 3 laws already passed outlawing cbdc’s…..

Member: That is a huge relief…..Pray CBDC’s stay dead and buried

Member: FYI I woke up this morning to zero credit card debt….from a credit union

MZ: That is awesome….others have reported similar things.

Member: Mine was wiped off of my credit report. All of it.

Member: Debt is part of the old system with imaginary $$$.

Member: Why is this happening to some and not others?

MZ: For now it appears random. There must be a method to the madness…..we just don’t know. I have a friend that had 170,000 wiped…..but not official until Sept 25th…..but he doesn’t have to pay on it anymore……very interesting.

Member: 350 Million People in USA will take a while to get through all the debt clearing.

Member: I heard Arizona wrote off $350,009 of medical bills

Member: Some platforms said the triggers were pushed again to Monday

Member: Has HCL been passed in Iraq?

MZ: They have started delivery of oil…..they are making progress

Member: "The Iraq Stock Exchange has decided to launch trading on 120 billion shares of the National Bank of Iraq, Thursday."

Member: "PM Mohammed Shia al-Sudani chaired an emergency cabinet session on Thursday, during which he discussed the issue of oil and non-oil revenues and the agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government."

MZ: There are a lot of articles about that one….many have gotten repetitive.

Member: I have always had a feeling of Christmas in July!!

MZ: It’s a slow news day today….but that leaves us time to answer some questions.

MZ: We are seeing some craziness on aggregating professional sites with fluctuating rates and pairings. It’s the pairings and pairing rates that are really unique. It they are accurate we may be looking at a rate of $5 or so……IF they are accurate.

Member: What is a pairing rate?

MZ: Pairing rates are where they are paired with another currency or stablecoin. In that pairing they show a rate which is different right not than on official sites……We were seeing rates from $1.70 something to $5.60 something.

Member: On the tarmac Trump said “Aug 1st- you’re going to get a lot of payments…You’re going to be very happy….if you are a citizen of this country you will get a lot of money? What does he mean????

MZ: I hope he means a reset. I have a couple of DC beltway folks that watch this podcast regularly. And they told me give Trump a few weeks and things will be clear and we will be excited how it comes out. I hope that is accurate.

Member: so quiet on the bond side again?

Mod: IT WAS A SLOW NEWS DAY. NO NEW BOND UPDATES

MZ: My contacts in Iraq believe they will have an agreement next Tuesday or Wednesday on the cost of producing of about $16 and they think we will get a new rate for the budget tables…..that is hopeful. We will see….they have had these expectations before…..but those expectations are high again.

Member: Iraq is definitely the “Boy who cried wolf” .

Member: Militia Man had great news last night! He thinks we are very close

Member: Time for Sudani to get off his hiney and publish the exchange rate for his own people first of all.. and of course we are blessed by it too. Come on Sudani...

MZ: “Cabinet holds extraordinary session “ there was a terrorist style attack on an oilfield. There was a extraordinary session chaired by Sudani . Unknown the decisions that were made in this session. I do not have the details.

Member: MarkZ: “Kurdistan’s oil sector under attack:In 35 hours, 5 oil fields—including Tawke, Pishkhabur & Khurmala—were hit by drones. KRG says infrastructure suffered “heavy damage”

Member: the Central Bank of Iraq revealed that only 11 of the 24 private commercial banks licensed to operate have not faced any punitive measures...13 banks subject to sanctions.

Member: did we go over that The Iraqi government has approved the Baghdad-Erbil agreement and decided to release funds to pay the salaries of Kurdistan Region civil servants

MZ: I like this one: “Al-Fartousi: Port Revenues amounted to more than (630) billion dinars during the first half of this year” the development road project is just now launching. It is not yet complete but experts say it may surpass the income from the oil industry when its finished. This is huge

Member: We know their goal is to revalue and increase the purchasing power of the dinar. They have a checklist and they are checking things off as we watch,

Member: My bank says they are closing for a couple days at the end of July.

MZ: I wonder why? They already did all their software updates last weekend. ?

Member: My bank will have electronic shut down the 25 thru the 28

Member: I got an email from my bank saying they have a new system

Member: I think -when this finally happens, we will all be in shock to be honest. …we've waited so long. lol

Member: I tell my kids and friends that they don’t have to believe me but when it happens, remember who told them it would happen and tell me I was right and not crazy!!

