Member: Any Bond Updates? What's the good word for today Mark?

MZ: I got an update from one bond person late yesterday that was going into a meeting….They havn’t told me how it turned out yet though.

Member: What are we waiting for in Kurdistan?

MZ: I believe we are waiting for the oil and gas law.

Member: Per Frank26 walkingstick said last night on his podcast the amendment is on the table and if it's signed today it will be implemented in a few days

MZ: Close to what I am hearing today.

MZ: From Iraq: “ Iraq is the third Arab country to produce refineries” Iraq wants to produce finished products. Iraq is up to 93.61 million barrels per day in refinery production.

MZ: The goal with these white paper reforms is to lift the value of the dinar and restore it to its former glory…..these are their words. Iraq has made great progress.

MZ: “Iraq begins receiving European shipments and passes them through the region…Within the TIR agreement” Today….BAM…it is live. They believe the development road project will out earn thie oil production. I believe they will be correct.

MZ: “ The tourism sector in Iraq is witnessing a remarkable development. Economist reveals the numbers” …. This is another Key part of their economic reforms to boost their purchasing power and Revalue their currency.

Member:Do you know what Banks we will we be able to use in London? Thank you.

MZ: Pretty much all of your major banks. You should be able to use Lloyds, Barclays , HSBC. You should have tons of options. Your banks are all used to dealing with foreign currencies.

Member: was hearing someone had a bank appointment and meeting, met and asked to come back waiting for the rate

Member: Charlie ward said yrs ago it happen on a Thursday

Member: Make Bara says we should get 899 numbers today

MZ: I have a number of sources saying that as well. I am not seeing it. Banking contacts think we are very close- just waiting on a final agreement. None of my contacts think its today…but believe it is very close.

Member: Mark when Kuwait revalued, did those investors go through the same 800 number process to rv?

MZ: No, they did not. It was a very different age and time……no internet.

Member: You’re not gonna need to worry about 800 numbers or anything else…. they will contact you… you will know without a doubt…… stop worrying

Member: How will we know the 800 number is legit?

MZ: I was told it will not just be one number. There will be many that lead to real banks.

Member: Probably the number will depend on your location. Maybe different 800 numbers for different states or parts of the country?

Member: Will Dinar Recaps give us the 800 numbers?

MZ: Yes I believe they will give you numbers, options everything they can…..I will as well…..everything I am allowed to.

Member: Should we sign up for the QFS now?

MZ: Anyone telling you that is a scam. You cannot sign up for the QFS yet…..Lots of folks on telegram trying to scam you…..do not do it. They are trying to take your money.

Member: I wonder -what does the new banking ISO rolling out on Monday have to do with an RV?

MZ: it makes the banks safer and more secure.

Member: You’re going to love the way this movie ends! Who’s ready for it to end?

Member: we were told that just before everything flips we, who know what's happening will be confused…. we are there now.

Member: The person who sends out positive thoughts activates the world around him positively and draws back to himself positive results.

MZ: In Iraq: “The coming hours may witness the signing” This is about the Erbil/Baghdad oil agreements . There is a lot of back and forth right now. But articles are saying they have worked through the issues and signing is imminent.

MZ: We saw this same kind of back and forth in Kuwait.

Member: Never thought we all still be waiting and waiting and waiting all this time for the RV to go but then again, they don't care

MZ: Our regular article from Saleh: “ Advisor to the Prime Minister: Monetary Policy has succeeded in stabilizing prices and curbing inflation” He says “We are in great shape.”

Member: I bet Saleh had black hair when I bought my dinar

MZ: “Banning 18 Islamic banks from dealing in dollars-liquidation is looming” These are the same banks associated with financing terrorist groups. So is it Islamic banks being singled out – or support of terrorism being singled out? I think its part of a world wide cleanup effort.

MZ: I think this one is important. “A security source revealed Tuesday the determination of the International coalition withdrawal from Ain-A-Assad base from Anbar province” Trump has said all along that we will leave when we are paid. Now they are leaving????

MZ: I believe things are much further advanced than the press is reporting

MZ: This one makes me feel good about where we are at: “ TIR system: Iraq is a highway from Turkey to the Gulf” this is part of the development road project connecting the east to the west.

Member: I wonder- when do the Vietnamese new tariff trade agreements and thus new rate go into affect?