Member: I pray this journey is coming to an end to let prosperity reign and bless the world

MZ: On the bond side – I still do not have permission to share what I know. But I think things will be clear in the next day or so if they have gone or not. I will share when I can.

Member: Your comment about the bonds and we should know in a few days…hope that means you think we could have your rate change by or over the weekend?????????

Member: Interested what your Iraq contacts are saying about Sudanis meeting with Kurds last night

MZ: “ Kurdistan Region agrees to a new understanding with Baghdad on salries and financial entitlements” things are not yet complete but they have made massive steps in the right direction. Long term plans have been agreed on and oil is about to flow.

MZ: with 120 Billion dinars worth per month of local revenues would completely erase the deficit that Baghdad is facing. It would balance the budget immediately…IMO it would allow quicker movement on the revaluation front.

Member: If they would ever release the budget

MZ: “Congress votes on amendment banning funding for Iranian organizations in Iraq” So Iranian organizations had been funded in the past. So they want to stop funding to Iraq that is currently going to Iranian factions.

Member: Good News-Sudani went to Mosul to inaugurate the new Airport project. IMO- He wouldn't do that if the rate was 1310,looking great team.

MZ: “Minister of finance reveals the reason for the delay of approving the financial budget in Iraq” They say a lot of things are changing financially……some kind of big changes coming to Iraq soon….they are hinting at it….changing the value of the dinar would be a big change. .

Member: Still no rats arrested and still no HCL. This month isn’t looking good IMO.

MZ: I have to disagree….I think this month is looking great.

MZ: I have a theory …..and I don’t want anyone to panic. But for this theory to be valid it would mean a value change very soon.

MZ: I got a call from a buddy in North Carolina who had just got 2 separate notices from 2 separate things…... for charge off from loans and credit cards. The loan is not associated with the credit card.

MZ: My theory is they are working on Nesara/Gesara. He had a $170,000.00 loan charged off as of September 25th. Sept 25th that loan will be gone. Also he got a notice from a personal credit card with a large balance…..it was also charged off…will be gone on September 25th.

MZ: Guess what is Sept 22-24? Rosh Hashana 2025. This is the Israeli New year where they dissolve debts. This is a Jubilee style event. Makes me think of Nesara/Gesara.

MZ: But for them to do this- we have to reset first. We were always told wiping debt would take a little time to complete……this blends in well but remember- it’s just a theory.

MZ: You all announced this last night: “Trump announces Trade deal with Indonesia” they were one of the first countries to come to the table and finish negotiations.

Member: Rupiah... Trump talked about their minerals and copper yesterday. Maybe expect more from them than $1.47.

Member: Genius Act House vote today. The rumor is it calls out CBDCs like M Taylor Green says it did.

Member: What are the top things you are looking for to start the RV Mark?

MZ: My top 3 things are happening right now. We are watching the Erbil and Kurdish agreements getting knocked out of the way…..Watching the mobilization forces…or Iranian militias going away. And the banking reforms finished……I would like to see more disclosure of corruption….but was told that may come right after they announce the currency reset…...

MZ: A friend of the podcast has a friend that is in charge of software rollouts at one of the biggest banks in America. One of the top three banks…….They had to work nonstop at updating software ever since Trump and the US struck the Iranian nuclear facilities. They were not working on it until that happened.

MZ: So they have been non stop updating software at this world leading bank. They are being told its because Iran will retaliate by taking out our banking infrastructure. That is the cover. They did not even get the 4th of July off due to updating equipment and software and hardware… Isn’t that interesting?

MZ:Z It could also be a cover or key time for putting in the QFS ect……..

MZ: I received this one a few days ago…but since I am inundated with so many emails I missed it. I really regret missing this one

MZ: “I walked into a “regional” bank and asked the teller if this location had a DelARue machine. She quickly passed me on to the bank manager. The manager scooted me into her office and closed the door. She asked why I would be needing one and I said I would be participating in the upcoming currency exchanges and wondering if your tellers were trained?

MZ: She said they were getting a DLR machine for this location but only herself and her back up manager would be facilitating exchanges. She never asked what currencies I had …I never offered that info. She did say when the time comes either myself or my assistant could travel to me to take care of my transactions. I turned down that offer saying I wanted to be treated like everyone else.

MZ: A couple weeks went by and I popped into a teller window to do my normal banking. I asked if the bank manager was in and was told that she was at lunch. As I was leaving the teller told me the bank manager was coming out to speak with you. She explained that all the tellers had been told to let them know if I came in looking for them.