Member: With the new trade deal with Vietnam they should just go alone and take the lead

Member: any news from Bonds or groups today?

MZ: I do know a couple folks that have some bond update appointments today and I am hopeful it will give us a better idea where we are? Seems like much of it is misdirection.

Member: Frank's JPM Story...A guy went in for a meeting with Fin Adv. wasn't getting anywhere. Plopped down a brick of Dinar...The VP of Wealth mgmt was called. They have an appt today.

Member: We’re in a proverbial “escape room” looking for the clues together!

Member: Will we have Christmas in July or December?

Member: When this is all said and done and we are on the other side of this shift I vote to remove the word “soon” from the English language going forward!!

MZ: There is progress from Iraq today on HCL and Erbil gas laws. They are hopeful it will be finished this week. Big things happening over there

Member: So when you say they’re working on HCL to get it done this week does that mean next week or by tomorrow?

Member: Also- when Iraq is releasing info to the press…many times it is already done…..

MZ: “Sudanese advisor explains the reasons for the delay in the 2025 budget schedules” Saleh says its about the oil in the Erbil region and the price per barrel. So its these 2 things holding it up

MZ: “Controversy over the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil: Temporary soutions or an end to the export crisis” they believe the end to this crisis will be resolved this week. They have a schedule where they hope to start pumping this oil…for the oil and gas laws …including the rates.

MZ: We may get the budget schedules finally …..my contacts in Iraq believe there will be a new rate buried in those.

MZ: “Al Hassan from Karbala: Iraq is not a poor country and is open to foreign investments” Again they are telling us how stable Iraq is. And how they are open to global investments.

MZ: Nothing new on the bond side. Banking side also dead quiet.

Member: Really sounds like NDA’s have been signed and enforced to me.

MZ: I think that is part of it….but the majority have not been paid. Yes- there has been some movement on the historic art associated with the historic bonds…..soem bonds have been moving but not in the big numbers we are wanting to see.

MZ: The big beautiful bill was just signed by President Trump and many believe there are key and important pieces in that….

MZ: Othere than that its very quiet here. Mostly because of the July 4th weekend.

Member: What is your gut telling you Mark?

MZ: That this is going to be a very important week. With the BBB being signed and many thinking key things are in it for the reset, and Iraq finally getting the oil and gas law done and billions of gallons of oil pumping. Lots are coming together at the same time….a perfect storm……I think its all coming together for a reason.

Member: Mark the RV is the valve when open will bring global wealth

Member: I asked Alexa what she thought of the RV now with the bill signing yesterday, she "no big deal, a Class A Motor home will still only get about 8 miles/gallon", I think that she was confused

Member: Iraq even put a work holiday in place for this weekend

Member: so mark do you believe all taxes will go away irs and state taxes including property tax

MZ: I’m not convinced on property taxes but I’d like to think it will go away because a number of states are trying to move that direction. But, I do believe income taxes will go away.

MZ: Not a lot of RV news today. My redemption center/wealth management folks are not working today and are not on call for this weekend. So I do not believe this is our weekend….at least not until the first of the week.

Member: Guess they need to celebrate with their families as well …….maybe next week?

MZ: or maybe it’s a great time to pull it off…..release it when no one is on call and no one is looking. With no one watching for it….then BAM…it happens. That’s what I am hopeful for

Member : Someone once said they RV would happen when we least expect it.

MZ: Still no bond updates this morning, It’s still painfully quiet.

MZ: In other news- we are looking at a 7 day deadline for trade deals here in the US…..Iraqi parliament is supposed to return to session on July 9th…and my contacts overe there are very hopeful there will be a new rate around that same time.

Member: Basel 3 just started for banks worldwide and Iso20220 is supposed to be in affect on July 14.

Member: July 14th is a deadline for I.S.O. 20022 implementation, it is also when Iraq begins using Temenos for cross border transactions supposedly.

Member: I wonder if the brics summit beginning monday the 6th could be something...

MZ: “The last time gold moved like this was 1929” And that lead to a monetary reset in the United States. Gold is flashing signals that we have not seen since 1929. This article goes into who owns how much gold in each country as they prepare. This monetary system is getting ready to change.