MZ: The bank manager arrived and I was red faced at having made her leave her plate to answer a insignificant question. No matter how I try they will not treat me like everyone else. This is a true testimony that even some tier 3 regional banks are aware of the upcoming reset and will be taking part in the exchanges.

MZ: Thank you for sharing those. I did filter out some things to protect individuals and businesses.

Member: Mark are you able to share if your bond contacts have received their funds now that ISO 20022 is activated?

MZ: I do have some key bond folks who has anticipated great movement last weekend with the new systems….…they have meetings today. So by the next podcast I should know how those meetings went. I am hopeful the message I get is “we have money”

MZ: From Iraq: “My relationship with Barzani is good and our disagreement is legal. We tried to convince Sadr to return to the elections” there has been a lot of infighting to try to force Kurdistan into cooperation.

MZ: “ When will Sadr turn the tables. A new equation threatens the dominance of the framework in 2025 elections” Sadr controls votes here. He is also pushing Barzani to get the Kurdish issues knocked out.

MZ: “ To enhance Electronic payment: Government meeting to activate Appel-pay in Iraq” This went exceptionally well…and there is a follow up meeting in 2 weeks. Iraq is going electronic and requires payment systems. Probably 80% of the currency sits under mattresses ect in Iraq. When more citizens embrace this and puts money in the banks it will unleash its potential. You need to put water in the pool before going swimming. There is great progress.

MZ: “Sudanese advisor reveals the most important pillars of the revival of the “Treasure” of Iraq” Sound economic policy. I love this one. Foreign investment is important to Iraq.

Member: Mike Bara believes VND may be only 0.47 and also we may be taxed?

Member: I always thought the worst case was going to be .47 cents for dong……love it to be higher though.

Member: So Trump and the Admin in recent weeks have been in the headlines regarding deals with (Iraq, Indonesia, Vietnam) and this would pander to the RV you would think?

Member: I just got a notification that Trump signed a trade deal with indonesia. the rupiah is one of the currencies that is rumored to revalue. quite a coincidence

MZ: Its crazy that these are some of the first deals Trump signed…..love it.

Member: So much wrong news and mis information….I am worried I'm not going to believe when it really happens!

Member: Hoping the 800 numbers are coming this week…..What do you think Mark?

MZ: I do not know the timing but I feel very good about this month.

MZ: No updates yet…but the expectations were to see wiring of funds starting today after ISO 20022 kicked in this weekend.

Member: Well today is supposed to be a big day in the banking world with Iso 20022…. Hope something good happens.

MZ: I was told from connected folks sitting out west that the platform has been set , they are testing this morning …and they have great hopes of moving forward. That’s what I heard from some group leaders.

Member: it's definitely a slow process. Mark's bondholders have been saying it's close for 2 yrs. can't imagine thinking you're close for that long.

MZ: We do know they upgraded banks all over the world – including the US. Regional banks, local banks and many government institutions were upgraded over the weekend…I think we may have a lot to watch today.

MZ: Hoping for updates from bonds, banks and groups over the next few days.

Member: Frank said his bank contact Aki was testing the ISO 20022 system in his Detroit banks over the weekend..

MZ: There were a lot of bank personnel that worked over the weekend. . The redemption centere/wealth management folks I know did now work.

MZ: In Iraq : “Baghdad to host a high level Kurdish meeting tonight to discuss the region’s salary file” That was last night. We know they brought in all the heavy hitters….but what we don’t know is “what were the results” They are hopeful for this week.

MZ: “Parliamentary Oil: Iraq is subject to sanctions that may cripple its economy due to the smuggling of Kurdistan” Baghdad is pointing out that many of the threats of sanctions is coming because of smuggling in the northern regions. It could shut down all of Iraq if Kurdistan does not start playing along. There is a lot of pressure on the Kurdish region.

MZ: “House of Representatives resumes its sessions with crucial decisions and important laws” they are finally back to work. We expect to see a lot of decisions out of Iraq over the next few days.

Member: Silver at $39.08

Member: Mark…I heard silver is forcast to go over $50 this week!!!

Member: Recaps has an article from Andy about 70 million oz of silver being called in

MZ: We know its coming.

Member: The Florida and Texas currency exchange sent me a text to see if I want to sell them back my IQD.

Member: I wonder- How will we really know when the revaluation is happening...esp since we dont even know who is pulling the trigger...