Member: last night Frank26 had a guest on his video that said he heard on a late night news show that Trump said several countries will revalue their currencies on July 6 or 7. Hope this is true

Member: Wish there was a copy of that announcement from Trump somewhere

Member: July 6 is Sunday….and all Iraqi banks are closed for a holiday on Sunday. hmmmmmmm

Member: and Frank now believes the VND is going to RV as well now. According to Frank, both the HCL and Article 12-2 are with the Counsel of Ministers for approval and oil is already flowing. Frank is all about not giving date/rate …..IHO Monday...

Member: I have said before, when the oil flows all goes golden

Member: My AI says its a near perfect match on how Kuwait did their rv this week and Sunday is the sweet spot …..fingers crossed

Member: FRFS will adopt the ISO 20022 message format for the Fedwire Funds Service in a single-day implementation strategy on July 14, 2025.

Member: That’s a big day coming: Basel 3 , iso20022…. all banks worldwide

Member: A mate called Bendigo bank here in AUS and asked if they were exchanging international currency, they grabbed the manager and said “not yet”. Then asked if he was referring to VND, and he said yes. They said they would be accepting that currency – they have the new rate- just waiting. This is exciting stuff.

MZ: That is awesome. This is the second bank story I have heard on this in the last 2 days.

Member: PNC bank sent me a text that said mobile and online banking will be unavailable on July 11, They are introducing new online banking. QFS?

MZ: We are finally starting to see it talked about.

Member: When r all currencies going to be asset backed?

Member: What if America’s return to gold and silver as legal tender isn’t just symbolic — but a full-blown rejection of fiat currency?

Member: With over 45 states recognizing gold and silver as money, are we witnessing the quiet collapse of the Federal Reserve's influence?

MZ: Top that off with Ripple seeking a banking license. This would give us many options outside the Federal Reserve system . If somebody like Utah goldbacks created a solid redeemable gold backed currency or crypto ….The federal reserve…stick it with a fork…it would be done. We would have a 100% asset backed money by “we the people”

Member: All the countries are at a fork in the road and must make the right choice or face a tough road IMO

Member: I think the RV's starting is based on several things: Iraq, BBB, peace treaties, etc.

Member: Mark has your contact on bonds said anything about where that person is in the process?

MZ: No new bond updates this morning.

Member: Just wondering, will you have a podcast like normal tomorrow with it being the 4th?

MZ: I am planning on a short broadcast tomorrow AM.

Member: Hey Mark, just checking in—any update on when your contacts are expected to receive their funds? Would love to hear where things stand!

MZ: I got a message overnight form a bond holder stating his meeting went great. I asked them what did that mean- did you get money……and it went straight to voicemail. There is still one person to check in and I hope they have something positive.

Member: My thoughts are - They are on NDAs

MZ: I received a bank story. I liked it : “My husband and I have been curious if the dinar was worth anything yet….so he took one of our 25K notes to chase and talked with a teller- asking if the dinar was worth anything yet?

MZ: The teller typed on his computer and his eyes got real big. He stammered a bit and said “It isn’t on our list to exchange right now.”

MZ: I have been hearing similar things from other bank tellers. I am trying to get a screen shot of their screen….but its hard to strip out any location and protect any who shared a picture.

Member: IMO=That bank teller is about to buy a whole bunch of IQD now, lol.

Member: Wells Fargo near me is now call "Wells Fargo Wealth Management "

Member: From President Trumps Truth Social: “I just made a Trade Deal with Vietnam. Details to follow!”

Member: Really hope a RV of the VND is imminent.

Member: Trump's already said for Vietnam to do it……. fix the exchange rate

Member: Does anyone know what banks will do the exchange in Canada?

Member: guess we will know where all the banks are worldwide after the RV happens?

MZ: In Iraq “ Ports discuss with the executing companies of the great port of Faw the latest developments of the port projects” Just an update from the port of Faw assssss it connects to the development road project. They are running ahead of schedule.

MZ: “CBI announces a fall of inflation” They are doing everything they needed to do. This is the responsibility they need in order to do a revaluation.

Member: Charlie Ward says the RV is part of the Big Beautiful Bill …?

Member: Well this bill should be signed into law on July 4th or so……hope Charlie is right

Member: Hearing Friday at noon, big announcement?? We are beyond close, this GCR is right over our heads.

MZ: I know 2 people (I know one personally) who have Super Petchelli bonds -that have appointments later on today. They have actually traveled there and have meetings set.

MZ: Another with historic assets has traveled and is in place for the transaction. To walk in…trade assets and walk out with dollars.