Member: Christmas in July would be nice this year

Member: Is this our last weekend?

MZ: Most of my bond contacts think this is our last weekend. I pray it is. Overwhelming bond folks think they get their money over the weekend.

MZ: I assume with the Fednow system down they will have access on Monday. We are hoping and praying this is true.

Member: Why is Fednow down?

MZ: Because of a whole new update. Bank wires are down, many government sites are down. Many banks doing system upgrades. Even the IRS is getting a system upgrade. Between the 11th and 14th of July many financial things are getting upgrades.

MZ: We are hopeful that things are about to have a new value. This is one of the steps that needed to be completed so they can flip the switch.

MZ: My redemption center/wealth management folks are not working this weekend…nor are they on call. So for me I am not looking for an RV this weekend…but these folks have been working hard the last few weeks. I even have a Chase contact who said they have lifted restrictions on amounts of foreign currency in preparation …I loved hearing that one.

Member: Redemption folks may be extra busy soon and enjoying last weekend off.

Member: Hearing the Fed Chair is resigning….are we seeing the end of the Fed??

MZ: We keep hearing rumors …not getting anything vetted and clear yet. We do know he wont be back after his term ends and its almost over. But my take is we might be watching the end of the Fed. We are also watching the old system kicking and screaming on its way out of the door.

Member: Chase bank has been updated earlier this year

Member: Another rumor is Trump is going to put Tatiffs on Iraq if they don't RV this weekend !

MZ: I do not believe that is true….

MZ: Lots of HCL stuff happening though.

Member: Per Frank26 the HCL and oil agreements have been reached and we now are waiting on the salaries to be agreed too since it’s tied to oil. IMF is fed up and is telling Iraq enough

MZ: In Iraq: “ Among them are forgery, currency smuggling, and real estate usurpation. (CONSIOUS)opens 15 files with the Public Prosecution” They are going after old crimes from Sadaam Hussein and the Bush camp that was stealing from Iraq for years. They are cleaning up old files.

MZ: These are things that needed settled before they revalue. I love they are cleaning things up.

Member: should go by end of this month. That's my opinion.

MZ: There really is so much stuff coming together at one time.

Member: Feels like we are finally moving off of “stuck!

MZ: It sure does…..feels like jumping off of “stuck.

Member: Any good Bond news? I hear all banks are now Basil 3

MZ: Still huge expectations from 3 different bond sources for this weekend. They claim they have finished all paperwork and will get their funfing…..crossing my fingers. But with the bank wiring system down this weekend…I expect we won’t get news of that until at least Monday.

Member: With closed banks and them stopping wire transfers what does that mean for our timing?

MZ: Banks are not necessarily closed this weekend…just closing the wiring and transfer capabilities. But if the changes are just in the bank wiring system…..why are so many government agencies closing from July 11 through the 14th? Example from the VA.gov……(Mark shows a screenshot) VA.gov is closed for maintenance the 11th through the 14th.

MZ: It is interesting that many government organizations and offices are upgrading at the same time they are upgrading the Fednow system? Fednow is a tool….it can be used for fiat or asset backed currency. And we will need a safer way to move money after this big event.

Member: As far as the VA site. they do control our disability direct deposit payment

Member: My small bank in Texas sent me a notice yesterday about the wiring system changes this weekend.

MZ: Along with Basel 3 which started a week or so ago. This makes the banks keep a higher level of assets. Before banks held less than 2% of the value of all deposits. Now with Basel 3 they need to hold a higher level of assets to back our deposits….in case of bank runs ect……

Member: silver is now……38.38 comex

Member: Dow is down 270

Member: xrp and bitcoin taking off. wish the iqd would follow suit.

MZ: “ Despite the Baghdad and Erbil agreement , Demonstrations continue in Kurdistan and the loss of credibility among the Kurdish people” the people are still rising up in the Kurdish region forcing a decision. They believe the Barzani family has been stealing from them for a very long time. Kurds want a change and they have taken to the streets.

MZ: “ Iraqi oil surpasses Brent and Texas on the global stock exchange” Basra average crude has recorded $71.68 per barrel. Saleh who is a financial advisor for Sudani once said that any prioce over $60 a barrel was workable. They are positioning well for a change of value.

Member: 3 days ago Frank said Iraq has over 1000 tons of gold

Member: 2 different Iraqi Vets told me they saw veins of gold exposed in the desert . ..