MZ: We are seeing real measurable movement.

Member: With all the sudden bond movement, what do you think that gives us a timeline for group 4B or us whatever you wanna call us lol

Member: Is this the week we have been waiting for?

MZ: I hope so……seems like some odd things are coming together. The government and banks in Iraq will be closing on both Tuesday and Sunday this week. Banks say they are taking a “bankwide inventory”. This was announced unexpectedly. My people on the ground in Iraq are excited.

MZ: This is a golden opportunity for a rate change in my book.

Member: and the US has a 3 day weekend with the 4th of July on Friday. Iraq correlates with our 4th of July weekend

Member: So is it true the Dinar is on Forex and Bloomberg at this point? Yes still at 1310 but being up and live for the first time in 22 years would be an incredible preemptive step towards the RI and REER!

MZ: I know there are lots of rumors out …and yes we have seen some crazy rates popping again overnight last night. A systems test of some sort???

Member: Global gold reserves from central banks just hit 36,000 tonnes. This is approaching levels not seen since the Bretton Woods era in the 1960s.

Member: The Ministry of Trade announced plans on Saturday to develop infrastructure by digitizing services to accelerate trade and reduce costs.

Member: When the RV goes and currencies are asset backed including USA, wouldn't they all be 1:1?

Member: Eventually they will…according to Mr. C. First they revalue…..then they reset to parity?

MZ: “A new development in the payroll file” Today Kurdistan dues are awaiting federal government vote. This could be a huge move in settling the HCL, oil and gas law ect….which we keep hearing is a final step before values change.

MZ: “Inflated bills and dollar smuggling continues despite American controls. Expert calls for exceptional measures” I think it may be an excuse to close the financial borders…stop anything coming and going from the country. We were told this would happen right before the change... yes- they have mechanisms in place to close the financial borders.

MZ: “Banking activity stopped in Iraq” stopped on Tuesday for semi annual bank procedures. No reception of customers….this sudden inventory is odd.

Member: Is today our day????

MZ: that’s a heck of a question. I will tell you what I am hearing. I did get a bond update this morning which is unusual for a Monday morning.

MZ: There are some folks with some “historical assets” that are very set with appointments and timing. . Including really big transfers. I am waiting for another update today. These appointments will happen this week. I do not know times for security…..it’s big money. One of these deals is a trillion dollars that is expected to close this week.

MZ: buckle up folks. When it goes…..we will also go pretty soon……. I am upbeat but trying to stay calm.

Member: It is interesting to me that Trump mentioned a deadline of July 9th and the Iraqi Parliament is supposed to go back into session on July 9th

Member: My bank sent me an email last Friday stating that as of 07-14-2025 all financial institutions will adopt ISO 20022.

Member: There is a big BRICS meeting July 6-7

Member: Mark, has your bankers talked about the USN notes?

Member: New Message from credit union, "coming soon'--view all your accounts in one login, streamlined, secure, personalized digital accounts to handle all your banking needs.

Member: Bank story. Neighbor laid off along with others ...Bank said moving to Financial assistance instead of banking service

Member: Is the belief that the RV happens after an economic crash because it’s the final blow to the cabal bankers or does the RV happen just at any moment?

Member: Wish we knew

Member: Mark! Now that the oil is supposedly flowing in the middle east for the Kurdistan region, did they not have to approve the rate prior to the flow?

MZ: “Iraq is witnessing security, stability and economic progress today” these are some of the sound bites we were told to look for- just before they changed their value.

MZ: ” The Budget is behind the walls of the government and awaiting release. Parliament is awaiting” They are now saying it is complete and Sudani is to release it.

MZ: I have told you my theory that Sudani has been holding up the budget waiting for the rate change. To me this makes the most sense.

Member: Iraq goes digital tomorrow, hopefully new rate tomorrow

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Walkingstick [Iraqi Bank friend Aki update] AKI: Three meetings. The last meeting lasted two hours. My boss tells me, 'I need you back at the bank [In Dearborn Michigan] this Monday because we are waiting on the new exchange rate.' I have to go back because we're waiting for the new rate. WALKINGSTICK: That's the only thing they're waiting for. They already got all the banking software in place, ATM machines, the bank structures, all the bank regulations are set...

MZ: I am hearing similar things from my contacts…I am just trying to stay calm right now.

MZ: Some IRS news. Their deferred resignation day is today. This is where employees can take advantage of “early retirement” some are reporting that up to 50% of collection staff are leaving and taking that early resignation. So a mass exodus is expected at the IRS today.

Member: I live in a small town…closest big town is 3 hours away…..wondering how far I will have to go to exchange?

MZ: I was told 90% of the population of the US would have redeeming banks/redemption centers within 50 miles

Member: IMO its worth a long drive…..my car is gassed up and ready to go.

Member: when the rate changes-will it be on the CBI or forex first?

MZ: If they do it like they did in Kuwait-neither. Kuwait quietly went- but did not publicly release rates for 10 days. I do not think they can do that in today’s internet world. My guess is it will show on the CBI site just moments before its on forex. This is just a guess.

Member: Im hoping we get our big day on July 4th…..the fireworks would be epic to celebrate our RV!!!

MZ: We spend the first 45 minutes with the CBD gurus and then on to the news of the day.

MZ: I did finally get in touch with one of my redemption center/wealth management folks ….He was told they are not working this weekend but be in early on Monday…. They were told to enjoy the weekend because they would be working some very long hours over the next 2 weeks.

MZ: I hope that means us.

MZ: From Iraq there have been some breakthroughs…..especially on the Baghdad/Erbil issues.

MZ: “ Economist: Iraq loses one billion dinars a month due to smuggling of the region’s oil” the Erbil/Baghdad agreement would stop this.

MZ: “ Imminent agreement between Erbil and Baghdad to re-export the region’s oil and settle the salaries of the employees” looks like they are finally taking care of the “elephant in the room” and stalling us. They are expecting a agreement in the coming days.

MZ: “After the technical delegation . A political delegation from Baghdad awaits arrival in Erbil to end the outstanding files” We are expecting a busy few days in this upcoming week. To me today is a pretty exciting news day.

MZ: The last obstacles appear to be getting out of the way.

MZ; “Departments to stop taking cash in two days. Fifteen million Iraqis are without an electronic card” the government of Iraq is going cashless. From now on folks will not be able to use cash to pay for government services. In the past there was too much cash disappearing from greedy government officials. This has made a massive difference in their revenue.

MZ: This is part of the white paper reforms they wanted to get under control before they raised the value of their currency

MZ: “Iraq’s printed currency at lowest level in a year” they are down to under 100T. .

Member: Many rumors that IQD gets a new rate Monday?

Member: Monday would be sweet.

Member: The 1st is also a great day for the rate!! That is Tuesday and the first day of the third quarter.

Member: PNC Bank just issued a late night notice to their staff regarding the Dinar and Dong

Member: Mr. Cottrell was informed we are quite close. He stated this yesterday.

Member: I’m looking forward to seeing how this plays out….It’s been one hell of a journey.

MZ: I am hearing multiple rumors of payments in groups and expected release of group payments. If this is accurate- we can throw a party. Trying to vet it right now…along with other rumors.

MZ: There are other rumors – a flurry of them overnight that the Iranian regime has changed. And the Iranian military is now working directly with the US. For now treat it as a rumor until confirmed.

MZ: “Al- Aidani oversees the final stages of Iraq’s largest infrastructure project” they are building a new capital city for a region. Including all the infrastructure….this is a huge project.

MZ: “New Iraqi TIR route : a game changer for Europe-GCC logistics” they are talking about the billion dollars Iraq was given by the World bank to expand its rail service which will take some of the traffic off the road system. They now have open routes overland through Iraq from Iraqi ports through Turkey and moving goods directly to Europe.

MZ: This is part of the development road project and its finished ahead of time.

MZ: “New agreement between Baghdad and Erbil to unify customs and tariffs at border crossings” This is one of the biggest sticking points for the HCL and Gas and Oil laws…..We are now seeing it completed….so they can lift the value of their purchasing power.

MZ: This speaks to me of Nesara/Gesara: “ The last of which is 160 million dollars Disclosure of a movement to recover Iraqi funds and real estate” …This could be part of the settlements like Historic bonds….to clean the slate.

Member: any news on the Zim or the bolivar?

MZ: No recent news on either.

Member: July 1st is the start of the US third quarter and when Basel 3 banking laws are supposed to start worldwide…... July 4th is rumored to be a big day…and every Saturday banks close worldwide overnight…..a good time to change rates. Fingers crossed one of those is what we are waiting for.
